Chris Brown is being sued by the guy who claims the rapper berated him with the words, "I ain't down with that gay s***" and then beat him and broke his nose.

Parker Adams claims in his new, $3 million lawsuit .... he was outside the W Hotel in D.C. last October when Brown went nuts on him. This is the same incident for which Brown is currently being prosecuted for misdemeanor assault.

Brown has denied any misdeeds and we're told he claims Adams was the aggressor, trying to strongarm his way on his tour bus.

Adams is suing both Brown and Christopher Hollosy -- Brown's bodyguard. Adams wants $1 million from each of them for his injuries, and another $500K from each for punitive damages, to teach them a lesson.

Aron Ralston -- the guy who cut off his own arm to free himself from a boulder -- just helped free his girlfriend, too -- from criminal charges.

TMZ broke the story ... Ralston -- the real-life inspiration for the movie, "127 Hours" -- and his GF Vita Shannon were arrested last December in Denver for allegedly assaulting each other during an ugly argument.

Charges against Ralston were quickly dropped -- lack of evidence -- but authorities went after Shannon ... for allegedly punching the one-armed man in the back of the head.

Ray Rice has been scratched from a charity event to benefit abused animals ... after organizers decided the circumstances surrounding Ray's domestic violence arrest would be too big of a distraction.

Rice had been scheduled to appear at a kickoff party for the Maryland Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals' kickoff party on Friday ... but he's since been replaced by Baltimore Ravens teammate Haloti Ngata.

A rep for the MDSPCA told the Baltimore Sun the decision was mutual between the org. and Rice because "they didn't want to take the focus off the animals and the cause."

Of course, Ray's been the center of a media tidal wave after TMZ Sports posted footage showing the running back dragging his seemingly unconscious fiancee out of an elevator at an Atlantic City casino following an alleged domestic incident early Saturday morning.

Oksana Grigorieva -- who got hundreds of thousands of dollars from Mel Gibson after a nuclear child custody war -- has filed for bankruptcy ... TMZ has learned.

In new legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Oksana says things are so bad she only has $10 in cash to her name.

Oksana says the math tells the story -- $48,000 in assets, $438,000 in debts.

As for Oksana's expenses ... she spends $90 a month on "Gofer Patrol." BTW ... her home security is less ... $80 a month.

Oksana -- who is a singer -- claims in the last 6 months she's only received $200 in royalties.

She also lists works of art she painted at $500.

Now get this ... Most of the debts are from legal bills. Oksana owes 5 lawyers a quarter-of-a-million bucks.

Remember ... during the custody fight ... Oksana hired and fired more than 40 lawyers.

Mel agreed to pay Oksana a $750K settlement in installments -- the last being due in 2016. As you remember, Mel pled no contest to assaulting Oksana ... knocking out a few veneers.

According to the court docs, Mel pays her $20,000 a month in child support for Lucia, and actor Timothy Dalton pays her $2,500 a month for their son, Alexander.

2:01 PM PT -- According to a court summons issued in New Jersey, Rice is accused of knocking Palmer out cold on the night of the attack by "striking her with his hand" inside the casino.

TMZ Sports has obtained footage of Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice dragging his fiancee (who appears to be out cold) out of an elevator in an Atlantic City casino ... moments after cops say they attacked each other on the property.

The footage was shot on February 15th ... right before Rice and his fiancee Janay Palmer were both arrested for assault at the Revel Casino. Cops say they have video which proved both parties attacked each other.

But before the arrest, Ray can be seen trying to lift and move a seemingly unconscious Palmer out of a casino elevator.

While Palmer is sprawled out on the ground, a man in a suit -- who appears to be talking into a security microphone -- approaches the situation and confronts Rice. It's unclear if the man is security, but it sure seems that way.

Moments later, as Palmer seems to regain consciousness, Rice walks away.

Both Rice and Palmer were later arrested and taken to a nearby police station. They've since been released.

Ray's attorney Michael Diamondstein tells us ... he has not seen the video but is adamant, "Neither Ray nor myself will try this case in the media."

He adds, "However, the video that's being posted by TMZ Sports is not the complete event, but is merely the end result of what transpired."

"We'll assure the public that when this matter is fully tried and completed, you'll have a better understanding of what happened and we ask the public to reserve making any judgment until all of the facts come out."

11:20 A.M. PT -- Kate just told TMZ she lied about the threats, saying "I regretfully tweeted while my emotions were high that I was being threatened by Michael with a knife, this was not the case." Major tells us she made it up because she feared Michael would take her son away.

Michael Lohan went ballistic and brandished a knife last night during his fight with baby mama Kate Major saying, "I'm going to kill you, bitch!" -- at least that's what Kate told cops -- but Michael's 911 call tells a different story.

TMZ has obtained the police report regarding the altercation last night at Michael's Florida house ... after Michael called 911, claiming Kate was drunk and acting erratically around their one-year-old son.

According to the report, when police arrived, Kate told them Michael had falsely accused her of drinking around their baby and a fight broke out. That's when Kate claims Michael grabbed a knife and threatened to kill her with it.

Kate told police she locked herself in a bedroom to get away from him ... and he tried to kick the door down. When he failed, Kate claims Michael went outside to the bedroom's sliding glass doors and made stabbing gestures at her.

Kate claims she tried to call police ... but her phone was broken ... even though she still managed to send out a bunch of tweets.

Adrienne Maloof and ex-hubby Paul Nassif are back at it -- TMZ has learned, she's gone to court for ANOTHER restraining order ... claiming he got violent with her in front of their kids.

Sources tell us, Adrienne raced to court on Valentine's Day for an emergency protective order, claiming he violently snatched her phone away from her the week before ... while she was photographing her kids.

Nassif claims in legal docs Adrienne was actually trying to film him while he was disciplining one of their kids ... to use the footage against him during their ongoing custody battle. He says she was all up in his face with the camera, almost hitting him.

The judge refused to grant the order because it wasn't an emergency and felt she didn't need immediate protection. A hearing is set for April.

It's not the first time Adrienne sought a restraining order against Paul -- back in 2012, she obtained one after he allegedly spanked and choked their kids ... allegations that were unfounded by DCFS. They called a truce ... but it clearly didn't last.

Baltimore Ravens running back Ray Rice and his fiancee were arrested in NJ on Saturday morning after cops say they STRUCK EACH OTHER inside an Atlantic City casino ... TMZ Sports has learned.

The Atlantic City PD tells us officers responded to a domestic dispute the Revel Casino at 2:51 AM involving Ray and his fiancee Janay A. Palmer.

Cops say ... "After reviewing surveillance footage it appeared both parties were involved in a physical altercation. The complaint summons indicates that both Rich and Palmer struck each other with their hands."

Both Ray and Janay refused medical attention -- and no injuries were reported by either party.

They were transported to a nearby police station where they were booked for Simple Assault-Domestic Violence. They were both released on a summons to appear in court.

Chris Brown is the victim of EXTORTION ... and his lawyer is about to blow the whistle on the alleged evildoer ... so claims Brown's famous lawyer.

Malcolm Ausbon filed a lawsuit against Chris, claiming the rapper and 3 of his goons beat the crap out of him during a pick-up basketball game at 24-Hour Fitness.

TMZ has obtained a letter Ausbon's lawyer sent to Chris' legal eagle, Mark Geragos, demanding $250,000 from Chris ... OR ELSE. As for the "or else" ... the lawyer says if Brown doesn't pay, "Mr. Ausbon is placed in a position by the LAPD where he needs to decide whether he will press charges."

The lawyer continues, "He would rather be compensated."

THAT, Mark Geragos tells TMZ, is EXTORTION ... cleverly worded extortion, but extortion nonetheless.

Geragos says he's going after Ausbon by filing a police report.

Just like his sharting incident in the back of a cop car last year ... Jason London's marriage is in the dumps.

TMZ has learned London's wife Sofia Karstens filed for legal separation last week.

It's unclear why Sofia decided to end things ... but we're guessing his arrest last year factored in -- the one where he was arrested for disorderly conduct/fighting and assault.

Jason and Sofia released a joint statement saying they love and respect each other ... but feel the breakup is necessary to "focus on some growth independently."

UPDATE: Chris' rep just told TMZ, "Chris is not affiliated with a gang or any similar organization. He is affiliated with the Symphonic Love Foundation and other organizations that strive to bring love, hope and the arts to children in need."

Chris Brown got so pissed off over a foul call during a pick-up basketball game at a 24-Hour Fitness ... he allegedly proclaimed himself a member of the Bloods street gang and then beat the crap out of the other player.

Malcolm Ausbon just filed a lawsuit -- obtained by TMZ -- in which he claims he was playing BBall last July against Chris when he called a foul on Brown ... which Brown vehemently denied.

Brown allegedly threatened the guy saying he would kick his ass. Ausbon claims Brown then bragged that he was a member of the Bloods.

Ausbon wisely decided to back away, but Brown was on a tear. He allegedly rushed Ausbon with 3 members of his security team, who screamed, "If you f*** with Chris, you f*** with us."

The lawsuit claims the 4 men then began to "strike, punch, kick, pull and stomp Ausbon's head and body."

He says he ended up in the emergency room with injuries to his face, head, neck, back, legs and ribs. He also says he's suffering from embarrassment, fear, anxiety and post traumatic stress disorder.

Ausbon is suing Brown and 24-Hour Fitness, as well as the security team for unspecified damages.

A source close to Brown acknowledges an "incident" on the court but says there were no punches thrown.

Abby Lee Miller is a huge and vicious bully who attacked one of her "Dance Moms" co-stars like a rabid dog ... this according to a new lawsuit filed by the alleged victim who's looking for at least $5 million.

Kelly Hyland just filed a lawsuit against Abby over the knock-down drag-out catfight TMZ first reported last month ... where the two women came to blows during a rehearsal in NYC.

In the suit ... Hyland, a regular on the show, claims she got fed up with Abby yelling at her 2 daughters -- but when she attempted to leave ... Abby jumped in front of her and started yelling and lunging toward her.

Hyland goes on to describe a Cujo-like attack ... claiming, in the docs, Abby was "gnashing her teeth loudly attempting to bite [me]."

Then she added this gem ... "Miller is a very large woman" who she believes "weighs around 300 pounds or so."

In the docs, Kelly says she slapped Abby and pulled her head away, but only in self-defense. The brawl aired -- pretty much how Kelly describes it -- this week on Lifetime.

Kelly also claims producers intentionally drove her away from the fight and put her on a plane -- knowing police would issue a warrant for her arrest ... and thereby create a juicy story line.

When Suge Knight gets pissed you better have some primo grade marijuana to calm him down ... STAT -- or he'll deliver a fist to your face like the one he gave an L.A. pot shop owner.

Former NBA player Quentin Richardson was just booted off his flight after a dispute with a flight attendant ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Q was in the 1st class section of a flight out of Orlando, FL headed for LAX ... but he never got off the ground.

We spoke with Quentin who confirms he was escorted off the plane and claims it was all over a failure to return his seat to the full and upright position.

Quentin says the flight attendant told him to move his seat up so the flight could take off ... and next thing he knew, he was being asked to leave the flight.

It's unclear exactly what happened between the two ... we suspect the flight attendant is going to have a much different story.

We do know Richardson was NOT arrested ... and the flight eventually took off without him.

Suge Knight punched a guy hard at an L.A. pot dispensary ... and we got the surveillance video.

TMZ broke the story ... Suge got angry at an employee ... allegedly threatening to kill the guy .... after the rapper was told to leave because he didn't have a medical marijuana card.

When you watch the video, things start out friendly enough inside the pot shop -- called Medstar Collective -- but turn ugly quickly. Suge and the employee walk out and the mogul socks the guy in the jaw without warning ... then storms away.

The employee filed a police report and the cops have the video. Suge is being investigated for making felony criminal threats.

7:00 PM PT -- A spokesman for Patrick Henry denies there was any attack or assault -- but does agree it was a "boozy evening" ... claiming Bellamar was drinking heavily before, during and after dinner.

The wealthy tech CEO who allegedly brutalized "Beverly Hills Nannies" star Ari Bellamar during what was supposed to be a romantic Utah getaway has just been charged with 3 crimes ... and now faces more than a year behind bars, TMZ has learned.

According to official docs, Entropic CEO Patrick Henry -- who earns a reported $2 million a year -- has been charged with assault, interrupting a 911 call, and destruction of property ... all misdemeanors.

Sources close to Ari tell TMZ, the charges stem from a blowout argument on January 23rd -- we're told Ari jetted out to Henry's Utah cabin for a romantic getaway, after meeting him online, and during a boozy evening out ... he grew jealous of the way his friends were flirting with her.

We're told Ari decided to head back to their cabin early -- and by the time Henry returned as well, he was in a rage.

Sources tell us, Henry attacked Ari, dragging her by the hair and throwing her against a wall. We're told Ari tried to call 911 but Henry grabbed her phone and shattered it against a wall.

We're told Henry then called police himself because Ari was hysterical, and when officers arrived ... they took her to the hospital for examination. Henry was NOT arrested.
