You can judge for yourself ... but it's easy to see why the Internet is going crazy over Thor's new fortress. There are endless amounts of concrete, a huge chunk of forest missing and it dwarfs everything else in Byron Bay.

Chris and Elsa have been building their dream house for nearly a year -- they've reportedly poured $8 million into the project -- but the colossal compound has become a nightmare for neighbors.

The sprawling estate is expected to feature a huge swimming pool, steam room, gym and a luxury spa. All it's missing is a moat.

Tyler Perry is the boss you've always wanted, but never had ... because we've learned he gifted a house to the mother of a woman he worked with nearly 20 years ago!!!

Tyler dropped $350,000 on a home in Georgia … and gave it to the ailing mother of LaShun Pace, who worked alongside Tyler on a play all the way back in 1999.

Tyler and LaShun stayed in touch ever since they worked on a play Perry wrote and co-produced two decades ago ... and his connection to the Pace family runs deep.

LaShun's family makes up a Gospel group (you hear them in the vid), and Tyler put one of their songs in "Tyler Perry's Madea's Family Reunion."

So, when Tyler learned Bettie Pace had fallen ill and her dying wish was to own a home big enough for her large family ... he stepped up and bought a property close to where the Paces were born and raised in Atlanta.

Chief Keef is damn lucky cops were in his neighborhood, and caught 3 alleged burglars red-handed -- but not before one of them opened fire ... TMZ has learned.

The suspects hopped a wall and threw bricks to break a window at the San Fernando Valley home Sunday around 11:15 PM ... according to law enforcement sources. We're told at least one of them got into the home, and was making off with some of the rapper's loot.

The bad news for the bad guys is LAPD had plainclothes officers patrolling the area due to the rash of burglaries lately. We're told cops intervened to thwart the burglary, and one suspect fired a shot -- which didn't hit anyone -- and then the chase was on. Officers nabbed 2 of the perps, but one managed to flee in a getaway car.

Keef, btw, was home during all of this. Cops went to the house and spoke to him afterward. We're told he had no idea the suspects had gotten into the home.

Tom Ford's got high standards ... so high, his $40 million crib isn't quite up to snuff, but that's about to change.

The famed designer bought this incredible estate in L.A.'s tony Holmby Hills hood nearly 2 years ago, and according to building permits obtained by TMZ ... it's getting a serious facelift.

Tom's upgrades include converting the porch into habitable space, turning an existing pool house into a guest house, remodeling the second floor and creating 2 rec rooms on the first floor.

Tom's also got plans to install an elevator and wheelchair lift and gate -- plus his tennis court getting renovated and the swimming pool will be plastered and remodeled.

The mansion once belonged to the heir to Bloomingdale's. When Tom bought the place in December 2016, it was already incredible -- 9 bedrooms, 7 bathrooms, wood-paneled library, billiard's room and a caterer's kitchen with a staff dining room.

Drake loves to sit courtside at basketball games and now he's bringing that action to his brand new Toronto mansion with a near-NBA-sized basketball court ... in the basement!

Drake's under-construction pad will be lavish even by his standards because it's got a 15,000 square foot basement. The 6 God's plan for that level alone? Spa surrounded by 2 saunas and a massage room ... pool WITH a hot tub ... and snack lounge suspended ABOVE the b-ball court.

That's a check, check, check and check ... according to Drizzy's building permits filed with the city.

Above ground, it's just as sweet. He's gonna have a rooftop terrace with another hot tub, a sprawling outdoor swimming area flanked by bars and massive projection screens. Translation: Best. House. Party. Ever.

Of course, he'll also have the standards: wine and champagne bar, home theater, recording studio and award ROOM (when a shelf alone won't cut it).

If Dodgers slugger Yasiel Puig's house is hit by burglars again ... it won't be because of a lack of effort by cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... cops have significantly increased their presence in the San Fernando Valley area where Puig's home -- and so many others -- have been hit by thieves.

Puig's 4th burglary -- the last one was this week -- was the catalyst for law enforcement to kick things up to nab some of these bad guys.

We broke the story ... LAPD got video footage of the suspects breaking into Puig's home after one of them kicked the front door open. Cops believe there are 3 suspects involved in the latest burglary ... and say they're the same perps who tried to steal his stuff on August 30.

Incredibly, Yasiel had yet another intruder on his property Thursday night ... but the guy isn't believed to be one of the burglars. Puig has a Ring security system set up at his home to get alerts for any visitors, but so far it hasn't been enough to keep thieves away.

Drea de Matteo could use some of her old TV mafia ties to, uhh ... y'know, have a little sit down with the mamalukes who jacked her minivan.

Okay, first off ... no one woulda touched Adriana's ride in "The Sopranos" days, 'cause Christopha and Tony woulda cracked 'em good. Now, back in the real world, Drea's Honda Odyssey really was stolen from in front of her Hollywood Hills home ... according to law enforcement sources.

We're told she parked it on the street last month, and it was gone when she came out the next morning. It hasn't been recovered, but cops are still investigating.

It's a big loss for Drea, who has a 10-year-old daughter and a 7-year-old son. Mom needs something to take the kids to all their activities.

It's now borderline incredible ... after 4 home burglaries, ANOTHER person who was up to no good ended up at the home of L.A. Dodgers star Yasiel Puig under sketchy circumstances

It went down Thursday night -- 2 days after burglars had broken into Yasiel's home for the FOURTH TIME.

Yasiel was not home when a dude jumped his fence at 10:45 PM and made it to the front door. For some reason, he rang the doorbell and turns out this time someone was home and answered on the intercom.

The guy asked if a girl was there -- he gave the name, but it wasn't the person inside. There was obviously cause for alarm, so the person inside told the intruder he was calling the cops. That was enough for the intruder to flee the scene.

9/20 5:07 PM PT -- The LAPD has now released a video of the crime going down ... showing one of the suspects smashing in the front door with several kicks. Cops are asking for help in identifying the men involved.

7:07 PM PT -- LAPD has just released a photo of one of the suspects, captured by Puig's home security system.

Cops also provided further details, saying the 3 men -- 2 of which are believed to be black males in their early to mid-20s with slim builds -- ransacked Puig's home then located a safe in the second-floor master bedroom. They allegedly dragged it down the stairs through the living room, but fled without it ... leaving it in the doorway.

LAPD claims the suspects caused about $10k in damages. They have no description so far of the third suspect, who was the driver.

The 3 suspects are believed to be the same burglars who hit Puig's house on August 30.

Yasiel Puig really needs to do something about his home security, 'cause he was burglarized yet again -- the 4TH TIME he's been hit ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops were called to Puig's San Fernando Valley home Tuesday night around 8 PM after one of the Dodger's assistants got a security alert on his phone, which showed 3 men leaving Puig's property.

Yasiel has a security camera set up that captures motion, and it automatically sends the video to a cell phone programmed to receive it. When Yasiel's associate saw the footage, he immediately called police ... but the bad guys had already fled.

We're told the men broke in through the back door ... smashing it open. It's unclear at this point if anything was taken.

Yasiel wasn't seen celebrating with his team at Dodger Stadium Tuesday night after their walk-off win against the Rockies, but the game went late ... and he presumably left when he got called about the break-in.

If you're keeping track ... Yasiel's been burglarized now a total of 4 times. He initially got hit last spring while he was away for spring training, then again during the World Series last year ... and a third time just last month. Our sources say cops aren't sure if the burglaries are connected, but it's clear someone is keeping track of Yasiel's work schedule, 'cause he's never been home.

Time to get a watchdog or something, Yas. That's our advice.

Kanye West is moving to Chicago ... but that doesn't mean he's abandoning L.A.

Kanye made the announcement Monday at a Windy City event with Chance the Rapper, saying, "I gotta let y'all know that I'm moving back to Chicago and I'm never leaving again."

We know a thing or two about the latest development, and it has nothing to do with Kanye fleeing Los Angeles, where he lives with Kim Kardashian West and their 3 kids.

Sources close to Kanye say he and Kim have already found a home in Chi-Town and that's where we know he wants to establish his permanent residence, but they are keeping all of their properties in L.A.

In addition to the house they just built, they have multiple properties in L.A., including 300 acres that Kanye is developing, and that project is still a go.

We're told Kanye will move his Yeezy offices from Calabasas to Chicago.

It's a little confusing, but we're told Kanye views it this way ... that he will have a home base in Chicago, but apparently he believes he can have more than one home base.

"This Is Us" creator Dan Fogelman's house got hit by burglars who made off with some expensive watches -- and then it got hit again ... and again.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Dan's San Fernando Valley home was first burglarized a couple weeks ago when thieves broke in through a door and stole around $40,000 worth of watches.

We're told later that night -- around 3:30 AM -- burglars smashed a window and Fogelman came out yelling something ... scaring them away empty-handed.

And, for the trifecta ... our sources say Dan's home was hit again Thursday night -- while he was attending the premiere of this new film, "Life Itself" -- which set off his alarm.

We're told the burglars smashed another window in the back of his house to get in and rummaged through Dan's things. It's unclear if anything was taken, but when police arrived the suspects were gone.

Interesting note -- our sources say while cops were checking out the scene ... Dan's neighbor, Steve Carell, drove by to check on the situation after cops arrived.

Cops are investigating the burglaries ... and we're told they believe all 3 are related.

As we've reported ... Dan's not the only celeb in the area to fall victim to a burglary. In fact, he's not even the only one to have it happen multiple times.

Here's the story, 'Brady Bunch' neighbors ... HGTV is coming to town whether you like it or not, and they're armed for a battle -- cookies, anyone??

TMZ has obtained a letter Lando Entertainment fired off to a bunch of neighbors around the San Fernando Valley home that was used for 'Brady' exterior shots. As you know, HGTV just bought the crib, and Lando is producing the remodel project.

The letter seems likes a pretty nice gesture, especially because it came with fresh cookies from SusieCakes.

The chocolate chips and snickerdoodles were clearly sent to appease pissed off neighbors. As we first reported, a lot of residents were none too pleased a full-blown production was happening on their street.

In addition to the sweets ... Lando offered the name of an exec neighbors can hit up to voice concerns about the project. The company says the exec will be available to "field questions, address problems, resolve issues and generally serve as your conduit to the production company."

Lando is completely remodeling the interior of the home to match the original soundstage where the show was shot ... so, it's likely there will be major construction that could temporarily disrupt neighbors' lives. Lando's promising to give them a heads-up when the big changes go down.

Quentin Tarantino will host his "Once Upon a Time in Hollywood" premiere party at the Playboy Mansion -- this after recently filming some scenes there ... TMZ has learned.

QT and co. are going to have their after-party at Hugh Hefner's romping grounds following the premiere of his highly anticipated flick -- which chronicles the Manson murders. While a date for the party hasn't been set quite yet, we're told it has gotten the green light for whenever the film drops ... which, for now, is slated for summer 2019.

Tarantino and his crew were seen at the Playboy Mansion last week, where they filmed for 3 days. The current owner of the house, Daren Metropoulos, says ... "After Quentin reached out to me and I spent some time understanding his vision for the film, I knew there was a special opportunity to collaborate together and feature the mansion in this thrilling project."

He added ... "The timing was excellent as the property has already begun to transform back to its original grandeur and has never looked more impressive."

Tarantino's got history with the Playboy Mansion. He hosted his "Kill Bill: Vol. 1" video release party there in 2004. Looks like he's circling back with the likes of Leonardo DiCaprio, Brad Pitt, Margot Robbie, Al Pacino and other big stars that've been cast.

The premiere party appears to be one of the first major A-list events to be held at the mansion since Hugh Hefner's death late last year and since Daren bought the place for $100 million about a year prior. Most recently, he was cleared to undergo major repairs ahead of a potential historic monument designation.

The 3 little bears got nothing on the billionaire behind Oakley sunglasses ... 'cause he says he found a naked man lounging in his bed hot tub, and things got even weirder when Paris Jackson got dragged into it.

James Jannard, who's worth about $3 billion, didn't actually find the naked guy -- he's got people for that -- and, according to docs, Jannard's peeps have found the same perpetrator lurking 3 times on the property of his Beverly Hills mansion.

Jannard says the first time his housekeeper found Terry Purifoy having a naked soak in the spa -- and another time Purifoy broke in and really made himself at home. Cops found him on a couch watching TV and drinking beers.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Jannard says Purifoy broke in through a rear window to the home. He adds ... Purifoy seems to think he's breaking into Paris Jackson's home, and claims he has the right to be there.

Not that it would really matter, but Paris doesn't live anywhere near Jannard's crib.
