Rae Sremmurd's stepfather -- who helped raised them since they were young -- is dead after a shooting in Mississippi, and police have their brother in custody.
Tupelo PD says officers were dispatched Monday night to a home where they found a man who'd died on the scene from at least a couple gunshot wounds. According to our law enforcement sources ... Swae Lee and Slim Jxmmi's younger half-brother, Michael Sullivan, is being held for psychiatric evaluation.
At this point, they're calling the 19-year-old a person of interest in the shooting.
The Lee County Medical Examiner tells TMZ the victim is 62-year-old Floyd Sullivan. He's Swae and Slim's stepdad. He's raised them ever since the boys were in middle school, and moved to Mississippi with their mother, Bernadette. Floyd also has a son, Floyd Jr., from a previous relationship.
Police say no one else is being sought in connection with the killing.
It's unclear how much Slim or Swae know about what went down. We've reached out to a rep for the duo, but so far ... no word back.

Amber Portwood got screwed out of spending time with her son over the holidays, and the kid suffered a vicious dog bite her baby daddy tried to cover up ... or so she claims in legal docs.
Amber says she and Andrew Glennon had a custody agreement in place which allotted her parenting time with their 1-year-old son, James, during Christmas ... but she claims he bolted out of state with the boy without proper notice.
According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Amber says the next shock came when Andrew hit her up on Xmas Day to say James was "nipped" by a family dog and had to go to the ER.
She claims Andrew waited 3 days after that to send her a photo of the injury, and never shared info about James' initial ER visit. In the docs, she says the photo showed James had a black eye and a bandaged nose, "indicating that the injury was more than a 'nip.'"
YG Reports Over $400k in Jewelry Stolen

YG claims nearly half a million dollars in bling was taken right from under his nose -- and cops are on the case.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the rapper filed a police report Monday in L.A. for grand theft, telling police over $400,000 in personal jewelry had recently been jacked from his hotel room at the London. And, by "recently," we mean almost an entire week earlier.
We're told YG claims sometime between 11 PM on NYE and 11 AM the next morning, a briefcase containing high-priced pieces that had been placed on top of a safe was a little lighter than usual. YG told cops he noticed the missing valuables on Jan. 1 ... but for some reason, didn't get around to making an official report until 5 days later.
No suspects have been identified in the case yet ... we're told YG noted he had people coming in and out of his room that night. Makes sense -- it was a big holiday, after all.
That said, our sources say detectives will be looking into possible surveillance footage in and around the area to see if they can spot anything ... in addition to their usual investigatory methods.

George Lopez Secret Service Wants to Talk ... For Trump 'Bounty' Quip

George Lopez said he and others would take out President Trump for half of Iran's reported multi-million dollar bounty on his head, and now ... he's got the attention of the Secret Service.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... the U.S. Secret Service is aware of George's remark, and we're told they're working to see if his words carry any legitimacy as a threat.
We're being told part of the process in making this determination will include an interview with GL in some fashion, preferably a face-to-face. One source tells us George can probably expect a knock on his door soon, and he'll be finding agents on the other side.
The comedian made headlines this weekend after leaving a controversial comment on an Instagram account which regurgitated a story that Iranian officials supposedly recently put out an $80 mil offer for DT's life. GL responded to the news, "We'll do it for half."
He came under fire from both sides of the aisle -- especially conservatives -- with many saying he'd crossed a line with his quip. And, even if he was joking, as he later claimed, the death of an American President is obviously no laughing matter.
Once again, the feds feel the exact same way.

Dennis Quaid Making Big Buck$ Again ... Let's Modify Twins' Child Support
-

Dennis Quaid is asking the court to adjust his child support payments for his 12-year-old twins -- but he's actually demanding to increase the amount because he's been on a roll.
Dennis filed docs acknowledging it's time to modify his child support agreement with his ex, Kimberly. Currently, he's paying $13,750 per month for Zoe and Thomas, but the agreement includes a kicker for when Dennis earns more than $1.3 million/year.
Well, he's blowing that out of the water now. According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Dennis earned $550k per month through most of 2019 ... which works out to more than $6 mil for the year!!!
The 2018 agreement with Kimberly calls for Dennis to continue paying the base amount, but also add a percentage of his current earnings.
In his new docs, he says he wants the court to figure out what that adjusted support amount would be -- but then "make a below-guideline child support order based on the reasonable needs of Thomas and Zoe."
Harvey Weinstein Charged with New Sex Crimes in L.A. 2 Women in 2 Days, Allegedly

11:35 AM PT -- TMZ has just obtained a copy of the D.A.'s legal docs. The D.A. claims the charges stem from 3 violent sexual offenses against 2 victims involving 2 incidents in February 2013. In the first incident, the alleged victim attended a film festival. After she returned to her hotel, she let him in and he allegedly forced her to orally copulate him. The D.A. also claims he digitally penetrated her vagina and raped her. She says she delayed disclosing it because Weinstein threatened her life.
The second accuser says she had a business meeting with Weinstein at a hotel eatery. She says he convinced her to go to his hotel room and once inside, she says he took off his clothes and masturbated.
The docs mention Weinstein is still being investigated in Dublin and London ... and they've asked for the $5 million bail because Weinstein is so wealthy -- he recently sold up to $55 million in real estate -- and there's a chance he could skip town.
11:21 AM PT -- If convicted as charged, Weinstein faces up to 28 years in prison. Prosecutors are asking Weinstein's bail to be set at $5 million. At the start of the presser, it was announced the D.A. is still investigating 3 additional cases against the former movie mogul.
Harvey Weinstein will be hit with new sex crime charges ... TMZ has learned.
The L.A. County D.A. is getting ready to announce the indictment revolving around several women and the alleged assaults that occurred both in L.A. and Beverly Hills ... so says the D.A.
We're told there will be 4 charges -- forcible rape, forcible oral copulation, sexual penetration by use of force and sexual battery by restraints.
Rose McGowan Listen Up, Weinstein ... Hear This as Your Trial Starts
January 2020
As Harvey Weinstein's criminal trial in NYC gets underway ... one of his most prominent accusers, Rose McGowan, is delivering a strong message to him.
The actress was one of many Weinstein accusers who showed up Monday to the Manhattan courthouse where jury selection began in the disgraced producer's trial. Rose said she was there to see justice served.
She told reporters Weinstein had no one to blame but himself for his woes, and that she had no sympathy for him. He showed up, btw, hobbling into court with the use of a walker.
Rose vowed to see the trial through, side-by-side with other women he's allegedly harmed ... all in hopes of giving a voice to the voiceless. She says while he might've thought they'd stay silent, they didn't ... and they're going to face him in court.
She got emotional and gave a shout-out to the women who will actually testify against Weinstein. As she says, they'll have the largest burden, and made it clear she's in their corner.
Weinstein faces 5 charges relating to sexual misconduct -- including a count of rape and predatory sexual assault ... which, if proven, could send him to prison for the rest of his life.
He's pled not guilty to all the charges.

12:35 PM PT -- A rep for the band tells TMZ, "It is tremendously disappointing, sad, and unfortunate that a record executive involved with the band in their early years found it appropriate to auction off the unreleased materials owned by his former employer."
A titan in the music biz is threatening a Guns N' Roses superfan with a huge lawsuit ... claiming the guy leaked a ton of the band's unreleased songs over the internet.
Here's the deal ... Guns N' Roses claims Rick Dunsford leaked 97 previously unreleased songs over the web after obtaining the recordings from a storage unit auction, and UMG -- which owns the copyrights -- is threatening to sue him for a ton of money.
UMG's legal team fired off a cease and desist letter to Rick -- obtained by TMZ -- claiming Dunsford violated an earlier settlement agreement in which UMG paid him $15k to return the recordings.
The dispute traces its roots back to when Guns N' Roses' former A&R guy Tom Zutaut auctioned off a storage unit filled with digital recordings of GNR music from 2000 and 2001.

A Dollywood guest heading back to the hotel at the end of the day ended up in the hospital instead, thanks to a reckless trolley driver ... according to a new suit.
The woman claims she hopped in the trolley at Dolly Parton's famous Pigeon Forge, TN theme park in late December 2018 to travel to Dollywood's DreamMore Resort ... but driving conditions sucked.
According to the docs ... it was foggy, raining and dark, and the trolley's windshield was all fogged up. The woman alleges some of the 35 passengers onboard warned the guy driving it was hard to see ... but he kept going.
The trolley then crashed into a concrete pole, according to the suit, a little after 8 PM. The woman claims she and 5 others were injured in the accident, and she was transported by ambulance to a nearby medical center.
According to her, the trolley driver was negligent and reckless and caused the collision. She's suing Dollywood, along with the driver, for her injuries, medical expenses and pain and suffering. She's seeking $250,000.
We've reached out to the theme park ... no word back, so far.
This isn't the only legal issue for Dollywood right now, either ... it also got sued in October for using a famous tune from "A Charlie Brown Christmas" in one of its plays. Good grief.

Tekashi 6ix9ine Help Me Serve Him in Prison, Judge ... He Never Answered My Suit

5:43 PM PT -- Tekashi's attorney, Lance Lazzaro, tells TMZ no one's reached out to him regarding Sleiman's lawsuit.
Tekashi 6ix9ine is hard to reach these days, which is why a Danish rapper who sued him 8 months ago wants a judge to help him do just that to close the book on a legal matter.
The artist, Sleiman, just filed new court docs ahead of the new year -- asking for a default judgment against the incarcerated MC ... because he says T69 never got back to him after filing an OG lawsuit back in April. As such, Sleiman wants this buttoned up in his favor.
You'll recall ... Sleiman claimed Tekashi and co. were muzzling a track the two artists made together in 2018, despite Tekashi allegedly signing away the rights for a cool $100k.
Sleiman wants to release the song, titled 'Red Bandnna/Black Hoodie,' but says he's gotta go through the red tape first to make sure it's on the up and up. Along the way, he alleges he's been losing out on money and opportunity as long as it isn't out. He also wants it decreed ... the song belongs to him alone -- and not to any entity affiliated with 6ix9ine.
If you're curious what the song sounds like, it's possible it'll be similar to another one they apparently did together called "R.E.D." Unclear if this is the tune in question, but it appears to be the only project right now with both of their names attached.
Now, Sleiman insists Tekashi was properly served this past September with the help of a court-appointed U.S. Marshal -- and once again ... the guys' asking for a judge's help in sending this final notice. Sleiman says he's gotten default judgments against everyone else who was a defendant in his final version of the suit, and Tekashi's the last domino.
It's funny ... Sleiman and his lawyers acknowledge they can't actually get the lawsuit closed out by default until they do this one last step -- and they even offer Tekashi's inmate number to help out whoever gets sent to the federal prison he's locked up in.
Of course, Tekashi isn't due to walk free until mid to late 2020 ... so it's understandable this dude wouldn't want to wait 'til then. A judge still has to sign off on the order, BTW.
We've reached out to Tekashi's legal team ... so far, no word back.

Picasso Painting Man Charged with $26 Million Crime ... Over Bust of a Woman
Forget "Scent of a Woman" ... one guy allegedly had to get his hands on Picasso's pricey Bust of a Woman, for which he was arrested and has now been charged. Hoo-ah!
20-year-old Shakeel Ryan Massey was arrested this weekend for damaging the 1944 oil painting on display at the Tate Modern gallery in London ... valued at $26 million. It depicts French photog Dora Maar -- PP's old muse -- except all cube-y and abstract-like.
According to the BBC, the guy allegedly "attacked" the painting and left it ripped somehow. A Tate spokesman says the artwork is being assessed by their conservation team, and the gallery remains open. In other words, the painting -- a Picasso original -- is in surgery.
As for this young fella, he's reportedly been charged with criminal damage and appeared in court this week ... only to be told he'd be held in custody until a pre-trial hearing at the end of January. He's apparently already indicated he plans to fight the charge.
The painting is of other noteworthy value besides being done by the famous painter -- it's said to have been created in Paris during the final months of Nazi occupation.
Our question ... what's security like at this joint, and how easy is it to jump a rope and get a hold of a painting worth this much cash??? Easy enough, allegedly.

3:49 PM PT -- Devan Leos has hopped on social media to explain his plea deal, and he insists he was only out to defend himself and his property.
The Disney actor basically recounted what we'd already heard ... he and his buddy got confronted by a homeless guy, who Devan describes as having been "super methed-out" and wielding a knife, and after the man started kicking and denting his car ... he says he decided to use his vehicle to get out of the situation -- namely, by ramming him.
Devan also says he's got PTSD and was in fight-or-flight mode at the time. He also acknowledges he could've done something different ... but makes clear he didn't try to kill anyone.
Disney actor Devan Leos can breathe a huge sigh of relief ... he won't spend any time behind bars after striking a plea deal in his attempted murder case.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Devan pled no contest to 1 count of attempted murder back in April. He was sentenced to 5 years probation, 120 hours of volunteer work at a homeless shelter and 30 days with Caltrans. We're told the 1 count of assault with a deadly weapon was tossed.
The plea deal stems from an incident that went down in December 2018. Law enforcement sources say Devan -- who appeared in Disney Channel's "Mighty Med" -- and a friend were at a 7-Eleven convenience store in L.A. where they got into an argument with a transient.
We're told when Devan and his friend got back in their car, the transient kicked it as they were pulling away. That's when Devan allegedly drove toward the transient and accelerated several times before hopping the curb and knocking down the transient.
We reached out to Leos ... no word back yet.

Mickey, Minnie and Donald It Ain't Such a Happy Place 'Cause We're Gettin' Groped!!!
There are new perils for Mickey, Minnie Mouse and Donald Duck ... patrons at Disney World are grabbing them, and in Minnie's case ... the assaulter had allegedly done it to other characters at the park.
The 36-year-old woman who plays Minnie says she posed for a photo with a man and his wife earlier this month, and as they were taking the pic he groped her chest 3 times. She filed a police report against the 61-year-old man but ultimately decided against pressing charges.
Turns out the guy has a history at Disney World. He had an 'inappropriate interaction' with another cast member the day after his interaction with Minnie. The incident occurred at the Magic Kingdom, but Disney would not give specifics, except to say the man -- who was a member of the Disney Vacation Club -- is now banned from the theme parks.
There were other incidents as well. A woman who plays Mickey Mouse claims a woman patted her on the head 5 times, and apparently the shock caused her to endure neck strain. The patron says she barely touched Mickey.
As for Donald Duck ... the 18-year-old in costume says a female patron repeatedly touched her on the arms, chest, belly and face.
A rep for the park says "Everyone should feel safe at work, and we encourage Cast Members to come forward in any uncomfortable situation."
