DMX to Party (Up In Church)
DMX is putting on a "gospel rap extravaganza" at a high school next weekend ... provided he doesn't get arrested in the next four days.
TMZ has learned the oft-incarcerated rapper, real name Earl Simmons, agreed to perform at the Morning Star Sanctified Church for a fundraiser this Saturday -- and he's doing it for free.
According to Pastor Barbara King, DMX and his family have been members of the congregation for eight months now and he really wanted to help raise money for repairs.
We're told the school holding the event is amping up security because they're unsure of what kind of crowd the convicted felon will draw. Tickets are going from $35-$40 a pop.
FYI -- We're also told DMX doesn't swear anymore ... so we have absolutely no idea what he's going to perform.
UPDATE: DMX tells TMZ, "This is an opportunity for me to use my gifts to benefit a good cause. My music offers hope! God has been good to me!"
Amen.

'Price Is Right' Suit - They Called Me 'Wide Load'
A former "Price Is Right" model claims the show was so cruel about staffers becoming pregnant, she suffered a miscarriage from stress and abuse.
Brandi Cochran claims she became pregnant in 2007 but didn't tell anyone because she was afraid of getting fired. Brandi claims the stress was so severe, "that pregnancy ended in a miscarriage."
Brandi claims when she told a producer about the miscarriage, the producer told her, "It's natures way of getting rid of a bad baby."
In late 2008, Cochran became pregnant again. She claims, in the lawsuit filed today in L.A. County Superior Court, a producer put his hands on his head when he learned she was having twins.
In the docs, Brandi claims when she walked past a producer he said, "Wide load coming through."
Brandi says she had complications from the pregnancy and went on disability. She claims she was eventually squeezed out of her job on February 23.
Brandi was a prize model during Bob Barker's reign as well as Drew Carey's.
CBS had no comment on the lawsuit.

Jon Cryer's Ex-Wife -- New Info on Alleged Hit
The lawyer for Jon Cryer's ex-wife filed legal documents today discussing the alleged plot to kill Cryer and another man.
Sarah Trigger, through her lawyer Vicki Greene, is responding to a TMZ story that Trigger asked her then-boyfriend, Eddie Sanchez, to kill Cryer and her estranged husband David Dickey.
Trigger's lawyer denies there was any such hit engineered by her client, and is suspicious of Dickey's relationship with Sanchez.
According to legal papers, Dickey alleged there was a plan in May, 2009 for Trigger and Sanchez to "flee to Mexico with both of their sons."
Trigger says there was never such a plan. As for Dickey's claim that Sanchez told him it was Trigger who asked him to kill both Cryer and Dickey -- Trigger says the court should be suspicious because of how close Sanchez was to Dickey.
Lawyers for both sides were in court today discussing the child support Trigger was receiving. Trigger complained Cryer was trying to reduce support from $10,000 to zero. Cryer's lawyer says that her client is paying child support even though Trigger hasn't had custody in months.
Greene told the judge if Cryer stops paying support Trigger will lose her home.

Cover-Up in Michael Jackson Death?
Michael Jackson received the fatal dose of Propofol through an IV in his leg, and law enforcement believes Dr. Conrad Murray may have tried covering it up ... this according to law enforcement sources and an anesthesiologist who reviewed the case.
Dr. Murray told cops he administered only a very small amount of Propofol -- 2.5ml shortly before Jackson died. But Dr. John Dombrowski, a noted anesthesiologist and member of the board of the American Society of Anesthesiologists who reviewed the file, tells TMZ that 2.5ml couldn't put Jackson to sleep, much less kill him. Indeed, the Coroner's report notes the level of Propofol found in Jackson's body was equivalent to that found during "general anesthesia for major surgery."
A small, empty, 20ml bottle of Propofol was found in the bedroom, but there was a secret compartment in a nearby closet that could be the key to the prosecution's case. Several days after Jackson's death, law enforcement found numerous bottles of Propofol in that closet, including a large, empty, 100ml bottle with a large tear in the rubber stopper.
'Dancing' Scores TD with Chad Ochocinco
NFL star Chad Ochocinco is known for his prolific end zone dances -- but now he'll be dancing ... with the stars.
Multiple sources tell TMZ the outspoken Cincinnati Bengal will be part of the cast of "Dancing with the Stars" this coming season.
Ochocinco joins a list of NFL stars who have done the show including Warren Sapp, Emmitt Smith and Jerry Rice.
A rep for ABC would not comment on potential cast members ... but did a great job of reminding us the official announcement comes tonight during the season finale of "The Bachelor."

Marie Osmond's Son's Autopsy - 'Deferred'
The autopsy of Marie Osmond's son, Michael Blosil, is complete, but the cause of death is "deferred" -- we're told pending toxicology results.
Law enforcement sources tell TMZ they believe the 18-year-old committed suicide, and left a note behind in his apartment unit.
We're told the L.A. County Coroner has completed the autopsy but has listed the cause of death as "deferred" -- meaning they will not say definitively until the various toxicological reports are in ... which will take weeks.
The Coroner wants to know if drugs or alcohol contributed to Michael's death. Michael was in rehab in 2007.

Charlie Sheen, Wife -- Two Different Stories
Brooke Mueller is committed to her marriage, with one big but -- Charlie Sheen has to take sobriety seriously ... this according to sources. But people on Charlie's side say bluntly, "She is the problem."
As we first reported, Brooke left rehab and is living at the family home, along with a cadre of therapists. Brooke is saying, "I love Charlie to death," but she feels the only way she can stay sober is if Charlie gives it the ol' college try.
It's interesting ... we're told Brooke is not demanding that Charlie stay sober ... just that he try. She's acknowledging both of them have a huge problem and both are going to slip from time to time. For her part, she's been in rehab multiple times.
But here's what's interesting -- people in Charlie's camp are telling us, "It's Brooke's craziness that is fueling all of this" and that she is the bad influence on him.

'G's to Gents' Runner-Up Reunited with Dad
Kevin "Blue" Hampton -- the runner-up on season 2 of MTV's "From G's to Gents" -- recently reunited with his father and sister after more than 20 years apart ... and, ironically, it's all thanks to the "G's" reunion show.
Blue tells TMZ the last time he saw his dad was when he was two-years-old -- when his mother left his father to move to Los Angeles with him in tow.
Fast forward to a few months ago, when Blue says he received a MySpace message from a woman who had just seen the "G's" reunion show and claimed to be his older sister. Turns out his sis recognized their mother -- who was in the audience during the reunion show.
Soon after, Blue was finally reunited with the family he hardly knew.

Paula is still in talks with Simon Cowell about joining his upcoming "X Factor" show.

Charlie Sheen's Ex: He Pushed, Threatened to Kill
The D.A. in Aspen may call Charlie Sheen's ex-wife, Denise Richards, to testify about an alleged incident that is eerily similar to the allegations of his current wife, Brooke Mueller.
We're told the Pitkin County D.A. has had law enforcement in L.A. County contact Richard's agent and lawyer, about Denise possibly testifying in Charlie Sheen's criminal case in Aspen. Specifically, sources tell us the D.A. is interested in a declaration Denise signed under penalty of perjury in 2005, when she got a restraining order against the "Two and a Half Men" star.
Richards claimed on December 30, 2005, in the middle of an argument, she was holding their daughter Lola, when Charlie "pushed me, shoving me with his two hands between my shoulders. I was forced backwards and tripped over one of the children's toys and fell on the floor with Lola."
According to the declaration, Charlie then pointed his finger at her and screamed, "I hope you f--king die, bitch." Richards says as Charlie was walking out the front door he said "he was going to have me killed. He said you are f--king with the wrong guy."
Charlie Sheen denied the allegations at the time.
We're told Richards will cooperate, but only if she's forced to do so by subpoena.

Marie Osmond Son: Suicide Note Shows Sadness
Marie Osmond's son, Michael, left a suicide note for a woman who lived in his apartment building, and shortly after she retrieved it she heard the ominous sirens below .. law enforcement sources tell TMZ.
We're told Michael Blosil was supposed to hang out with the woman Friday night, but left her a text just before 9 PM, telling her he had left a note for her in his apartment.
The woman went to Michael's apartment and his roommates let her in. Sources say the group found the note, which said, among other things the woman was his only good friend in L.A. and he was very unhappy.
The note also mentioned things he would be doing for the very last time. It did not mention suicide, but law enforcement sources tell us it was clear ... that is exactly what it was.
The roommates, who up until that point knew nothing was wrong, and the woman became alarmed, but very shortly thereafter they heard sirens and saw emergency vehicles on the street and figured out what happened.
We're told ... from the time the woman got Michael's text to the time they heard sirens ... it was a very short time span.

Oprah Confidentiality Clause - Not So Confidential
Oprah Winfrey's company specifically told the physical trainers who are suing them to shut their traps about all things Oprah or there would be hell to pay -- it's all in good old fashioned black and white ... and we got a copy.
Unicus Performance Training filed the lawsuit against Oprah and Harpo, Inc. earlier this week, claiming they never got paid for a workout program they were developing for Harpo.
UPT says Harpo fired them for violating the terms of their confidentiality agreement, after UPT sent out a mass e-mail promoting their upcoming appearance on Oprah's radio show.
According the confidentiality agreement, UPT wasn't allowed to "use HARPO's name, Oprah.com's name or Ms. Winfrey's name" for any advertising or promotional purposes ... unless, of course, they wanted to get fired.
The document literally has UPT on lockdown when it comes to saying anything at anytime about Oprah and Harpo without "express, written permission."

Janice Dickinson -- Now Accepting Applications
Janice Dickinson wants to be Demi Moore -- as in she wants her own version of Ashton Kutcher -- so she's getting a dating show to find herself one.
Dickinson will get her own "Bachelorette" style show, which she's putting together with Wikked Entertainment (no, not the porn company).
In the show, aspiring "boy toys" will compete for the attention of the Earth's first supermodel by waiting on her hand and foot.
The show doesn't have a network yet, but we're thinking Animal Planet works -- cause she's a cougar, get it? Nevermind.
