Kylie Jenner literally brought out the big guns to celebrate Tyga's birthday.

The couple hit up Bullets and Burgers in Vegas Saturday -- the day he turned 27 -- and they were loaded for bear. Kylie fired a Glock 17 and MP5K, while Tyga took aim with a gold .50 caliber Desert Eagle and an M16.

The firepower was so intense ... both needed someone to hold them up from the recoil.

After the bullets, they jumped on what's tabbed as the world's largest monster truck. Add burgers and fries, and that's a birthday with some serious kick.

Best of all, Tyga didn't buy anything ... so nothing was repossessed.

Patrick Dempsey and his wife Jillian's relationship wasn't rebuilt in a day ... so they picked the perfect place to toast their reunion.

The newly still-married couple had a romantic dinner Saturday at Al Ceppo in Rome, and looked like a couple of kids on a first date again. As we reported ... her divorce petition was officially torn up, 10 days ago.

The celebration included Jill fork-feeding him. After 17 years, they're cool with sharing a little saliva.

James Packer now claims he was bullied by ex-fiancee Mariah Carey into participating in her reality show, but we obtained video that makes it clear ... the yacht owner was fully on board, sources connected to Mariah tell TMZ.

Our sources say James has now asked producers to scrub him from the series. We're told he's even asked to see proof he signed the appropriate releases, and turns out he did not. So, James may actually have a solid argument that his mug should not be shown on the program.

The "settlement" negotiations between Mariah Carey and ex-fiance James Packer have broken down, and there are now threats of lawsuits, with Mariah accusing James of being a "lying opportunist."

TMZ broke the story ... Mariah demanded $50 million from James, claiming he uprooted her life from New York and caused her emotional distress that caused her to cancel the South American leg of her world tour. Our James sources say the tour cancellations were due to poor ticket sales, not distress.

We're told James has now drawn the line ... he doesn't owe her squat. He says they were never married and there's no legal basis for him to pay her a penny.

Mariah has a very different view. Our Mariah sources say James used her to secure business, and dragged her to various meetings to meet important people, including foreign dignitaries, so he could seal some lucrative deals. She believes she's entitled to a cut.

Criss Angel is doing a different type of levitating these days ... on cloud 9 with his new girlfriend, Latina pop star Belinda Peregrin.

The two recently began dating and things are clearly getting serious because Belinda's been popping up in Criss' magic acts.

We broke the story, Criss married baby mama Shaunyl Benson in 2014, but we're told they've divorced in October 2015. We reached out to Criss' camp, but they had no comment.

As for Criss' new GF ... we're told it's super serious, but Belinda's still got a ways to go when it comes to going pro in the magic world, judging by the vid.

Monica was a guest co-host on "The Real" this week when she started dishing about how sex was her secret weapon to get her NBA husband to perform on the court.

It's a fun clip with Cairo helping dad blow out his candles -- however, we're pretty sure the tyke had nothing to do with the cupcake homage to Kylie's cakes.
