"Mob Wives" star Natalie Guercio just learned one of the major rules of a strip club ... never, EVER mess with the bouncers.

Guercio was at Delilah's Gentleman's Club in Philly last Thursday to judge the Entertainer of the Year event ... when witnesses say she got into a fight with one of the club's security goons. Guercio's camp claims the bouncer hauled off and PUNCHED her in the face.

We don't know what set it off, but club sources tell us Guercio called the guy every name in the book.

Cops were called and took a report ... but Guercio decided not to press charges. She was taken to a hospital for a bruised face.

The man accused of beating the star of "Beverly Hills Nannies" now claims she's a liar and he can prove it ... with the help of her ex-husband.

Patrick Henry -- CEO of Entropic -- just filed legal docs obtained by TMZ, in which he now says he has proof Ari Bellamar is a liar and a fraud.

Henry -- who has been charged with assault, interrupting a 911 call and destruction of property -- submitted

, who gives multiple examples of deceit.

Barry Pettitt claims in his legal doc during their marriage Bellamar told everyone they knew she had cancer but it came to light she never even got tested ... she just made it up.

Pettitt says she's a bigamist two times over.

Pettitt also says she fleeced him for 6 figures when they separated by raiding the joint bank account.

He gives other examples, but the one that could really help Henry is this ... Pettitt says 2 days after the alleged beating, he hooked up with his ex-wife in an L.A. hotel and she had no signs of bruising or any other injury. But there's this ... he says during their sexual encounter she asked him to do certain things that may have left bruising on her head -- sadly, he was not specific.

The estranged wife of Raphael Brown -- one of the members of the 90s R&B group Next -- claims he viciously kicked her while she was pregnant and brutalized their daughter.

Juliette Gil-Brown got a restraining order against Raphael -- obtained by TMZ -- in which she claims on multiple occasions he hit and shoved her, grabbed her by the neck, punched her in the mouth and kicked her in the stomach ... and some of the violence occurred when she was pregnant.

Juliette also claims last month Brown became enraged at their 4-year-old daughter after she refused to kiss him on the mouth. She says he yelled at the kid and shoved her into the car seat. She says he then started yelling about not having herpes, even though no one brought up herpes.

And Juliette says Raphael looked at porn on the computer when their kids were in the room.

We've made attempts to call Raphael ... so far no luck.

It looks like Porsha Williams has sealed her fate on "Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... because we're told after her violent assault against Kenya Moore -- her next gig will be the unemployment line.

Porsha was already on the chopping block because she's supremely uninteresting, but sources connected with the show tell us ... producers are now clear -- she's more trouble than she's worth.

It sounds a little strange, because a lot of these shows live off of physical conflict. But after the blowout fight between Apollo Nida and Brandon DeShazer, Bravo execs instituted a zero-tolerance policy against violence. Put simply, they drew a line in the sand, and Porsha crossed it.

Zac Efron was out and about Friday ... 5 days after his bizarre downtown L.A. fight that left him bloodied.

Zac was leaving a grocery store parking lot in the Los Feliz part of L.A. -- looking good. He was smoking a vaporizer and sitting shotgun as a buddy drove.

TMZ broke the story ... Zac and a man who claims to be his "bodyguard" allegedly ran out of gas on a freeway in downtown L.A. at around 12:30 AM Sunday. The "bodyguard" -- a convicted drug dealer -- says they were attacked by transients.

Cops tell us when they arrived on scene, Zac was bloodied.

"Real Housewives of Atlanta" stars Porsha Williams and Kenya Moore exploded on each other Thursday ... and it was a quick but full-on bitch fight.

Eyewitnesses tell TMZ ... the brawl went down during the reunion show. We're told Porsha just snapped -- it looked like a nervous breakdown. She charged Kenya and it was on. There was clawing and hair-pulling before they were pulled apart.

It was bad enough that someone called 911 and the cops raced to the scene. No one was arrested.

As for why they fought -- it's unclear. The people who were there tell us the tension between them had been mounting, but there was nothing obvious that triggered the fight. Here's what's obvious to us ... Porsha's on the chopping block, so this may be her way of staying on the show.

Zac Efron was a hero who risked his own life to save the life of his "bodyguard" -- so claims the bodyguard.

We spoke to the "bodyguard" who says he and Zac were "cruising" around downtown L.A. Sunday at 12:30 AM, when they suddenly ran out of gas and rolled to a stop at the bottom of a downtown L.A. off-ramp.

Later in our conversation, the man -- we agreed not to use his name -- said it wasn't so much "cruising" as it was going to a restaurant in Little Tokyo in the downtown area.

TMZ broke the story ... Zac told cops they had run out of gas and for some reason threw a bottle out of the car which shattered and angered some nearby transients. Zac claimed the transients attacked the man and as Zac went to help him a transient viciously struck Zac in the face.

He tells us ... the transients actually went after him with "a spear" -- like a shank -- and stabbed him in the face, stomach and chest. He says Zac then got out of the car and swung a vodka bottle at the transients to fend off the attack. He says Zac actually thwarted the attack and saved his life.

So the man says the bottle Zac claimed to have thrown out the window wasn't really thrown at all. He says Zac used it as a weapon during the attack.

Zac Efron mysteriously ended up in a bad area of downtown L.A. just after midnight Sunday ... and ended up getting violently socked in the mouth by a sketchy transient ... law enforcement sources tell TMZ.

We're told cops were on patrol under the Harbor Freeway when they saw Zac and a man he identified as his bodyguard. Cops saw Zac and the other guy in a full-blown melee with at least 3 other people.

After breaking up the fight, cops questioned Zac. He told them they had run out of gas and were sitting in the car. Zac said while waiting for a tow truck they threw a bottle out the window -- he never said what was in the bottle -- and it smashed on the pavement near a group of transients.

Zac said the transients confronted him and the bodyguard because they believed the pair hurled the bottle at them. Zac says 2 of the transients attacked the bodyguard and when Zac got out of the car to help, he got cold cocked in the mouth. Zac said, "It was the hardest I've ever been hit in my life."

You'll recall ... Zac mysteriously broke his jaw in November, saying he slipped on a pool of water in his home. Zac was in rehab twice last year for cocaine abuse.

The area where this occurred is rough. Cops are on high alert for drug deals and gangs. One source says Zac was "obviously intoxicated."

Law enforcement tells TMZ ... no one was arrested because they viewed it as "mutual combat."

We contacted Zac's rep ... so far no comment.

If Whitney Houston were alive to see this ... she'd be rollin' --- her sister-in-law just got a restraining order against the man who was like a son to her.

Nick Gordon -- who grew up in Whitney's house and married Whitney's daughter -- has been ordered to stay 200 yards away from Pat Houston -- Whitney's sister-in-law and executor of her estate.

Pat got the order after claiming she feared for her safety after Nick made threatening comments and posted photos of guns.

For his part, Gordon tells TMZ he was served with the order on Monday, but he "doesn't give a f***."

"Scandal" star Columbus Short -- who's facing domestic violence prosecution -- presented a united front Wednesday at The Grove with the woman he's accused of attacking.

Short was mum but a little smiley as he, his wife and their kid strolled through the outdoor mall.

TMZ broke the story ... prosecutors say Short got physical with his wife last month in front of his 2 kids. He's also being charged with child abuse because the kids witnessed it all. Short has pled not guilty.

The dog once shared by Johnny Weir and estranged hubby Victor Voronov now has TWO DADDIES once again -- the divorcing couple has agreed to joint custody of the pooch ... pending a full-blown custody trial ... TMZ has learned.

Weir and Voronov have been warring over the dog since their split. Under the arrangement, Voronov will get the dog for 1 week a month ... and when Weir leaves town for more than 2 days.

As we reported, Johnny took the dog while he was cleaning his stuff out of Victor's house -- and Victor looked on in tears. Johnny later claimed Victor used to beat the dog back when they were together.

And we thought Hollywood divorces couldn't get any more Hollywood.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short has been arrested MULTIPLE TIMES for VIOLENT behavior ... involving women, kids, basketball opponents and random bar people.

1. Short was arrested for physically attacking his wife in front of his children. The incident occurred back in February at his Woodland Hills home at around 2 AM. According to legal docs, Short and his wife started arguing and it got physical. Short's kids -- a 2-year-old and 10-year-old -- were watching. He's been charged with spousal battery. Prosecutors also charged him with child abuse because of the emotional trauma the kids suffered by watching. Short pled not guilty on Tuesday.

2. Short was arrested 2 weeks later in Chatsworth, CA. According to the police report, Short and his wife got into a heated argument and he allegedly pushed her.

3. And less than a month later -- on March 15 -- Short was involved in a bar fight. TMZ broke the story ... Short allegedly cold-cocked a man at an engagement party, breaking his nose and rendering him unconscious. As we just reported ... there is now a warrant out for his arrest in connection with this incident.

4. But there's more. We found out Short was prosecuted for a brutal attack on an L.A. basketball court in 2010. He sucker punched a player, bashing his teeth in and cutting him badly. Short pled no contest to disturbing the peace. He had been charged with aggravated battery but that was dismissed.

A bunch of Shaquille O'Neal's co-workers at TNT are PISSED ... and it's all because the days of being attacked at the office by the ex-NBA star might be over for good.

We spoke to several people who work at the Turner building, where Shaq tapes "Inside the NBA" and they're all saying the same thing -- Shaq's sneak attacks make the office a FUN place.

As we previously reported, Shaq is known around the building for playfully tackling unsuspecting staffers over a couch in the building. But one target says he was badly injured during a Shaq attack and filed a police report against the guy.

Now, staffers tell us they fear management will put an end to Shaq's shenanigans -- and they're bummed.

In fact ... several people told us they enjoy being the "victims" of Shaq's tackles ... they also like conspiring with him to set up their friends for Shaq's pranks, just like in the video below.

Shaq actually addressed the situation on "Inside the NBA" last night ... and jokingly brushed off the allegations.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short is now a wanted man -- TMZ has learned a warrant has been issued for his arrest for felony aggravated battery stemming from a bar fight earlier this month.

TMZ broke the story ... Short allegedly suckerpunched a guy at an engagement party after the dude mouthed off to Short. The victim was left with a broken nose and was rendered unconscious for several minutes.

Now a judge has issued a warrant for Short's arrest on one count of felony aggravated battery. It's a felony because of serious bodily injury.

The charge carries a maximum sentence of four years in state prison. As of this post, Short has not turned himself in.

"Scandal" star Columbus Short LEVELED his victim during that bloody bar fight -- leaving the man in a heap on the floor -- and then continued to rail on him ... and the pic tells a pretty gruesome story.

Sources at Gabe's Bar and Grill in L.A. tell us ... Short leaped over the father of the bride-to-be -- it was an engagement party -- and punched his 37-year-old victim in the face, knocking the man to the ground.

We're told Short continued his beating until the victim "looked dead." Short then left the bar.

As you can see in the pic, the victim was placed on a stretcher with a neck brace before being transported to a nearby hospital.

Columbus Short -- who plays gladiator Harrison Wright on "Scandal" -- was involved in a bar fight in which the other guy ended up in the hospital and cops are now conducting a criminal investigation.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Short was at Gabe's Bar and Grill in L.A. on March 15 at around 10:45 PM celebrating a couple's engagement ... when he started arguing at the bar with another partygoer.

We're told the other guy pissed Short off by making a comment along the lines of, "You might be richer than me but I get my girls to buy me everything I want including your wife."

An eyewitness tells TMZ Columbus then came up from behind and sucker punched the guy. The eyewitness says the man's nose was broken and he was rendered unconscious for several minutes.
We're told Columbus quickly left the bar.

An ambulance came and took the 37-year-old man to a nearby hospital.

Cops are now investigating a criminal battery.

It's not the first time Columbus used his fists to make a point. In March, 2010 ... Columbus was playing basketball at an L.A. Fitness gym when he got into an argument with another player and socked the guy in the face, knocking several teeth out.
