Lindsay Lohan is not an irresponsible beer guzzling, chimney smoking pregnant woman ... she was just, well, lying -- according to her mom.

Dina Lohan tells TMZ her daughter was an emotional wreck after fleeing from fiance Egor Tarabasov. As we reported, the 2 got in such a heated argument, the London cops came and actually kicked in their door.

Dina says Lindsay was just trying to get revenge on Egor -- whom she accused of cavorting with a Russian chick -- when she claimed she was pregnant. Things got complicated when these pics surfaced, showing her smoking, drinking and certainly looking like she might be pregnant.

Dina now says Lindsay was distraught and just "overreacted." She's not pregnant and wants some time away from Egor, but is not done with him. We're told Lindsay is still engaged and plans on getting back with him.

Sam Ronson must be exhaling big time.

"Straight Outta Compton" star Jason Mitchell -- who played Eazy-E -- is under investigation for allegedly attacking a woman in a fancy Boston hotel.

Law enforcement sources tell us they got called to The Ritz early Monday when an 18-year-old woman claimed Mitchell got rough. According to the report, obtained by TMZ, she told police the actor grabbed her arms, threw her to the ground by her hair, called her a bitch and then fled.

We are told the argument started after the woman tried to crash a party Mitchell was having at the hotel...and when she was turned away she got extremely upset. Several witnesses on scene say that the woman actually struck Mitchell first, with an open hand.

The report says other guests could hear the victim screaming for help in the hallway, and The Ritz has since banned Mitchell.

The alleged victim tells us Monday was the first time she'd met Mitchell, who was definitely in town that night. Another fan, not the woman, posted a video of him at a Boston bar.

Cops spoke to Mitchell on scene..he was not arrested. We reached out to his rep ... so far, no word back.

She's 6'2", 238 lbs and a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Federation Hall of Famer -- but Gabi Garcia says she's willing to fight a MAN if she can't find a worthy female opponent.

Garcia is 2-0 in the Rizin Fighting Federation -- but tells TMZ Sports her people are having a hard time finding a woman who's willing to take her on in the cage.

So, Gabi (alongside her trainer, Babalu Sobral) told us they're open to a real-life battle of the sexes -- if it comes to that.

Our sources tell us ... there's been talk of a Gabi vs. Man fight in Japan -- but so far, it's not a done deal.

NFL quarterback Tarvaris Jackson will NOT be prosecuted for allegedly pulling a loaded gun on his wife and threatening to shoot her ... TMZ Sports has learned.

33-year-old Jackson was initially charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon after he allegedly pointed a loaded gun at his wife during a fight in Florida on June 24th.

When cops arrived to the scene, they found the gun -- and according to the police report, Jackson admitted to saying he should shoot his wife ... who he claimed had threatened him with a knife.

But according to new court docs filed in Florida, the Assistant State Attorney says there's just not enough evidence to get a conviction if the case moved forward.

"From the investigation which has been made, it is the opinion of the writer that this case is not suitable for prosecution."

Nick Diaz is FIRED UP -- telling TMZ Sports he's still the BEST FIGHTER in his weight class ... and he's down to fight Tyron Woodley ... or ANYONE the UFC throws at him, if the price is right.

Woodley called Diaz out after he beat Robbie Lawler at UFC 201 this weekend -- and now that Diaz finished his suspension and can fight again ... Nick says he's ready to take on the world.

For what it's worth, we're told the UFC is gunning to get Diaz a fight quickly -- but we're told the name being thrown around is Robbie Lawler.

Beyonce's most rabidly loyal fans took things up a notch and hacked her one-time nemesis Rachel Roy ... at least that's where the clues are pointing the LAPD.

You'll remember, Rachel had a rumored history with Jay Z and took heat from the Beyhive when "Lemonade" dropped. Didn't help that a few hours after the release Rachel posted a pic with the caption, "Good hair don't care" -- stirring 'Hivers to think she was "Becky with the good hair."

According to docs, obtained by TMZ, Rachel called cops a few days later saying her Gmail and iCloud accounts had been hacked. She also said her cell phone number had been changed without her permission.

In the docs, Rachel makes it clear ... she believes all the trouble stemmed from that "Good hair don't care" IG post. Remember, she'd also been heavily spammed on all her social media with bee emojis -- the Beyhive's calling card.

Lindsay Lohan is still off the market and still plans to walk down the aisle -- at least that's what she's telling friends, even after her blowout fight with Egor Tarabasov.

Sources close to LiLo tell TMZ, as far as she's concerned, she and Egor are engaged and the fight was a bump in the road. We're told Lindsay wants to work things out, which is why she's still wearing her engagement ring during her sudden getaway on an Italian yacht.

Our sources think the couple might be doomed though ... unless Lindsay stops making excuses for Egor's angry outbursts. People around her think that's one thing that's gotta change.

Joel Osteen's associate pastor, John Gray, absolutely thinks the 2 flight attendants who went toe-to-toe with his wife would've handled things differently if she were white.

Rev. Gray -- a host on "The Preachers" -- and Aventer were on "TMZ Live" Friday trying to explain why she was singled out by the American Airlines crew when she attempted to switch seats with her nanny.

Check out the clip ... John stops just short of calling it straight up racism, but he clearly thinks Aventer was treated differently because of what she was wearing, and POSSIBLY because she's black.

We broke the story ... cops were called and Aventer was briefly removed from the flight. She was ultimately allowed back on, and the 2 flight attendants got booted.

Straight from the champ's mouth ... Amanda Nunes says she wants to get in the Octagon with Ronda Rousey as soon as possible -- if Ronda actually fights again.

Nunes -- who just beat Miesha Tate to win the Women's bantamweight title -- was doing a media event for UFC 201 and was asked who she would pick for her first title defense.

Nunes didn't hesitate -- "Ronda Rousey" ... but only IF the UFC legend decides to fight again.

Nunes says it's important for her to square off with Ronda "to prove to everybody one more time I deserve to be here."

The wife of "The Preachers" host John Gray got into a heated showdown with cops and flight attendants ... some of whom ended up getting booted off the plane ... TMZ has learned.

Aventer Gray was flying from L.A. to Texas, and as the flight was pulling back from the gate she decided to swap seats -- letting the nanny take the first class seat, while Aventer and her 2 kids sat in coach.

That didn't bode well with the flight crew, who thought Aventer was looking for an empty seat in the back. They tried to stop her, but Aventer didn't listen.

The flight attendants asked her to leave the plane, and when Aventer again refused ... they called police for backup. Aventer remained seated, but started crying during a heated convo with officers.

You can hear her going off in the video about how she has a right to sit in the seats since she paid for them. She also got her husband, Rev. Gray -- who is Joel Osteen's associate pastor -- on FaceTime ... and he was NOT happy.

Aventer eventually deplaned, and hashed things out with American. She was allowed back on, but 2 of the flight attendants were swapped out ... to avoid any further drama, we're guessing. The flight took off after about a 2 hour delay.

The video is interesting -- other passengers didn't seem pissed about the delay, but they were angry about how Aventer was being treated.

An ICP fan got punched in the face by Shaggy 2 Dope after he broke the cardinal Juggalo rule: don't waste a Juggalo's soda.

A rep for ICP tells us the fight started when a fan wouldn't stop chucking plastic, unopened bottles of Faygo onstage towards the band at their show a couple of weeks back.

For non-Juggalos, Faygo is a cheap, sugary, carbonated soda that's culturally important in the Juggalo world. ICP made Faygo famous by giving fans "Faygo showers" and spraying them with their fav soda.

The rep says Shaggy felt provoked and was only trying to protect himself and his partner in rhyme, Violent J, from physical injury ... so he jumped into the crowd and laid into the Faygo-thrower.

We're told security broke it up and escorted the fan out of the venue.

No use crying over spilled Faygo.

The L.A. Clippers equipment staffer who was punched in the face by Blake Griffin during a fight in Toronto earlier this year is off the team -- and will NOT be back for the '16/'17 season ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Ezekiel Elliott's not out of the woods yet ... because his accuser in the domestic violence case has gone to the city prosecutor -- which has launched a full investigation into her allegations.

We broke the story ... Elliott's ex-girlfriend told police the Dallas Cowboys running back struck her during an altercation in Ohio on Friday morning ... and had been physical with her earlier that week.

Four witnesses told cops they did NOT see Elliott lay a finger on the woman -- and cops say there was not enough evidence to make an arrest.

The accuser was told to follow up with the prosecutor's office if she wanted to move forward.

Well, now we know ... that's exactly what she did.

The city attorney's office confirms the accuser has already spoken with investigators and doesn't appear to want to drop the case anytime soon.

"We currently have an open investigation," a rep for the Columbus City Attorney tells TMZ Sports.

"We are collecting as much evidence as possible. Once the investigation is complete, our office will determine if there is sufficient evidence to establish probable cause. Basically, whether there is enough evidence to charge him or not."

Johnny Depp believes he can't get a fair shake in his courtroom showdown with Amber Heard until his lawyers grill her in a deposition -- and if that doesn't happen it could cost him dearly.

Depp's team was in court Tuesday for an emergency hearing to settle critical issues in the case. His side says Johnny has every right to confront Amber over her "meritless" accusations of domestic violence.

In docs, Depp says if he can't depose her he'll be behind the 8 ball in his effort to defend himself, and could lose the case. And there's this -- he's worried a loss could affect him emotionally and financially. He points out a permanent restraining order would appear on future credit checks.

Yes, even with an estimated net worth of $400 mil ... he's worried about credit.

As we reported ... Amber's depo has been delayed because they couldn't agree on a date, but the judge settled the matter. It's now scheduled for August 6 -- a Saturday.

Lindsay Lohan's fiance, Egor Tarabasov, moved out of their apartment Tuesday and she claims he tried to make off with some of her stuff.

As we previously reported ... LiLo skipped town Monday after their blowout, but we're told she had staff at the London pad when Egor and his mother returned for his things.

The staffers told Lindsay, Egor and Elena were trying to take her prized Marilyn Monroe pop art. The custom painting was done by street artist Pegasus and is based on Lindsay's 2012 Playboy shoot.

Lindsay's dad, Michael, fired off a series of scathing texts to Egor over the weekend ... and we're told he sent another today to Egor and his mother, accusing them of jacking the painting.

We've reached out to Egor multiple times, but still no reply.
