Metta World Peace claims he and his family have been targeted by a deranged woman who's threatened violence, attacked his property and waited for his kids after school ... and now, he's obtained a restraining order against her.

The woman suing Derrick Rose for allegedly gang raping her with his friends may no longer use a pseudonym and MUST reveal her identity when the case moves forward ... a judge has ruled.

The woman filed her lawsuit under the name "Jane Doe" in an effort to stay anonymous and protect her privacy.

Typically, the law allows someone who claims to be the victim of a sex crime to file a lawsuit under a pseudonym to protect their privacy rights.

But Rose filed court documents saying Doe has abused the privilege by going on a "nationwide pretrial media blitz" over the past week ... which included phone interviews and a news conference.

LeSean McCoy has been hit with a lawsuit by two off-duty cops who say the Buffalo Bills running back and his crew beat the hell out of them during a bar fight in Philly.

The officers behind the suit, Darnell Jessie and Roland Butler, claim they were partying at Recess Lounge back in February when McCoy and his crew attacked them.

An attorney for the officer told ESPN both men suffered "serious and permanent injuries."

The officers are also suing Recess and 3 members of McCoy's party -- Curtis Brinkley, Tamarcus Porter and Christopher Henderson.

Steve Harvey says he has NO DESIRE to own a NASCAR team ... despite allegations in a new lawsuit -- saying straight-up, "I don't even like fast ass cars!"

We broke the story ... a racing exec is suing NASCAR and nearly all of its racing teams for more than $500 MILLION -- claiming he tried to team with Harvey to start a team last year, but NASCAR shot them down. The exec, Terrance Cox, claimed racists at NASCAR blocked the move.

But Harvey says the whole thing is B.S. -- claiming he NEVER tried to start a NASCAR team ... and says Cox is lying about the whole thing.

In fact, Harvey went on his radio show and says his relationship with Cox was only supposed to be about helping underprivileged youth ... but things turned weird, so Harvey backed away.

Jim Carrey has a legal path out of at least part of the wrongful death lawsuit over his ex-GF, but his doctor might not be so lucky.

Sources close to Cathriona White's estranged husband, Mark Burton, tell us his legal team believes there are "serious questions relating to the conduct of Carrey's physician."

As we've reported, Cathriona OD'd on Ambien, Propranolol, and Percocet. In his wrongful death suit, Burton says all 3 drugs were found in pill bottles with the name Arthur King ... which he claims is an alias Jim used to get prescriptions.

We're told Burton's legal team is strongly considering reporting Carrey's doc to the Medical Board of California for violating laws prohibiting use of false info on prescriptions.

Jim's people aren't sweating it, telling us the meds were legally obtained using "routine practices." They add, most actors regularly use an alias to protect their privacy, and do so with "the knowledge of their doctors and insurers."

We checked, and the way the law is worded Jim looks to be in the clear.

His doctor could still be screwed though ... because under the law physicians can't "make a false statement in any prescription." In the past, doctors found in violation of prescribing meds under false names -- like Anna Nicole Smith's doctor -- have lost their license and faced criminal prosecution.

7:00 AM PT -- Burton's attorney Michael Avenatti tells us they firmly believe Carrey did violate the law, and there's legal precedent to back it up.

The Game and Meek Mill are going to war over snitching that never happened, as far as cops are concerned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... detectives investigating Sean Kingston's chain robbery never heard a peep about Game or Meek after the $300k heist went down in an L.A. club.

Game insists cops knocked on his door and spoke to him about the robbery, but our sources are certain no such visit ever happened. We're told the case stalled, and was ultimately closed when Sean refused to return cops' calls.

As for how Game got dragged into this -- our Kingston sources tell us Sean's mom assumed Game was behind the heist simply because he was in the VIP section along with Sean. She called out Game on social media the day after the alleged incident -- "All witness[es] saw your people sucker punch a n**** and robbed him."

Former boxing superstar Zab Judah tried to lie after a Vegas car crash back in January -- claiming his name was "Michael Johnson" ... and the whole thing was caught on video.

The 38-year-old boxer allegedly smashed into another car at 7 AM on January 29th -- and the victim pulled out her phone to document the aftermath.

You can see Judah -- a former 4 time world champ -- in the driver's seat ... slurring his words as he's confronted by the other driver.

When the woman asks for his name, Judah says, "Michael Johnson."

The woman told Judah he "smacked the s*** out of me" and was responsible for the damage and her injuries.

She also told Judah she was calling the police because it was "obvious" he had been drinking. However, we've done some digging and can't find a record of Judah being arrested for DUI on that date.

Sources connected to the incident tell us Judah's insurance company settled with the woman ... and it was only then that the woman learned Judah's true identity.

Emma Watson got justice by siccing her legal team on a site that posted racy pics of her in a see-through top without a bra.

Emma's lawyers sent a cease and desist letter to the website, Celeb Jihad -- which somehow acquired private photos of Emma in a sheer top. The outfit exposed her breasts and nipples.

Her legal team put it in pretty simple terms -- Emma owns the pics and the copyright on them, so Celeb Jihad was breaking the law by posting them. According to the letter, the photos were taken by Emma's stylist, who then gave Emma all rights.

Message received loud and clear -- shortly after the site got the letter, Emma's pics were removed.

The estranged husband of Jim Carrey's ex-girlfriend -- who died of a drug OD -- is an opportunist who is trying to smear the actor to make a buck ... so claims Carrey's indignant lawyer.

Jim's attorney, legal pit bull Marty Singer, tells TMZ his client shares no blame in the death of Cathriona White, who died from a massive drug OD. As we reported, White's estranged husband, Mark Burton, filed a wrongful death lawsuit against Carrey, claiming he gave White the Ambien, Percocet and Propranolol that killed her.

Singer calls BS on the allegation, telling us White "stole" Carrey's Rxs, adding his client NEVER gave White a single pill.

Carrey is making it clear he has NO intention of settling the suit, telling us ... "There are moments in life when you have to stand up and defend your honor against the evil in this world. I will not tolerate this heartless attempt to exploit me or the woman I loved."

He adds, "Cat's troubles were born long before I met her and sadly her tragic end was beyond anyone's control. I really hope someday soon people will stop trying to profit from this and let her rest in peace."

His attorney also insinuates White and Burton were in a sham marriage so she would not be deported back to Ireland. Singer says the 2 didn't even live together, so the notion he suffered a loss of companionship is absurd.

A judge has ordered Sharon Stone's alleged stalker to stay away from her and her kids for the next 5 years, and possibly longer.

Phillip Barnes can't harass, intimidate or have any contact with Stone and her 3 sons. He also must stay 100 yards from Stone, her children, their home, workplace, school and vehicles, according to the judge.

As we previously reported, Barnes had been sending Stone letters for years ... some from his prison psych ward, and he could potentially be released soon.

The judge said there was enough evidence to impose the maximum 5 years for the restraining order, which can also be extended 5 more years at the end of 2021.

Steve Harvey's bid to start a NASCAR team crashed and burned ... and at least one racing exec thinks it's because stock car racing honchos are racists.

Jim Carrey is being accused of facilitating his ex-girlfriend's death by providing the pills that killed her ... so claims the woman's estranged husband in a new lawsuit.

Cathriona White died September 24, 2015, after OD'ing on Ambien, Propranolol and Percocet. The suit claims all 3 drugs were found in pill bottles bearing the name Arthur King ... the pseudonym for Jim.

BTW ... it's illegal in California to get prescriptions by misrepresenting who you are.

The suit claims 3 or 4 days before White died Carrey gave her the pills in question. The suit also alleges Carrey tried to cover his tracks after her death, texting her he either misplaced the drugs or she may have taken them without his knowledge.

According to the suit, Carrey knew White was prone to depression and even tried to commit suicide in the past, which makes it more egregious if he supplied her with drugs.

Derrick Rose says he's sick and tired of his rape accuser bashing him to the media -- and he's now begging a judge to force her to reveal her identity once and for all.

We broke the story, the NBA superstar is being sued by a woman using the pseudonym "Jane Doe" -- who claims Rose and his friends gang raped her back in 2013.

The Game is flat out wrong when he calls Sean Kingston a dirty snitch ... this according to Sean's lawyer, who swears her client never spoke to cops.

This whole beef started when Sean got his $300k chain snatched at an L.A. club -- Game insists Sean told cops he was involved, but attorney Michelle Iarusso tells TMZ that's not how it went down.

"At no time did my client bring up The Game during the investigation. In fact, [Sean], to date, has not even spoken to any member of the LAPD regarding this incident." TMZ obtained a copy of the police report ... and Game isn't mentioned.

Iarusso is repping Sean in the lawsuit he filed against the club, but says that case is purely about the club's alleged negligence.

'Breakfast Club' star Anthony Michael Hall is being investigated for allegedly attacking his neighbor, leaving the man with a broken wrist and hurt back ... and it was all caught on tape.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Hall's neighbor called 911 ... claiming the actor violently shoved him to the ground, hurting him badly.

The alleged victim told cops ... the ruckus began when he left their condo gate open. The guy says Hall shouted to close the gate, came over and slammed it shut, and then melted down.

Check out the security footage ... it shows the 2 men in each other's faces when suddenly the alleged victim goes flying backward. Hall then storms away.

This isn't the first time AMH's been accused of being a bad neighbor. Condo residents claimed back in 2011 Hall scared the crap out of them, screaming obscenities and looking for fights.

Coolio passed off his arrest for trying to take a loaded firearm onto a plane as "a little misunderstanding."

Coolio posted a video of him chowing down on orange chicken at P.F. Changs after he was released from jail.

TMZ broke the story ... TSA flagged the gun in a book bag and a member of his crew took the fall, saying it was his. Coolio boarded the plane but cops got wise, yanked him off and arrested him for possession of a firearm by a felon.

The rapper was undeterred, vowing to make it to Indio, near Palm Springs, for Sunday's "I Love the 90s" concert.
