Kodak Black is back on the streets ... after 2 stints in jail in 2 different states.

The 19-year-old rapper was released from Florence County jail in South Carolina just days after he was transferred there from Florida. Black spent 3 months in Florida county lockup, reportedly for drug charges. He was sent up to SC to face a criminal sexual conduct charge.

Kodak was released on $100k bond and says, "I'm happy to finally be going home to my family and friends. I look forward to clearing my name in the very near future."

He also says he can't wait to go back to working on being the "illest rapper alive."

The only question ... will he be the illest in prison or out?

It pays to be Prince's lawyers ... they're raking in a ton of cash for handling the late singer's estate and legal issues.

The special administrator handling Prince's estate -- Bremer Trust -- filed docs asking the court to approve more than $2.3 million in bills racked up from July 1 through Sept. 30. As the estate describes it ... handling "the complexity of the problems involved" doesn't come cheap, and requires a bunch of high-priced lawyers.

The biggest expense so far is for the legal services of Stinson Leonard Street at $1,840,895.97. Remember, that's just for 3 months of work. In all, there are 6 firms listed as handling everything from claims by potential heirs to Paisley Park Museum plans. For the record, the lowest tab was for Broad and Cassel ... which only billed the estate for $915.73.

Some of the dough's also going to law firms in Italy and Florida handling copyright suits, plus a lawsuit in Cali to collect royalties.

Prince's estate is reportedly worth 200 million bucks.

One of Jared Kushner's publications is stepping on the toes, and name, of a competitor in NYC ... according to a lawsuit.

Ivanka Trump's husband famously owns New York Observer, but also has a company called New York Luxury Publishing. According to the docs, his publishing co. started printing a magazine called "Scene in New York" in 2013.

Gregg Moramarco has a big problem with that. He filed the lawsuit, saying Kushner's mag is way too similar to his -- "Scene New York" -- which he's been cranking out since 2006.

In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Moramarco says the similarity is creating confusion and deception in the marketplace ... which is hurting his bottom line. He wants the President-elect's son-in-law to immediately stop the presses, and fork over more than $500,000 in damages.

It's odd, when we search "Scene in New York" on the Internet, the only thing that comes up is "Scene" magazine ... which Kushner does own. So, it's unclear what Moramarco's beef is at this point.

Lil Twist just got hit with a year behind bars for allegedly beating up and robbing former Nickelodeon star Chris Massey ... TMZ has learned.

Justin Bieber's old buddy was sentenced Wednesday after he was accused of breaking into Kyle Massey's apartment a couple years back and robbing his bro during a brutal attack. Twist pled no contest to 6 charges, and got a year in L.A. County lockup.

We broke the story ... Twist allegedly pummeled Chris and stole his Rolex. He turned himself in this past September after bailing on a court appearance.

He could have gotten nearly 10 years, but dodged that with a plea. He doesn't have to turn himself in until February 3.

Here's Greg Hardy looking blue during a court hearing in Dallas Wednesday ... where he's facing a cocaine charge stemming from a Sept. arrest.

Nothing big happened inside the courtroom -- the hearing was kicked to Dec. 19 -- but outside, Hardy's attorneys hinted at his possible defense ... saying footage of the arrest is disturbing, according to FOX 4.

As we previously reported, Hardy was arrested on Sept. 25 and charged with 1 count of felony possession of a controlled substance ... after cops say they found coke in his wallet.

The YouTuber who falsely insinuated Melania Trump's son was autistic is redefining chutzpah ... he's making money on his apology.

The guy has ads running on his apology vid, meaning he hasn't turned off the monetization setting -- just a one-click process.

The apology video posted Tuesday has almost 74,000 views as of Wednesday morning, and continues to run ads.

We broke the story ... Melania and Barron threatened the YouTuber with a lawsuit ... and they called out Rosie O'Donnell for reposting it.

The guy took it down when he felt the Mama Bear's legal heat -- although he waited 24 hours and gained another 1 million views, and more ad revenue, in the process.

OG Wu-Tang Clan member U-God wants his group to know HE ain't nothing to f*** with in court -- he says the Wu's been screwing him out of revenue for years, so now he's gotta sue.

In the docs filed in NYC, U-God says he's contributed to about 170 tracks for the group since its inception in 1993 ... but says he hasn't been getting his share of royalties off 12 Wu-Tang albums, for at least the last 6 years.

U also says his Wu contract requires him to get 2 annual payments for his share of merchandising dough, but says he's been cut off from that too. In the docs, obtained by TMZ, it's clear he has particular beef with RZA and his brother, Mitchell Diggs -- claiming they're abusing their power as Wu founders, and pulling strings to leave him out in the cold.

As for Wu-Tang's top secret double album, "Once Upon a Time in Shaolin" -- which Martin Shkreli bought for $2 million -- U-God says he's yet to see a dime from that record-setting sale.

He's asking for a complete accounting of Wu-Tang's various revenue streams, and says he's owed at least $2.5 million for numerous breaches of contract.

Sounds to us like U-God needs a meeting with Wu-Tang Financial ...

"American Idol" producers are a sleazy, money-hogging bunch who made MILLIONS off the back of one songwriter who never got her cut ... so claims the lady in new legal docs.

A woman named Molasses Jones claims she wrote Jordin Sparks' "No Air" but never saw a dime, so she filed a claim in the reality show's bankruptcy case ... asking for a whopping $24 million bucks.

Jones says producers somehow got access to her private journals and stole lyrics she wrote long before Jordin joined the show.

Jones wants a slice of the millions 'Idol' made from "No Air."

And she's not stopping there -- Jones is also staking claim to some other pop tunes, including "No One" and "Single Ladies." We checked ... she's not credited as a writer on any of those tracks.

We've reached out to 'Idol' brass ... but they're slow as molasses.

The guy who let Lady Gaga stroke his golden chin was bad at romance, but apparently worse at driving ... he got busted twice for DUI in less than 2 months.

Burbank cops tell TMZ Yuri Bradac -- who starred in Gaga's "Bad Romance" video -- was arrested for DUI last week after crashing into a wall at a Chevron station.

Bradac was also popped for drunk driving last month. He pled no contest and he's on probation, which makes the most recent DUI all the more serious, because it comes with mandatory jail time.

As if that's not bad enough ... Bradac refused to take a sobriety test after being arrested last week, which means his license will be automatically suspended for a year.

Bradac has had a lot of success in music videos over the years ... he's appeared with J Lo, Enrique Iglesias and Timbaland.

The guy behind the wheel of the Walmart truck that nearly killed Tracy Morgan has struck a plea deal in hopes of dodging jail time.

The driver, Kevin Roper, reportedly pled guilty Tuesday to vehicular homicide and 4 counts of aggravated assault ... stemming from the horrific 2014 crash that severely injured Tracy and killed his friend, James McNair.

Roper had been awake more than 24 hours when he slammed into Tracy's limo bus on the NJ Turnpike.

As part of the deal ... Roper will enter a 3-year intervention program that includes 300 hours of community service. If he stays out of trouble after that, the charges will be dropped.

The judge still needs to sign off on the deal.

The radio DJ accused of grabbing Taylor Swift's bare ass while posing for a photo with her has spoken for the first time, and has a pretty handy explanation of what went down ... for him.

DJ David Mueller gave his account of the infamous alleged groping to a Detroit's "Mojo in the Morning" show Tuesday -- he says there was a touching of Tay ... but it was accidental and harmless.

Mueller claims his hand was never open and sounds pretty pissed over allegations he touched her bare bottom. Take a look at the pic ... do you buy David's story?

Darren Sharper just appeared in an L.A. courtroom -- where he received his final sentence in a multi-state rape case that involved as many as 16 women.

Secret Service agents felt Donald Trump's life was threatened earlier this month, and paid a visit to the messenger ... who says it was just a joke.

Law enforcement sources confirm to TMZ ... Trump's Secret Service team and Sheriff's deputies in Greene County, Ohio checked in with a guy Monday who posted a screen shot of a text message on Nov. 14 ... which read, "kill Trump."

We're told the meeting went like this. Agents asked the man -- who ID'd himself as Micah -- if he was serious about the threat. He responded, "Not unless he starts going door-to-door rounding up people like he says."

Micah tells us the agents seemed satisfied he wasn't serious and they left.

Desiigner can finally put his NYC drug arrest behind him ... the final charge for possession will effectively go away, and his record will be cleared.

The D.A. moved to seal the case and dismiss the charge Tuesday in court. Sources connected with the case tell TMZ ... this was a face-saving move by authorities who avoided simply dropping the charge ... after previously dropping the other charges in his September arrest.

He'd initially been hit with intent to sell, menacing and possession of a loaded gun, but investigators never found a gun and the drugs turned out to be steroids -- most likely prescribed to the driver of Desiigner's SUV that night.

Bottom line for Desiigner: his name will be fully cleared.

He wasn't in court Tuesday. His attorneys, Ian Niles and Stacey Richman, were and told TMZ ... "We're happy he's been exonerated ... and happy with the investigation from the D.A."

Fetty Wap better dig deeper into his pockets if he wants to settle a suit with his old homie, P-Dice -- 'cause $1 million ain't cuttin' it ... according to Dice himself.

We got the former Remy Boyz member leaving Panera Bread in NYC with a fat stack of cash and a grip of his homeboys, and he says Fetty tried settling last month with $6 mil less than what Dice wanted.

We broke the story ... PD claims Fetty cut his verse out of the hit song "679" to allegedly avoid paying him a higher percentage than he got off the multi-platinum song.

More trouble for Johnny Manziel ... he could end up losing a new lawsuit by a nose.

The Heisman trophy winner is facing yet another lawsuit ... this time for allegedly punching a bar employee in the face and breaking his nose.

Eric Newton -- who works at a bar in Austin, TX -- claims someone in Manziel's circle overheard him sharing his opinion about the troubled QB. Whoever heard the convo told Manziel, and he allegedly came running up, got behind the bar, began cursing and punched the guy in the noggin.

According to the suit, Newton grabbed Manziel, they fell to the floor and Johnny then fled before cops arrived.
