'Blind Side' Star -- Hollywood's a Bitch
Quinton Aaron is officially putting himself on the market. The star of "The Blind Side" just pulled the trigger on his talent agency ... and according to Aaron, things got personal.
As Aaron was leaving Boulevard3 in Hollywood last night, the 6'8" actor told us he officially left the APA talent agency claiming, "You need to do what's best for you ... because if you're with people that don't believe in you, your career ain't gonna go nowhere."
One of the things Aaron wants to do: Meet the real life "Blind Side" inspiration Michael Oher ... because according to Aaron, the two have never even talked on the phone.
As for Sandra Bullock, Quinton says they really haven't talked since the Oscars ... but truth be told, she has been a little busy.
Jon Gosselin: I Voted for Kate
We've learned Jon Gosselin voted for Kate on "Dancing with the Stars" this week, but there may have been a serious ulterior motive.
Jon's lawyer, former U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ he'll file legal papers -- probably in about two hours -- asking a judge to change the custody arrangement and award Jon primary physical custody of the 8 little ones.
List says Kate Gosselin has been farming out her parental responsibilities to an army of nannies in order to make it big in Hollywood. As List puts it, "You can't be a coast-to-coast primary parent."
List says Jon is ticked that Kate threw him out of the family guest house and replaced him with 3 nannies. He wants back as the Kato Kaelin of PA. The difference between Kate and OJ -- the only thing she's murdering is the Paso Doble.
As for "DWTS," List says he and Jon both cast their vote for Kate. In what we think is a related matter, List says he'll also ask the judge for child support since Jon wants primary custody while Kate is raking in the dough in H-Wood.

Michael Jackson -- Strong Stimulant Found
There may be a clear explanation as to why Michael Jackson had trouble sleeping the night before he died -- authorities found a pill bottle in the room containing tablets that would have hyped the singer up big time.
The bottle, which had no label, contained 13 tablets. Each tablet had a combination of ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin. The commercial sale of ephedrine -- a stimulant designed for weight loss -- is banned in the U.S. because of reports of heart attacks, strokes and even death.
Each pill contained 25 mg of ephedrine, 200 mg of caffeine and 80 mg of aspirin. The caffeine alone in each pill is equivalent to nearly a 6-pack of Coca-Cola.
One company that manufactures the drug warns against using it past mid-afternoon, because it will cause insomnia.
According to the toxicology results, ephedrine was present in Jackson's urine.

Claudia Jordan -- Did She Take This Man ...
So, to the guy who denies ever being married to Claudia Jordan: Who we gonna believe ... you or our lyin' eyes?
Former "Deal or No Deal" briefcase model Claudia has filed annulment papers, but the rep for her so-called husband, Datari Turner, told TMZ there can't be an annulment if there was no marriage.
We then told the rep that we had a photo of Claudia and Datari taken at a Vegas wedding chapel where Claudia says they tied the knot, along with a marriage certificate. The rep then pulled back and said she has no knowledge of such a marriage, and Datari's not talking.
Claudia claims she's entitled to the annulment on grounds of fraud.

'Buffy' Star Charged in Alleged Cop Attack
"Buffy the Vampire Slayer" star Nicholas Brendon has been charged with four misdemeanors, after officials say he tried to fight a bunch of cops last month.
Brendon was charged with one count resisting arrest, two counts of battery against a police officer and one count of vandalism.
As we first reported, law enforcement sources say they received a call on March 17 that a drunk guy was causing a commotion in Venice, CA.
When cops arrived, we're told Brendon tried to throw a few punches at 'em, then took off on foot until cops caught up and tasered his ass -- twice.
Brendon -- who faces two years in jail and a $4,000 fine if convicted -- is due back in court on April 7 for his arraignment.

Coolio No Longer a Wanted Man
Coolio can now walk the streets without being arrested on sight.
We're told the rapper finally showed up to court yesterday for his progress report hearing -- which means the $10,000 bench warrant that was issued on Monday for his arrest is no longer active.
According to court officials, Coolio proved he's in compliance with his probation -- including his participation in drug rehab.
Coolio pled guilty to possession of a controlled substance back in June, after he was arrested at LAX airport with crack.
Coolio is due back in court on January 18 ... hope he makes it.

Gary Dourdan - It Was All Just Loud Sex
Former "CSI" star Gary Dourdan has cleaned up his act and a legal mess after his girlfriend got arrested last month for domestic violence.
TMZ has learned the criminal case against Dourdan's girlfriend, Maria Asis del Alamo, was dismissed today. Turns out the whole thing was a big misunderstanding.
Seems Gary and Maria were having a good time in a Venice, CA home, when a nosy neighbor mistook passion for violence. The cops came and, despite Gary's protests, they arrested Maria after noticing a scratch on Gary's neck.
Prosecutors now realize it was the sound of love, so the case has gone bye-bye.
As for Gary, he's been sober for more than a year, has a beautiful GF, is in love, and knows how to show it. Not a bad turnaround.

Cops In Big Ben Case -- He Ain't Talkin'
The Ben Roethlisberger sexual assault investigation is complete ... except for one Big thing.
Milledgeville Police Chief Woodrow Blue tells TMZ they've completed their investigation -- including a follow-up interview with the alleged victim -- but they'd still like to button it up with a follow-up interview with Big Ben. Problem is -- Ben's not talking.
So assuming Ben exercises his right to remain silent, the Chief is still kosher with the case -- kinda sorta. We asked Chief Blue if he's satisfied, and he said, "Yeah, I guess."
Ben's lawyer isn't talking about why Ben isn't talking.
As for when a decision will be made on whether to prosecute the Pittsburgh Steelers QB, we're told the Georgia Bureau of Investigation will make that call ... "soon."

Kate Gosselin's Lean Jon's Mean
Kate Gosselin's lawyer says Jon Gosselin and his attorney are "mean-spirited" and "reckless" by suggesting she's become an absentee mom by appearing on "Dancing with the Stars."
Mark Momjian is reacting to TMZ's story, that Jon and his lawyer, Anthony F. List, will file legal papers asking for primary physical custody of the couple's 8 kids as well as child support.
Momjian says Jon's move is, "downright offensive and outrageous," adding, "Kate has been the primary parent of these kids since they day they were born." Momjian says "DWTS" is not interfering with her ability to parent, and that "she is devoted to her children."
And this parting shot from Momjian: "I can't believe anyone would take their claim serious, but consider what we're dealing with."

Michael Jackson -- The Eyes Have It
Michael Jackson's eyes could be powerful evidence in favor of Dr. Conrad Murray.
TMZ broke the story -- Dr. Murray's lawyers will argue Jackson accidentally killed himself by self-injecting a lethal dose of Propofol into his bloodstream. As we reported, Dr. Murray says he left the bedroom for a short time, came back in and saw Michael with his eyes wide open and pupils dilated.
Medical experts who spoke with TMZ say if a patient is sleeping and dies of an overdose, their eyes most likely would not be open. The defense position -- Jackson woke up when Murray was out of the room, became frustrated he couldn't sleep, grabbed the Propofol bottle and "pushed it" -- killing himself.
If a jury believes Jackson's eyes were open, they could also believe Jackson was awake and, perhaps, capable of grabbing the Propofol bottle which was on the nightstand.

Crew Says Nicollette Sheridan's Claim is BS
TMZ has spoken with a half-dozen people who worked on the set of "Desperate Housewives" and none of them are buying Nicollette Sheridan's story that creator Marc Cherry struck her in the face.
We've spoken with multiple members of the crew who say they never saw or heard anything about Cherry striking Sheridan. One person acknowledges "verbal tiffs" between Cherry and the stars, but never saw such an incident and said of Cherry, "For the most part, he's a good guy ... very professional."
Another person says flatly, "Nothing like this ever happened," adding she "never saw anything questionable or negative."
Yet another person -- who worked on the show for 6 seasons -- says he never heard a word about the alleged incident and says, "It's something that would have been discussed had it happened."

Jon Gosselin Goes After Kate in Court
Jon Gosselin thinks "Dancing with the Stars" is damaging his kids, thanks to Kate Gosselin, and Jon now wants primary custody as well as spousal support from his ex ... TMZ has learned.
Jon's new lawyer, former assistant U.S. Attorney Anthony F. List, tells TMZ he's going to court to ask for primary physical custody. List calls Kate, "an absentee mom," which he says is no surprise to anyone.
List expects to use "DWTS" as evidence that Kate does not spend "quality time with the 8 kids."
List also thinks Jon is getting screwed in the child support department, claiming "$20,000 a month is ridiculous."
In addition to primary custody, List says he's considering asking the judge to reverse the support obligation and make Kate pay Jon. He did not specify the amount.
Kate tells TMZ, "I am and always will be a mother first, but as a single working mom I will do everything necessary to provide for my kids despite the opinions of others."

Dan Patrick -- No Foot-Dragging In Erin's Case
Dan Patrick and DirecTV have responded to Erin Andrews' rage over not being informed immediately that she was the target of sexual and violent emails.
This Monday, Patrick said on his radio show during a commercial break that late last month they opened an email from a fan, containing alarming threats against Erin. Patrick says his staffer then searched for other emails relating to the ESPN star and found a number of them, dating back to mid-September.
DirecTV, which carries "The Dan Patrick Show," tells TMZ the show receives 7,000 emails a day and many of them go unopened. Both DirecTV and Patrick say when they became aware of the threat, they immediately contacted Erin's reps.

'Inglourious Basterds' Star Victorious Over GF
An "Inglourious Basterds" star didn't even have to put up a fight against his former girlfriend who filed a petition for a restraining order against him -- today she folded like a cheap suit.
Sunawin Andrews asked an L.A. County Superior Court judge this AM to dismiss her petition for a restraining order against actor Michael Fassbender.
Andrews filed incendiary legal docs last month, claiming Fassbender threw her over a chair and broke her nose after a night of heavy boozing.
But today Andrews took it all back, dismissing her petition and her claims.
