Doctors saw a slight glimmer of hope for Bobbi Kristina Monday morning -- but they remain clear she's not out of the woods.

Sources connected to the Houston family tell TMZ ... doctors were testing BK's brain reaction to different stimuli, and saw "minimal response" during one of the tests. We're told doctors view this as a very slight improvement -- but it's enough to delay any immediate discussion of turning off life support.

As we've reported ... the situation has been bleak, and we're told just last night the family started discussing funeral arrangements.

Bobbi Kristina's been in a medically induced coma since Saturday ... when she was found unconscious in her bathtub.

Whitney Houston's daughter Bobbi Kristina has "significantly diminished" brain function and doctors have told her family it does not look good ... this according to sources connected with the family.

As we previously reported, the 21-year-old was found face down in her bathtub Saturday and not breathing. She was revived, taken to the hospital where she was placed in a medically-induced coma.

She is currently on a ventilator but we're told tests have determined her brain function is alarmingly low.

Bobbi Kristina's dad, Bobby Brown, is at her bedside.

Doctors have told the family they should continue hoping and praying, but the signs are not good.

Bruce Jenner's family is now regularly leaking out stories that have been obvious to all for quite some time ... that the Jenner patriarch is becoming a woman.

The latest leak is to "People," quoting a family source that Bruce is making the change. As we reported more than a year ago, Bruce underwent an operation called a laryngal shave, to smooth out his Adam's Apple, and at the time our sources were clear ... it was, as one put it, "one of the first steps."

We spoke to Bruce at the time and he said he was "absolutely not" transitioning, but the denial was part of his plan to make the change gradually, which he has done over the last year, to the point it simply became obvious and an announcement became almost irrelevant. But his decision to transition had been firmly made months before.

Our sources say Bruce is now far along in the process, has undergone various procedures and psychological counseling, and is ready to show his journey to the world. Our sources say it's so far along his docuseries will air as early as May.

People is reporting his family is supportive but not all family members are on board 100%. As we told you, the family filmed Bruce's formal announcement to them last month and during the conversation Kris freaked out. The other kids -- the boys and the girls -- have been more supportive, especially the older ones.

A leader in the transgender community tells TMZ they've known for "way more than a year" Bruce was doing this and some felt he should have announced it when he had the laryngal shave. But we're told Bruce decided a gradual transition followed by a revelation would be better for him and his family.

Travis Barker has good reason to be worried about a run-in with Shanna Moakler's biker boyfriend ... turns out he's a Hells Angel.

TMZ has learned the boyfriend Moakler allegedly threatened to let loose on Barker ... is in the club's San Fernando Valley Chapter. Shanna and Travis were both arrested a couple of weeks ago for slinging death threats.

Sources close to Shanna believe Barker will try to use her bf's Angel ties against her in their custody battle, but we're told Shanna's insisting he's a nonviolent pussy cat with no rap sheet.

Despite her concerns ... Shanna posts pics of her man on the reg, but always blurs the Hells Angel patches on his cut. We're told Shanna's reminding friends the Angels do a lot of good charity rides and fundraisers.

Just don't ever touch his hog ... unless you're Shanna.

Bruce Jenner is calling ALL the shots in the production of his upcoming docuseries which chronicles a journey that will produce some fundamental changes in his life ... TMZ has learned.

Sources familiar with the production tell TMZ ... the docuseries will begin airing in either May or June on E!.

We're told a significant portion of the docuseries will involve Bruce's interaction with doctors, discussing procedures and goals. It will also deal with psychological implications.

As we reported, Bruce's family, including his daughters, sons and Kris, will all appear on the show but they are not the central part.

Our sources say Bruce is at the center of production. Kris is not calling any of the shots. And we're told it's a "completely separate project" from "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" and Bruce does NOT want it to air until the "Kardashians" finale is over and out.

Richard's older brother Branton Sherman -- who's also the business manager for the Richard Sherman Family Foundation -- is out in PHX to root for the Seahawks ... when he we asked how he felt about the legendary moment with Erin Andrews last year.

"We made so much money off of that whole deal," Branton says ... "It was a good thing for us!"

Even Branton's mom was able to cash in ... he says the rant helped Richard and their mother lock up a commercial for Campbell's Soup ... and now they get more free soup than they ever could've imagined!

"We got Campbell's Soup up the ass man!"

One last thing ... even though Richard is widely regarded as the best defensive player in the league, Branton still says he could take 'em.

"I'm the big brother."

Ludacris just got what he was after in family court ... the judge just gave him primary physical custody of his 1-year-old daughter ... but the decision is really confusing.

The decision comes after baby mama Tamika Fuller bitterly testified Luda didn't want the baby when he found out she was pregnant, and even tried to negotiate an abortion by throwing 10K her way.

But sources connected with the rapper tell TMZ ... the judge reviewed the report from an independent expert as well as the testimony and concluded Luda was the more fit parent.

The judge awarded both Luda and Tamika joint legal and physical custody but said Luda will be "the primary physical custodian." We've watched the video of the decision and the judge messes up in a big way, saying Luda has decision-making authority. If that's true, he would have primary legal custody. Short story ... the judge makes very little sense.

Luda tells TMZ, "I am gratified that the judge found me to be the most fit and proper parent to have primary physical custody of our beautiful daughter."

Sly Stone just scored $5 million thanks to a L.A. jury, which ruled the psychedelic funk singer was done wrong by a former manager who pilfered his fortune.

When Sly was on the skids, his former manager allegedly convinced him to sign over all his royalties to a company the manager picked ... for tax reasons. Sly says the manager assured him he'd be protected.

But Sly says the manager fleeced him, and apparently the jury agreed. The company that got the royalties must pay the frontman of Sly & the Family Stone $2.5 MIL. The manager, Jerry Goldstein, must ante up $2.45 MIL. And the lawyer who worked with Goldstein has to kick in 50K.

Sly has been destitute with severe drug problems ... living in his van.

Kim Kardashian gave what could be a revealing peek into the life of Bruce Jenner, saying, "I guess I'll kind of let everyone be curious and I feel like that's his journey to talk about."

With rumors swirling about Bruce's ever-changing appearance, Kim seemed to be signaling something significant was afoot.

She told Entertainment Tonight, "I will say that I think Bruce should tell his story his way ... I think everyone goes through things in life and I think that story and what Bruce is going through, I think he'll share whenever the time is right."

Kim and the brood got together a week ago in a show of support for Bruce.

The interview airs Tuesday on Entertainment Tonight.

Fact: The child abuse investigation into NBA star Dwight Howard has just been kicked to the Atlanta PD.

Fact: If charges are brought against Dwight, the matter would be prosecuted by the Fulton County District Attorney's Office.

Fact: The Fulton County District Attorney ... is Dwight Howard's uncle.

We broke the story ... the Cobb County PD was initially handling the investigation into allegations Dwight beat his 6-year-old son Braylon with a belt buckle.

But the CCPD tells us investigators now believe the alleged incident occurred in Fulton County, where Dwight's uncle has been the head prosecutor in charge since 1997.

So, what does it mean? Paul Howard is almost certainly going to have to recuse himself from the case ... which would likely mean the prosecution would be handled by the Georgia Attorney General (and judging by his photo, we're guessing there's no relation).

If Paul doesn't recuse himself, you could bet the alleged victim will put up a helluva fight ... for obvious reasons.

Courtney Love reunited with her daughter Frances Bean Cobain ... apparently closing the book on a feud that's been raging for years.

Love and Bean hugged it out Saturday at the Sundance premiere of "Kurt Cobain: Montage of Heck" ... the first time they've been seen together in more than 5 years.

Remember, Courtney lost legal control over then 17 year-old Frances in 2009. In 2012, Love accused ex Nirvana drummer Dave Grohl of hitting on Bean.

The 22 year-old blasted her mom over the allegation ... urging Twitter to ban her mom from the site.

She says daddy-daughter time will be tricky once she moves to her new house 90 minutes away from McIntyre, GA ... where SB is living. June says they're working out a plan for regular visitation.

We're told Sugar's determined to see his daughter -- and June says they've kept things very civil when it comes to Alana.

Drake's dad is making a return to music, but he'll be doing it without his famous son ... because Drizzy was just too busy to hit the studio with his pops.

Dennis Graham put out the word on Instagram ... he was looking for a "classy" female rapper for a new song -- and in his words, "ghetto style" rappers need not apply.

Well, Graham tells TMZ he found his woman in rookie rapper Ze Monroe, and she's going to rhyme on his new song, "Kinda Crazy." The original plan was for Drake to guest star too, but he couldn't fit studio time into his schedule ... but DG says there are no hard feelings.

As for future family collabs? Dennis, who's in his early 60s, says he was asked to do a club gig near Coachella -- where Drake's headlining -- but adds he's not sure he can stay up that late.

Cory Monteith's father could be cut off from the "Glee" star's estate funds ... after admitting he abandoned his son for most of his life.

In new court docs ... Joe Monteith, cops to not communicating with his son from the time he was "nine years old until his twenties" -- and to ditching on child support payments. Cory's mother says under the law... Joe's confession means he doesn't deserve a cent from the estate.

The docs reveal Cory's estate is worth $810,000 -- and his old roommate, Zachary Larson, will be in charge of paying off various debts ... such as $80K in taxes and another $15K to unnamed creditors.

Since Monteith did not have a will when he died in 2013 from a drug overdose -- the lion's share of his estate will go to his mother.

Bruce Jenner reconnected with daughters Kim, Kendall, Kylie, Kourtney and Khloe in a clear show of solidarity.

The girls posted the photo on their respective Instagram pages with a short caption about family ... except Kendall, who chose not to post it.

It's the first time we've seen the fam since that In Touch cover making him look like a woman ... which ex-wife Kris Jenner said was flat out mean.

Scott Disick finally may be ready to get sober and clean up his act in the name of family ... but you better believe he's gonna make a buck off of it.

Disick (or more likely his assistant) posted an obviously-sponsored tweet Monday, writing, "It's 2015, get up! Perfect start to the year. My @BooteaUK teatox from Bootea.com. Time for a cleanse!"

Considering Disick's recent bender in Aspen just a month after baby mama Kourtney Kardashian gave birth ... you have to wonder if it's too little too late.
