Heather Locklear Now I'm Worried About MY Rolex!
Heather Locklear is a little shaken over John Mayer's lawsuit ... claiming a big time watch dealer sold him counterfeit Rolexes ... because she got a Rolex from the same dude.
Locklear's ex-hubby Richie Sambora tells TMZ ... he bought her a 1962 Rose Gold Female Presidential Rolex back in 2001, while they were married.
Sambora -- fresh off a tour in Australia -- says the seller was none other than Bob Maron, who he described as "very knowledgeable, likable and kind." He tells TMZ, "When you order a Rolex, you expect to a real Rolex. Just like when you order a Coke, you expect and pay for the real thing! All I can tell you is ... I paid for the real thing."
Mayer certainly doesn't feel that way. He's suing Maron for around $600K, claiming 7 of the watches he bought had counterfeit parts. As we first reported, however, Mayer posted several years before he was actually in the market for counterfeit Rolexes.
As for Locklear ... we're told she's worried the watch might be a fake, so she's taking it to a professional to get it authenticated. Our sources say Locklear also wants to get it done to help protect anyone else who may have been swindled.
Locklear has an emotional attachment to the watch because it has "great sentimental value."
Now that's what you call a successful divorce.

Rihanna's Ex-Accountant A Fool And Her Money Are Soon Parted Which Makes You ...
The gloves are off in the fight between Rihanna and her ex-accountant -- the money man is now firing back in their legal battle over $9 million the singer claims she lost on his watch ... calling her a financially impaired moron.
Accountant Peter Gounis filed the response to Rihanna's lawsuit, insisting he was hired to record and manage her financial accounts -- NOT give her rudimentary spending advice.
Gounis claims Rihanna blew through millions of her own money by going on endless shopping sprees -- buying roomfuls of designer shoes, clothes, and jewelry -- and throwing extravagant parties for herself. He also claims she bailed on an expensive tour to shoot "Battleship," which turned out to be a massive failure.
And despite Rihanna's accusations, Gounis insists he never directed Rihanna to buy a dilapidated house.
But even ignoring all that, Gounis says, "Was it really necessary to tell her that if you spend money for things you will end up with the things, and not the money?"
Gounis wants Rihanna's lawsuit thrown out.

Charlie Sheen John Mayer's a Shady Cry Baby
Charlie Sheen is BLASTING John Mayer for claiming he was defrauded by someone who sold him counterfeit Rolexes ... saying Mayer made a fortune off the watches and now just has a bad case of buyer's remorse.
TMZ broke the story ... Mayer is suing Bob Maron, a leading watch dealer, who sold the singer $5 million worth of watches ... and Mayer claims some had counterfeit parts.
Sheen says Mayer is hiding something -- that he re-sold a number of the watches for a HUGE profit. Charlie -- also a big-time watch collector -- tells TMZ, "WAIT!! Mayer spent $5M with Maron and is crying about $600K?!? Ask him how he did on the $4.4M...! Sorry that 7 of your 100 watches aren't to your liking! boohoo!! "
TMZ also reported Mayer posted on a Rolex message board back in 2007 that he was specifically looking for Rolexes with counterfeit parts, and Maron's lawyer says this is PROOF the singer is lying through his teeth when he claims he didn't know what he was buying.
Charlie adds, "Maron wrote the book -- period the end. Nothing but respect for Bob -- his integrity is beyond reproach! This calamity of buyer's remorse 7 years after the fact is clearly a reflection on John Mayer's character and not on Bob Maron's."

John Mayer Counterfeit Shmounterfeit You WANTED Fake Rolexes
John Mayer knew EXACTLY what he was getting when he bought Rolex watches that he now claims are fakes ... because he actually boasted on a message board he knew they were fakes ... this according to the lawyer for the watch dealer he's suing.
TMZ broke the story ... Mayer is suing Robert Maron, claiming he bought $5 million worth of Rolexes from him and some had counterfeit parts.
But TMZ has gotten hold of a letter Maron's lawyer, Eric George, sent to Mayer's attorney before the lawsuit was filed. In the letter, George quotes a Mayer posting on a Rolex message board in 2007 stating he knew a certain type of Rolex -- called a Flat Dial -- contained "counterfeit" parts and some purists believed they were not true Rolexes.
But Mayer made it clear on the message board, he didn't care and wanted to snatch up as many flat dials as he could, saying, "Anyone who wants to sell me one of these watches can get these fake pieces off their hands and make a killing on it."
Mayer adds, "I will even accept a letter from you as a dealer releasing you from any liability in having sold me a counterfeit dial. I will be buying these as counterfeits."
The upshot ... George says Mayer went into his dealings with Maron eyes wide open, and claiming now that he had no idea the pieces had "counterfeit" dials is just B.S.

Sam Cassell I May Be Victim In John Mayer Watch Scandal
Sam Cassell has something in common with John Mayer -- they both bought expensive watches from the same guy ... a guy accused of selling FAKES ... and now the former NBA star tells TMZ Sports he's bringing in experts to see if he got ripped off.
We broke the story ... Mayer is suing Charlie Sheen's BFF Robert Maron -- claiming he bought $5 million worth of Rolex watches from the guy ... some of which turned out NOT to be 100% authentic.
Cassell tells TMZ Sports he also bought a watch from Maron -- "It's an A. Lange & Sohne. It cost me a nice piece of change."
Sam wouldn't say how much he spent on the watch -- but A. Lange & Sohne pieces can run upwards of $150k.
Cassell says he was introduced to Maron by his former Clippers coach Mike Dunleavy -- and bought the watch from him because he offered the lowest price in town.
"What am I thinking ... this guys gonna rip me off? No. Mike got watches from him also. But at the same time, Mike's a basketball coach, not a jeweler."
Sam says he's now sending the watch to an expert to analyze the timepiece ... and says, "If it comes back fake, I'm going to the Dept. of Justice!"
For his part, Maron insists he did nothing wrong -- and claims he was always honest about the watches he sold.

Frank Thomas Sues Reebok Big War Over 'Big Hurt' Shoes
Frank Thomas is coming out swingin' at Reebok -- claiming the company had NO RIGHT to re-release his iconic "Big Hurt" shoes back in 2013 ... and he's out to make them pay.
You remember the famous "Big Hurt" shoes from the '90s -- Frank says he had a deal with Reebok from '95 to '98 to let the company use his "Big Hurt" trademark on all sorts of Reebok products.
Now, here's the problem ... according to a lawsuit, filed by Thomas in Illinois, Frank says Reebok resurrected the "Big Hurt" brand for a "Classic Retro Campaign" in 2013 ... but they never got his permission.
Frank says Reebok put the retro Hurts out anyway ... and now Frank's pissed -- claiming the release of the shoe makes it look like Frank signed off on the deal ... when, in fact, he did not.
Frank wants a judge to forbid Reebok from selling any "Big Hurt" shoes ASAP -- plus he wants damages, including any profits Reebok made from the sale of the retro Hurts.
John Mayer Sues Charlie Sheen's BFF You Sold Me Fake Rolexes!
Maron's lawyer, Eric George, just came out swinging, telling TMZ, "John Mayer, who briefly claimed expertise in Rolexes but now has apparently changed his mind, has brought a lawsuit that is legally and factually meritless. Mr. Maron refuses to pay Mr. Mayer a cent to settle his frivolous claim, and will instead defeat him in court."
John Mayer spent $5 MILLION on what he believed were authentic, antique Rolex watches ... but claims he was defrauded by Charlie Sheen's best buddy.
Mayer is a big-time watch collector. He claims in a new lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- he met watch dealer Robert Maron in 2007 and told him he was on the hunt for rare Rolexes to add to his stash of timepieces.
Mayer says he bought a number of watches, and all seemed well. But in 2010, Mayer sent one of the Rolexes to the manufacturer for repair and got word back, "The watch was not authentic in all respects."
Mayer claims Maron admitted to him Rolex was right but called it an "isolated event." Mayer says Maron took the watch back and gave him a credit, which Mayer used to buy another Rolex.
Mayer claims in 2011 Rolex informed him at least 7 of the watches Maron sold him were counterfeit.
Apparently Mayer is still satisfied with some of the watches, but he wants a refund for the 7, which totals $656,000.
As for the Sheen connection -- Charlie's also a big watch collector and became extremely close to Maron, even using him as his manager.
Mick Jagger Devastated By L'Wren Scott's Suicide Photo Tells the Story
The look on Mick Jagger's face pretty much tells the story as he hastily left a restaurant in Perth, Australia Monday.
The pic was shot a little more than a hour before the news broke in NYC that his longtime girlfriend, L'Wren Scott had committed suicide, but it appears Jagger had already been informed. He left the restaurant 50 minutes after arriving.
Mick immediately made plans to return the the U.S. Wednesday night's Perth concert has been cancelled.
Mick's daughter, Georgia May Jagger, also happened to be in Australia on a modeling shoot and she was photographed leaving on an international flight.
There have been reports Mick split up with L'Wren before she took her life ... but the singer's rep says it's absolutely untrue.
Jagger posted the following note to his Facebook page this morning:
I am still struggling to understand how my lover and best friend could end her life in this tragic way.
We spent many wonderful years together and had made a great life for ourselves.
She had great presence and her talent was much admired, not least by me.
I have been touched by the tributes that people have paid to her, and also the personal messages of support that I have received.
I will never forget her, Mick

'Next Top Model' Judge Sued By Male Model He Bashed My Beautiful Face In
It's Zoolander vs. Hansel all over again -- a male model in L.A. just sued "America's Next Top Model" judge Rob Evans (also a male model) for allegedly beating him up so bad in 2012 ... he had to go to the hospital.
Landry Macedo filed the lawsuit for assault and battery, claiming he and Evans were at some modeling event when Evans flipped out for no reason -- striking him repeatedly in the face and head.
Landry claims their management agency Next Management is also responsible for the attack -- because it was aware of Evans' violent tendencies ... in addition to his past as a professional boxer ... and did nothing to stop him.
TMZ broke the story ... Evans was arrested for assault back when all this allegedly happened. The criminal case is still ongoing.
Landry wants unspecified damages -- but really, there's only one way to settle this ... a walk-off.
That Hansel ... so hot right now.
A lawyer for Evans tells us the allegations are baseless -- and believe Landry is trying to "extract an undeserved payday."

Op honchos told us Cailin wasn't on their radar until they saw her in Bieber's "All That Matters" video -- so, uhh ... way to go Justin.
Flashing her boobs probably didn't hurt Cailin's career either.

Skinny jeans don't dictate sexual orientation ... so says ex-NFL running back Clinton Portis who tells TMZ Sports he's already prepping for a wave of homophobic hate over his extremely tight pants.

David Beckham The #1 Underwear Model of the Century ... Says Tommy Hilfiger
One package to rule them all ... and that package belongs to David Beckham ... so says Tommy Hilfiger who tells TMZ Sports the soccer icon is the GREATEST male undie model of all time.
This clip is actually pretty great ... it starts with our photog asking Tommy for a modeling job -- and in what may be the nicest "Don't call us" moment of all time, Tommy sings Beckham's praises as the "Underwear model of the century."
The interesting part -- Beckham never modeled for Tommy ... in fact, DB only ever modeled for the competition (Armani, H&M).
So ... sorry Mark Wahlberg ... and Antonio Sabato Jr. ... and Mehcad Brooks -- but when it comes to Tommy's pick -- you guys just didn't measure up.
Khloe Kardashian Thigh & Mighty

Kendall Jenner and Scott Disick were there too -- but Khloe's voluptuous assets obviously stole the show ... even her boobs made an impressive appearance.
No wonder OJ Simpson hit it (allegedly).
Finally, a Kardashian sister we can really get behind.
