Kim Kardashian celebrated the impending birth of baby #3.

Lots of celebs and fam showed, including Kylie, Kendall, Khloe, Chrissy Teigen, Jen Atkin ... and of course, North West.

The theme was "Tea for 3" ... and it was fancy -- high tea, and finger food. The grounds were laced with cherry blossoms.

TMZ broke the story ... Kim has a surrogate this time around because of serious medical issues that plagued her last pregnancy. The baby is due in January ... and it's a girl.

Blac Chyna didn't have as many famous guests at her party as Rob for Dream's first birthday ... but she had all the bells and whistles necessary to put it over the top.

Chyna pulled out all the stops Saturday at her home -- pool party, petting zoo and a huuuuuge cake -- so as not to be outdone by Rob's bash for their 1-year-old daughter Friday.

Nobody from Rob's side of the family was in attendance at Chyna's place -- which makes sense because she's suing all of them -- but the party was still packed.

Playboy Carti -- Blac's rumored new BF -- was there too.

Dream Kardashian turns one today, and Daddy's teaching her the family biz -- party hard on your birthday and whenever possible ... bring your famous aunts and cousins along, too.

Rob Kardashian was with Dream Friday morning to celebrate bday #1. Aunties Kim, Khloe and Kylie were also there, along with cousins North and Penelope.

It's the first time we've seen Rob in a while -- he's been keeping a low profile since that social media meltdown when he posted nude pics of Blac Chyna.

Speaking of Chyna ... there's no sign of her at Dream's party, but that's not a big surprise since she recently sued the whole Kardashian fam.

We got the former Arkansas gov. and two-time presidential hopeful at LAX where he had nothing but good things to say about Sarah in her role as White House Press Secretary.

Makes sense ... she is his daughter after all.

One thing of interest here -- Mike says Sarah's no punching bag ... which might or might not be a shot at Sean Spicer ... who used to take media beatings when he had the job.

As for where this proud dad might be getting his cues from ... we have one idea.

Nicki Minaj's brother was just found guilty in his child rape trial ... a case that lasted nearly 3 weeks.

The verdict for Jelani Maraj came in Thursday in Long Island ... he was found guilty of predatory sexual assault against a child and endangering the welfare of a child.

He faces 25 years to life in prison. He'll be sentenced on December 14. Nassau County D.A. Madeline Singas tells TMZ ... "We hope that today's verdict will help the family in the healing process."

William H. Macy's paternal concerns aren't limited to his real life kids -- he also cares deeply about Ethan Cutkosky, his TV spawn who just got busted for DUI.

We asked the "Shameless" dad about Ethan's arrest, and he immediately went to bat for the 18-year-old ... telling us he's a good kid. He also had sympathy for child actors who have to grow up in Hollywood.

He was rushing into LAX when we talked to him, but William said he plans to take some time to call Ethan, and possibly offer some fatherly advice. In other words ... the exact opposite of how Bill's Frank Gallagher character would react on the hit Showtime series.

After a double date with Kelly, pals Katie Killean and ex-"Seinfeld" producer George Shapiro -- he captioned this shot, "In case you’re wondering, we were celebrating our engagement — and I know George and I will be very happy together."

Not Bob's first time down the aisle. The 61-year-old was married to Sherri Kramer Saget for 15 years, but they split in 1997.

We know what you're thinking -- Bob digs 38-year-old Kelly for her big ole sense of humor. She showed it off too with her own engagement shot. Mazel!

Tyrese claims Will Smith and Jada Pinkett Smith gave him a whopping $5 million so he could dig himself out of a financial hole from his custody case, but sources directly connected to both Will and Jada say it simply isn't true.

Our Will and Jada sources say they did not give Tyrese any money at all.

Tyrese posted last Sunday that Will and Jada gave him the gift in return for him staying mum about his trial. Tyrese wrote, "You've guys asked me to get off and stay off the Internet now that my daughters legal fees will be paid. I will listen."

Tyrese did add a post Tuesday admitting the money had not been received yet.

Will and Jada have been friends with Tyrese for years, and we're told they're extremely worried Tyrese is having some sort of a breakdown.

Jimmy Fallon won't be hitting the TV airwaves anew this week ... NBC canceled new tapings of "The Tonight Show" following his mother's death.

The network announced Sunday there wouldn't be any new 'Tonight Show' episodes airing this week, and that re-runs would be coming on Monday through Friday instead.

As we reported ... Fallon's mother, Gloria, died Saturday in a NYC hospital with Jimmy and other family by her side. She was reportedly quite ill.

Jose Canseco is sick and tired of bad calls screwing up the game he loves ... and says the time is now for MLB to kick its umpires to the curb.

Canseco tells TMZ Sports he's a HUGE fan of instant replay-- loves it -- and he's all for expanding on it.

But the MLB legend ain't stoppin' there -- telling us the technology exists to dump umps completely.

"They should have the robotic strike zone ... the human factor should be taken out," Jose told us at his smokin' hot daughter Josie's 21st bday bash at Poppy in West Hollywood.

"Keep the umps as far as possible away from the game. That way it can't be corrupt."

Tamar Braxton and her estranged husband Vincent Herbert have two very different views on the subject of reconciling ... he wants to make peace and she wants to peace out.

Sources close to Tamar tell us there's absolutely no chance she'll go back to Vince now that she's filed divorce papers. We're told Tamar's had enough. Their 9-year marriage had been tumultuous for too long and she's hellbent on ending it for good this time.

She's surrounding herself with family and friends to keep her focused on both her career and her personal life.

She's already moved out of the family home. Vince had been telling friends he's willing to try counseling, but Tamar's not receptive. As for their TV show, "Tamar & Vince", she's still doing the press tour but she's doing it solo.

As our source puts it ... she's done with Vince, and so is the family.

Tennis star Novak Djokovic and his coach Andre Agassi -- a legend himself -- had a lunch meeting Friday ... and it looks like Agassi brought a gift for the new dad of 2.

Novak and Andre were spotted together Friday in Beverly Hills in casual digs with their hands full. What's interesting though is what Agassi's carrying -- a Square Panda Phonics and reading game for kids.

Djokovic and his wife, Jelena, just had their second child -- a baby girl -- in September ... so it's gotta be for her right?

As for the coaching ... the Djoker hired Agassi in May to help him repair his form and worked with him for 2 months before an elbow injury knocked him out of Wimbledon. He's reportedly planning for a comeback in January at the Australian Open.

Tamar Braxton's estranged husband, Vincent Herbert, is stunned by his mother-in-law's strong insinuation he's an abusive man capable of killing her daughter ... and he totally denies it.

A source close to Vincent tells TMZ ... he has no idea why Evelyn Braxton told us she's fearful his impending divorce from Tamar could get deadly because he's no abuser -- he loves Tamar and would never hurt her.

We're told Vincent's upset over Evelyn's comments because he feels this type of story could negatively affect their 4-year-old son when he's older. Our source says Vince doesn't want beef with Evelyn ... he says he's going to pray for her.

Our source says Herbert still plans to fight to win Tamar back and reconcile their marriage despite what her family wants ... and be a good dad in the process.

Evelyn Braxton just worried out loud her daughter's estranged husband, Vincent Herbert, is capable of killing Tamar.

Tamar's mom didn't hold back at LAX Friday ... sending a loud and clear message to Vince to keep his hands off her child. Evelyn is genuinely fearful that the impending divorce between Tamar and Vince could get deadly and desperately wants him to stay away from her.

Robert Carradine left his estranged wife high and dry while she was caring for her sick dad, and now she wants a judge to force him to sell prized possessions ... according to docs.

The "Revenge of the Nerds" star's estranged wife, Edith, says Carradine cut her off financially after she flew to Switzerland to be with her father while he was hospitalized with a life-threatening condition.

In the docs, Edith says he'd been sending voluntary payments of $2,450 a month, plus some of his royalties, while they worked out their divorce -- but stopped while she was away. She says she's dirt broke, and adds ... if Robert's hard up for money she knows where he can get some quick.

Edith suggests the court make Robert sell his guitars, guns and cameras so he can pay her what she's owed. According to the docs, his collection is worth about $192k.
