HE DOESN'T SCARE ME ANYMORE

Former porn star Brett Rossi is done playing victim to Charlie Sheen.

Brett was leaving a Starbucks Thursday hours after filing her lawsuit against her ex-fiance for bullying her into getting an abortion while he was HIV positive.

The two had been engaged but called things off in October 2014 so it's interesting she's only coming after Charlie now, but she told a photog she's got good reason.

She's also got good news when it comes to her health.

Russell Taylor I Was Doing 'Daddy' Fogle's Bidding

Published | Updated

Russell Taylor, ex-CEO of Jared Fogle's charity, is asking for a lighter sentence ... claiming he was under the thumb of Fogle, who masterminded their deviant exploits.

The feds want Taylor to serve a 35 year sentence for child porn and exploitation charges, to which Taylor already pled guilty. But Taylor's lawyers filed new legal docs asking the judge to make it a much lighter 15 to 22 years.

In the docs, the lawyers say Taylor and Fogle were in a "psychologically abusive relationship." They say Fogle referred to himself as Taylor's "daddy" and used Taylor to carry out his sexual deviant behavior. Taylor does say he's "deeply remorseful" for the humiliation he's caused the victims.

Perhaps the oddest claim -- Taylor says Fogle would make him eat things that were "inconsistent with his gluten intolerance."

The Game Cops Feared K.O. Victim ... Was About to Pull Drive-by Shooting

Published | Updated

Stitches, the rapper who tried to fight The Game, was stopped by off-duty cops before his confrontation with the rapper ... because they believed Stitches was going to do a drive-by shooting.

According to the Miami PD report, off-duty cops observed a white Porsche driving outside the club several times before the incident occurred. At one point, cops say they saw the car slow down in front of the club -- just as Game was exiting -- and roll down the windows "as if occupants were preparing to perform a drive-by."

When the off-duty officers stopped the vehicle, they say Stitches and his crew pushed past them and went to confront Game ... and that's when the fight broke out.

Police say they searched the vehicle later and no guns were reported found ... but a small amount of marijuana was. Stitches was booked for resisting an officer without violence, marijuana possession, and a couple of outstanding warrants.

Still unclear how Halima feels.

Lana Del Rey My Jaguars Got Jacked!!

Published | Updated

Lana Del Rey has some serious home security issues -- the singer had TWO luxury sports cars stolen out from under her nose within a week!

According to docs obtained by TMZ, a woman named Icess Floyd got into Lana's L.A. home in early November and made herself comfy for a couple days while Lana was out of town. Cops say she eventually bolted in Lana's 2013 Jaguar XK convertible, but ended up getting it impounded.

Here's the really ballsy part ... Floyd went back to the home and took off with a SECOND Jag, this time a 2015 F-TYPE! But during joyride #2, she got busted on an outstanding traffic warrant. Lana's car got impounded. Again.

Floyd was charged with 2 counts of burglary, and 2 counts of felony joyriding. Both of Lana's cars were returned. As we reported, a guy was busted for breaking into Lana's Malibu home earlier this week when she wasn't home.

House sitters wanted.

Migos Rapper You Can't Pin Riot on Me Let Me Outta Jail!

Published | Updated

Offset, the Migos rapper who's been locked up since April, is demanding his release ... saying prosecutors' "evidence" he stirred a jailhouse brawl just doesn't add up.

Prosecutors have been holding Offset without bail since his arrest for drugs and weapons charges, and at a previous hearing said he needed to stay behind bars because he sparked a jailhouse riot over the summer.

In new docs, obtained by TMZ, Offset says video footage from inside the jail shows no clear image of him, and only lasts for 20 seconds. His point -- even if it were him, which isn't clear, how could a RIOT only last 20 seconds?

Offset and his attorney will present their case in a bail hearing on Friday, which will be his FOURTH attempt at getting released. We're told they'll say there's no evidence to even support a trial, much less hold him without bail for 233 days.

Chad Michael Collins Send Cosmic Love To My Bike Thief

Chad Michael Collins' trip to see "The Hunger Games: Mockingjay - Part 2" cost him over $1,500 when someone snatched his two-wheeler outside the theater!!!

Collins, who's been on shows like "Bones," "Castle," and "Once Upon A Time," posted his own hilarious version of an APB on Facebook after his beloved Cannondale went missing.

It includes a detailed timeline complete with photos of Big Red ... his pet name for the bike, which he thinks someone stole with a hacksaw.

LAPD's on the case, but since they've got bigger fish to fry ... Chad's alerting Craigslist users, in case Big Red comes up for sale. He also thinks sending cosmic love to the thief will help get back the bike.

He could've used some of that after the movie. He had to walk home.

Jared Fogle Prosecutors Want Cohort Behind Bars for 35 Years

Published | Updated

Federal prosecutors want Jared Fogle's cohort in crime, Russell Taylor, behind bars for 3 times what they recommended for the former Subway spokesman.

The feds are asking the judge to put Taylor in federal prison for 35 years. You'll recall, they were willing to settle for a maximum of 12 1/2 years for Fogle, although the judge increased the sentence to 15.6 years.

As for Taylor, prosecutors outlined 13 crimes, including producing child porn to fulfill his sexual fantasies. The feds say he had secret cameras in his home and filmed kids as young as 9.

Taylor copped a plea in October to child porn and child exploitation.

Charlie Sheen Sued You Forced Me to Get an Abortion ... Because of Your HIV

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen's ex-fiancee Brett Rossi has sued the actor, claiming he bullied her into getting an abortion after allegedly ranting she'd give birth to a "retarded child" given his HIV status.

Rossi says she got pregnant in March 2014 and Charlie flipped out, insisting he didn't want a child given his HIV status. Rossi says Charlie threatened to kick her to the curb if she resisted, saying he didn't want her "to give birth to a retarded child." She says she gave in to the pressure and got the abortion.

Brett says she and Charlie had unprotected sex at least 5 times before she discovered HIV meds in his medicine cabinet. She claims once Charlie came clean about the virus, they agreed they'd have unprotected sex just like "a normal couple" and she became pregnant several months later.

Rossi also says Sheen had numerous violent outbursts during their relationship -- including one where he hurled a cement pillar at her, missing, and breaking a glass door.

And get this ... Rossi says Sheen was extremely jealous of her ex-husband, even allegedly putting a hit out on him.

Brett is asking for unspecified damages including punitives.

Charlie's attorney, Martin Singer, tells us they intend to defend the lawsuit, and are confident Sheen will prevail.

Bobby Shmurda Staying Locked Up ... Bond Hearing Fails

Bobby Shmurda's dreams of freedom were dashed in court -- his attorneys' attempt to post his bond was denied.

Shmurda was in an NYC court Thursday in hopes of bonding out for $2 million, but the judge wasn't having it. His bail arrangement was changed, and now his legal team will have to go back to the drawing board.

The rapper's been in jail for almost a year now -- for conspiracy to commit murder -- and as he was walked into court he saw 4 family members and mouthed, "I love you guys."

TMZ broke the story -- Shmurda thought he'd bail out this week. We were told his attorneys put together a "bulletproof" plan, including collateral property from family members.

Bobby's next court date is next month.

Chris Brown I Ain't No Snitch!

Published | Updated

Chris Brown has gone radio silent when it comes to helping cops track down the thugs who busted into his house and robbed him over the summer.

Law enforcement sources tell us the investigation into the July robbery at Chris' house has stalled out ... mostly because the singer is dragging his feet on answering questions the LAPD detectives need answered to go forward.

You'll recall ... 4 people stormed the house, held his aunt captive at gunpoint and then made off with cash and other items. We're told Brown still hasn't provided any details about what was taken. As TMZ first reported, multiple sources connected to Brown and the investigation tell us the perps were tight with Brown.

We're told the best lead cops still have are fingerprints off an item the suspects dropped while fleeing, but they haven't found a match yet.

'Orange Is The New Black' Star and Creator Get Protection From Aggressive Fan

Published | Updated

"Orange Is the New Black" creator Jenji Kohan got a violent threat from the same guy who's made super creepy comments to Laura Prepon -- now they both have court-ordered protection from him.

The 'OITNB' star and Kohan filed separate restraining orders against William Austin III. Kohan says Austin threatened her on Instagram last week with an audio recording that said, "Get ready, violence is coming."

Prepon's docs don't mention any specific threat, but we've seen several bizarre tweets from Austin. One of them said, "Here is a recent picture of LauraPrepon my Wifey and Friend." It includes gun and knife emojis.

A judge thought there was enough of a threat to sign off on restraining orders for both. Austin must stay 100 yards away from them and their families.

We reached out to Austin, so far no word back.

'Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta' Stars We Got Fired & Job-Blocked by Execs

Published | Updated

Two "Love and Hip Hop: Atlanta" stars claim they got the axe from the show but producers are refusing to give them walking papers ... so they can't pursue other work.

Margeaux Simms and girlfriend Merike Palmiste made their debut on season 4 of 'LHHA.' Margeaux's married to producer Nikko London on the show, but announced plans to move on with Merike.

We're told the twist in the relationship was supposed to play out on season 5, for which Margeaux and Merike already had signed contracts.

But a rep for both ladies tells us producers told them, shortly before taping began, they wouldn't be needed. The rep says they weren’t given an explanation. They also didn't get a signed release -- important to have because no other show will hire them without it.

Their lawyers fired off a letter to producers 3 weeks ago demanding the docs. We reached out to VH1, but haven't heard back.

Lil Jon Turns Down for ... Home Remodel Payments

Published | Updated

Lil Jon is refusing to cut checks to multiple home renovation companies for work done on his Georgia crib, and it's pissed them off so much ... now they want a piece of his property.

Lil Jon bought his 4 bedroom home in Alpharetta in 2005 for $1.2 million. Three companies say Jon hired them to do work on the place, which they did ... but he's now refusing to pay the $22k they're owed.

They've all filed liens against the producer/rapper's home ... so if he doesn't pay up the companies are assured to get their money out of his property value.

According to the docs, Lil Jon owes the bulk ... $15k to Lackey Drywall, and another $1,050 to KLS Plumbing, and $6,743.86 to Eastern Wallboard Supply.

Lil Jon's rep says this is on the general contractor he hired to do the renovations, and Jon is aware the GC may not have paid vendors properly. The rep adds, Jon is in the process of resolving the matter.

Lana Del Rey Man Arrested for Breaking Into Secluded Malibu Pad

Lana Del Rey thought her new Malibu home would put a distance between her and her fans, but she was terribly wrong ... because one of them was just arrested for breaking into it.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... a 19-year-old man set up shop in the garage area of her home before being discovered by a construction worker. We're told the intruder -- who detectives described as "infatuated" -- never came in contact with her. She wasn't home.

The suspect was tracked down Tuesday afternoon in Burbank and was booked for felony burglary ... since he allegedly made off with one of her books.

We're told the man was cooperative with police.

As TMZ first reported, Del Rey paid $3 million for the Malibu home specifically because it was more secluded than her previous one.

Guess not.

Jahlil Okafor Fight 2nd Victim Threatens Lawsuit 'I'm Hurt & Embarrassed'

Published | Updated

The man who was KO'd in the 2nd Jahlil Okafor street fight claims it was the NBA star who knocked him out ... and now he's threatening to fight back in a HUGE lawsuit.

The man behind the allegations does not want to reveal his I.D. -- but his attorney, Michelle Newton, tells TMZ Sports he's a 27-year-old executive assistant who lives in Boston.

We know the man was knocked out cold during the melee at Storyville nightclub last week -- but it was unclear from the footage if Okafor was his assailant.

But the victim's attorney tells TMZ Sports they're POSITIVE it was Okafor -- and he needed 10 stitches to close the gash on his eye after Jahlil knocked him out.

Newton says a lawsuit is now on table -- though they have NOT filed any paperwork yet.

"We're always interested in resolving any matter prior to ligation," Newton tells us .... "Should we be unable to reach an agreement [with Jahlil], civil litigation is the only available option."

Translation -- settle or we'll see you in court.

There's more ... Newton says her client has experienced pain and embarrassment as a result of the fight.

He's also pissed over allegations he heckled Jahlil about the 76ers before the fight -- claiming it's simply not true. He says the whole thing started when Okafor was rejected by women in the victim's crew.
