Jesse James made a citizen's arrest just a few minutes ago ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us a paparazzo called Long Beach cops moments ago and reported that his car had been vandalized outside of West Coast Choppers by Jesse James.

Cops arrived at West Coast Choppers and Jesse claimed the accusing photog had been stalking him. Jesse and the photog made citizen's arrests on each other.

The cops did not take either person into custody, but they are investigating.

Axl Rose has allegedly been hogging some of Guns N' Roses' profits -- and now one company says it's looking to get its hands on his money, honey.

Front Line Management claims it was hired to be Axl's personal manager in 2008 -- and was promised a 15% cut of all the cash Guns N' Roses raked in ... but never got a penny.

In the lawsuit, filed in L.A County Superior Court, Front Line claims the band made in excess of $12,470,000 while performing throughout Asia, Canada and South America.

The company says it wants at least $1,870,500.

As we first reported, Shaq and Shaunie pretty much settled the terms of their divorce, but it took two different states to end the marriage. A California judge was handling custody and visitation matters, while a Florida judge was handling spousal support, property division and the official dissolution of the marriage.

We learned last Monday a judgment was entered on custody and visitation issues, though the terms are confidential.

Sources tell us Shaq and Shaunie have agreed on all spousal support and property issues, and papers will be filed in Florida soon. But the case is over, except for the part where the Florida judge signs the marriage-kill document.

Ben Roethlisberger's accuser has not had the change of heart reported by the media, because her lawyer tells TMZ she's scheduled to be re-interviewed by cops in the sexual assault investigation.

Her reps tell us they broke their silence to correct "recent misstatements in the media," saying, "Our client is cooperating fully with law enforcement in this matter. Future interviews have been scheduled and our client will attend."

The lawyers were mum on when the sit-downs with cops will take place.

The man getting into the Octagon is "Ultimate Fighter" contestant Ben Saunders -- a brown belt in Brazilian jiu-jitsu.

UFC guru Dana White tells TMZ Saunders called him and asked for the fight, after Alves was benched because of an irregular CAT Scan, as TMZ first reported.

White tells us if Saunders wins against Fitch, he'll get a title shot with Georges St-Pierre.

Saunders was scheduled to fight Jake Ellenberger on Saturday but now Jake is the odd man out. White tells us he'll pay Jake his fee and schedule another fight later.

Brigitte Daguerre -- a Los Angeles photographer -- claims Jesse hired her in 2008 to do styling work for a West Coast Choppers photo shoot. She says the two emailed and texted each other for a year, but claims they only had sex four times before she cut it off.

Daguerre has 195 text messages between her and Jesse (the cell phone numbers sync up) ... many of them extremely graphic. Among the milder, Jesse says, "I'll be your monkey."

Throughout the exchanges, Jesse repeatedly asks Daguerre to send pictures and set up rendezvous. In one exchange, Daguerre complained that Jesse wasn't letting loose. He explains, "I'm texting you in secret."

We could not reach James' rep for comment.

Ben Roethlisberger is smack in the middle of a brand new mystery -- one that involves the alleged disappearance of security footage shot at Capital City nightclub on the night he was accused of sexual assault.

A lawyer for Capital City told the Pittsburgh Tribune Review the footage has been erased -- and produced the following explanation: "The DVD system overwrote itself ... Had it just been deleted, they might have been able to save some of it."

But this information directly contradicts what bar owner Rocky Duncan repeatedly told TMZ in the wake of the alleged incident -- dude not only said he had video, but Duncan described the footage in great detail.

Duncan told TMZ the video clearly showed Ben and his 20-year-old accuser hanging out before the alleged incident and cops speaking with Ben afterward. Duncan was quick to point out that the video did not show Ben and his accuser going towards the bathroom where the alleged incident took place.

UPDATE: The lawyer for the club tells TMZ cops watched the video with Rocky "shortly" after the alleged incident -- but cops did not take the video with them at that time.

The lawyer tells us cops returned to collect the tape -- and that's when they noticed the footage had been erased.

UFC's Thiago "Pitbull" Alves will not fight at Saturday's UFC 111, because a CAT Scan shows an irregularity in his brain ... TMZ has learned.

Thiago was scheduled to rumble with Jon Fitch on Saturday -- but a pre-fight CAT Scan revealed an irregularity -- a source close to 26-year-old Pitbull tells TMZ the irregularity involves an artery in the brain.

UFC honcho Dana White tells TMZ he will fly Pitbull to a specialist for further evaluation. White says, "If it's true, it can be career-ending."

No one will replace Pitbull on Saturday. The headliner is Georges St- Pierre -- ironically, the fighter who solidly beat Thiago in his last fight last July.

The woman pulling the plug is Jacqueline Getty who in 2000, married Gordon Peter Getty Jr. ... an heir to the $2,000,000,000 Getty fortune.

In legal papers just filed in L.A., Jacqueline claims she needs at least $314,727 per month in spousal support so she can continue to live in the style she's been accustomed ... here are some of the highlights:

With crutches on both arms, Beckham limped around to observe the L.A. Galaxy run through drills in Carson, California.

TMZ has obtained the mug shot taken when Justin Bieber's manager turned himself in to police earlier this week over a Twitter-related incident.

As we first reported, Scooter Braun was wanted on two misdemeanor charges for allegedly refusing to listen to cops last year when they asked him to post a Tweet letting rampaging Bieber fans know that a mall concert had been canceled.

Justin is currently running an adorable little t-shirt protest to show his support for his manager.

Braun pleaded not guilty to both charges.

Janine James -- the mother of Jesse's daughter, Sunny -- tells TMZ, "If Sandra decides to keep a relationship going with our daughter Sunny, I would in no way stop that."

She added, "Sunny loves Sandy and vice versa. She's welcome to be a part of every aspect of Sunny's life."

Despite the fact that Sandra ripped Janine in a legal move to obtain custody of Sunny last year, Janine seems to be grateful for everything Bullock did saying, "She has taken care of our daughter as if she was her own ... she sacrificed much ... and I will forever be indebted to her for that."

Approximately 20 doctors received subpoenas yesterday in connection with the Corey Haim death investigation ... law enforcement tells TMZ.

The names of the doctors appear on various prescriptions written for Haim.

We've learned the doctors are from L.A., Orange and Ventura counties ... all in Southern California.

The L.A. County Coroner's Office served the subpoenas -- investigators want to review medical records to review treatment and prescriptions.

Law enforcement tells TMZ seven of the doctors say they never saw Corey Haim or prescribed medications for him. Investigators believe the prescriptions for the seven docs may be linked to the fraudulent prescription ring currently under investigation by the State Attorney General.

And, we've learned, 2 - 3 more doctors in the Haim investigation will be subpoenaed by week's end.

As we first reported, Octo's dad -- who holds title to the house -- was required to make a $450,000 balloon payment on March 10 but didn't do it. Daddy and Octo are also behind $4,139 for March.

The lawyer for Octo's dad just fired off a letter to the attorney for Amer Haddadin -- the man who sold Octo's dad the house and holds the note. Octo and her dad are willing to pay the March installment and guarantee they'll make payments for the next few months ... if Amer backs off in the foreclosure department.

The Octolawyer is asking for a few more months before his client has to make the final, balloon payment. During the grace period, Octo's dad promises he'll apply for a new loan.

Bruce Weiner, attorney for Amer, tells TMZ his client is inclined to work with Octo and accept the proposal. As Weiner put it -- brilliantly we might add -- "I'm not out to hang the Octomom."

Melissa Smith -- a stripper who claims she had a wild two-year fling with Jesse James during his marriage to Sandra Bullock -- had two serious brushes with the law in the past year ... and even served jail time.

Sources tell TMZ Smith was busted last May for beating up a cop and resisting arrest.

Smith pled guilty and served 20 days in a California jail.

And just two days ago -- the same day she sold her Jesse James story to a tabloid -- Smith plead "not guilty" to a DUI charge.

Smith was arrested for that DUI last month and blew a .18 -- in technical terms, she was sloshed.
