Melania Trump just got what she was after ... the man who posted the YouTube video suggesting Barron had autism is taking the video down.

The guy who posted the video says, "TMZ just contacted me to tell me Melania Trump is threatening a lawsuit over this video ... I never ever meant this as a bullying video."

The video was posted by someone who says he was diagnosed with autism at age 5, and he says he posted the video because he wanted to stop people for bullying Barron over his "weird behavior."

Fact is ... Barron does not have autism and the video perpetuated the bullying, but the guy behind the video says it will come down and he will issue a retraction and an apology to Melania and Barron.

Nick Young threw a violent temper tantrum after not getting a foul call in a church league basketball game back in August ... and allegedly beat the crap out of an opposing player ... this according to a new lawsuit.

Young is being sued by Luis Solis -- who claims he was playing against the Lakers star in a game on the court at the Shepherd of the Hills church in Porter Ranch, CA on August 18th.

In the court docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Solis claims Young became "enraged" after he thought Solis fouled him ... and the ref missed the call.

Solis says Young flipped out -- and beat him down to the ground. At that point, a bunch of Nick's teammates jumped in and began to kick him while he was down.

Solis says he suffered serious injuries including a concussion -- and claims it's not the first time Young has gotten violent during pick-up games. We're told Solis has not filed a police report but is contemplating doing so.

Melania Trump has hired a famous lawyer who is now threatening a lawsuit over a video suggesting her 10-year-old son, Barron, is autistic, and the letter calls out Rosie O'Donnell as a bully.

According to the letter, obtained by TMZ, the YouTube video falsely insinuates Barron is autistic. The letter, and our sources familiar with the situation, say Barron absolutely is not autistic.

Rosie tweeted out the video last week, with a caption, "Barron Trump Autistic?" The letter says, "The video allegedly seeks to 'stop the bullying' of Barron Trump. Not true ... The video did instigate further bullying by Rosie O'Donnell and others."

The video lists a number of signs it claims points to autism, including Barron clapping without slapping his hands together. Melania's attorney, Charles J. Harder, says Barron did this once -- at the end of a long day at the RNC -- but the "vast majority of the time, he claps normally."

The video shows Barron yawning and grimacing during his father's victory speech at the RNC and on election night. Melania's team says both events were late at night, and Barron was exhibiting normal behavior for a 10-year-old.

Melania is not threatening to sue Rosie, but her attorney, Harder, wants the person who posted the YouTube clip to delete it and post an apology.

Ex-L.A. Rams cornerback Troy Hill has been hit with 4 misdemeanor criminal charges stemming from his Nov. 19 DUI arrest ... TMZ Sports has learned.

We broke the story ... Hill was arrested around 8 AM on a Saturday morning after officials say he swerved over multiple lanes on an L.A. freeway and crashed into a semitruck.

We're told Hill has now been charged with 2 counts of DUI, 1 count of driving on a suspended license and 1 count of driving without a license.

Hill could face jail time if convicted -- but likely won't ... a plea bargain is almost certain. The usual punishment for someone in his shoes is driving privileges suspended, community service, mandatory alcohol education and fines.

Kate Major's gonna pay BIG for her arrest last month -- a judge is locking her up for the next 6 months ... TMZ has learned.

Michael Lohan's estranged wife was sentenced Monday for violating probation. Her October arrest in Florida for attacking a cop triggered the violation ... according to the U.S. Attorney's Office.

Kate was already on probation for a 2015 incident in New Orleans when she allegedly got wasted on a plane and threatened the crew. Sources close to Kate tell us she asked for rehab instead of jail time but got shut down.

50 Cent uses his image to plug a bunch of products -- vodka, headphones, etc -- but a few auto detailing companies used Fiddy, and he's pissed about it ... according to a new suit.

50's suing Phenomenal Vinyl, Rim Source Motorsports and Forgiato for posting pics of him on social media to sell vehicle wraps and rims. The rapper fully admits hiring them to do work on his whips, but says he gave the companies clear instructions to NOT post any photos or images of him.

In the suit, he says Phenomenal Vinyl went ahead and did just that on Instagram, and even tagged him in the image ... making it seem like he was endorsing them. He's suing all 3 companies for using his trademarked name without permission -- and also for holding a set of rims hostage, so to speak.

50 says PV is holding his gear until he settles a $31k tab, which he's refusing to pay because he thinks they overcharged as retaliation.

A New York Knicks superfan, who's also linked to another NYC landmark, is stiffing the team on her super expensive courtside seats ... according to Madison Square Garden honchos.

MSG, which owns the Knicks, just sued Terry Klein, wife of the former co-owner of the legendary Carnegie Deli, for 10 Knicks season tickets she enjoyed using -- and allegedly reselling -- during the 2015-16 NBA season. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, Terry either used or resold more than 90 percent of the tickets she was given.

Amber Heard vowed to stuff the coffers of Children's Hospital and the ACLU's domestic violence unit, but more than 3 months after she struck a $7 million settlement ... she hasn't given them a dime ... TMZ has learned.

Heard and Johnny Depp struck a deal in mid-August, in which he agreed to pay her $7 million. Just after the settlement she said she would give all the money to the 2 orgs. Depp then said he would give the money directly to the 2 charities and actually sent the first installment of the settlement -- $200k -- in equal shares to Children's Hospital and the ACLU. Amber was furious.

We've now learned not a penny more has gone to either organization. As for why ... we're told Heard and Depp have not signed the final settlement documents so everything has now stalled. Our sources say the main hang-up is that Depp wants to pay the money directly to the charities but she wants the money sent to her. Heard does not want Depp to get a tax deduction.

Heard's lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell, tells TMZ he expects the settlement to be signed this week.

There appears to be another complication. Heard did a domestic violence PSA in which she all but said Johnny Depp abused her. Under the settlement she's prohibited from mentioning allegations about Depp. It's unclear if Depp will now honor the settlement. A source connected to Heard tells us, "She didn't disparage Johnny directly."

10:55 AM PT -- Heard's lawyer, Pierce O'Donnell, tells TMZ, "The settlement documents are being finalized and will be signed this week. Johnny is obligated by the settlement to pay Amber, and she in turn will honor her pledges to Children's Hospital and the ACLU."

O'Donnell also says Amber's PSA -- which pretty clearly refers to her relationship with Johnny -- doesn't violate their confidentiality agreement.

No more repo tales for Tyga and Ferraris -- instead, he's getting sued over one ... that was also repo'd.

A guy named Alex Benedict is going after the rapper for failing to make his lease payments on a red 'rrari 488. In the docs, Benedict claims they agreed to a deal back in May but Tyga didn't pony up so he had the car repo'd TWICE.

The first time was Aug. 31, but Tyga struck another deal to get the car back (yes, really) and was supposed to return it Oct. 9. Benedict says Tyga failed to do that too, and the repo man went back to work on Nov. 8.

Benedict is suing to get at least $150k in damages. This might explain that umm ... birthday surprise.

We've reached out to Tyga, so far no word back.

It was only a matter of time ... but now the hotel worker who claims he was brutally attacked by Philadelphia Eagles linebacker Nigel Bradham is suing the NFL star.

As we previously reported, Bradham was arrested in July after allegedly beating the living crap out of a staffer at the Hilton Bentley in South Beach, Miami.

In his lawsuit, the staffer -- a 50-year-old Haitian man -- says he was setting up beach umbrellas for Bradham and his team when the NFL star got upset at what he perceived as "slow service."

The accuser claims Bradham socked him in the face for no reason and then "violently tackled [him] to the ground" where he continued to bash in the guy's face.

The accuser says the beating finally stopped when bystanders began shouting they were calling the police ... and Bradham and his crew fled the scene.

The accuser says he suffered major injuries -- including a concussion, cuts, back pain, a broken eye socket and a broken nose. He's already undergone 2 surgeries to fix the damage.

Bradham was later charged with felony battery and faces up to 15 years in prison if convicted. He has pled not guilty in the criminal case.

RG3'S WALLET MUST BE AVENGED!!!

The Cleveland Browns are launching an investigation into the pillaging of the QB's wallet -- which allegedly went down after his GF valet parked her car in the "players and family garage" at FirstEnergy Stadium.

Grete Sadeiko claims her wallet -- and RG3's wallet -- were left inside the car and when she returned ... the cash in both wallets had been taken.

Grete tells TMZ Sports she notified the team and was told "they are looking into it and are going to solve the problem."

New Kids On The Block is getting a little long in the tooth, judging from its fans, because one of them says she fell during a concert and broke her hip.

The lady says she was swaying to the music at Philly's Wells Fargo Center last year when she slipped on liquid and landed on her butt, fracturing her left hip. She says the injuries were debilitating.

New Kids are not being sued ... just the venue, for not mopping up the liquid.

Pitbull is now at the center of lawsuit in which a jury may literally have to play, "Name that Tune."

William Underwood is part owner of a legendary funk track, "Weak at the Knees." Underwood insists Pitbull sampled 'Weak' for his megahit "Timber."

Kylie Jenner specializes in makeup, so she may want to seriously make up with one woman who's threatening to drop the legal hammer on her for ripping off her photos to promote Kylie's cosmetics line.

A woman named Vlada Haggerty says her Instagram is littered with photos of women striking various poses which accentuate their lips. The pics are striking ... pale women with dark lips and stuff like that.

Vlada and her professional photog claim Kylie has jacked the style of the photos to hawk her wares, and they're threatening a lawsuit. They say the pics are dead ringers for theirs.

Here's the problemo ... there's a whole legal thing that ideas are not legally protected -- just the images -- and Kylie did her own version that may be similar, but as Freud said, "close, but no cigar."

We reached out to Kylie's camp for comment ... so far, no word back.

Axl Rose is flush with cash these days which likely played a factor in settling the lawsuit filed by his longtime roadie and engineer Chris Pitman.

TMZ broke the story ... Pitman sued the GNR singer claiming he was owed $163,000 for his services from a few years back. He says Axl had promised to pay once he had more cash flow, but didn't make the 2012 deadline.

Sources tell us Axl and Chris reached a settlement this month and the case has been dismissed. Terms are confidential, but we're told Axl dropped some dough -- though much less than $163k -- to make the suit go away.

GNR reportedly grossed about $4 million per show on this year's tour. Mo' money, one less problem.

Anthony Michael Hall had a string of hits, but the one he allegedly laid down on his neighbor could land him in prison for 7 years.

The 'Breakfast Club' star allegedly broke the neighbor's wrist and hurt his back during a confrontation 2 months ago outside their Playa del Rey condo that was caught on video. You see Hall shove the guy to the ground.

The L.A. County D.A. has just charged Hall with felony battery with serious bodily injury. There are special circumstances alleged, so the 4 year max sentence goes to 7.
