Rapper Twista and his pals are off the hook for a marijuana arrest, thanks to their driver taking the fall in the case ... TMZ has learned.

We broke the story ... Twista, 2 other passengers and the driver were pulled over by cops in Indiana who found a 1/2 ounce of weed in the vehicle. Initially, all four were arrested because prosecutors said no one claimed the pot.

Sources with direct knowledge of the case tell us Twist and co. reached an agreement with Porter County prosecutors -- 3 of the 4 cases will be dismissed, including Twista's. We're told the driver admitted the weed was his. He's getting off with probation, and no jail time.

Johnny Manziel's drinking and drug use is worse than ever -- but the QB refuses to seek help ... and now people close to him are convinced he's going to die unless something changes soon.

Here's what we know ... Manziel has become even more reckless with his drug problem recently -- even blowing lines in front of people he barely knows.

"He's in a horrible downward spiral," one source very close to the QB tells TMZ Sports.

There have been multiple serious attempts to help Johnny -- with one group of close friends recently sitting him down and "confronting" him about his situation. But, as one source put it, "He flipped out and would not hear it."

His friends are desperately trying to get through to him but haven't been successful -- and they're hoping this story will serve as a wake-up call.

Maybe Vegas can reach him -- because, as multiple sources have told us, he's become persona non grata at several of the top spots after his violent outburst this past weekend at JEWEL nightclub at the Aria.

"He's too much of a risk," one high-powered nightclub source tells us ... "He's a good guy, but he's a f***ing mess."

Manziel is still living under the delusion that he'll make it back to the NFL -- and recently talked about his comeback plans with TMZ Sports. But no one has seen him training and when we asked him about it last month, the idea of working out seemed like a joke.

Instead, he continues to party like a maniac -- L.A., Vegas, Miami, Coachella, Dallas -- and, as one source put it, "If he continues this way for much longer he will die.”

His own father expressed grave concern about Johnny back in February -- saying if he doesn't get help, "he won't live to see his 24th birthday."

We reached out to Manziel's rep -- but she told us there was nothing she could say on the matter.

Chumlee from "Pawn Stars" laid out his plea deal for the judge in his drugs and guns case, and left court one step closer to dodging a huge bullet ... aka jail time.

TMZ broke the story ... Chumlee's attorneys scored him a sweet deal where he'll get off without a single day behind bars for his arrest for drug and weapon possession.

He was in a Las Vegas court Monday morning to lay out the terms for the judge -- 3 years probation, plus counseling ... and if he keeps his nose clean, the felonies will be dropped to misdemeanors. The judge still has to approve the deal.

Outside the courthouse, we asked Chumlee about his penchant for buying weed "in bulk" -- as he explained to cops when they raided his home.

The rapper entered a no contest plea last week for driving on a suspended license, and got a 5 day jail sentence. Nipsey got credit for 3 days served, so he only has 2 left on his tab.

Prosecutors dismissed the additional charge of codeine possession. As we reported, cops say he had all the ingredients for sizzurp in his car when they pulled him over last June.

Tommy Chong is joining Kim Kardashian, Blac Chyna and Amber Rose in the emoji game, but think less butts and boobs -- and more blunts and bongs ... duh!

Tommy's dropping marijuana-themed SMOKEmojis to corner the growing weed market. The images are a stoner-centric take on the standard emojis ... complete with bloodshot eyes, cannabis leaves, and plenty of 420 references.

While RG3 is taking over the reins in Cleveland, ex-Browns QB Johnny Manziel was raging in Vegas this weekend -- looking skinnier and more tatted than ever.

Check out these pics of Manziel at a Wet Republic pool party at the MGM Grand -- where witnesses say he partied and boozed for hours ... but that's not really surprising at this point.

You can see how much Manziel's appearance has changed since he was drafted -- back in 2014, his body was essentially inkless and more jacked.

Clearly, things have changed.

Chumlee is dodging serious jail time in his drugs and guns case, and will NOT face any sex assault charges ... TMZ has learned.

The "Pawn Stars" cast member was busted back in March when Vegas cops raided his home during a sex assault investigation. TMZ broke the story ... cops say they found at least one gun as well as a bunch of marijuana.

According to docs obtained by TMZ ... the D.A. will charge Chumlee with felony possession of a firearm and felony possession of a controlled substance -- but the twist is ... his attorneys got him a sweet plea deal.

We don't know all the terms of the deal, but our sources say the big one is Chumlee will get probation and NO jail time. We're told the 2 felonies will eventually become misdemeanors once he completes probation.

As for the alleged sexual assault ... we're told police and Chumlee's attorneys, David Chesnoff and Richard Schonfeld, ran an exhaustive investigation. Both sides found there was not enough evidence to charge him.

Curren$y did NOT nearly die on Lil Wayne's tour bus after mistakenly downing Weezy's strong sizzurp concoction -- but he did sleep for 18 hours.

Curren$y tells TMZ he was just joking around with rapper N.O.R.E and DJ EFN on their podcast this week when he recounted the "near-death experience." He told them he thought the beverage was just purple Hawaiian Punch, and downed it during a tour stop in New Orleans.

The rapper says he doesn't mess with the stuff, so it hit him hard ... and he woke up 18 hours later in Miami. As for his claim Wayne left him on the bus because they thought he was going to die -- he says that's 100% jokes, and if it were true he and Wayne wouldn't still be friends.

Curren$y, a former Young Money artist, says they're like brothers.

Weezy OD'd on lean in 2013, about the time Curren$y says this all went down, and was spotted earlier this year with his signature cup back in his hands.

Chris Brown is hilarious ... he finally got to Cannes after getting kicked off a private jet in Miami for hotboxing the plane ... but Chris says it was the pilot and not him who was into drugs.

Chris claims -- or at least insinuates -- he was not smoking pot on the plane, although he doesn't explain why the pilot would summon cops and remove him from the jet. As we reported the police report is clear ... Chris and his entourage were removed from the plane.

He does say, incredibly, that the pilot wanted to score an 8-ball from his posse.

He's entertaining, for sure.

Prince could have died from a fatal mix of drugs, and cops are particularly interested to see if the singer had a combination of Percocet and the synthetic opiate Buprenorphine in his system.

Sources connected to the investigation tell us they do not know what killed Prince, because the medical examiner still does not have toxicology results. They are, however, very interested in why Prince's doctor and the son of a rehab doctor were both at the house when he died.

As we reported, Prince's doctor, Michael Schulenberg, told authorities he went to Prince's home to personally deliver test results. Andrew Kornfeld, the son of California rehab Dr. Howard Kornfeld, was also present and had Buprenorphine pills in his backpack. The pills are used to treat opiate addiction.

Andrew's lawyer held a news conference saying Andrew was not there to personally administer the drug, but he was there to deliver the pills to a local doctor. That's why cops think it might be more than coincidental Kornfeld and Dr. Schulenberg were there at the same time ... when Prince died.

As for the drugs ... medical experts say a combination of Percocet and Buprenorphine can be fatal because both drugs suppress breathing, and the combination creates a dangerous synergistic effect.

If the toxicology results show both drugs were in Prince's system and contributed to his death, Dr. Schulenberg and Andrew Kornfeld would be questioned again to determine if either of them gave Prince the Buprenorphine and what tests were done to determine the level of Percocet in his system.

We reached out to Dr. Schulenberg and Andrew Kornfeld ... so far no word back.

Hope Solo's husband is in a world of trouble -- his probation has been revoked and a warrant has been issued for his arrest stemming from his '15 DUI arrest ... according to court docs obtained by TMZ Sports.

We broke the story ... ex-Seattle Seahawks tight end Jerramy Stevens was arrested in Manhattan Beach, CA last year when cops say he was drunkenly driving the Team USA soccer van with Hope on board.

At the time, sources told us both Hope and Jerramy were extremely difficult during the arrest -- and tried to play the "don't you know who we are?" card. It didn't work.

Stevens -- who had a prior DUI conviction -- was sentenced to 4 years probation and was ordered into an alcohol treatment program.

But according to court records, obtained by TMZ Sports, Stevens failed to appear at the clerk's office for a progress report hearing to show he's been attending the program ... so the judge revoked his probation and issued a warrant in the amount of $30k.

Now, Stevens' fate is in the hands of the judge -- who could order the ex-NFL player to serve jail time, unless Stevens has a real good excuse.

We reached out to Stevens' camp for comment -- so far, no word back.

6:43 AM PT -- We spoke with Steven's attorney Craig Renetzky who insists the whole thing is a "communication glitch" between the court and the alcohol program.

"[Stevens] is doing everything he’s supposed to be doing but the alcohol program didn’t get the court [the official progress report]."

Chris Brown got thrown off a private jet for allegedly hotboxing the aircraft.

TMZ obtained a Miami-Dade police report which says cops were called to the Signature Aviation at Miami International Airport Monday after Brown's pilot complained he smelled a strong odor of marijuana coming from the cabin.

We're told the pilot had warned Brown and his entourage not to light up on the aircraft, but they ignored him even before the plane pushed back.

When cops arrived they smelled it too, and kicked all passengers off the aircraft. No one was arrested.

Brown's friends were arrogant about the ordeal, chronicling everything on Snapchat.

The man who owns the Nevada brothel where Lamar Odom overdosed last year says he wants L.O. back -- offering free women and booze ... but is adamant, absolutely NO DRUGS THIS TIME!!

So, why would anyone think this is a good idea?

We spoke with Love Ranch owner Dennis Hof who says sex and alcohol weren't Lamar's issues -- it was drugs. So as long as Lamar stays clean, why not go back to a place he enjoyed?

Hof says he has a strict NO DRUGS policy at his place -- and thinks the companionship and some Remy Martin at the Love Ranch could be good for Lamar.

"First night and 2 girls are on me," Hof said ... "plus all the Remy Martin you can drink."

Hof says he will personally ensure L.O.'s privacy -- shutting down the security cams and collecting all phones.

As for people who will be critical of his offer, Hof says -- "Don't forget, the people who work here are the one's who saved his life. We truly care about him."
