Therese Dion -- mother of international superstar Celine Dion -- has died after months of battling serious health issues.

Celine's mom, who was known affectionately in Canada as "Maman Dion," reportedly passed late Thursday surrounded by her family and friends. Therese's eldest child, Claudette Dion, revealed last year that her mother had been dealing with significant health problems ... including memory loss and vision and hearing impairment.

The Dion matriarch had a whopping 14 children, who she raised with her husband, Adhemar, in Charlemagne, northeast of Montreal. Adhemar died in 2003.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson says he's in pieces over his dad's death ... writing in an emotional goodbye letter to his father, "I wish I had one more shot to tell you, I love you."

Rocky "Soulman" Johnson died suddenly at 75 years old on Wednesday ... and in Dwayne's first public words since the tragic news, The Rock said he's broken up over it all.

"You were ripped away from me so fast without warning," he said. "Gone in an instant and no coming back. I'm in pain."

But, Dwayne said he's taking steps to try to move on ... and praised his dad for being a pioneer and trailblazer in the wrestling world.

"You lived a very full, very hard, barrier breaking life and left it all in the ring," Dwayne said. "I love you dad and I’ll always be your proud and grateful son."

Rocky started out in the National Wrestling Alliance in the 1960s but gained fame after he joined the WWE in the 80s. He and Tony Atlas became the org's first African-American tag team champions as The Soul Patrol.

Rocky retired from wrestling in 1991 ... and, afterward, had a huge hand in helping mold Dwayne into one of the most popular wrestlers EVER.

"I'll carry your mana and work ethic with me as it’s time to move on because I have my family to feed and work to accomplish," Dwayne said. "Finally, I want you to rest your trailblazing soul, Soulman."

The Oakland (Las Vegas?) Raiders quarterback posted video of him taking his toddler son DEEP to left field in a friendly soft-toss game ... and the video is straight savagery!!!

Carr got in the father-son bonding time Wednesday ... and despite showing no mercy on his 3-year-old, he didn't even apologize!!!

"Sorry ... not sorry ..." the QB wrote of the epic hack.

Of course, it's all fun and games for DC ... he's known as a GREAT father to his three boys -- and he's constantly posting about parenting his kids the right way.

Will Smith almost always clowned Martin Lawrence for his driving skills, or lack thereof, in every 'Bad Boys' film ... so it's fitting Big Willie's behind the wheel for their sequel's big premiere.

Will and Martin arrived in style, courtesy of a midnight blue Porsche, for their "Bad Boys For Life" premiere Tuesday night in Hollywood. The famous movie cop duo hit up the TCL Chinese Theatre where a throng of fans screamed their lungs out.

Will and Martin both hit the stage -- along with reggaeton superstar Nicky Jam, who has a role in the film -- and hyped the crowd. The premiere was quite the family affair.

Will was joined by his sons, Trey and Jaden. Martin was joined by his entire family. Stars were also out in full force ... from Chance the Rapper, T-Pain, G-Eazy and Armie Hammer to NFL legend Emmitt Smith, mega-producer Jerry Bruckheimer and T.I. and Tiny.

The night, however, may have belonged to Vanessa Hudgens ... who dazzled in a white ensemble full of flair. She plays Kelly ... part of a new ammo team brought in to work with detectives Mike Lowrey and Marcus Burnett.

Dog the Bounty Hunter had a full plate of family drama to deal with this weekend -- a former cast member from his show got arrested ... all because his own daughter snitched.

The guy's name is Justin Bihag -- AKA Justin Chapman, who's been referred to as Dog's nephew on TV -- and he got paid a visit by cops on Sunday down in Edgewater, CO ... where police say he was in violation of a court order to lay off booze and drugs.

How this exactly came about ... Dog's own flesh and blood Lyssa, his daughter, tipped the local police off to Justin's alleged bad behavior -- this according to the arrest report, obtained by TMZ.

The 'Captain America' actress who killed her mother just days before Christmas is claiming self-defense ... even though authorities say she was the aggressor.

According to the criminal affidavit ... Mollie Fitzgerald repeatedly told cops in Johnson County, Kansas she had to kill her mom in self-defense last month because her mother, Patricia, came at her with a knife.

In docs, cops say Mollie -- who had a small role in "Captain America: The First Avenger" -- told them she had to disarm 68-year-old Patricia, and during the struggle ... stabbed her 4 times in the back. When cops arrived, they found Patricia in a pool of blood with a knife lodged in her back.

Meanwhile, medics said Mollie had a series of small cuts on the palms of her hands and a bite mark on the inside of her left bicep. She was treated on scene with a tetanus shot and bandages.

But, according to the affidavit, an autopsy revealed it was Mollie's mother who was defending herself from a knife attack -- she had wounds on both of her hands described as "defensive injuries." One of the wounds nearly severed her thumb from her hand. She also had bruising on her face, lip and neck.

The Medical Examiner "did not find any injuries consistent with Patricia having delivered any strikes or having been in control of the involved knife." Based on that info, cops determined Mollie was the aggressor and booked her for murder.

Azriel Clary and her family look elated over her homecoming and committed to her recovering from her years with R. Kelly.

The singer's now ex-girlfriend took several pics of herself back with her whole fam -- mom, dad and siblings were posing and dancing in matching outfits. We knew the reunion was coming, but this is the first time we've actually seen her with her folks ... Angelo and Alice Clary. Azriel was 17 when she left to live with Kelly and Joycelyn Savage ... she's now 22.

Azriel captioned the family shots, "surprise. Let the healing process begin. Love yall and thank y'all. I even thank everyone who follows me.. because you all believed in me when I could not believe for myself." She included the hashtag #movingontobetterdays.

Her dad, Angelo, tells TMZ ... "We are just enjoying these moments right now ... enjoying being reunited as the Clarys."

We broke the story ... Azriel plans to seek professional help from a counselor to recover from the alleged abuse and trauma she suffered from Kelly. Her parents are focused on doing whatever they can to get her life back in order.

The happy reunion comes just days after Clary and Savage had a huge fight at Kelly's condo as Azriel was moving out. During the fight, Azriel claimed -- on camera -- Joycelyn had sex with her while Azriel was still a minor.

Blac Chyna's a very good mother who would never put her child in harm's way, contrary to what Rob Kardashian wants people to think ... so say sources close to her.

We broke the story ... Rob wants joint custody of their 3-year-old daughter, Dream, taken away from Chyna because he claims she's living wild and dangerously, even when Dream is under her supervision.

The allegations against Chyna include being drunk all day, abusing drugs, chasing people with knives and making violent threats, dropping Dream off with Rob in a dirty and disheveled state and teaching her sexual positions.

Sources close to Chyna tell TMZ ... she denies all of these nasty accusations and says Rob is a bald-faced liar -- specifically about the sex stuff.

Azriel Clary needs professional help to recover from the alleged abuse and trauma she suffered during her time with R. Kelly ... at least that's her mindset after fleeing his condo.

Sources close to the singer's now ex-GF tell TMZ ... she now feels she was brainwashed, manipulated and mistreated by Kelly. We're told Azriel and her family are searching for qualified counselors and therapists, so she can begin healing ... mentally.

Our sources say Azriel's father is focused on getting his daughter's life back in order as smoothly as possible, but the family understands they can't do it alone.

The 22-year-old alluded to her new perspective on Friday when she said, "I never thought me and victim would ever be in the same sentence because I was too in denial.. but once you realize, you realize."

Queen Elizabeth is having a face-to-face with the Royal men of her life to hash out what's next for Prince Harry and Meghan Markle ... who wanna be part-timers.

TMZ has confirmed that Her Majesty has summoned Harry, Prince William and their dad, Prince Charles, for what's said to be an unprecedented meeting Monday at her country home of Sandringham, Norfolk to discuss next steps for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

It's the first time the immediate family has gotten together in person since the Sussexes said they were out (ish) and wanted to seek financial independence from across the pond.

Kaitlynn Carter and Brody Jenner are back together ... for a quick few seconds on her social media, which means they're definitely on friendly terms after their breakup.

The two 'Hills' stars shared the same space Friday on Kaitlynn's Instagram story, where Brody made a brief appearance as he playfully flipped her off and then pushed away her camera. She captioned the clip, "@brodyjenner single and chic!!" The vid has no sound.

It should be noted, Kaitlynn goes out of her way to call Brody "single" ... which backs up our earlier reporting that there was no real chance of a romantic rekindling between them.

It appears Kaitlynn ran into her ex during a little getaway in Malibu -- where she's been hiking and lounging ... and also grabbing dinner with his mom, Linda Thompson.

Kaitlynn posted a photo of her and her former sorta-mother-in-law breaking bread at Nobu, with another friend in tow. She captioned the pic, "feelin’ super lucky to be part of this modern fam." We know Kaitlynn and Linda have remained close -- they were seen embracing each other at a Halloween party last year. Clearly, KC's on good terms with 'em.

Prince Harry's military buddy says the decision to bolt from the Royal fam was to protect his family ... and it's clear from listening to him  -- the death of Harry's mom loomed large in the decision.

JJ Chalmers appeared on UK's "The One Show" Friday and said Harry's #1 priority is his wife and kid.

It's interesting ... JJ thinks part of Harry's thinking was so little Archie would know when he gets older his pops did right by him.

Joycelyn Savage had direct contact with her family for the first time since she left home nearly 3 years ago to live with R. Kelly ... and it might be a sign of things to come.

Gerald Griggs -- the attorney for Joycelyn's parents, Tim and Jonjelyn -- tells TMZ ... Joycelyn's immediate family members were secretly brought to the holding area of the Chicago courthouse Thursday after her hearing to meet with her.

We're told law enforcement facilitated the meeting, which went down before Savage was released on bond for the alleged battery of Azriel Clary during their Wednesday brawl at Kelly's Trump Tower condo.

Griggs says Joycelyn was surprised to see her family at first, but talked to them for about 20 minutes. We're told there were plenty of hugs, and immediate family members told her how much they love her and want her to come home.

Joycelyn was given direct contact info for her parents, and Griggs claims she's willing to set up further contact. We're told the family is hopeful she will willingly reunite with them soon ... because she said she'd be in touch.

15-year-old rising tennis star Coco Gauff might have to put her dad in a time-out -- he accidentally cursed while coaching her during a match ... and she called him out for it!!

The whole interaction was thankfully caught on camera because Coco and her dad/coach were mic'd up for her ASB Classic match in New Zealand ... and in between sets, he gave her a pep talk.

Her dad, Corey, is heard giving out compliments left and right ... but got a bit carried away when he said, "There's one thing you did the last 3 games, you ain't give up no free points on no damn serve. That serve is weak."

That's when Coco chastised pops for using a bad word while mic'd ... saying, "You can't curse."

Dad's reaction is priceless ... at first he can't believe he cussed on a hot mic, but then directly apologized into the microphone for the slip-up.

But then Corey, still in disbelief, asks Coco again if he really cussed ... and she tells him he did, in fact, say "the d word."

"Oh, well that don't even count," Dad responded.

Coco wasn't havin' it, though ... saying, "in some places, it does!!"

Dad apologized once again ... and Gauff went on to lose the match to Laura Siegemund.

Kim Kardashian West got roped into an online food fight ... and responded by laying a plant-based smackdown on everybody.

Kim clapped back at all the internet trolls who mocked her for having an "empty" refrigerator and questioning how she could feed her 4 kids ... with a full tour of her MULTIPLE fridges and pantries in her home.

In the video, Kim starts by showing off a gigantic pantry loaded with jars of food, including a separate section for sprinkles for her frozen yogurt ... which goes well with the frozen yogurt machine she has tucked away.

Then Kim shows off the refrigerator that started all the commotion with fans (and haters), which contains various waters and milks ... but not any food. Turns out, it's because it's just her beverage fridge.

Kim's tour moves to her kitchen, where she reveals she does, in fact, have a lot of food for the family ... in a giant WALK-IN refrigerator. That one is loaded with fresh organic produce, more drinks, condiments and already-prepped meals for her and the kids.

So yeah ... nobody's going hungry in the Kardashian West household.

Pat Sajak and Alex Trebek are in the same fam -- 'Wheel' and 'Jeopardy' are produced by the same company -- but they have very different end-of-game outlooks.

We got Pat, along with the permanent and temp letter turners, Vanna White and Pat's daughter, Maggie, Thursday night in WeHo leaving Craig's, and we asked the longtime host who he'd want to replace him when he hangs it up.

Pat's answer ... way different from Alex's. Harvey interviewed Trebek a while ago for the show, "OBJECTified," and Alex had 2 favorite replacement hosts -- L.A. Kings announcer Alex Faust and CNN legal analyst Laura Coates.

Seems Pat isn't keeping up with the awesome 'Jeopardy' G.O.A.T. tourney ... but he has love for Alex.
