Pat Houston is now sharing the controls with Bobby Brown on what to do with Bobbi Kristina ... and it appears a rift may be brewing, because a Houston family member strongly indicates she does not want to use heroic measure to save Bobbi.

As TMZ reported ... a judge made Bobby and Pat co-guardians a few days ago, which gives them joint responsibility for Bobbi Kristina's care. As we first reported, Bobbi Kristina is suffering from irreversible brain damage and the prospects of getting better are slim to none, barring a miracle.

Pat says she and Bobby are working as a family to make the right decisions, but there seems to be a clear division. Cissy told "Entertainment Tonight," "She's not gone yet, but you know, whatever the Lord decides, I'm ready for her ... I have nothing to do with that. That's His job."

Bobby, on the other hand, has made it clear he will do whatever it takes to keep his daughter alive, including using heroic measures if she begins to slip away. Some member of the Houston family have strongly indicated they are not inclined to use such measures.

If Bobbi Kristina's condition begins to deteriorate and if Pat and Bobby can't reach an agreement, it will probably be left in the hands of a judge to decide the fate of Whitney Houston's daughter.

The 2 families have been largely at odds since Bobbi Kristina entered the hospital.

50 Cent is smack in the middle of a criminal investigation after a guy claims 50's goons pistol whipped him and stole a quarter of a million dollars in bling.

Robert Marin, who owns LAX Jewelry Co., tells TMZ he went to Vegas during fight weekend because he wanted to sell the rapper a watch and chain worth $250K. Marin says he met 50 at Drai's nightclub, showed him the jewelry and 50 was in, but they needed to negotiate a price.

Marin says they stayed at Drai's until the wee hours Saturday and 50's crew invited him to see Floyd Mayweather's gym ... an offer he couldn't refuse. Marin claimed when they arrived things turned ugly. He says 2 of 50's guys pistol whipped him, stole the jewelry and fled.

Marin has filed a robbery report and Vegas cops are investigating.

50's people say the story is BS ... his attorney Scott Leemon tells us, “On behalf of 50, I can adamantly deny that he or his security had anything to do with these baseless and false allegations.”

Mike Vick's ex-business partner claims he's been on the receiving end of some nasty threats from the QB ever since their hairbrush company hit the skids .. and now he's filed a police report against the NFL star. Though Vick's reps say the whole thing is a bunch of crap.

The man behind the allegations is Tony "Bachelor" Fortune -- who teamed up with Vick to launch WaveMasterz brushes back in 2014. In fact, Vick came on "TMZ Hollywood Sports" and was pumped about the product.

The company was KILLIN' IT back in December ... but Fortune says there was a major rift in their relationship ... and the two have been at war for months.

Now, we've learned Fortune filed a report with the East Rutherford Police Department ... claiming Vick threatened him back in December and January.

Cops tell TMZ Sports ... they're aware of the allegations ... but at this point, they're not considering charges against Vick.

We spoke with Fortune who tells us he's hell-bent on pushing forward with his case against Vick -- calling him an "evil man" who has "no place in society."

A former "Sister, Sister" star is learning the hard way ... some things shouldn't come in pairs -- Dorien Wilson just got nailed for a second DUI.

Law enforcement sources tell us Wilson was driving in Los Angeles back in February when he was pulled over and booked for DUI. Wilson, who played Terrence Winningham on the show, was in court Friday and pled no contest to the charge.

He was sentenced to 4 days in jail and 4 years probation. He also has to have an interlock device installed in his vehicle -- not that it matters right now ... since his license has been suspended.

Wilson's previous DUI arrest was in 2009.

Lindsay Lohan has a master plan to complete her community service and dodge, once again, a possible jail sentence -- the only problem is she's gone off the radar, and time is NOT on her side.

Sources close to Lohan tell us she's heading to the Brooklyn Community Center to log 6 hours a day, 7 days a week until her hearing on May 28. Sounds great, but -- as usual -- there are a few holes in this Lohan plan.

We did the math, and Linds would end up doing 114 hours. She needs 125 minus the hours she's already done -- 9 hours and 45 minutes ... and even that is suspect. But assuming best case scenario -- she'd be in the neighborhood.

However, she's currently M.I.A. in London. The 114 hours presumes she started TODAY, but we're told friends and family can't get in touch with her -- and all they know is ... she is NOT at the Brooklyn Community Center.

We're told Michael Lohan is already trying to set her up at rehab centers in NY to get additional hours, but that would still need approval from a judge.

Our sources say LiLo is hoping for leniency if she comes up just a few hours short by the deadline, but everyday she's not logging hours ... makes it less likely she'll even be close to the required hours.

Tyga has made it clear ... he doesn't care what you think about him dating a 17-year-old, and Lindsay has made it clear ... she doesn't care about the law. So we gotta ask ...

4:30 PM PT -- That was quick. Farsi's struck a deal ... pleading no contest to ONE count of battery. The 2nd count was dropped and he was sentenced to 3 years probation, 52 psych counseling sessions, and 20 days of highway cleanup duty. He must stay 500 yards away from Jimmy Kimmel's studio and all other Hollywood events -- and Adam Levine is also off limits.

The City Attorney also threw in a protective order for Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson since Farsi allegedly tossed a rock (clever) at him last month.

Adam Levine wasn't the only victim when that guy blasted him with a bag full of powdered sugar -- and as a result the attacker's been hit with 2 counts of battery ... TMZ has learned.

Navid Farsi was officially charged for covering the Maroon 5 singer's face in confectioner's sugar as he was about to perform on "Jimmy Kimmel Live" earlier this week.

The L.A. City Attorney hit Farsi with a second battery charge because a security guard also got doused in sugar -- although he didn't get the full facial like Adam did.

Whitney Houston's family and Bobby Brown will now be forced to work together -- Bobby and Pat Houston have been appointed co-guardians of Bobbi Kristina.

The court ruling means Whitney's sister-in-law and Bobby will now share responsibility for 22-year-old Bobbi Kristina's medical care. Bobby filed a petition last month to become her legal guardian.

The court also appointed an attorney -- Bedelia Hargrove -- as conservator, and she will control all financial and legal matters for Bobbi Kristina ... who is now breathing on her own. Whitney's family points out she's suffered "global and irreversible brain damage."

We got video of Pat and Cissy Houston leaving the DeKalb Co. courthouse after Thursday's hearing, and Pat told us, "It was a good day."

4:10 PM PT -- Ayeb plead not guilty and the judge put a protective order in place ... for 3 YEARS. She remains in custody as of Friday afternoon.

Chris Brown's naked intruder is getting nailed with 3 felonies in court ... but, interestingly ... she is NOT being held on a 5150.

Amira Ayeb is appearing before a judge for the first time since getting arrested in Brown's home on Wednesday night. She will be charged with stalking, vandalism and burglary.

Ayeb allegedly spray painted "MRS. BROWN" all over Chris' expensive rides -- and also, "I LOVE YOU" on his kitchen counter. They say she broke into the house on Saturday, May 2 -- so, she allegedly made herself very at home.

Prosecutors will ask for her bail to be set at $220,000.

TMZ broke the story -- Ayeb is an aspiring singer from Tunisia, and refers to herself as Mrs. Brown in several online postings.

There wasn't just weed and a pipe in the car Jon Jones allegedly crashed in New Mexico ... cops say they also found a pack of Trojan Magnum condoms.

The Albuquerque Police Department just released new footage from the crash scene ... which shows officers going through the vehicle after the UFC star ran from the accident.

In the video, you can see dirty clothes all over the car ... loose change ... and the pack of Magnums.

You can also hear officers reacting once they realize the suspect is famous -- saying, "Well, he's f**ked."

Jones has been charged with felony hit and run stemming from the April 26th crash -- in which a pregnant woman was hospitalized with a broken arm.

Lindsay Lohan is milky white for a reason ... because shadiness surrounds her life, the latest example being her ploy to do her community service from the comfort of her apartment.

As we reported, Lindsay has completed less than 10 of her 125 community service hours, and now we found out even the 10 hours are suspect.

We looked over some court docs, Lindsay got credit for organizing and posting pics on the Facebook page of the London-based community service org. Here's the problem ... a staff member gave Lindsay a memory stick, which allowed her to do the work in the comfort of her apartment.

It's unclear whether Lindsay really posted the pics or whether it was just left to her assistant, but when the head honcho of the community service place found out Lindsay worked from home, she wrote an apology for the screw up to the judge.

Demi Moore got hit with some seriously high-priced bad news -- as in $200 GRAND's worth -- when her assistants discovered a bunch of her expensive clothing was missing from a storage unit.

The heist went down at Demi's storage unit in North Hollywood. Law enforcement sources tell us a member of her team swung by the place on Monday and noticed there was more wide open space than there should be.

The burglars were discriminating -- jacking only high-end, and in some cases, irreplaceable, clothing items. We're told Demi is putting together an itemized list of her losses.

Oddly, there was no sign of forced entry into the unit -- the lock was intact -- sources close to Demi say she thinks someone at the storage facility is behind the hit.

Nailing the burglars will be difficult. We're told Demi's people say no one's been to the storage unit in 6 months -- so the theft could've gone down as far back as last year ... and surveillance video at the place doesn't go back that far.

The woman who was arrested for breaking into and vandalizing the home of Chris Brown may have recently flown off the hinges ... living a delusion in which she believes she is Brown's wife.

Amira Kodcia Ayeb posted a message online 4 days ago, in which she says she's in Malibu "searching for her home." The 21-year-old from Tunisia also says her last name is Brown. It's apparent she thinks Chris is her husband, which is why she spray painted "Mrs. Brown" on his cars and in his house.

A friend of Ayeb's tells us Ayeb -- who is an aspiring singer -- attends the University of Houston, and she hopped on a bus last week and said she was going to see Chris. According to the University of Houston, Ayeb is not currently enrolled as a student.

TMZ broke the story ... Ayeb was arrested Wednesday night for breaking into Brown's home and vandalizing two of his cars. Chris found her naked in his bed, and it appears she was there for 2 days.

She is currently being held on $50,000 bail.

B.B. King's daughter was distraught after a judge just rejected her attempt to take control over her father's affairs ... after she claimed the blues legend was being abused by his manager.

King's longtime manager Laverne Toney marched into court with a stack of letters from doctors assuring hizzoner the singer was getting the best care, in stark contrast to daughter Karen Williams, who came in empty handed.

As TMZ previously reported ... King's other daughter Patty filed a police report for elder abuse and burglary, claiming Toney and her assistant had fleeced King's bank account to the tune of $20-30 million and also withheld medication.

No word on whether Karen will continue her fight.

Lindsay Lohan has a new set of excuses to justify her anemic community service performance -- she's completed less than 10 of the 125 required hours.

Lindsay's lawyer, Shawn Holley, was in court Thursday AM, along with prosecutor Melanie Skehar, laying out Lindsay's progress at the London-based community service facility.

Pretty shocking, and predictable ... Lindsay has completed 9 hours and 45 minutes. It's especially maddening because more than 2 months ago the judge threw out a chunk of sketchy hours ... including the credit she got for appearing onstage for her play.

Lindsay's excuse du jour ... the community services center has changed locations and now it takes her an hour-and-a-half to get there. She has to hire a car service for the 3 hour round trip.

Holley said she'd like Lindsay to do the remaining community service in Brooklyn, so it sounds like LiLo may be moving stateside again.

The prosecutor did not ask for an arrest warrant, but the judge said, "If Lindsay does not get this done by May 28th there will be consequences."

Chris Brown came home Wednesday night to find a naked woman in his bed ... problem is he had no idea who she was ... so he called the cops and they carted her away.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... CB returned to his home in Agoura Hills, CA with his security team around 9:00 PM when he found a woman's clothes in the foyer and "I LOVE YOU" spray painted on the kitchen counter.

We're told when Chris and his team went to investigate, they found the unknown/unclothed woman in his bed. Chris called the cops, who came and cuffed the woman and took her to the station, where she was booked for felony burglary and felony vandalism.

Cops believe the woman -- a 21-year-old female -- had lingered there for a while -- police found dishes in the sink and discarded food. Chris had been in Las Vegas for the past few days.

Our sources say the woman also vandalized Chris' silver Rolls-Royce and his black Range Rover by spray painting "MRS. BROWN" on them.
