Kanye West Biden's 'F***ing Ret***ed' For Not Meeting Elon Musk
Kanye West is ripping President Biden for not picking Elon Musk's brain, and using some offensive language -- claiming the Prez is "f**king ret***ed."
Ye went off on POTUS in his interview with Piers Morgan, claiming he could use the r-word, and anything other words, due to the fact he's been diagnosed with "mental health issues."
Interestingly, those issues didn't prevent Kanye from being fully aware the ableist epithet would offend. He told Piers, "The President of the United States does not have meetings with Elon Musk. That is f***ing ... Hey, here, come, come get me ... That's f***ing ret***ed. I know I'm not supposed to say that Biden, but that's f***ing ret***ed, Biden."
As we reported ... in the same interview, Ye dug himself an even deeper hole over his recent antisemitic comments, trying to clear things up by telling Piers he only wishes death on Jews who he thinks screwed him over.
As for Ye's claim he gets a pass because of his mental health -- that's not flying with a lot of people, including Howard Stern, who said on his show Wednesday ... "If he’s so mentally ill, why don’t they appoint a conservator over his money like they did with the poor Britney Spears?”

Howard Stern Kanye's Like Hitler!!! Blasts 'Douchebag' Rapper For Antisemitic Remarks
10/19/22
Howard Stern is ripping Kanye West apart ... comparing him to Adolf Hitler while calling the rapper and his fans out for using mental health as an excuse for his racist outbursts.
Howard didn't hold back on the latest episode of his SiriusXM radio show ... referring to Kanye's recent interview with Chris Cuomo -- saying "you gotta hear the s*** this guy's into".
The host was hesitant about giving any more energy to the rapper ... but draws a shocking -- and ironic -- comparison, saying "Kanye used to be fun crazy. Now he’s like Hitler."
He then poses this idea to Kanye -- "If a newspaper article doesn’t point out the fact that you’re some sort of designer or genius, maybe that’s not because they’re Jewish, but maybe because they just don’t put that much thought into who the f*** you are and what your business is."
Kanye West Talks George Floyd, Pete, Kim & Jews in New 'Drink Champs'
As we reported, Kanye's been digging a DEEP hole over his antisemitic comments ... telling Piers Morgan his "death con 3" comments towards Jewish people were racist, and meant for it to be taken that way.
Stern also goes after Kanye's defenders who are pointing towards his mental health struggles as an excuse ... "If he’s so mentally ill, why don’t they appoint a conservator over his money like they did with the poor Britney Spears?”
In other words, Howard's not buyin' any of it.

Kanye West I Only Wish Death on Jews Who Did Me Wrong
Kanye West may have dug an even deeper hole over his antisemitic comments, saying when he said he wanted to go "death con 3" on Jews, he only meant the ones who screwed him over.
The rapper went on Piers Morgan's show, and it seems he thought he was going to get a more friendly reception from the host than what actually went down.
Ye was pressed on whether his antisemitic remarks were racist, and he says they were indeed.
Morgan pushed Kanye, and Ye said he was targeting Jews who did him wrong, and those are the people with whom he wanted to go "death con 3." His only "apology" was to the other Jews who did not deserve his ire. Again, still antisemitic.
You'll recall, Kanye made comments earlier when he seemed to blame Jewish execs in Hollywood for mistreating black entertainers. And he also railed on JP Morgan, invoking the old trope of Jews controlling the banks.
You'd think more appearances would help clarify things, but it feels like the more Kanye talks ... the less we understand.

George Floyd Candace Owens, 'Drink Champs' Could Be Pulled into $250M Lawsuit ... Daughter is Traumatized

Candace Owens just responded to what Gianna's legal team told us, saying, "What I love so much about George Floyd family's lawyers is how they keep talking to TMZ about "lies" in my documentary but keep neglecting to specify what the lies were! My documentary told NO LIES. They are simply angry that we exposed theirs and are running PR for BLM."
She continues, "The George Floyd story was the greatest lie ever spun by our media. My documentary successfully exposed their lies and people are understandably shocked at how twisted and sick our media is in their commitment to control the masses."
There may be more people who have to answer for what Kanye West said about George Floyd ... Candace Owens, N.O.R.E. and Diddy's Revolt TV could soon be in the legal hot seat, too.
The legal team repping Floyd's young daughter, Gianna, tells TMZ any and all possible defendants are on the table as they continue to explore their options in what will be a mega lawsuit regarding comments made on "Drink Champs."
One of the attorneys, Kay Williams, says Candace is an obvious would-be codefendant -- as the remarks Ye made were a direct reflection of stuff she put out in her new documentary, 'The Greatest Lie Ever Sold.' Williams says there are blatant lies mentioned in the film.
Nuru Witherspoon, another lawyer on the case says Ye's comments have retraumatized Gianna all over again, as she's being exposed to the new content.
Witherspoon notes that while they mentioned suing for defamation in their press release -- the actual suit would be rooted in intentional infliction of emotional distress and misappropriation ... because you can't legally defame a dead person, and Ye didn't mention George's family.
George Floyd's Daughter To Sue Kanye West For $250 Million
Still, both Williams and Witherspoon make it clear ... it's open season on anyone who perpetuated lies about George Floyd -- Candace and Kanye are the clear targets.
However, you have to imagine the folks behind "Drink Champs," REVOLT TV included, could be in their crosshairs as well.
One final member of the team -- attorney Pat Dixon III -- gets into even more detail about what exactly Gianna is going through emotionally, not to mention her mother. He tells us they're going down this road to preserve George's legacy for both him and his family.
Like we said, the suit hasn't been filed yet -- but Gianna's lawyers have already signaled an amount of money they want ... at least $250 million. FWIW, REVOLT TV has removed the controversial episode in question entirely -- and N.O.R.E. has attempted to apologize.

Simone Biles Ditch The Dahmer Costumes Now!!! ... 'We Ain't Having It'
Considering being Jeffrey Dahmer for Halloween? Simone Biles says you better think twice about the costume ... telling people it's NOT okay to wear the 'fit.
"im just gon go head and say it," the Olympic gold medalist announced on Twitter on Tuesday, "put the jeffrey dahmer costumes back in the closet. we ain't having it!!!!!!"
The killer-themed getup has been a popular one this month ... in wake of the new Netflix show which shined a light on the murderer's life.
Wire-rimmed glasses, vintage shirts and blonde wigs are being sold all over ... but Biles is making it clear, she's fully against it all.
Dahmer murdered 17 young men -- and was accused of targeting marginalized communities to find his victims. Biles says all of that should spell out a no-go on the October costume idea.
The gymnast isn't the only one feeling that way ... Shirley Hughes, the mother of one of Dahmer's victims, told TMZ earlier this month the costumes are hurtful. She's advocated for online ads for Dahmer props to be taken down.
Dahmer was sentenced to life in prison in 1992 ... and died in 1994 after he was beaten to death.

The woman who accused Chris D'Elia of threatening to share intimate videos of her just took an 'L' ... a judge denied her request for court-ordered protection from the comedian.
D'Elia maintained from the beginning, he'd never met her Caroline Schmitz -- and Schmitz had threatened him and his family on multiple occasions through messages on social media ... yet she was the one who filed a restraining order against him.
Chris was in court Wednesday with his attorney Andrew Brettler -- Schmitz was a no-show -- and the judge denied the request for a permanent restraining order.
TMZ broke the story ... Schmitz was originally granted a temporary restraining order against Chris last month, claiming they met back in 2017 and hooked up several times. She says from there, Chris allegedly contacted her on OnlyFans in May, threatening to post intimate videos she'd recorded and telling her she needed to leave Los Angeles.
We obtained some of the deranged audio messages Schmitz sent to D'Elia where she threatens harm to his family and writes, "Have me killed or leave me the f*** alone - I'd die to get the hell away from your evil ass."

James Corden Defended BY NYC Restaurateurs ... He's Good in Our Books!!!

James Corden has at least 2 NYC restaurant owners in his corner ... they say he's been a model customer, despite some alleged nasty behavior at other establishments.
While James was briefly banned at Big Apple hotspot Balthazar, the owner of some of NYC's top restaurants tells us JC was always super polite and cordial at his restaurants.
Stratis Morfogen has opened 40 restaurants over the years in New York, and he says James is one of the most pleasant and funny guys he's ever served -- to the point where Stratis says he can't even imagine James being mean.
When Stratis hosted and catered a 2018 post-Grammys event for Bruno Mars and Atlantic Records at his Brooklyn Chop House restaurant, he says James was there singing songs with bartenders and yukking it up with staffers at the bar. He also notes James was a gracious tipper.
James is also being defended by famed restaurateur Todd English ... who tells us every time he's served Corden, the comedian's been "absolutely lovely" to everyone in the joint.
Todd, who's been the head chef at Tony Awards afterparties, says James was always "incredibly personable" to him and his staff who traveled from Todd English's Olives in Las Vegas.
As we reported, James was called out this week by Balthazar owner Keith McNally, who accused Corden of being a "cretin of a man" for what he claims was abhorrent behavior at his highly acclaimed establishment.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
McNally initially banned James from the restaurant, but says Corden called him up and apologized ... and the ban's since been lifted.
Stratis tells us he was shocked McNally would rip James on social media, because he says he's never heard any of his restaurateur friends talk about James in a negative light.

Ice Cube I Didn't Inspire Ye's Antisemitism ... He Speaks for Himself!!!
Ice Cube is denying he's the one who influenced Kanye West's antisemitic thoughts, saying Ye roped him into the whole saga out of nowhere.
Cube's speaking out after Ye name-dropped him in the "Drink Champs" episode, when he said IC "set me up for this" and influenced him to be on this "antisemitic vibe" -- going on to say that he was going "finish the job" ... suggesting Cube laid the groundwork.
Well, the NWA star is distancing himself now ... taking to Twitter to clear up the linkage and writing, "I hate that my name was dragged into this Drunk Champs bull****. I don't know what Ye meant by his statements, you're gonna have to ask him."
He adds, "I didn't put the batteries in his back. Please leave my name out of all the antisemitic talk. I'm not antisemitic and never have been."
We should note ... Cube's been accused of antisemitism before, both from years ago -- when he released "No Vaseline," and referred to Jerry Heller as a "white Jew" and a "devil" that should have a bullet in his "temple" -- as well as bizarre stuff he was posting in 2020.
He's also publicly backed Louis Farrakhan, who's considered a well-known antisemite.
Despite that, he's now saying ... he didn't go out of his way to make Kanye say the things he's been saying lately, and wants his name dissociated from this mess.
For Kanye's part ... he's tripling down on his thoughts, taking any interview he can and repeating talking points that paint Jewish people to be in charge of just about everything, and the root of a lot of his recent woes.

Jeffrey Dahmer Grisly Gear Being Sold on Etsy ... (Very) Graphic T-Shirts, Etc.
Jeffrey Dahmer is all the rage this spooky season, and while full-blown costumes -- mimicking the serial killer and his crimes -- have been yanked offline, the homemade crowd still has an outlet.
Etsy, as it turns out, is hawking a ton of Dahmer-themed gear right now -- stuff from graphic tees to cutting boards and everything in between, it seems. The shirts, in particular, are distasteful ... especially because of the jokey messages blared across the fronts.
There are a few iterations of "Jeff Boyardee" tees that are cheap buys ... $8 to $20, more or less. Another leans in on the sadomasochism and invokes another serial murderer -- reading, "Choke me like Bundy and Eat me like Dahmer." Both of their faces are featured.
Dahmer shoes are also being sold, with a cartoon version of his face and a bunch of chopped meat all over the outside. The cutting board has Dahmer's name etched into the wood and a note that says, "If you can't beat 'em, eat 'em. - Jeffrey Dahmer."
The point here is ... Dahmer-fever's now reaching well beyond places like eBay ... which has removed a lot of similar items.
As we reported ... eBay says a lot of the JD-inspired costumes that were/are on their platform violate their terms and conditions, especially as it pertains to promoting violent content -- which obviously applies to Dahmer, who killed upwards of 17 boys and men.
You're definitely not gonna see Dahmer costumes in stores or anything, which might be why people are turning to places like eBay or Etsy -- but the fact is, a Dahmer outfit is not difficult to recreate whatsoever.
If people wanna dress up as Dahmer, they're probably gonna do it whether they can get it on the Internet or elsewhere -- this despite the outcry from the families of the slain.
That's part of the debate about the Netflix series ... it's made so well, so creepy and so meme-able that people can't seem to help themselves.

Kanye West 'Kanye West Day' Wouldn't Happen Again In Atlanta ... Ex-Councilmember Says

The former Atlanta city councilmember who spearheaded the city's "Kanye West Day" is distancing herself from him ... she says she wouldn't bestow the honor now, in light of his recent controversial statements.
Natalyn Archibong was on the Atlanta City Council last year when she introduced a proclamation honoring Ye -- who was born in ATL -- with his own day, but now she is bidding him "a shocked and disgusted adieu."
Natalyn says she doesn't want to engage in revisionist history, but says she would NOT give Kanye the same proclamation now because of his recent comments about George Floyd's death and his antisemitic Tweets.
Kanye West Gets His Own Day in Atlanta, Tribute to His Mom from Morris Brown College
TMZ broke the story ... Atlanta proclaimed July 22, 2021 "Kanye West Day" after he launched his Donda tour in ATL.
Natalyn, the driving force behind the proclamation, says the proclamation was a one-time thing and can't be repeated or erased ... and she says there were 4 main reasons for commemorating Kanye with his own day.
She mentions Ye's Donda tour starting in Atlanta, his birth in Atlanta and his mother, Donda West, attending Morris Brown College, an HBCU in Atlanta. Lastly, Natalyn says "the proclamation was an acknowledgment of his substantial contribution to the arts."
Of course, Kanye's stoked a ton of controversy ever since, and Natalyn says the "July 2021 proclamation did not envision that in 2022, the artist formerly known as Kanye West would boldly make such ugly and hurtful statements."
Bottom line for Natalyn ... "To Ye I say nay."

Jeffrey Dahmer Inspired Clothes Taken Off eBay ... Violates Violence Policy
-

Online shoppers hoping to score some Jeffrey Dahmer-inspired gear for Halloween are now officially out of luck ... because eBay has pulled the plug on costume pieces paying homage to the serial killer.
A spokesperson for eBay tells TMZ ... the company has policies that prohibit listings glorifying hate, violence and criminal activities -- and the Dahmer sales clearly fit the bill.
The official policy, listed on their site, says there's no space for "items closely associated with or that benefit violent felons, their acts, or crime scenes within the past 100 years."
We're told eBay is constantly sweeping the site ... looking for similar listings that also violate policies.
As we reported, tons of costumes inspired by Dahmer were up for sale on the website as the Nexflix series gained popularity -- everything from his distinct glasses, a blonde wig and a shirt similar to one worn by Evan Peters on the show.
Not only were people online up in arms over the tone-deaf costume choice, but the families of the victims see it as triggering ... so says Shirley Hughes, mother to deaf and nonverbal victim Tony. She told us it hurts to see Netflix AND online stores profit off her son's death.

George Floyd Family Exploring Lawsuit Options ... Against Kanye, Candace
-
Exclusive
Floyd family attorney Lee Merritt joined us Monday on "TMZ Live" to further explain the potential lawsuit that might be filed against Kanye West -- and it sounds like intentional infliction of emotional distress might be the route they pursue.
He says George's brother, Philonise Floyd, is dead set on bringing some type of legal action against Ye -- with LM explaining he was irate Sunday when he heard the "Drink Champs" comments. Specifically, Lee says the notion died from an overdose and not Chauvin's knee on his neck is misinformation that's been debunked in court ... and agreed upon by a jury.
Finally, Lee tells us that the fact it was Kanye going after GF made this all the more personal and hurtful. Remember, he set up a college fund for George's daughter in 2020.
George Floyd's family is openly considering a potential lawsuit against Kanye West and Candace Owens -- a case that could be similar to the blockbuster one against Alex Jones, but also different in some key ways.
Civil rights attorney Lee Merritt, who's repping the fam, tells TMZ ... he's exploring all possible legal avenues to bring a potential lawsuit over what Kanye said about George on the new "Drink Champs" episode -- and he's also looking into what Candace put out in her new documentary.
Lee's already noted a defamation lawsuit isn't possible because George is deceased, but he is looking into other possible ways the Floyd estate, the George Floyd foundation or the family members themselves could bring claims -- and one path could be emotional distress.
Alex Jones Hit With Almost $1 Billion In Damages In Sandy Hook Defamation Case
The Sandy Hook families were able to successfully sue Alex Jones for defamation because he called the parents actors.
Kanye didn't say anything about George's family members, but his statements -- and allegedly the Owens documentary -- could still have a negative impact on them, which is why Merritt is pursuing grounds for a lawsuit against them.
The bigger point here, though, is that Lee wants Kanye and Candace to understand statements like the ones they're putting out in the world -- namely that George died from a fentanyl OD and pre-existing conditions, but not Derek Chauvin's knee -- are false and hurtful.
Lee tells us that type of rhetoric undermines the Floyd family's efforts to pass legislation, like the George Floyd Policing Act, and their work at large. He also says it deflects blame from the officers who've been convicted in connection to his murder, especially Chauvin.
There's still a lot of groundwork to do before anything's filed -- we're told Lee and the family have to go through Candace's doc, "The Greatest Lie Ever Sold," to see what exactly she said and if there's any basis to bring legal action.
Lee says he believes he'll have a more specific outline of his potential causes of action later this week. He says the family hasn't discussed a dollar amount for which they'd try to sue, but it's a good bet they'd try to get punitive damages -- and given Kanye's worth, those damages would have to be several million to truly punish him.

It appears the Kanye "Drink Champs" interview has been pulled from Revolt TV's YouTube.
N.O.R.E. called "The Breakfast Club" on Monday morning to apologize multiple times for the comments Kanye West made about George Floyd on the latest episode of "Drink Champs" his team put out over the weekend.
The "Drink Champs" host was in full damage control mode -- claiming he didn't know Ye's statements were going to be extremely hurtful to listeners.
N.O.R.E. says he later checked Kanye for the GF and "White Lives Matter" remarks later in the interview ... but says he was too drunk to make an impactful moment. He also claimed to have uploaded the wrong edit without combing through it ... an error he says the team will correct in the future.
The veteran rapper shamelessly admitted he didn't want Ye to walk out of the interview if he was silenced ... à la "The Breakfast Club's" infamous Birdman interview where he cursed them out and demanded "Respek."
Kanye West is spreading reprehensible lies about George Floyd's death. Kanye West is disgraceful.

BC further grilled N.O.R.E. on why he conducted the interview to start ... citing Tucker Carlson and HBO's 'The Shop's recent debacles.
Kanye West Episode of LeBron's 'The Shop' Scrapped Due To 'Hate Speech'
N.O.R.E. defended his show's position, noting the show isn't named "Think Champs" to stage political theater ... but says his relationship with Ye is solid and wanted to give him the courtesy to speak.
He also noted that Loud Records founder Steve Rifkind and several other Jewish associates of his were in the room and used them as gauge meters for Ye's anti-Semitic rants.
N.O.R.E. says he previously spoke to Kanye that he would go on record to denounce Ye's comments and apologized to Stephen Jackson ... who may have cooked him anonymously on Instagram while slamming Ye.
Charlamagne seized an opportunity to hit him with a "told-you-so" zinger ... to which N.O.R.E. copped to, admitting he failed as a journalist.
While one cannot defame the dead, the family of #GeorgeFloyd is considering suit for Kanye’s false statements about the manner of his death.

Claiming Floyd died from fentanyl not the brutality established criminally and civilly undermines & diminishes the Floyd family’s fight.
Following the interview, George Floyd family attorney Lee Merritt says they're looking into potential lawsuits to thwart Kanye's comments ... another reason for N.O.R.E. to backpedal like a strong safety.

The team even found a way to troll the Crimson Tide on the donation page -- including using the final score as a dollar amount.
"Give $52.49. Final score of the breathtaking game."
There's also a $16 option -- the number of seasons since Tennessee beat 'Bama -- and a $1,019.15 choice ... which is the number of fans who sold out the Vol's stadium.

BTW, the fans also cost the Vols $100k for storming the field. Sheesh!!!

Billie Eilish & Jesse Rutherford Look Into My Eyes, My Love ... And Let's Eat Some Vegan!!!

Billie Eilish and Jesse Rutherford are definitely a thing -- 'cause they pretty much recreated the classic "Lady and the Tramp" date scene ... loving gazes and spaghetti included.
The two singers were out for dinner Thursday night at a vegan joint in L.A. called Crossroads Kitchen -- and they had a booth all to themselves for the lengthy meal ... as you can see in these new photos, obtained by TMZ.
Eyewitnesses tell us Billie and Jesse were there for at least three hours, if not longer -- leaving the place a bit before midnight and apparently arriving before 8:30 PM. Unclear what Jess was eating, but it looks like BE went with pasta ... slurping up some of the noodles.
We're told there was some PDA between Billie and Jesse as well -- including some smooches in between bites. Obviously, they kept that lovefest going into Friday, where they were seen at Universal Studios' Halloween Horror Nights.
As we reported ... a viral video showed Jesse and Billie walking out of a haunted house together, and grab hands as they strolled away. Her brother, Finneas, was with them too.
While it was somewhat unclear if they were actually romantically involved from that clip alone, this all but confirms they're an item ... something Twitter doesn't seem too keen on, based on the many reactions online.
A lot of people are calling out the age difference (11 years) as inappropriate, especially since Billie seems to have met/befriended Jesse while she was underage.
