Mega music mogul Ted Cohen will have to pay off his mistress after all.

A judge just dropped the hammer on Ted, ordering him to plunk down around $3 million for Deborah Sass, who had a 7 year relationship with the married man.

Deborah sued Cohen, claiming he promised to be her sugar daddy if she'd move from London to L.A., which she did. She says when push came to shove ... Ted came up short on the cash, even after she supposedly ran his biz.

Deb says she dropped $200k on a house he was supposed to buy for her, but he never put the title in her name. The judge says Ted must split the house 50/50.

L.A. Rams player T.J. McDonald has pled not guilty to his DUI charge stemming from his arrest back in May ... TMZ Sports has learned.

As we previously reported, the 25-year-old safety was busted for a non-alcohol related DUI in Los Angeles on May 10th after he crashed into a parked car.

This week, McDonald's attorney appeared in court and pled not guilty on his behalf.

The judge ordered McDonald to attend two AA meetings a week until his next hearing -- and said he can only attend one meeting per day.

Eric Clapton made millions off his MTV "Unplugged" album, but gave credit -- and royalties -- for one of the songs to the wrong blues artist ... according to a new lawsuit.

The estate of Bo Carter -- a blues guy in the 1920s and '30s -- says Clapton incorrectly ID'd the song "Alberta" as a tune from Lead Belly. In the lawsuit, it says Clapton's performance is really a famous rendition of Carter's original song "Corrine, Corrina."

Carter's lawyers say Bo wrote and owns the copyright to "Corrine, Corrina" ... which over time, with many different people covering it ... became interchangeable with "Alberta."

Carter's camp points out Clapton's "Unplugged" went on to sell millions of copies, and all those royalties mistakenly paid to Lead Belly's estate should have gone to Bo's. The estate is now suing Clapton -- not to mention a slew of media and music publishing companies -- for every penny they made off the song.

We've reached out to Clapton for comment ... so far, no word back.

The Game's asking the judge in his sexual assault case to make his accuser's sexual history fair game ... history that allegedly includes prostitution.

The rapper's legal team is opposing Priscilla Rainey's request to prohibit them from raising issues about her alleged past in the trial, which she claims is only meant to inflame the jury and victim shame.

But Game's team just filed legal docs claiming her history is a direct reflection of her credibility ... specifically allegations she was a prostitute and engaged in a "promiscuous" lifestyle. He also wants the jury to know she allegedly spent time in a mental institution.

Game also wants the jury to know she's allegedly been arrested for theft.

Kendall Jenner is currently on the stand in her alleged stalker's criminal trial ... and she just told a jury she was too scared to be home alone after Shavaughn McKenzie followed her up her driveway.

Kendall continued testimony Thursday in L.A. County court, and she said she felt petrified in the days after McKenzie was arrested for stalking and trespassing at her Hollywood Hills home.

Kendall told the court she was traumatized from the incident, and even had to stay at Irving Azoff's house up the street for fear of being home alone.

"This is not how I want to be living," Kendall said, who also added that she now has 24 hour camera security around her property. "I really don't feel safe in my own house."

Kendall adds ... she's more tense now than ever.

"I'm already the kind of person who's on edge," Kendall says.

Derrick Rose's friend took the stand and recounted details from the night of the alleged rape, and explained why Rose's memory of the incident wasn't as clear as his.

Ryan Allen -- who's also a defendant in the case -- told the court graphic details about the night ... including the lighting in the bedroom, kissing the accuser, using lube and a condom and the accuser's pink vibrator. Allen testified the sex was consensual and that the accuser was completely sober.

Rose and Allen have been pals since childhood. The accuser claims they and Randall Hampton broke into her home and gang raped her.

Allen testified he flushed his condom after the sex ... unlike Rose who said he took his with him when they left the apartment. The accuser's attorney asked Allen why he didn't do the same, and he said, "Derrick's condom is a little more desired than my condom."

Translation: Derrick's semen is way more desirable than Allen's. Only one is an NBA superstar.

When the accuser's attorney asked why Allen remembers the night more clearly than Rose ... he said, "People don't know how hard it is to be an NBA player. Derrick had a lot going on with family and basketball." He then bro'd out with Allen, saying ..."I appreciate you pooh."

"Teen Wolf" star Colton Haynes fell victim to some punks who busted into his Hollywood Hills home and took thousands of dollars of electronics.

We're told the burglars got in by smashing open a lockbox outside the garage, then snatching between $5-6k worth of stuff, including a TV and a laptop.

We're told cops don't have any suspects ... but detectives are on the hunt.

Oprah Winfrey ripped off the hit series "Iyanla: Fix My Life" ... according to a woman who's had beef with mighty O for years.

Otisa C. Strickland claims in a new lawsuit ... 'Fix My Life' -- which appears on OWN -- is a carbon copy of a show she created called "The Agency."

Otisa says back in 2011 she got in a fight with Oprah over a different show, but it put Otisa on Oprah's radar. Otisa says she had already copyrighted "The Agency" and O had access to the treatment.

According to the suit, the shows are the same ... both featuring a counselor traveling across the country, going inside the homes of people with big problems.

Frankly, it sounds pretty generic, but Otisa is ready for another fight. She wants 'Fix My Life' off the air stat ... and plenty of loot.

Kendall Jenner took the stand Thursday against her alleged stalker ... where she recounted a horrifying ordeal this summer.

"I've never been so scared in my life," Kendall said in L.A. County court.

Kendall testified as a key witness in the criminal case against Shavaughn McKenzie, who faces one count of misdemeanor stalking and trespassing. Kendall looked shaken on the stand ... nervously rambling through her description of the night of Aug. 14.

She told a judge she found McKenzie sitting in front of the driveway of her Hollywood Hills home, with his head tucked between his knees.

Kendall said she drove around him and watched the gate close behind her, not thinking anyone had made it in. That is, until she saw Shavaughn in her driver side mirror.

She says she screamed, "Who are you?!" -- and McKenzie just stared at her.

Kendall then cracked her window 6 inches and shouted ... "I WANT YOU TO LEAVE!" She says he started freaking out, banging on all her windows.

Kendall says she was able to pull out of the driveway, drive down the street and call a friend.

Smashing Pumpkins frontman Billy Corgan -- the president of TNA Wrestling -- is having a nasty falling out with his boss ... suing the wrestling company and filing for a restraining order against the owner.

Kendall Jenner will have one less obsessed fan to worry about for a while -- a judge just put a 100 yard shield between her and her most recent ... for the next 5 years.

Kendall caught a big break in court Thursday when her super lawyer Shawn Holley convince a judge to grant her a permanent restraining order against Shavaughn McKenzie, after he was booked for stalking in August.

We broke the story ... Shavaughn was arrested this summer after he showed up in the driveway of her Hollywood Hills home ... and allegedly followed her through her gate. She says she'd seen him tailing her before -- and Shavaughn already has a record.

Kendall got a temporary restraining order against him at the time, and a judge extended it for the next 5 years. He'll have to stay a football field away from her, her home, her car and her workplace.

Shavaughn is also in criminal court this week facing a trial for his stalking charges ... where Kendall just took the stand.

Coolio was just charged with possession of a firearm by a felon, and he's got even more immediate problems ... he didn't show up in court.

The L.A. County D.A. filed the charge after the rapper tried to get a loaded gun through LAX security.

TMZ broke the story ... Coolio was yanked off a plane back in September after TSA found the gun in a book bag ... one of his crew members tried to take the fall, but cops searched the bag and it wasn't hard to determine it was the rapper's.

Coolio's lawyer tried explaining to the judge ... his client had a performance in St. Louis and couldn't make it back in time. The judge just cut Coolio a break. He has to show up October 26th ... or else.

Coolio faces up to 3 years in prison if convicted.

Donald Trump's "major speech" was all about going on the attack against the flood of women accusing him of inappropriate behavior, and vowing to sue the NY Times.

Speaking in West Palm Beach ... the GOP Presidential candidate called all the claims of inappropriate conduct "fabricated" and "pure fiction and outright lies." He added ... his campaign has evidence to disprove the lies and will make it available to the public soon.

Trump also took aim at a People writer who accused him of making passes at her during an interview 12 years ago. Trump said it never happened and then seemed to shame the writer's appearance, saying ... "Take a look at her, look at her words, you tell me what you think, I don't think so."

Chris Brown says the woman in Africa who accused him of smashing her iPhone is full of it ... and there's video that appears to back his claim.

Sources close to Chris tell TMZ the woman -- who claims Chris grabbed and tossed her phone -- was bugging Chris and co. at the airport for free tix to his show and for a selfie with the singer. Chris is telling friends at no point did he make physical contact with the woman or her phone.

A video shot by a fan seems to back up Chris' story -- you can see him walk past the woman, and her phone is undamaged after the exchange.

We're told Chris and his team think the woman was simply out for free tickets and when that failed, she tried a quick money grab.

Moments after Paris cops responded to the Kim Kardashian robbery scene, someone recorded video inside her apartment and whoever shot the footage is in big trouble ... TMZ has learned.

The video shows Kim on a couch, wrapped in blanket while FaceTiming with someone. Police are combing the luxury pad for evidence ... apparently unaware that someone in the apartment is shooting video, which would be a major violation of French privacy laws.

Our sources tell us Kim's legal team is now working with French authorities to determine who was behind the camera. The issue is, in France it is illegal to film someone in a private setting without their consent. We're told police believe this video fits that description.

The video was posted on websites this week, but Kim's legal team shut it down immediately by sternly reminding the outlets the footage is illegal.
