The stalker who has shown up repeatedly at Selena Gomez' house and actually entered her property has just been ordered to get treatment in a mental health facility ... but the bad news for Selena ... he could be out in as early as 30 days.

Che Cruz pled no contest Friday to felony stalking. He was ordered to a mental health facility where he will be on lockdown for 30 days. After that, he must complete a total of 180 days at the facility, but he's not required to stay there.

The problem, of course ... Cruz is clearly unstable and everything hinges long-term on him finishing the program. And, he's proven already ... once out of custody, he makes a beeline for Selena.

The judge also issued an unusual, 10-year protective order, requiring Cruz to stay 200 yards from Selena. Again ... he's already violated a protective order.

Justin Bieber caught a few ZZZZZs in the studio last night ... and he did so cuddled all up on Selena Gomez.

This continues the latest reunion of the entity known as Jelena. As TMZ first reported, the two hung out on Monday night at Bootsy Bellows for a friend's birthday ... and Justin recently Instagrammed a photo of them with the caption, "Our love is unconditional."

Our sources say Selena's family is worried about her reconciliation with Bieber and feel it's no coincidence she threw an all-out rager at her house right when she's getting back together with Bieber.

Jennifer Lopez takes her security very seriously ... because today in New York, she strolled all of 30 feet flanked by a TEAM of security that acted like it was escorting the president.

JLo was leaving an office building Thursday afternoon when our photog tried to ask her about the anti-paparazzi clause in her divorce settlement with Marc Anthony.

But her team -- at least 3 bodyguards and 2 handlers -- had ALL sides (even that one) covered ... making it clear NO ONE gets close to JLo.

Casper Smart's lawyer just got the most sarcastic letter we've ever seen in the 9 years of TMZ ... all stemming from Casper's alleged dalliances with transsexuals.

Casper's attorney threatened to sue TheDirty.com after 2 transsexuals posted comments on the website claiming they hooked up with Casper. The lawyer says the comments are defamatory.

But the lawyer for TheDirty -- David Gingras -- fired off a brutal response, telling Casper to pound sand. TheDirty's lawyer says if Casper has a case ... it's against the transsexuals, not the blog.

Here are some of the choice comments in the lawyer's response:

-- "In America, we have this annoying little thing called the 'First Amendment.'"

-- "First, your letter is addressed to 'Hooman Karamian' and yet it begins, 'Dear Mr. Hooman." I have no idea why lawyers think it's impressive to refer (incorrectly) to another person using their first name. I must have missed that class in law school. Do you think this makes you look smarter? Trust me -- not so much."

-- "Now let's get back to first year of law school, shall we? And to make this really easy for you …"

Casper's lawyer made the mistake of telling the lawyer for TheDirty this wasn't his first rodeo. So TheDirty's lawyer fired back, "You're darn tootin' Cowgirl -- this isn't our first time at the rodeo."

When Jessica Alba busted out her moves in "Honey" -- a movie universally hailed as horrible -- it was a blatant rip-off of real-life Bronx b-girl Honey Rockwell ... or so claims Rockwell, who's suing the filmmakers.

Rockwell -- a hip hop dancer and teacher -- says she adopted the "Honey" stage name back in '94 -- 10 years before the movie's release ... according to court docs.

In the lawsuit, obtained by TMZ, Rockwell says the movie's a carbon copy of her life because Alba's character shares her name ("Honey"), ethnicity (Hispanic), occupation (hip hop dancer), and hood (Bronx). She says they even used the same dance studio where she taught.

But she says the filmmakers did one thing wrong -- they never got her permission.

Rockwell faces an uphill battle because she's waited 10 years to sue -- that said, she's demanding her fair share of more than $70 million generated by "Honey" and its sequel.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... Selena's Hidden Hills, CA neighbors were so pissed off at the loud noise coming from her house at around 11:30 PM ... they called police. The cops responded and warned Selena and company to turn down the volume or else.

One neighbor tells TMZ ... the noise was so ear-crushing her windows were rattling.

Sources connected with Selena and her family tell us ... the singer has told her kinfolk she's back with Justin Bieber because he's cleaned up his act. But they tell us ... they don't think it's coincidental at all that in the last few days ... she's spent a late, late night at a Hollywood club with Bieber and had an out-of-control party on a Tuesday night.

Selena made it seem like a chill evening, posting the photo below on her Instragram with the caption, "Tacos, live music and candles ☺️ such a beautiful night with beautiful people."

Short story ... Selena's family and close friends don't think Bieber is safe territory.

Casper Smart did NOT cheat on Jennifer Lopez with two transsexuals -- and he's prepared to sue the website that claims he did ... so says Casper Smart.

As TMZ first reported, JLo and Smart split up a few months back ... and it had nothing to do with Smart's alleged sexcapades.

But Smart is pissed that TheDirty.com claimed he had flings with two transsexuals he met on Instagram ... so his lawyer has fired off a letter to the site's founder, Nik Richie, denying he's ever met, kissed or had sexual relations with either of the transsexuals in question.

Smart says he didn't send them dirty pics and flat out denies cheating on Jennifer.

Smart has given the site an ultimatum -- either retract the story or get sued.

Smart's lawyer also sent a threatening letter to one of the transsexuals who has been talking to the media ... imploring her to sign a declaration saying they never met Smart.

TMZ reached out to Richie for a response ... and here's the part we can post: "Casper, go get a real job. I heard Instagram is hiring over in their compliance department ... Stop blaming everyone else for your problems."

Melanie Griffith thinks she's a better parent than Antonio Banderas -- a dog parent, that is -- and she's dead set on getting custody of their three dogs in the divorce ... TMZ has learned.

As TMZ first reported, Griffith filed for divorce on June 6 after 18 years of marriage to Banderas.

Child custody won't be an issue -- their daughter turns 18 in September -- but sources close to Griffith tell TMZ she is angling for custody of their three dogs. The former couple has one terrier mix and two shepherd lab mixes they adopted last February.

Our sources say Melanie is the better dog owner between herself and Antonio ... and the pooches mean the world to her.

Marc Anthony has been ordered to pay ex-wife Dayanara Torres more than $28,000 in child support ... more than twice what he was paying but WAY less than she wanted.

TMZ broke the story ... Torres claimed she was living a peasant lifestyle with her $13K a month in child support for their 2 kids ... and wanted it upped to $113,000.

A judge just ruled ... Anthony must now pay Torres $28,680 a month. She also gets an increase in her yearly vacation allowance -- from $6K to 12K.

In the order the judge notes Anthony raked in more than $600,000 A MONTH in 2014. Now get this ... he's making LESS than he did previously, when he pulled in more than $12 MIL a year.

And this is interesting ... Anthony has been giving $25,000 a month to charity in 2014. Now that's what he roughly has to pay Torres.

Casper Smart went looking for a Jennifer Lopez replacement in a target rich spot -- the Maxim Hot 100 party -- but the choreographer had trouble attracting babes with his moves on the dance floor.

Sources inside the party Tuesday night tell TMZ ... Smart was there with his boys, including Wilmer Valderrama.

We're told things got weird when Smart -- who remember is a dancer by trade -- hit the floor by himself, and busted out some crazy moves?
