Ex-Dallas Cowboys safety Gerald Sensabaugh tells TMZ Sports he wants to sue the Tennessee high school that put him on administrative leave ... claiming allegations he violated school policies are BS.

Sensabaugh -- who played 8 seasons in the league -- was in his first year as head coach of the David Crockett H.S. football team (and doing well) when things suddenly took a turn.

School officials fired off 2 letters to Gerald claiming he was using foul language in front of players and had unsafely forced an injured player to practice. He was placed on administrative leave on Oct. 10.

But Gerald says none of the allegations are true -- and claims school officials only turned on him after he started blowing the whistle about concerning classroom conditions and disappearing monetary funds.

Sensabaugh -- who made millions in the NFL -- says the job was never about money ... he was genuinely trying to make an impact on the kids and feels he got screwed by the administration.

Now, he's looking for a lawyer to sue the school district to clear his name so he can get back to helping kids.

Kanye West and Donald Fagen have something in common -- major beef with the insurance companies for their tours, and like Yeezy ... Fagen's suing his, claiming it's failed to pay up.

The Steely Dan singer says he took out a policy with International Insurance Company of Hannover to cover his 28 solo tour dates this year in North America and Japan. As bad luck would have it ... Donald says he got sick in September with an upper respiratory tract infection, severe sore throat as well as sinus and headache pains.

The illness came just one week after his musical partner Walter Becker passed away.

Donald had to cancel his remaining shows, and filed a claim for the insurer to cover any financial losses due to the canceled gigs. In the suit, obtained by TMZ, Donald says the company gave him the runaround, demanding more paperwork and medical opinions.

As we first reported, Kanye filed a similar lawsuit against Lloyd's of London after his breakdown last year forced an early end to his tour.

'Buffy the Vampire' star Nicholas Brendon ended up back in handcuffs, and posing for yet another mug shot after an alleged drunken attack on his girlfriend ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Brendon and the woman were at a Palm Springs hotel bar on October 12 when she got up to go back to their room. We're told Nicholas sat her back down by yanking her arm.

She got up again, but this time Brendon -- who's had numerous arrests in recent years -- pulled her down by her hair ... according to law enforcement. We're told a hotel employee called cops, who arrested Brendon for felony domestic violence.

Someone's trying to make a buck off Ozzy Osbourne's name and his long-running concert festival ... according to a new lawsuit.

Ozzy's company's unleashing their lawyers on a Central Park music event called OZY Fest -- short for OZY Fusion Fest -- which went down this past July and featured acts like Jason Derulo and Talib Kweli. Despite the name ... rock's Prince of Darkness, Ozzy, was NOT part of the lineup.

According to the suit, Ozzfest -- which has been a thing for more than 20 years -- fired off a cease and desist letter, warning that the event, and its logo, were confusing music fans. OZY Fest claimed it wasn't a concert, and more of a "media-focused event" -- whatever that means.

Team Ozzy's calling BS, especially because OZY Fest's own website describes it as an "all-day party that brings together incredible music." So, yeah ... just like Ozzy's incredibly popular and already established festival.

Ozzfest is suing to prevent an encore use of the name, and for profits from that July show.

Frank Ocean's father got his day in court and lost the defamation suit he filed against his son for calling him a bigot.

The singer's dad, Calvin Cooksey, had sued him ... claiming Frank defamed him with a social media post recalling a story from his childhood. Frank said his pop had called a transgender waitress "a f****t."

Harvey Weinstein's troubles are just beginning, because in Marcia Clark's expert legal opinion ... he'll likely be facing a criminal jury soon.

We got the famed O.J. Simpson prosecutor at LAX Wednesday and she said accusers coming forward, and lawsuits are just the start for Weinstein. The next step, she says, could be criminal charges.

Marcia knows of what she speaks -- on Tuesday the L.A. City Attorney encouraged any victims to come forward and report sexual harassment or abuse in the workplace.

O.J. Simpson's inner circle now includes a blast from the past ... F. Lee Bailey.

O.J. and his former famed criminal defense attorney in the murder trial had dinner Monday night at the Palms Hotel in Vegas. A lot's changed since Bailey and Simpson's famous "Dream Team" helped O.J.'s acquittal in 1995.

Simpson, of course, just got released from prison. As for Bailey ... he was disbarred in 2001 and is reportedly broke.

Harvey Weinstein was apologetic and contrite during the Board of Directors meeting Tuesday when he resigned under pressure from the Board ... sources connected to the meeting tell TMZ.

We're told there was no screaming, no yelling, no anger. Harvey Weinstein told the Board, "I have a real problem," and then apologized for the "trouble and confusion" he caused TWC.

We're told Weinstein, who was on speaker phone from Arizona, told the Board he needed to build a new life and move on.

Our sources say everyone sounded conciliatory ... partly because the handwriting was on the wall. The Board made it clear Weinstein had a legal obligation to resign from the Board after it ratified his firing from TWC. He did just that.

Harvey, we're told, was "peaceful" during the meeting and Bob was subdued.

We're told the sense of the Board is that Harvey Weinstein will not force his firing to arbitration or court.

Our sources say both Harvey and Bob Weinstein have an overriding interest in making sure Colony Capital succeeds in restructuring the company -- money. The each have roughly 21% equity interest in TWC, and if the company fails, they walk away with nothing.

Blac Chyna is now suing the entire Kardashian family saying they were responsible for putting the kibosh on her reality show with Rob, costing her a fortune -- but E! sources are saying that's BS, and there are emails that prove it.

Chyna claims the Kardashians interfered with the shooting of "Rob & Chyna" to the point E! network pulled the plug, claiming production was impossible. In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Chyna says the network, the production company and the stars of the show -- herself and Rob -- were all on board to shoot a 2nd season.

According to the suit, the Kardashians used their "power and influence over the E! network to kill the second season." However, our network sources say the couple split at the beginning of the show's first season, so a second was doubtful from the beginning.

However, sources connected to the network tell us they have documentation showing the reason the show was not picked up is because Chyna was making it impossible -- she refused to be in the same room as Rob ... so there would be no plausible way to shoot another season.

We're also told E! was unhappy with anemic ratings.

Chyna is also suing the family for battery over her claims Rob brutalized her during an April domestic violence incident. In the suit, she says Rob grabbed her phone, knocked her to the ground ... and she ended up calling her son King's nanny for help. She claims Rob flipped out and tore her bedroom door off at the hinges.

She also claims Rob repeatedly threatened to kill himself, and the suit includes text messages where Rob says things like, "I'm literally on the verge of killing myself and u couldn't care less." She's also included a photo she says is Rob's hand filled with pills he was threatening to take to kill himself if she didn't immediately respond to his text.

Harvey Weinstein is about to be fired from the Board of Directors of TWC ... literally within minutes of this post ... sources connected with the meeting tell TMZ.

We're told the decision was made days before Tuesday's meeting ... that the company could not survive with Harvey involved in any way.

We're also told the Board does not feel it's required to go into mediation or arbitration with Harvey Weinstein ... that it has a right to summarily fire him with no appeal from the fallen mogul.

"Lean on Me" star Jermaine Hopkins might need another meeting with Morgan Freeman -- cops say he tried to speed past them with several pounds of marijuana in his car.

Law enforcement sources tell us cops in Apex, NC spotted Jermaine driving 70 in a 55 last week. Once they pulled him over cops say they found 5.7 lbs. of weed in his trunk and arrested him for felony drug possession with intent to sell.

He also got tagged with a speeding ticket before he was released on $3,000 bond.

Jermaine was also busted in 2011 for buying 200 lbs. of pot from an undercover cop -- so 5 lbs. almost seems like an improvement. By the way, he got 3 years probation for that 2011 arrest.

We've reached out to Jermaine, so far no word back.

Venus Williams has gone radio silent with attorneys trying to question her about the fatal car accident she had in Florida ... so now the matter's going to the judge.

According to docs, obtained by TMZ Sports, attorneys for the estate of Jerome Barson say the tennis superstar refuses to respond to their request to set a deposition date. They say they've contacted Venus' legal team numerous times since July ... but still can't get an answer.

Barson is the man who died from injuries suffered in the June collision. We broke the story ... Venus now says a third unidentified driver, who made a left in front of her, is really to blame for the accident.

Elvis Presley Enterprises runs a disease-infested hotel where the water is full of bacteria infiltrating guests' lungs ... according to a new lawsuit.

The company that runs all things Elvis has just been sued by Jennifer Walker, who says she stayed at the Guest House at Graceland this summer -- and contracted Legionnaires' disease during the vacay.

Walker says she spent a lot of time at the hotel pool and hot tub and started suffering symptoms of the chronic lung affliction -- such as coughing, difficulty breathing and loss of appetite -- and was diagnosed with Legionnaires' later that same month.

According to the suit, a county health department investigation of the hotel -- which is right next to Graceland -- found the sprinkler system tested positive for Legionnella bacteria.

There have been other deaths allegedly tied to an outbreak at the hotel, and EPE is already facing a wrongful death lawsuit.

Walker is suing for negligence and wants an unspecified amount in damages. To be clear, she is not suing Elvis' estate or the actual Graceland property.

Lauren Holly says Harvey Weinstein was all business during a meeting in his hotel room ... right up until the moment he ripped off his suit and went to the bathroom in front of her.

The actress, who now lives in Canada, went on daytime talk show "The Social" Monday to speak for the first time about an encounter she says went down in the late '90s. Holly says she wasn't worried about going to Weinstein's hotel room for the meeting -- she says that was common, and he was fully dressed when she arrived.

Lauren says they spoke at length about possible roles, and right in the middle of the conversation he stripped and used the bathroom in front of her. Despite being nude in front of her, she says he never stopped talking business ... even when he jumped in the shower.

However, she says it turned ominous and terrifying when he got out of the shower. Just as scary as the reaction she says she got when she told friends what had happened.

Shades of Angie Everhart, for sure, and more evidence most of Hollywood knew about Weinstein and chose to remain silent.

One of the Olympians who iconically raised his fist at the 1968 games says Colin Kaepernick will not play in the NFL again, but adds ... it won't impact his legacy.

John Carlos -- who, along with Tommie Smith, made the most memorable Olympic demonstration -- says Kaep's now waded into social justice territory ... not only by kneeling, but by filing his grievance against the NFL for collusion.

John says it's likely Colin put the last nail in the coffin of his NFL career by attacking the league so directly. Not that there's anything wrong with that -- according to John, Kaepernick now has a duty to right the wrongs he feels were done. For himself and others.

Fun fact: Today marks the 49th anniversary of John and Tommie's powerful gesture.

Nelly's rape accuser refusing to testify doesn't change a thing for cops who are powering through with the investigation ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources in Washington State tell us police in Auburn are undeterred by the accuser's noncooperation with the investigation. We're told Auburn PD is still gathering evidence and plans to present the case to the prosecutor's office.

TMZ broke the story ... the alleged victim says she couldn't take the pressure of taking on a celebrity, and felt betrayed by police -- so she would not testify against Nelly. While her noncooperation makes the case more challenging, it's not impossible to prosecute.

We're told Auburn cops want to present the case to prosecutors soon -- within the next week.

Nelly's attorney, Scott Rosenblum, tells TMZ he's confident the case will be closed based on the evidence. He adds, "I would expect the police to do their due diligence."

Ultimately, it will be up to prosecutors to decide if Nelly's charged. Bottom line? Although he acted like a weight was lifted off his shoulders this weekend ... he's not off the hook yet.
