Dina Lohan temporarily learned her lesson after getting busted for DUI last week -- She celebrated her 51st birthday Sunday night with her kids ... without guzzling a single drop of booze.

Dina, Lindsay, Cody, Ali (who's Vogue-ing out) and Michael Jr. went to ABC Kitchen in NYC, and we're told they ordered Diet Cokes, waters, Shirley Temples, and cherry sodas all night. (Dina ordered the DC.)

We're told the entire Lohan clan was in great spirits -- something they're familiar with -- and no one uttered a peep about the arrest.

As we reported, Dina was popped on Long Island Thursday after allegedly driving with a blood alcohol level of .20 (more than twice the legal limit). Happy Birthday!

Khloe Kardashian still has deep feelings for the man she threw out of their house, because TMZ has learned she was terrified after hearing rumors Lamar Odom may have OD'd on crack.

Rumors were circulating late last week that Lamar had OD'd and was dying ... not all that unbelievable considering his drug addiction ... and when Khloe heard about it she freaked.

We're told Khloe "panicked" and began power dialing Lamar's cell phone, but it kept going to voicemail. She then started calling his friends -- a bunch of them -- trying to figure out if the rumor was true.

She finally got Lamar on the phone. He was at their downtown loft and said he was fine and the rumor was false.

We're told at that point Khloe pulled back and reiterated -- Lamar could not come back home unless he got treatment for his drug addiction. The call ended shortly thereafter.

Gucci Mane was arrested this morning for allegedly cussing out a couple of cops in Atlanta while in possession of weed and a gun ... TMZ has learned.

Gucci Mane -- real name Radric Davis -- was taken into custody at 12:05 am this morning after one of his friends complained to cops about his erratic behavior.

According to the report -- the friend waved down police to help out ... but when they approached Gucci he began "cursing and threatening them."

We're told he was immediately taken into custody and police found a small amount of marijuana on the 33-year old rapper ... as well as a handgun.

GM was booked for carrying a concealed weapon, disorderly conduct and marijuana possession ... then taken to a nearby hospital as a precaution.

Lots going on this week. George Zimmerman is a menace to his community -- so says the police chief. Dina Lohan ended up in the drunk tank. Selma Blair is out for blood after getting sacked from "Anger Management." So we gotta ask ...

Lamar Odom had no intention of cleaning pots and pans when he and his driver bought Chore Boy this week ... it was one of the tools of his crack trade ... so claims his summer roommate.

Polina Polonsky hooked up with Lamar in June and July after meeting him at the Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood. He moved into her apartment for 6 weeks and during that time Polina says he was doing crack.

Polina tells us, Chore Boy was always laying around the apartment when Lamar was there ... and she claims she's seen him use the pads multiple times to fashion homemade crack pipes. In fact, she says her apartment was regularly littered with copper pad scraps and old boxes while Lamar lived there.

Bottom line ... all signs point to Lamar's crack problem still going strong, with no let up in sight.

TMZ broke the story ... 36-year-old Gooding was busted for DUI early in the AM in L.A. on August 20th.

Law enforcement sources tell us, Gooding was pulled over for running a stop sign. After approaching Gooding's vehicle, we're told police believed the actor was under the influence of both alcohol and marijuana. We're told police also discovered weed on Gooding's person.

Gooding (who also starred in other 90s shows like "Hangin' with Mr. Cooper" and "Smart Guy") has since been hit with two charges stemming from the bust: 1) driving under the influence, 2) weed possession.

Technically, jail time is a possibility, but it probably won't happen. Gooding will most likely pay a fine and get probation.

Lindsay Lohan just arrived at her mom's house on Long Island -- this after Dina Lohan's arrest for an off-the-charts DWI -- and she was definitely lacking in the support department.

Lindsay showed up in a black Porsche with her sister, Ali and an unidentified guy -- flashing a ton of side-boob as she walked into the house.

Shortly after Linds showed up ... her old attorney Mark Heller walked out of Dina's pad, and announced he's representing her in the DWI.

Heller pointed out Dina is a first time DWI offender with no prior record (criminally, anyway) -- and as a result he felt she would be treated with "fairness." Translation: he's hoping for no jail time.

As we previously reported ... Dina was arrested Thursday night ... and cops say she had a BAC of 0.2 -- nearly 3 times the legal limit.

Dina's still laying low -- the only sign of her all day was in the doorway as she let a friend out. She looked ... hazy.

Lamar Odom has just been charged with 1 count of DUI ... TMZ has learned.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar was arrested August 30 at 3:25 AM on the 101 Freeway after cops saw him driving too slow. He flunked several field sobriety tests and was then cuffed and taken to jail, where he REFUSED to submit to a blood alcohol test.

The fact that he refused the blood alcohol test actually helped him ... in that normally a defendant would be charged with 2 counts of DUI -- driving under the influence and driving with .08 or higher.

Here's the bad news -- By refusing to take the test ... Lamar will have his driver's license suspended for 1 year.

As we first reported, law enforcement sources told us they believed Lamar was under the influence of both drugs and alcohol.

If convicted ... the likely outcome would be probation and an alcohol ed course since he's a first-time offender. These cases are almost always plea bargained.

Lamar will be arraigned on Sept. 27.

9:20 AM PT -- Our Lohan sources tell us, Lindsay was NOT the person who picked Dina up from the station -- in fact, we're told Lindsay didn't find out about the arrest until the story broke this morning.

Dina Lohan was arrested for drunk driving in Long Island, NY last night ... and cops say her blood alcohol level was more than TWICE the legal limit.

Lindsay Lohan's 50-year-old mother was pulled over on the Northern State Parkway by New York State Police around 11 pm Thursday night ... after she was allegedly going 77mph in a 55 in her white BMW.

During the stop, cops say she appeared intoxicated -- and tested her blood alcohol level, which registered at .20 -- more than twice the legal limit of .08.

According to officials, "Lohan made an allegation that she was injured during the course of the arrest" ... but when medical personnel responded to the scene and determined she was fine, Dina "recanted her claim."

Lohan was hauled to a nearby station where she was booked on two counts of driving while intoxicated and one count of speeding.

After posing for a squinty-eyed mug shot, Lohan was released to a sober 3rd party. So far, no word on WHO picked up Lohan from the station.

Lohan is due back in court later this month.

Dina's been on a party tear this month -- TMZ obtained a photo of Lohan partying like a drunken sailor at a giant party over Labor Day weekend.

People at the party tell us she was a mess that night -- slurring her speech and zoning out.

Justin Bieber is officially a member of the mile high club ... TMZ has learned.

Sources high up in the sky tell TMZ ... Justin and a group of his boyz got ridiculously high in their SUV on the way to the airport for a coast-to-coast flight on a private jet. When the doors opened on the tarmac, the pilot tells us smoke billowed out, adding, "I almost had to put on an oxygen mask."

The pilot said, "It was like 'Cheech and Chong Up In Smoke."

The Biebs didn't toke during the flight ... but some members of his posse lit up Swisher Sweet blunt cigars -- it's perfectly legal since they were flying private.

The pilot says Justin was "baked out of his mind" on the flight ... so much so his head spun when he was asked to sign a credit card authorization, saying "huh, what? Who am I signing this for?'"

By the way ... the cost of that flight ... more than $60K.

Liberace's ex-lover Scott Thorson -- famously portrayed in "Behind the Candelabra" by Matt Damon -- caught a HUUUGE break in court today when a judge agreed to send him to rehab instead of prison after failing a drug test.

It's a big deal considering Thorson is currently on probation stemming from a burglary and ID theft conviction -- and if his probation was revoked, the judge could send him to prison for up to 20 years.

But during the hearing in a Nevada courtroom, Thorson admitted he's a hardcore drug addict and begged the judge for a second chance to complete a court-ordered rehab program.

The judge made it clear he's not impressed with Thorson's "so-called celebrity status" -- but agreed to spare him from the big house this time, if he completes treatment.

However, the judge also warned Thorson that this will be his last chance -- and if he screws up again, he's going straight to the slammer. Do not pass go. Do not collect $200.

Ominous sign for Lamar Odom's battle with drug addiction -- he scooped up a household cleaning product that doubles as a vital part of homemade crack pipes ... and TMZ has the photos.

Lamar and his driver walked out of a San Fernando Valley pharmacy on Tuesday with a bag full of items ... most notably ... Chore Boy copper scrubbing pads.

How commonly are the pads used for drug abuse? Type it into Google ... and "crack" is the first auto-fill topic besides the product name. Also, Forbes magazine wrote an article about its use as a filter in makeshift crack pipes.

Oh, and Urban Dictionary defines it like this: "Brand name of scouring pad used also by people smoking crack to retain some of the cocaine vapors."

As TMZ first told you, multiple people in Lamar's life -- like his estranged wife -- are saying he desperately needs to get in to rehab for many addictions, especially crack.

So, it's possible the NBA star had some kitchen cleaning to do, but we gotta ask ...

Oscar De La Hoya has just checked himself back into a rehab facility ... two years after completing a stint in treatment for cocaine and alcohol.

De La Hoya revealed the news in a statement to the media, explaining why he won't be ringside during the Mayweather vs. Canelo fight this weekend, one of the biggest fights ever put on by his Golden Boy Promotions company.

"I will not be at the fight this Saturday to cheer Canelo to victory since I have voluntarily admitted myself into a treatment facility," De La Hoya said.

"I explained this to Canelo and he understood that my health and longterm recovery from my disease must come first."

"Thank you for your understanding. I ask for your support and privacy during this difficult time for me and my family."

Oscar checked into rehab back in 2011 -- and in a previous interview said, "My drug of choice was cocaine and alcohol."

Lamar Odom says he's absolutely NOT a drug addict ... doesn't need professional help ... and is confident he'll play in the NBA next season.

He's wrong on all 3 counts.

33-year-old Odom went to Teru Sushi in Studio City last night ... and after taking some photos with fans, he finally addressed the media about drug issues in his life ... claiming everything is hunky-dory.

Problem is ... Odom is clearly in denial. As we've previously reported, just about everyone in his life -- personally and professionally -- knows about his battle with substance abuse, including his wife Khloe Kardashian.

In the last year alone, Lamar's been thrown out of hotels ... busted for DUI ... spent time in rehab ... and dropped from multiple NBA teams.

Still, Lamar insists ... "Life is good."

Mike "The Situation" Sorrentino says his addiction to prescription painkillers began after suffering a neck injury on "Dancing with the Stars" back in 2010 ... and he's still battling to stay sober.

We broke the story ... Sitch checked into rehab back in March 2012 -- and after his people initially insisted the MTV star was just suffering from exhaustion, they eventually admitted he was hooked on opiates.

Now, 32-year-old Situation is talking about his battle with prescription drugs ... telling the AP his addiction was so bad, he could barely dress himself.

"All I had to do was get dressed for a family function and I couldn’t do that. The shirt was laid out, the belt, the pants, everything. The shower was on. I couldn’t even get out of bed."

Sitch says it was at that moment, he realized he had a problem -- "If I can’t [get dressed], how am I going to continue?”

The former "Jersey Shore" star says he's still taking medication for his injury -- but undergoes counseling to keep his addiction in check.

He's also a paid spokesman for the company that makes his pills -- and participates in a program that helps spread awareness about opiate prescription painkiller addictions.
