'KUWTK' Kris Jenner's Fake TV Home Back On the Market

Published | Updated

The giant house you've seen on "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" posing as Kris Jenner's home -- even though it really isn't -- is up for sale ... TMZ has learned.

The 7,843 sq. ft. Mediterranean villa with 7 beds, 9 baths, beautiful second floor balconies, a gourmet kitchen and a wine cellar is listed at $7.895 million. The pad's in Studio City, CA, and features awesome canyon and mountain views.

As you know, Kris and the girls actually live in and around Calabasas, so they never really lived in this house. It was just a stand-in for exterior shots. Kris' real-life home isn't shown for security reasons.

The crib -- listed by Brandon Assanti of Rodeo Realty -- has made the rounds in show biz. We're told it's been featured on "Chelsea Lately," "True Blood," "American Horror Story" and a Victoria's Secret commercial.

It's been on and off the market a few times -- so if you're a superfan with a few mil to burn, act now!

Lindsay Lohan 'Parent Trap' Napa Property Spared ... In NorCal Wildfires

Published | Updated

The Napa estate Lindsay Lohan schemed her way into "The Parent Trap" has miraculously been spared by wildfires in Northern California ... at least for now.

Staglin Family Vineyards -- portrayed as Dennis Quaid's "Parker Knoll" in the movie -- is currently unscathed by any of the surrounding fires in the area ... so says the owner.

Shari Staglin tells TMZ her property in the town of Rutherford hasn't been touched in the midst of raging blazes this week, despite bordering towns having been evacuated. She says the nearest fires are 3-5 miles away ... and threatening winds have started to die down.

Staglin also notes the property -- comprised of a vineyard and 2 mansions -- is surrounded by streams, so she's expecting to be fine. She's also housing some evacuated employees and families there, too, through the disaster.

The fires in NorCal have killed at least 15 so far, and scorched up to 100,000 acres.

O.J. Simpson Neighborhood's Cool With Juice on the Loose

O.J. Simpson's getting the friendly neighborhood treatment in the Vegas community where he's shacking up, and it should stay that way ... unless a media circus spoils it.

Several homeowners in the area where Simpson's hanging out tell TMZ ... they have no problem with him being there as long as media presence in the 'hood doesn't get crazy. We're told restaurants and other business establishments nearby don't care if O.J. pops in ... and one restaurant owner says he'll gladly serve him a steak, just like anyone else.

As for Simpson's favorite hobby, golf ... our golf course sources tell us he's welcome everywhere within driving distance. We couldn't find any course enforcing an O.J. ban, and one golf course staffer told us they might even invite Simpson to participate in a tournament.

As we reported ... O.J.'s staying in a sprawling Las Vegas estate in a gated community, right next to a golf course.

So far, it seems ... the living's easy.

Ed Begley Jr. Self-Sustaining L.A. Home Only Has $10 Utility Bill

Published | Updated

"St. Elsewhere" star Ed Begley Jr.'s newly built L.A. home should be the envy of all his neighbors because it's completely self-sustainable with a $10 monthly utility bill.

Ed -- who some might also recognize from "Best in Show" and "Better Call Saul" -- just built the first-of-its-kind home in L.A.'s Studio City neighborhood. The actor worked with architect William Hefner, and builder to the stars Scott Harris at Building Construction Group, on the 5-year project. Scott and Ed worked together to develop some of the innovative features.

The old crib on the property was toxic, so they had to start from the ground up. Apart from the usual eco-friendly solar panels and recycled wood, here's what Ed got for $2.8 mil.

-- Chlorine-free pool purified by an ozone system

-- Fiberglass walls for better insulation, and recycled steel frame to prevent warping and rotting

-- A unit that recycles A/C water to use on the plants

-- Antique-looking gutters that funnel rain water into storage tank

-- Motion-sensored water heating system that heats water before it's turned on

But the coolest feature is the tile in the master bath which is made completely of recycled bottles, yet you'd never be able to tell from the photos.

We're told the home would've cost way more to build with traditional materials. Ed also got a deal on the build since some of the features had never been done before.

Kathy Griffin Neighbor Runs to Court ... Says He's the Real Victim in Feud

Published | Updated

Kathy Griffin's neighbor refuses to back down, and has actually gone to court to get his own restraining order against her and her bf.

Kathy fired the first shot in the neighborhood feud last month ... getting a temporary restraining order against Jeffrey Mezger after he went on a rant against Kathy and Randy Bick. He'd also called police to make a noise complaint against them.

On Wednesday, Mezger requested his own TRO. As it stands, Mezger must stay 100 yards away from Kathy and Randy. If his filing is approved, it will be ditto for them.

There's a court hearing scheduled for next week to sort out the whole mess.

The home is 5 bedrooms, 5.5 baths -- and includes a pool, hot tub and a private putting green area. It's roughly 20 minutes from the Vegas strip.

We're told Simpson has been hanging out at the house and laying low so far. His daughter, Arnelle, was spotted out on a grocery run at a nearby Trader Joe's earlier this week.

Justin Theroux to Neighbor You're the One Hiding Stuff!!! (And Get Outta My Yard)

Published | Updated

Justin Theroux is firing back at the NYC neighbor who's suing him over home renovations -- and his allegedly loud dog -- and claims the guy is only covering up his own domestic issues.

Justin filed a response to the lawsuit, saying Norman Resnicow's demand for the actor to install pricey soundproofing has nothing to do with noise in Justin's apartment. Instead, Justin says Resnicow is trying to conceal his own "volcanic and abusive outbursts emanating from inside his apartment." He adds cops have been called more than once to Resnicow's place over the noise.

And Justin's not taking any crap about his dog either. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, he says Resnicow's complaint about his dog barking too much doesn't add up because the dog hasn't been there since 2011. Plus, when the pooch was there ... no one else ever complained.

This whole mess started with Justin accusing Resnicow of interfering with home renovations he and Jennifer Aniston are having done -- and in the new docs he says he has proof. He's included what he says is a photo taken last month of Resnicow badgering workers -- on Justin's property -- in his PJs, no less.

Resnicow's response -- “With his latest temper tantrum in court, Justin continues to star in his own nasty clown show. Not quite Emmy material.”

Jason Derulo Hit By Burglars

8:07 AM PT -- Law enforcement tells us multiple people forced their way into Derulo's home, possibly breaking a door and window. We're told they beelined it for one room where they stole $300,000 in cash and jewelry. At some point later in the day, the maid discovered something was amiss. Cops believed it may be an inside job because the burglars only hit one room. And, we're told, there may be surveillance video.

The original structure was built over a century ago but Jeffrey Collé spent 2 years redesigning the current masterpiece. Great sequel to their roughly $90 million West Coast purchase.

O.J. Simpson Itching for the Retirement Life After Prison

Published | Updated

O.J. Simpson's salivating over getting back into the swing of things after prison ... and yes, that includes golf. LOTS of golf.

O.J.'s lawyer, Malcolm LaVergne, tells TMZ ... Juice, for starters, has narrowed down around 5 potential residences of where he might live in Florida following his prison release. He'll have to submit a parole plan on exactly where he'll live, so he's still mulling it over.

As for who owns the homes ... not his 2 kids. LaVergne says there's no rift between O.J. and his children, but he doesn't want to impose and draw unwanted attention to them. So the people who own the homes, LaVergne says, are "wealthy and supportive friends."

One pad might be out the window because LaVergne tells us it got hit hard by Hurricane Irma.

Once settled, we're told O.J. plans to get back into shape so he can golf as often as he wants. As LaVergne put it, the man loves to golf but wants to lay low. Good luck with that.

There are others who think O.J. will golf, alright, but he has craved the spotlight his entire adult life and they don't think he's lost his appetite ... despite 9 years behind bars.
