Aaron Hernandez Will Stay in Solitary 'It's In His Best Interest'
Aaron Hernandez will NOT be moved out of solitary confinement at the Bristol County Jail ... after officials decided it would be in his "best interest" to remain isolated from the general population, TMZ has learned.
As we previously reported, the alleged murderer was placed in solitary right after he was booked -- fearing violent inmates might view the former NFL star as a "prize." But officials vowed to review Aaron's situation and would consider moving him if they felt it was safe.
But officials met yesterday and a rep for the jail tells TMZ ... after serious discussion, they decided NOT to move Hernandez, believing it would be in his "best interest" to stay. The insinuation -- he's still in danger.
The jail rep says the ex-NFL star is "doing well" behind bars ... and hasn't had any problems so far.
As far as visitors go -- "He has been getting visitors but we do not give out who is visiting him ... but people do come regularly."

Charlie Sheen to Judge Jon Cryer Did it Right! Brooke Deserves Zip for Child Support
Charlie Sheen is using his old "Two and a Half Men" co-star Jon Cryer to try to convince the courts that Brooke Mueller's child support payment should be reduced from $55,000/month to ZERO ... TMZ has learned.
As TMZ first reported ... Charlie filed documents requesting the massive change in child support because Brooke currently doesn't have custody of their boys, Bob and Max ... while she's in and out of rehab.
In the docs, Charlie references Cryer's divorce -- where his ex-wife was arrested in 2009 for alleged child abuse and temporarily lost custody of their son.
Charlie says Cryer requested his support payments "be reduced from $10,000 per month to zero" -- and the court did lower the amount of support ... thereby setting a precedent, Charlie feels, for his current situation with Brooke.
The docs also list some astronomical financial details, such as the fact Charlie earns more than $740,000 per month (before taxes) -- and has more than $90,000/month in expenses on all his homes.
By the way, that $55k isn't all Brooke gets each month -- according to Charlie he also foots the bill for ALL the kids' expenses ... including therapy, medical, schooling, and more -- for a grand total of $30,000/month.
It's clear Charlie's point to the court is -- Brooke doesn't need the the $55k anyway.
Justin & Selena Selena Takes Him Back But There's a Catch ...
Justin Bieber's single days are officially over ... again ... for now ... 'cause he's back on with Selena Gomez -- but TMZ has learned there's one major catch -- he's gotta stop acting like a d-bag.
According to sources, Selena had firmly resisted reuniting with Justin after their most recent breakup because he and his friends have been acting like raging self-entitled jackasses the last few months -- smoking pot, speeding around in expensive cars, and pissing in mop buckets.
But Justin -- being the Casanova that he is -- was able to change her mind ... and on July 4th, we're told he won her back by promising to change his douche ways. Apparently, Selena bought it.
We're told JB and his "Wild Kidz" goons have taken notice of the public backlash against their ridiculous behavior -- hard not to -- and they all decided to clean up their acts.
Sounds like BS -- considering Bieber's abysmal track record for making phony apologies and continuing to act like an oblivious self-important douche-baby -- but our sources say Selena has always been an extremely positive influence on him ... and if anyone can change him, it's her.
Bottom line, it seems like no one else can fix Justin, so why not give Selena a shot? It might just be crazy enough to work.

Charlie Sheen Gone Fishin' for Loch Ness Monster!
Charlie Sheen fueled up his private jet for a 24-hour mission to accomplish what no one else has been able to for the last 80 years ... find the Loch Ness Monster.
Charlie flew to Scotland last week -- and sources close to the Warlock tell us it was literally a last minute call ... like most of his decisions.
We're told Sheen brought along his two pals -- ex-baseball star Todd Zeile and longtime stand-in Brian Pekk (below) ... and a sweet helmet for the adventure -- which included renting out a Loch-side castle.
Now, here's the awesome Sheen twist ... we're told Charlie and co. rented a boat and headed out to search for Nessie -- armed only with a bottle of scotch!
Very scientific.
Shockingly, the group came up empty and got the hell outta Scotland the very next day ... flying back to L.A. without even a blurry, out-of-focus glimpse of the monster.
Damn. Sheen and Nessie -- the party could've been historic prehistoric, dude.

Rudy Giuliani DEFENDS A-ROD 'He's One of the Greatest Players Ever'
Former NYC mayor Rudy Giuliani doesn't give two craps about steroids allegations ... telling TMZ, Yankees fans should STOP dumping on Alex Rodriguez because he's a baseball legend ... and a good person, too.
Yankees fans have been crushing A-Rod for years -- some say he's overpaid, some say he's overrated, some just like to give him grief -- but now that the famous third baseman is smack in the crosshairs of ANOTHER steroid investigation, the opprobrium has reached new levels.
But Giuliani tells us, it has to stop now -- "I was one of the first to say that Yankee fans should not boo A-Rod. He's on our team. You gotta root for him. I think he's one of the greatest players ever."
For the record, A-Rod admitted to using banned substances from 2001 to 2003 ... but he was never punished by MLB.
Still, Rudy's got his back: "I happen to know him personally," Giuliani tells TMZ ... "He's a really good man."
So we gotta ask ...

Cops: Witness Says Hernandez ADMITTED Shooting Lloyd
Ex-New England Patriots star Aaron Hernandez CONFESSED that he fired the shots that killed Odin Lloyd ... this according to a police document that cites a witness ... who cites another witness.
OK, so it's a confession that's 3 degrees removed from Aaron Hernandez ... but cops in Miramar, Florida believed the tip was good enough to bring to a judge in an effort to get a search warrant connected with the investigation.
First, some background -- prosecutors in the murder case believe Carlos Ortiz and Ernest Wallace were with Hernandez when Lloyd was murdered. Both Ortiz and Wallace are currently in custody.
Now, according to documents filed by the Miramar Police Dept., Ortiz told investigators ... that Wallace, told him ... that Hernandez told him that he shot Lloyd.
You follow that?
It's double hearsay, to say the least ... but with life sentences on the line, it might not be the last time these guys (allegedly) point the finger at each other.
For his part, Hernandez insists he's not guilty.

Aaron Hernandez Jersey Swap Tom Brady NOT Most Requested Replacement
The New England Patriots swapped out more than 2,500 Aaron Hernandez jerseys for free in Foxboro this weekend ... but TMZ has learned Tom Brady was NOT the most requested replacement. In fact, you'll never guess who was #1.
A rep for the Pats tells us ... the team happily shelled out roughly $250,000 to make sure any fan who had a Hernandez jersey could get a free replacement featuring a Pats player who's not currently facing murder charges.
We're told ... of the 2,500ish people who showed up to the stadium for the swap event, 30% of the fans were kids requesting new youth jerseys.
So, who was the most requested?? The honor goes to 5-time Pro Bowler VINCE WILFORK -- a 325-pound BEAST of a defensive tackle!!
Don't worry, Brady came in 2nd ... and we have a theory as to why -- everyone in Boston already has a Brady jersey.
FYI -- Tim Tebow wasn't in the top 5.

Sports Stores We Don't Want 'Blood Money' from Hernandez Jerseys
eBay's profiting off "blood money" from Aaron Hernandez' alleged murder by allowing sellers to jack up jersey prices -- so say several New England sports memorabilia store owners ... and they REFUSE to do the same thing.
As you know, prices for Hernandez jerseys on eBay have soared in light of recent events -- with some jerseys reaching $1,500 or more -- but TMZ spoke with the owners of multiple New England sports memorabilia stores ... and not ONE of them plans to raise prices to meet demand.
The owner of Sportsworld USA in Saugus, MA, tells us, "We don't want to make money off this incident. It's what we consider blood money. We just want to get our money back."
The owner of Your Sports Memorabilia in Boston says, "I do not stand for what he allegedly did and wouldn't want to profit off an individual who was murdered ... Sports memorabilia is a dirty industry and this is one of the reasons why."
The owner of SureShot Promotions in Hanson, MA, says the store is even discounting some of the jerseys to get rid of them ASAP -- telling us, "It is a sad situation."
And for the record, the demand in memorabilia stores is just as crazy as it is online ... the owner of New England Pictures (Manchester, NH) says they sold more Hernandez jerseys the day his murder charge was announced than they did in the 6 months before.
Bottom line: people are really weird.

Alex Rodriguez Whistleblower Holding Alleged 'Roids Docs Hostage ... for $1 Million
Alex Rodriguez' career could hang in the balance of a 7-figure check -- because sources tell TMZ, the whistleblower who allegedly has proof A-Rod and other players bought steroids wants at least a million bucks for his info.
As TMZ first reported, Porter Fischer -- an ex-employee at the Biogenesis clinic in Miami -- scheduled a sit down with MLB investigators in Miami ... which went down on Tuesday.
Fischer's attorney tells TMZ, his client discussed a possible deal with MLB ... in which the league would acquire the drug-purchasing records of more than 100 MLB players (including A-Rod and Ryan Braun) -- but it's gonna cost 'em.
Sources close to the investigation tell us, the MLB has yet to make an official offer for the goods ... but as it stands, Fischer won't settle for less than a million.
MLB officials want the records as part of their ongoing investigation into allegations of widespread performance enhancing drug use by players.
We're told Fischer and MLB already have plans to meet again in the near future -- but no one's talking dollars yet.
Never know when the price could go up ...

Shakira My Ex Is a $250 Million Liar AND I CAN PROVE IT!!!
It's a good thing Shakira keeps her old emails ... 'cause the pop star says she found an old cyber-exchange that proves her ex-BF is lying through his Argentinian teeth in his $250 million lawsuit.
Shakira has filed a declaration in her legal war with Antonio De La Rua -- who she dated from 2000 to 2010 -- in which she adamantly denies A.D.L.R. has any right to her fortune, despite his claim that he's entitled to a cut of her businesses.
FYI -- A.D.L.R. claims he wasn't just Shak's lover, he was also her business adviser and says she owes him a quarter of a BILLION dollars ... based on an oral agreement the two struck back in 2004.
But Shakira is calling B.S. on Antonio ... claiming in 2011, he sent her an email in which he couldn't have made it any clearer -- "I am not a partner in any of your companies. You are the sole owner of all of them."
Shakira says he sent a similar email to her mother.
In the legal docs, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Shakira also says she had hammered out a relationship contract back in 2006 -- the equivalent of a prenup -- that spelled out their financial obligations to one another in case they broke up.
According to Shakira, both parties agreed back in '06 to create a joint account worth $10k ... which they would split if they broke up. Shakira says they also agreed to "renounce" any rights to future earnings.
Shakira explains the point of the contract was to prevent a stupid lawsuit ... like the one Antonio has filed.
The case is due back in court later this month.

Aaron Hernandez downed a ton of hard liquor, cussed out security guards ... and refused to leave when they confronted him ... in a Hermosa Beach, CA sports bar.
According to sources who were in Chelsea Pub & Lounge on April 19th ... the then New England Patriots star was drinking double Patron Silver shots all night in between glasses of Adios Motherf**kers -- a wonderful vodka, rum, tequila, and gin concoction.
We're told Hernandez repeatedly tried to walk outside the bar WITH his drink, and didn't understand why security wouldn't let him -- and began yelling and cursing at the bar staff.
When asked to leave ... Hernandez simply sat down (pictured above) and told security he wasn't leaving.
However, once multiple security guards surrounded him ... he paid off his hefty bar tab and left peacefully.

The Game Aaron Hernandez Ain't No BLOOD!
A "Blood" tattoo on your hand doesn't make you a Blood ... so says bona fide Blood member The Game, who tells TMZ Aaron Hernandez is definitely not a member of his beloved street gang.
Game was leaving Tru in Hollywood last night -- with TWO giant gold chains around his neck -- when we asked the rapper behind the hits, "It's Okay (One Blood)" and "Red Nation" how he felt about the former New England Patriots star's connection to the Bloods.
"Aaron Hernandez ain't no Blood man ... n**ga killed his sister's husband, what the f**k??"

A-Rod & MLB Stars Investigators to View Alleged 'Roids Smoking Gun
Alex Rodriguez and Ryan Braun's ears should be burning -- baseball investigators are about to sit down with the whistleblower who claims he can prove they purchased performance enhancing drugs from a Miami clinic ... TMZ has learned.
Sources with direct knowledge of Major League Baseball's investigation tell us MLB officials will be meeting with Porter Fischer in Florida this week ... and he's expected to reveal his detailed records from the Biogenesis clinic.
Fischer is an ex-employee at Biogenesis and claims to have the goods on more than 100 baseball players -- among them Braun and A-Rod -- who allegedly obtained banned PEDs from the clinic's owner Tony Bosch.
The Yankees just cleared Rodriguez for his first on-field action this season -- a minor league game -- as he continues to rehab from hip surgery.
We're told the MLB meeting was brokered by Fischer's attorney, Ray Rafool -- and that MLB will pay Fischer a "consultant" fee in exchange for his cooperation.
Bottom line -- if Fischer has the mother lode he claims ... MLB could soon be handing down major suspensions.
