A$AP Rocky allegedly left a NYC apartment he rented in ruins, and now he faces a massive lawsuit.

A$AP informed the landlord he was making some alterations to the unit and agreed to restore it before his lease ended. The landlord claims when the rapper vacated back in August he left it filthy and damaged.

The landlord claims A$AP Rocky demolished a custom walk-in wardrobe and turned it into a recording room. And that's just for starters.

According to the docs ... Rocky removed a custom chandelier and security camera, damaged a downstairs bathroom and left stains and scratches throughout.

The landlord wants money to repair his unit and is asking the judge to tack on $100k in punitives.

We reached out to A$AP, so far no word back.

The guy who allegedly made off with $3 million in jewelry from Drake's tour bus made it onto the rapper's bus because the tour bus driver thought he was part of Drake's entourage.

According to court docs ... at around 11:15 PM the driver says he saw Travion King board the bus. Travion didn't ask for permission, so the driver assumed Travion knew the performers.

The driver had remained with the bus so he left the tour bus door unlocked.

The docs refer to security camera footage of Travion walking toward the parked bus without a briefcase ... then 2 minutes later walking away clutching the briefcase containing the bling.

The NYPD is calling B.S. on Desiigner's legal team claiming he was targeted for being black ... saying they arrested him because he committed a crime.

An NYPD official suggests to TMZ ... it's wrong to play the race card in a case like this because the man in the road rage incident who called 911 -- claiming Desiigner pointed a gun at him -- is Hispanic.

The official says, "There was a male Hispanic complainant who said he was menaced with a black firearm from individuals in the car. There was no targeting of him because he was black, NYPD arrested him because he committed a crime."

The intimation is clear ... this is not cops favoring white over black ... both parties in the alleged road rage incident were minorities, so the arrest was not racial.

Alec Baldwin wants his money back after a prominent art dealer knowingly sold him a fake painting ... so claims the actor in a new suit.

Baldwin says Mary Boone passed off a copy of Ross Bleckner's "Sea and Mirror" as the real thing and took steps to make it look like the real thing ... this according to new legal docs obtained by TMZ.

Baldwin claims Boone went as far as fraudulently stamping the back of the painting with the inventory number of the original. He says Boone ultimately admitted to duping him out of $190k.

According to the docs ... Baldwin grew suspicious as soon as the painting arrived ... claiming the colors were brighter and the artwork smelled clean. Baldwin claims Boone told him she cleaned it prior to delivery cause the previous owner was a heavy smoker.

Still suspicious ... Baldwin had a Sotheby's art expert take a look ... who said it was a fake.

Boone's attorney, Ted Poretz, tells us, “Ms. Boone has no interest in misleading clients and we are confident that this frivolous and vindictive lawsuit will be dismissed."

He continues, "Ms. Boone offered him a full refund and took every step to handle this in a professional manner."

Authorities in New York have some hard decisions to make, because we've learned the illegal narcotics allegedly found in the SUV in which Desiigner was riding were nothing more than steroids.

As we reported, law enforcement told us the stash of pills in the SUV console were OxyContin, methadone and steroids. According to the criminal complaint against Desiigner and the others in the SUV, the arresting officer believed the pills were methamphetamines.

Turns out, all the pills were steroids, including methandrostenolone, PharmOne Oxandrolone and Halotest Fluxymesteron. In all, there were 302 pills in various Ziploc bags ... all steroids.

It appears the steroids all belonged to the driver ... not Desiigner, who's rail thin.

TMZ broke the story, Desiigner was initially charged with possession and intent to sell controlled substances. The intent to sell charge has been dropped but he's still being charged with possession, even though the drugs were not on his person.

Desiigner says he had no idea there were drugs of any sort in the car.

We called the D.A. to find out if they were going to drop the drug charges against Desiigner ... but they had no comment.

One half of LMFAO is sounding off at the other claiming despite family ties he's been left in the dust.

Sky Blu posted a scathing letter on Facebook about Redfoo, who's also his uncle, calling him out for ditching him after he suffered a debilitating back injury.

Sky, who now goes by 8ky, is trying to drop his new solo LP but says Redfoo's lawyers fired off a letter saying he gets zero LMFAO royalties ... money he needs to underwrite his album. He says he's also been unsuccessful getting his share of money held up by Rick Ross' lawsuit against the group.

8ky claims Redfoo pushed him out of LMFAO and "just kept shuffling everyday without me," going as far as using their trademark party rock theme on his own solo LP.

8ky also sounded off on their label, Interscope, saying it needs to "stop treating artist like cows and chickens and using them for all they can produce and then just discard them without a care."

It's kinda history repeating itself. They're both blood related to Berry Gordy, founder of Motown ... a label that had its fair share of royalty fights.

Tupac's estate is pissed yet another person is trying to take advantage of his art, and plans to block the sale of his handwritten lyrics to "Catchin' Feelings."

Pac's estate claims managers and employees had a fire sale after the rapper's death -- selling off tons of his personal property -- but says it is the rightful owner of all his lyrics and written creations, because he never sold any of them.

As we reported, memorabilia company Moments in Time plans to sell the original lyric sheet on Sept. 13th ... the 20th anniversary of Pac's death.

The estate says it has rewarded people who unknowingly get Tupac's stuff if they return it -- but adds it is "aggressively pursuing" those who purposely try to exploit his memory.

Translation: There's a lawsuit brewing.

Moments in Time owner Gary Zimet thinks the estate has no claim, and says it's full steam ahead for the sale.

Desiigner just caught a big break ... the D.A. has dropped the felony gun charge for which he was arrested Thursday night, but he's not out of the woods.

Law enforcement tells TMZ, they cased the SUV in which the "Panda" rapper was a passenger, but found no gun. The arrest for felony possession of a loaded gun was based on what the driver of another car told cops, but the D.A. clearly felt that wasn't enough.

The D.A. has also dropped the charge of felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.

Desiigner is being arraigned Saturday A.M. in an NYC court. He still faces charges of possession of a controlled substance and menacing. It's unclear why the menacing charge is still on the table since it was based on him waiving a gun at the other driver.

Desiigner is in a heap of trouble, because TMZ has learned the drugs cops allegedly found in the SUV in which he was riding included OxyContin, methadone and illegal steroids.

TMZ broke the story, the passengers in the SUV and the driver of a car were involved in a road rage incident Thursday night on the streets of New York. The driver of the car claims Desiigner, who was sitting in the back seat of the SUV, pulled a gun and pointed it at him.

The driver of the car called 911, and cops found the SUV, searched it and found a cache of pills in the console ... so many that all 5 people in the car were charged with felony possession of a controlled substance with the intent to sell.

It's interesting ... methadone is used to treat opiate addiction -- opiates like OxyContin, but methadone can also be abused. As for steroids, it's unclear why they were in the car.

Desiigner was also charged with felony possession of a loaded firearm. Law enforcement sources tell us, cops did not find a gun in the SUV but the rapper was still charged based on the description given by the other driver.

You gotta wonder, how would the other driver know the gun was loaded? He doesn't, but we're told cops routinely file such a charge when they have evidence a gun was in a car. They presume it's loaded.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops have obtained a search warrant to literally take the SUV apart, to see if there's a gun in a hidden compartment.

Jerry Heller is gone -- but his defamation suit over "Straight Outta Compton" is very much alive.

We got Heller's lawyer, Mickey Shapiro, at LAX, and he was passionate about how Jerry was wronged and how it essentially killed him. Mickey explains why Jerry's estate will take this $110 million case to a jury if necessary to unsully Jerry's name.

Mickey blasts Jerry's detractors, saying anti-Semitism played more than a small part in the attacks.

A woman who claims she got a bunch of songs together for "Silver Linings Playbook" says she never got paid for her work ... and now she wants cash, courtesy of a jury.

Susan Jacobs filed docs claiming she was hired as the film's music supervisor back in 2011 and supervised the production of more than half the soundtrack.

'SLP' went on to become a huge success, as did the soundtrack -- but Susan claims she never saw a dime of the profits ... despite her contract, which she says guarantees her a cut.

Now she's suing "Silver Linings Playbook" -- which apparently has its own company -- and wants the dough she's owed. She doesn't give a specific amount she's gunning for.

We've reached out to sources close to the production ... so far no word back.

The hugely successful creator of "Black-ish" forgot someone on his way to the top ... namely the guy who says the show is based on his life.

Kenya Barris is the credited creator of the huge ABC hit, starring Anthony Anderson and Tracee Ellis Ross, and Bryan Barber says he and Kenya go way back to their college days in 1996.

In a lawsuit Barber just filed -- obtained by TMZ -- he says he and Kenya both became writers and both had agents at William Morris. He says they formed a partnership in 2006, and came up with a script focusing on the "black experience" ... through the eyes of a "successful, creative and affluent black man" working in the mostly white entertainment industry.

That's Anderson's character to a T, except he works at an ad agency.

In the the suit, Barber says the script was based on HIS life experiences, and he and Kenya agreed to exploit it for their benefit. Problem is ... he says they parted ways before 2014, when "Black-ish" debuted.

Barber says "Black-ish" has tons of similarities to the OG show idea -- such as the lead character driving a luxury car, wearing high-end clothes, and marrying a bi-racial doctor named "Rainbow."

He's suing Barris and the show's production company for at least $1 million. Plus, he wants writer and creator credits which would net him even more dough. We've reached out to Kenya's rep ... no word back.

More troubling news for Tre Mason -- another arrest warrant has been issued for the L.A. Rams running back after he failed to show up for a mandatory court appearance ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Mason was ticketed for driving with a suspended license on August 13th in Palm Beach, FL and was told he needed to appear before a judge on September 7th.

According to court records, the 23-year-old was a no-show ... so the judge issued a warrant for his arrest. When he turns himself in, his bond will be set at $2,000.

Mason's family has expressed serious concern for the NFL star's mental health over the past few months -- and have tried to get him help.

Mason's mother has previously told police her son hasn't been well since the end of the 2015 NFL season -- blaming multiple hits to the head sustained during his football career.

Bobby Shmurda just pled guilty in his murder conspiracy case.

Shmurda, has been jailed since December 2014 in a case where more than 15 defendants were charged with various crimes, including murder, attempted murder and drug dealing.

The rapper was originally charged with conspiracy to commit murder and several weapons and drug charges associated with gangs.

According to the deal, Shmurda pled to conspiracy to possess weapons and possession of a weapon. The other charges were dismissed, and he'll get 7 years in prison and 5 years probation.

The semi-good news, Bobby's been behind bars for 20 months ... so he'll get credit for that.

A TMZ producer was in court, and heard Shmurda's lawyer speak with his client and other defendants, imploring them to take the deal because they'd never get a sympathetic jury and they were facing life in prison.

Desiigner was arrested Thursday night in NYC in a road rage incident that led to felony drug and weapons charges ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the people in the SUV and the driver of another vehicle began screaming at each other. The driver of the other car called 911 and claimed Desiigner pointed a gun at him. The SUV left but the driver of the car took down the license plate number.

Cops found the SUV a short time later, searched it, and found a large quantity of loose pills in the center console. Our law enforcement sources say they found Oxycontin and other drugs.

Desiigner and 4 others in the SUV were arrested. All 5 were arrested and charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance and criminal possession of drugs with intent to sell, which are felonies.

Desiigner was also charged with felony criminal possession of a loaded weapon and menacing (that's for allegedly pointing a gun at the other driver).

All 5 are still in custody.
