Kordell Stewart The Judge & I Agree Porsha Get Out
Ex-NFL star Kordell Stewart scored a legal touchdown ... when a judge sided with him and ordered his estranged wife Porsha Williams get the hell out of their marital casa.
TMZ broke the story ... Kordell and the "Real Housewives" star are in a nasty divorce battle. Recently, Porsha asked the court allow her to keep using the couple's GA mansion, after Kordell changed the locks, arguing she had no place to go.
Kordell fought back. He denied the lock-out and asked the judge to shoot down her request.
Then on June 18th the Fulton County Court judge sided with Kordell, temporarily granting him the exclusive right to use the crib ... and ordered Porsha to move out.
It's not all bad news for Porsha ... the judge also ordered Kordell to cough up $5,000 / month in alimony for the next 3 months, hand over all of Porsha's belongings and pay for moving costs and a storage unit while she transitions.
And not everything is set in stone, the court will issue a final decision at a later date.

Justin Bieber Neighbors Told ... CALL THE COPS!
Justin Bieber's neighbors are being urged to call the cops on the singer and his lil buddies ... TMZ has learned.
The Home Owner's Association in Bieber's Calabasas hood fired off a letter to its residents ... addressing a certain unnamed "celebrity" neighbor who has been wreaking havoc on their streets.
It's clear the HOA is targeting the Biebs ... "The storyline concerns one of our celebrity residents confronting another celebrity resident over alleged dangerous driving."
Translation: Bieber was a douchebag to Keyshawn Johnson, who confronted JB after his Ferrari roared through the neighborhood.
The letter does not specifically mention the escapades of Lil Twist and Lil Za, who zoomed through the gated community Thursday and went off on a resident.
The letter urges residents to call a Sheriff's Dept hotline if they spot the Biebs or his lil posse driving recklessly.
The letter also makes it clear ... residents who violate HOA rules are subject to disciplinary action from the HOA board in the form of fines and other penalties.
Don't mess with the burbs.

Kim Kardashian I'm Locking Up My Crap While I'm in Hiding
Kim Kardashian's private belongings are currently locked up in a VAULT while she hides away with her baby -- and they'll stay there ... at least until she moves into her new mansion, TMZ has learned.
A moving truck was photographed outside Kim's old Beverly Hills home on Tuesday -- while Kim was still in the hospital after giving birth -- and we're told it was there to pick up all her personal effects in order to be moved to the new $11 million mansion she bought with Kanye in Bel Air.
Unfortunately, the new house isn't ready yet -- and the old one is about to be renovated -- so we're told Kim had to place her stuff in storage vaults ... for the time being.
We're told Kim's stuff is occupying a total of three vaults -- and each vault only costs $50/month to rent ... so it's not a huge investment.
Kim is currently out of the hospital staying at a mystery location with the baby.
As for the new mansion, we're told Kim plans to move in within the next month or so.

Chris Brown to L.A. City: My Graffiti Is Protected By the 1st Amendment!!
Chris Brown is firing back at the City of L.A. -- claiming the gov. has NO RIGHT to force him to remove the graffiti art on the front of his L.A. home because it's protected by the 1st Amendment.
Brown just filed an appeal with the city -- telling officials the bill they're trying to stick him with for having an "unpermitted" mural on the front wall of his Hollywood Hills home is pure B.S..
According to the legal documents, obtained by TMZ, Brown claims the city is wrongly trying to nail him for having an illegal "sign" -- when the graffiti is art that "[enhances] the architectural and aesthetic features of the residential property."
Translation -- my artwork makes my house look dope, son!
Then Chris drops the constitutional bomb -- arguing, "The murals are a reflection of [my] aesthetic taste and a reflection of free speech and expression protected by the First Amendment to the United States Constitution."
Brown's case is now in the hands of the Dept. of Building and Safety's board of appeals -- and if they shut him down, he can bring the fight to L.A. County Superior Court.
In fact, there's a chance ... albeit a small chance ... that Brown's case could go all the way up to the Supreme Court if he's not willing to back down.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, private security guards near Rihanna's Pacific Palisades property called police just after 10 PM, reporting they had detained the 26-year-old alleged trespasser. Guards then held the man until officers arrived, and turned him over. The man was subsequently placed under arrest.

Bieber's Bogus BFF Asks for Restraining Order Beliebers Are Threatening To Kill Me
The famed freeloader known as King Kevi -- who rose to sub-fame by hanging out at Justin Bieber's house and pretending to be the singer's BFF -- now completely regrets his life choices ... claiming the Belieber nation has turned on him in a big way, and threatened his life.
20-year-old Kevin Pederson has filed a request for a restraining order against the singer, claiming Bieber tweeted out his cell number on June 13th ... unleashing a 40,000,000-person Belieber army on his ass.
Kevin says Bieber tweeted out the number as an act of vengeance against reports that he and Kevin are friends -- insisting the two NEVER met.
Kevin claims Bieber deleted the number minutes later, but it was too late -- his cell number had already been released to a vicious bloodthirsty mob of teen girls ... and these girls do NOT mess around.
Kevin says he has since received thousands of death threats and he genuinely fears for his safety -- claiming it only takes ONE crazy Bieber fan to end his life.
Bottom line, Kevin wants Bieber to stop tweeting about him -- and he also wants Bieber and his goons to stay 150 yards away from him at all times.
Bieber's reps claim Justin never tweeted the number in the first place.
Fun fact: Kevin is the same guy who staged late night pics at Selena Gomez's gate earlier this year to make it look like he was hooking up with her.

Michael Jackson So Broke He Needed Tour To Buy a Home

Phillips said a tearful Jackson told him his 3 kids were living "like vagabonds" -- shuttling from a Las Vegas rental to the Bel Air Hotel in L.A.
Phillips said Jackson wanted a home the family could call their own, and needed the "This Is It" tour to make enough money to realize that dream.
Phillips said the meeting was so emotional, both he and Jackson cried.

Billy Joel MOVIN' OUT Sells Miami Mega-Mansion

Octomom Authorities to Seize Financial Docs in Welfare Fraud Probe
Welfare fraud investigators have taken steps to seize Octomom's bank records and other documents that may prove she's been stealing taxpayers' money ... and what they find could land her in prison.
Welfare fraud officials obtained a search warrant to seize Octo's financial and employment records -- because they smell a rat.
We broke the story ... the L.A. County Dept. of Welfare Fraud Prevention and Investigation (WFP&I), has been investigating Nadya Suleman after getting a tip that she was collecting welfare in 2012 ... when she grossed more than $200,000.
According to the warrant -- obtained by TMZ -- investigators have targeted 2 locations -- the home and office of Octo's manager, the person who presumably has financial records showing what's up.
As we previously reported, Octo and her 14 kids are entitled to get welfare benefits if she earns less than $119,000 in a calendar year. But there's evidence she made a lot more and still grabbed public assistance money.
If the hunch is right, Octo can be prosecuted for welfare fraud, and if she's convicted she could face 3 years in prison.
