The 2014 Met Gala was a fantastic event, but it wasn't the most original.

11:30 AM PT -- TMZ has just obtained the police affidavit from the search warrant executed at Bieber's house, describing the surveillance video in detail.

It's a good read -- but the best part other than the high-fiving stuff ... the detective says you can see Bieber running behind a car outside his house immediately after the egg attack, and peeking out from the side. Not suspicious at all.

Justin Bieber was caught on tape celebrating and high-fiving his friends ... immediately after the infamous egg attack on his neighbor's house in January ... cops say.

TMZ broke the story ... law enforcement told us, they have Justin Bieber on the singer's own surveillance video walking in the area of the egg attack right at the time it happened.

But now -- based on new search warrant documents -- we know Bieber high-fived someone immediately after the egging ... as if bragging about what just happened.

It's kind of interesting -- one of the ways cops knew the culprit in the video was Bieber was that he's wearing the same ugly sweater he wore in an Instagram photo the next day.

The L.A. County D.A. is now determining whether to charge Bieber with a misdemeanor or felony in connection with the egg attack. They could also charge him with nothing if they so choose.

KTTV Fox 11 first aired the surveillance video images Thursday night.

Chris Brown's modeling agency is accused of dirty dealing by a model who claims they're using her image without paying her a dime.

Stasiya Maria claims she was invited to a test shoot for Legendary Faces on March 21 that turned into a giant casting call. She says she had no idea what was going on, but played along ... posing for a few pics with other girls.

Maria claims she never signed a release and is furious she's now featured in two Instagram promotional videos the company produced.

Maria's lawyer fired off a letter to the company, demanding it take the videos down ... or she'll sue.

Paris Hilton got screwed in sexy heels ... so she claims in a new lawsuit.

Paris filed a lawsuit against Antebi Footwear Group, claiming she made a deal in 2007 allowing the company to use her name to sell high-end women's heels.

Under the deal Paris was supposed to pull in $720K minimum in royalties but she claims she got less than half.

Now Paris wants more ... more than a million bucks.

Charlie Sheen says John Mayer's lawsuit against famed watch broker Bob Maron has nothing to do with fake Rolexes ... it's all retribution because Charlie bumped John off the cover of "Rolling Stone."

Charlie called in to "TMZ Live" and told us Mayer is using the watch thing to mask his bitter feelings toward Bob ... who convinced "Rolling Stone" Charlie was a more worthy cover than John.

Charlie says it's all petty celebrity jealousy.

According to our sources, Ross hit up jeweler Rafaello & Co in NYC last week and dropped a cool $250k total on six watches for a few of the artists who appeared on his album "Mastermind."

Among the lucky recipients of an Audemars Piguet watch: DJ Khaled, Meek Mill and Wale.

We're told Ross picked out the watches himself and had the cash wired to the store.

TMZ broke the story ... Johnny got a court order Friday to enter the home he shared with soon-to-be ex-hubby Victor. Johnny was allowed in for 30 minutes to collect his belongings, with 6 cops standing by to make sure there was no confrontation.

We're told there wasn't enough time or a truck to handle the massive shoe collection, so Johnny left them behind ... for now. He did, however, take a few prized possessions, including his Louboutins and his Alexander McQueen high-heeled shoes.

As we reported ... Johnny left with Hermes scarves, furniture, 2 TVs and jewelry. He also took the family dog, which left Victor in tears.
