Josh’s new pad has 4 beds, 6 baths and over 4,889 sq ft. It also has a 12-car motor court -- so it's pretty sweet as is, but Josh has big plans.

Our real estate sources say Flagg's gonna flip the place after a slew of changes, including:

• Expanding to 8,000 sq ft
• Expanding the pool to 100 ft
• Full interior overhaul
• Changing the exterior to a Nantucket/Hampton look

When it's all said and done ... Josh plans to sell it for $15 million, we're told.

Steven Spielberg just produced a new blockbuster ... as in the $34 MILLION he got for selling his Malibu mini-compound -- and that's 5 times his original purchase price!

The one-acre, beachfront spread looks like it was lifted from a "Jurassic Park" set -- just without the dinosaurs.

Former "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Joyce Giraud's home got hit by an alleged burglar -- and she watched the whole thing go down LIVE ... from her safe and relaxing vacation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the male suspect scaled an exterior wall, broke into the house through a back window, and then opened the front gate to pull his car into the driveway.

An employee who was home pushed the panic button, which triggered the alarm system and its surveillance app -- allowing Joyce to watch the entire incident unfold in real time on her phone. Talk about a vacay buzzkill.

Miley Cyrus doesn't have to worry about the guy who broke into her Toluca Lake home burglarizing her new place in Hidden Hills ... that's because he's been sentenced to two years in state prison.

Rusty Edward Sellner broke into Cyrus' pad back in December. He was eventually arrested and later pled no contest to one count of first degree residential burglary.

A judge on Wednesday sentenced Sellner to two years in prison, but gave him credit for the 270 days he has already served.

Prosecutors had said Sellner made off with a large amount of both her and her brother's personal property. A hearing will be scheduled at a later date to determine how much in restitution Sellner must pay to Cyrus.

Cyrus recently closed a deal for a massive ranch on the outskirts of Los Angeles.

The evolution of Robin Thicke continues … TMZ has learned the singer just dropped $2.4 million on a quiet equestrian compound in Malibu.

The 4-bedroom mid-century home is a real change of pace -- boasting ocean views, 60 fruit trees, and a 4-stall horse corral ... it's a long ways from the party pad where he and Paula Patton used to live.

Chris Brown rolled up to a recording studio Monday night on one of the coolest forms of transportation we've seen in a long time, and then he paid homage to his junk.

We asked Chris about Amira Ayeb, the woman who broke into his house recently and spent more than 2 days alone, before he returned and found her naked in his bed.

Chris told our photog Ayeb was naked for a reason ... she wanted him bad.

As we reported, Chris will not press charges against Ayeb, presumably because she has issues.

Chris Brown is taking big steps to make sure he never comes home from a long trip again ... to find a naked stranger in his house.

For starters, he's installing a new, top-of-the-line security system. We can't get a straight answer, but it looks like the old system wasn't even on when Amira Ayeb broke into his Agoura Hills home and trashed the place.

Next step is good for Chris' friends. He's going to make sure someone is inside the house 24/7. As we reported, it appears Ayeb was inside for 2 days. So now Chris' buddies get to house sit and there isn't even a cat to feed.

As for the break-in, we're told Brown does not want Ayeb prosecuted. He thinks she needs help and jail won't do the trick.

The guys teamed up to hand out clues and rewards in a scavenger hunt for charity -- and one of the challenges was to go to Drew's pad and sing to the guys ... in exchange, participants got beads.

It was all to benefit Matt's "j.k. livin" foundation and Drew's "Brees Dream" org. -- but you can tell the guys are having a blast together ... and even got their families involved.

Demi Moore got hit with some seriously high-priced bad news -- as in $200 GRAND's worth -- when her assistants discovered a bunch of her expensive clothing was missing from a storage unit.

The heist went down at Demi's storage unit in North Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us a member of her team swung by the place on Monday and noticed there was more wide open space than there should be.

The burglars were discriminating -- jacking only high-end, and in some cases, irreplaceable, clothing items. We're told Demi is putting together an itemized list of her losses.

Oddly, there was no sign of forced entry into the unit -- the lock was intact -- sources close to Demi say she thinks someone at the storage facility is behind the hit.

Nailing the burglars will be difficult. We're told Demi's people say no one's been to the storage unit in 6 months -- so the theft could've gone down as far back as last year ... and surveillance video at the place doesn't go back that far.

The woman who was arrested for breaking into and vandalizing the home of Chris Brown may have recently flown off the hinges ... living a delusion in which she believes she is Brown's wife.

Amira Kodcia Ayeb posted a message online 4 days ago, in which she says she's in Malibu "searching for her home." The 21-year-old from Tunisia also says her last name is Brown. It's apparent she thinks Chris is her husband, which is why she spray painted "Mrs. Brown" on his cars and in his house.

A friend of Ayeb's tells us Ayeb -- who is an aspiring singer -- attends the University of Houston, and she hopped on a bus last week and said she was going to see Chris. According to the University of Houston, Ayeb is not currently enrolled as a student.

TMZ broke the story ... Ayeb was arrested Wednesday night for breaking into Brown's home and vandalizing two of his cars. Chris found her naked in his bed, and it appears she was there for 2 days.

She is currently being held on $50,000 bail.

Chris Brown came home Wednesday night to find a naked woman in his bed ... problem is he had no idea who she was ... so he called the cops and they carted her away.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... CB returned to his home in Agoura Hills, CA with his security team around 9:00 PM when he found a woman's clothes in the foyer and "I LOVE YOU" spray painted on the kitchen counter.

We're told when Chris and his team went to investigate, they found the unknown/unclothed woman in his bed. Chris called the cops, who came and cuffed the woman and took her to the station, where she was booked for felony burglary and felony vandalism.

Cops believe the woman -- a 21-year-old female -- had lingered there for a while -- police found dishes in the sink and discarded food. Chris had been in Las Vegas for the past few days.

Our sources say the woman also vandalized Chris' silver Rolls-Royce and his black Range Rover by spray painting "MRS. BROWN" on them.
