MLS Player Stabbing Beauty Queen Off the Hook No Criminal Charges

Published | Updated

Ex-Miss Washington Stormy Keffeler will NOT be charged with a crime for an alleged incident involving MLS player Marco Pappa ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, Keffeler was under investigation for allegedly stabbing her then-boyfriend, Pappa, at his apartment after a fight back in December. The Colorado Rapids midfielder had to get surgery for a punctured lung, diaphragm and damaged spleen.

The King County Prosecutor's Office released a memo saying no criminal charges will be filed against the beauty queen because Pappa insisted he was stabbed by a stranger while walking home from a bar and adamantly denied Keffeler did it.

Even though cops found a bloody knife inside his apartment, prosecutors say, "the blood evidence alone cannot prove the assailant, intent and disprove any potential defenses beyond a reasonable doubt without Mr. Pappa's further cooperation."

Prosecutors also say they examined the knife, but didn't find any legible fingerprints on it.

Paul Walker Porsche Scores Huge Victory In Wrongful Death Lawsuit

Published | Updated

The fiery crash that killed Paul Walker and good friend Roger Rodas was not the fault of Porsche ... so says a judge who threw out a wrongful death/product liability lawsuit filed by Rodas' widow.

The judge ruled it was nothing but speculation that alleged design defects in the 2005 Porsche Carrera GT caused the November 2013 crash.

Kristine alleged 4 defects and the judge shot each of them down. She claimed the passenger compartment wasn't sturdy enough to withstand impact. The judge said Rodas' fatal injuries occurred when he actually was hurled into Paul Walker.

Kristine claimed the car was not built to withstand side impact. The judge noted Kristine's own expert said the fatal force came from the front -- hitting the light pole -- and not the side.

The judge also shot down the claim that the fuel cell was compromised, causing a fire. But the judge concluded fire was not the cause of Rodas' death.

And the last claim ... something failed in the car's suspension. The judge said the proof just wasn't there.

Paul's daughter, Meadow, has also filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Porsche. The judge has yet to rule, but this decision could be a bad omen for her.

Donald Trump Threatened by Everlast ... You Can't Jump Around, 'Scumbag!'

Published | Updated

Donald Trump needs to pack it up and pack it in when it comes to playing "Jump Around" at his rallies or else ... according to Everlast.

The rapper went off on the Republican front-runner as soon as he caught wind of Trump's rally in Milwaukee Monday night where he was introduced with Everlast's crowd pleaser blaring on the PA system for about 30 seconds.

Everlast blasted Trump in a series of tweets in which he referred to the candidate as an "ignorant racist piece of s**t." He added, "Cease and desist is coming you scumbag."

Here's the thing ... Trump was stumping for Tuesday's Wisconsin Primary election, and organizers obviously know "Jump Around" is traditionally played at University of Wisconsin football games. So, they clearly played the song just to suck up to Wisconsin voters.

Point is ... it's probably a one-off.

Gwyneth Paltrow & Chris Martin 'Conscious' Divorce Settlement Struck

Published | Updated

Chris Martin and Gwyneth Paltrow are done negotiating, and they're about to sign and file their divorce settlement.

As we reported, Gwyneth filed for divorce a year ago, but curiously Chris never filed an answer. The judge recently warned a default judgment would be issued in Gwyneth's favor (since she's the petitioner) if the divorce lay dormant any longer.

Our sources say, in reality the divorce was never stalled ... the business people for the former couple were hashing out a settlement. The plan was not to file any legal docs that would attract attention until the ink on the settlement was dry.

We're told one additional document needs their signatures before it's a done deal. The document is merely a formality, and the only reason it hasn't been signed yet is because Gwyneth and Chris were in Peru with their kids for spring break.

We're told the settlement will be complete in a matter of days ... possibly later Tuesday.

Under the deal, Chris and Gwyneth get joint custody of 11-year-old Apple and 9-year-old Moses. They have worked out a property division and all that's left is for the judge to sign off.

Jared Fogle Prison Officials Thwart Possible Deadly Threat

Published | Updated

Jared Fogle just got a big break from his prison bosses ... a break that could potentially save his life.

We've learned Steven Nigg, the inmate who beat him to a pulp in January, is no longer a threat, because he's been moved hundreds of miles away.

Our sources say prison officials talked to Nigg who made it clear ... he would brutalize Fogle again if given the opportunity, because of his seething hatred toward child molesters.

Prison officials decided the only way to ensure Fogle's safety was to move Nigg to an Oklahoma facility, 700 miles from the Colorado facility the former Subway spokesman calls home.

Suge Knight Deputy Conspired with Dr. Dre to Kill Me

Published | Updated

The L.A. County Sheriff's Dept. opened the door -- literally -- to a gunman who pumped 7 bullets into Suge Knight's body ... and his lawyer says it's all a sinister, shocking conspiracy.

Suge's new lawyer, Thaddeus Culpepper, filed legal docs in which he alleges a Sheriff's deputy was working a venue -- 1 OAK in WeHo -- for the 2014 VMA weekend when he let the shooter inside the club.

According to the docs, surveillance video clearly shows Deputy Henry Boyd letting the gunman inside the club, shortly before shots rang out.

The docs go on to allege the shooter confessed that Dr. Dre paid him and a friend $50k for the hit. The docs then claim the Sheriff's dept. inexplicably released the shooter from custody.

Culpepper goes on to say he is privy to video shot at LAX which allegedly shows Deputy Boyd helping the gunman flee the country.

The docs claim Deputy Boyd was questioned by authorities about the shooting and subsequently resigned from the department.

7:00 AM PT -- Attorneys for Dr. Dre tell TMZ the claim is "ridiculous."

Vince Young Alleged Assault Victim Is Lying ... I Have Witnesses!

Published | Updated

Vince Young says he knows a shameless money grab when he sees one, and that's what's going on with the woman who sued him for an alleged assault.

Young's attorneys tell TMZ Sports Tiffany Cayo first made this allegation privately to Vince more than a year ago. We're told Vince's legal team interviewed several key witnesses -- there were 4 people in the car -- who all backed Young's denial of the incident.

Young's team says the witness testimony -- including people who saw Cayo after the alleged hair pulling assault -- made it clear the incident never happened, and it was presented to Cayo's attorneys.

That's why Young's lawyers think Cayo's lawsuit is a "clear attempt to extract money" from Vince. They say the ex-NFL star is planning to file a counter lawsuit against Cayo.

Vince Young Sued by Woman He Got Wasted and Beat Me Up

Published | Updated

Vince Young assaulted a woman during a drunken March Madness road trip ... according to the lawsuit she's just filed against the ex-NFL star.

Tiffany Cayo says she and Vince were on their way back from a NCAA Tournament game back in 2014, riding in the same vehicle ... when he reached over and pulled her hair. In the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Cayo describes Young as "extremely intoxicated" at the time of the incident.

The suit doesn't say if Vince was driving at the time.

She doesn't detail her injuries, but the hair pull sounds very violent -- Cayo says she's racked up medical expenses, and lost wages as a result of the alleged attack. She's suing for $250k.

We've reached out to Young's rep for comment. No word back yet.

YG & Nipsey Hussle Cops Shut Down 'F*** Trump' Video Shoot

Published | Updated

YG and Nipsey Hussle had to assume the position during their music video shoot in L.A. ... as cops swarmed to disperse the crowd shouting, "F**k Donald Trump!"

The music video was for their song, "F**k Donald Trump" -- so that explains the chants -- but LAPD clearly thought things were getting out of control. Witnesses tell us about 100 people fell in behind the rappers while they shot the video Sunday in South L.A.

Cops responded in riot gear ... and quickly shut down the shoot. Law enforcement sources tell us the officers were responding to a call for cars cruising the streets and the crowd that had gathered to watch. We're told LAPD had no idea it was a music video shoot.

There was at least one car out of control on set. Check out this Corvette doing donuts and taking OUT a bystander! Amazingly, the guy walked away seemingly without injury.

Kesha Sony So Desperate to Save Dr. Luke ... They'll Let Me Go

Published | Updated

Sony is willing to strike an exit deal with Kesha, but there's only one gigantic string attached ... saving the label's star player, Dr. Luke.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Sony made secret overtures to Kesha that it will be agreeable to ending her deal, and the trigger is a mea culpa in which she confesses Luke didn't rape her.

As we reported, Kesha vows she won't retract her allegation ... an allegation that has cast a dark cloud over Luke, who is one of the most important producers and creative talents in the label's arsenal.

We're told Sony will not even sit at a table with Kesha's people -- presumably attorney Mark Geragos -- unless she clears Luke. That, of course, is subject to change as her case drags on.

Uncle Sam just slapped the rapper with a huge tax lien -- $391,056.55 in unpaid income taxes from 2014. Remember, that was a huge year for Iggy, since her debut album "The New Classic" dropped ... and became a huge hit.

Great timing ... since she's not dealing with allegations her guy cheated or anything. Oh wait.

You can always count on the taxman ... to make a REALLY bad situation, way badder.
