5:09 PM PT -- A Ritz employee who supervises the suites in the hotel tells TMZ ... "Charlie was here for 3 days. He looked so good. He was clean and sober and very friendly, and he left yesterday and his room was clean."

4:53 PM PT -- A rep for the Ritz-Carlton Hotel Company is backing Charlie's story ... telling TMZ, "The hotel room was in pristine condition on Friday, June 22 and remains so today Tuesday, June 26."

The rep adds, "Should Mr. Sheen wish to book a room in any Ritz-Carlton hotel in the portfolio, we would be delighted to host his stay."

4:38 PM PT -- TMZ spoke with someone who works in the hotel who would know if there was damage to a room ... and he said no one in the hotel had a destructive meltdown that night.

We also spoke with someone in the room next door to Charlie who tells us nothing happened ... no noise, no hookers, no incident.

Charlie Sheen is adamant ... he is not BANNED from the Ritz-Carlton in NYC and did not trash the living hell out of his hotel room ... despite reports to the contrary.

Larry Solters, who reps Sheen, tells TMZ ... the "Anger Management" star was merely having dinner with family and friends at the hotel ... and was absolutely NOT participating in a drug and hooker party in his room.

According to reports, Sheen was asked to leave the property and never return to another Ritz -- but Sheen's people tell us ... the whole story is complete BS.

We shot Charlie walking out of the hotel yesterday, and everything seemed fine -- he even posed with a fan.

Sheen's rep says, "If you want to call 'dinner with family and friends' a party, so be it."

Mila Kunis insists they're just friends ... but last night in L.A., the actress hit up a romantic Italian restaurant with her former "That 70s Show" co-star Ashton Kutcher -- and they even left in the same car.

The two have been rumored to be secretly dating for months -- but Mila adamantly denies they're anything more than platonic pals ... who eat out together alone ... and go on romantic weekend trips to quaint little towns.

It's extremely suspicious ... so we gotta ask ...

Kris Humphries told his ex, Myla Sinanaj ... he KNEW Kim Kardashian hooked up with Kanye West because he was mysteriously absent from the big wedding ... sources close to Myla tell TMZ.

We're told Kris groused to Myla about how Kris Jenner suspiciously referred to Kanye as "a close family friend" -- someone Kim knew for a long time. Kris H told Myla, "If he was such a close family friend, why wasn't he invited to the wedding?"

We're told Kris confided in Myla he "felt played" by the whole thing and was genuinely devastated when news of Kim's new relationship broke.

Kris Humphries invented the story about Kris Jenner masterminding Kim Kardashian's sex tape in order to live out a "disgusting" fantasy -- this according to Kim's sister Khloe Kardashian.

Khloe was out in New York today when we asked her about the TMZ story -- that Humphries told his ex-girlfriend that Kris Jenner directed Kim to make her infamous sex tape ... and even had Kim re-shoot it because the first take wasn't pretty enough.

Khloe responded, "That is just disgusting and disturbing, and probably HIS fantasy!"

It's a shocking statement coming from the woman who defended Humphries just days ago -- calling him "a good guy" unfairly caught up in a cruel extortion plot.

Kris Humphries trashed Kim Kardashian and her family in conversations and text messages to his former girlfriend, Myla Sinanaj ... telling her Kris Jenner not only directed Kim to shoot her sex tape, but to re-shoot because Kris J didn't think the first one was pretty enough.

As TMZ first reported, Kim has subpoenaed Myla in Kim's divorce case, and we've learned Myla has a lot to say about what Kris told her about his relationship with his famous estranged wife.

In addition to the sex tape, sources tell us Myla has numerous text messages in which Kris says she is the love of his life and he wants to get the divorce over with quickly so they can spend the rest of their time on earth together. In several of the messages, we're told Kris says specifically that he's "moved on" from Kim.

The information is extremely damaging to Kris, because he's alleging in his divorce that Kim has destroyed him emotionally by allegedly defrauding him into believing it was a real marriage. Turns out, Kris has been banging Myla since mid-January, so his devastation argument may be hard to swallow.

Sources close to the Kardashians tell TMZ ... Kris is lying about the sex tape. They say Kim made it clear at the beginning of their relationship she would not discuss the tape because she didn't want to be judged by it. Our sources say the sex tape never came up in any subsequent discussions between Kim and Kris and it just shows he's delusional.

George Clooney's GF Stacy Keibler just proved there IS something inside her belly ... six pack abs!

While rumors have been going wild over whether Stacy has a baby bump or not, the 32-year-old just tweeted a pic of her sweaty, gorgeous, ripped, flat stomach during a workout in Italy on Wednesday.

Besides the toned tummy proof, sources close to Keibler are scoffing at the suggestion she's with child ... telling TMZ the rumors are "100% false."

Meek Mill says he didn't throw a single bottle during the W.i.P. nightclub brawl ... neither did Drake nor Chris Brown. Instead, Meek says the real culprits are FEMALE.

Meek finally broke his silence with XXLMAG.com ... saying, "Chris and Drake, them two was there, but it's other people that be around that take sh*t to the next level."

Meek continued, “Things just happen in the club. I seen girls in there throwing bottles, all types of sh*t. All types of people. I never seen Chris Brown or Drake throw a bottle and I was there.”

When asked if he threw a bottle, Meek replied, "F*ck no."

As we previously reported witnesses say Meek -- who was hanging at Drake's table during the June 13 incident -- was one of the instigators in the fight. He's also rumored to have slept with Rihanna.

Meek claims he spoke with Chris Brown on the phone directly after the brawl ... and both sides agreed they had no problem with the other.

The world will continue to wait for a baby Clooney ... because Stacy Keibler is NOT with child.

The rumor mill began to churn after photos surfaced showing Stacy on a boat in Lake Como this weekend ... sporting what people have interpreted as a baby bump.

But sources connected to The Keib tell us ... the rumors are "100% FALSE."

Plus, Stacy was seen drinking wine with George and friends last night -- not concrete proof ... but a pretty good sign there's no baby on board.

A rep for Stacy had no comment on the situation.

"Basketball Wives" star Shaunie O'Neal says it's not her fault three cast members were axed ... telling people she learned the news when everyone else did ... sources close to Shaunie tell TMZ

As TMZ previously reported, three major "BB Wives" were canned recently -- Jennifer Williams, Royce Reed and Kesha Nichols.

But Shaunie is telling friends, despite the accusations, the cuts were NOT made by her. Sources close to Shaunie (who, in addition to being on the show, serves as one of the executive producers) tell TMZ she was blindsided by the news.

We're told Shaunie says the show leaves her in the dark about everything after she butted heads with them over the violent direction the show was headed (i.e on-air brawls and cat-fights).

Drake is adamant ... he is not responsible for the bloody gash on Chris Brown's face ... claiming he was simply leaving the nightclub when the brawl broke out ... but sources tell us, the fight started after Chris Brown and a rapper at Drake's table started trash talking each other.

The rapper hanging with Drake -- Meek Mill -- was screaming at Chris and Chris was giving it right back to Meek Mill. One of Chris' lieutenants was also involved in the screaming match.

Our sources would NOT say what specifically they were arguing about -- partly out of fear that someone will get hurt. But we are told the argument was NOT over Rihanna.

One source says Chris was hurt when Meek Mill hit him with a bottle.

A rep for Drake tells TMZ ... "Drake did not participate in any wrongdoing of any kind last night at W.i.P. He was on his way out of the club when the altercation began."

10:55 AM PT -- Drake's rep just issued a statement about the incident, insisting Drizzy wasn't involved in the brawl at all ... the beef was between CB and another rapper named Meek Mill.

10:15 AM PT -- A witness who was inside the club tells TMZ ... Chris Brown did NOT send any bottles over to Drake's table, despite several reports to the contrary.

We're told both Brown and Drake had been hanging out in the VIP section ... when Drake began pointing and yelling at Brown.

Brown began yelling back ... and that's when members of both entourages rushed in and began shoving each other.

With tensions running high, someone threw a bottle -- which set the whole thing off ... and the shoving turned to punches.

We're told club security rushed in to break up the fight ... and called police for backup. Brown and Drake left the scene by the time cops showed up ... but several members of their entourages remained at the club. Multiple members of both crews required medical assistance.

We're told the club suffered some serious damage in the fight -- including busted up tables, broken mirrors, shattered lighting and glass scratches all over the floors.

Chris Brown sustained a nasty gash on his chin -- apparently a wound from a bottle attack -- after his entourage allegedly clashed with Drake's crew in a NYC nightclub brawl.

TMZ has confirmed with the NYPD that the two singers' crews got into a fight at WIP nightclub -- 5 people were injured in the melee.

NYPD arrived on the scene after receiving a call between 4 and 5am. Chris and Drake were not present when cops arrived.

A picture of Chris Brown's Transformers-themed SUV taken after the fight has surfaced -- with what appears to be blood splattered on the back.

And now -- undeniable proof Kim Kardashian is NOT the owner of the beautiful bare ass Kanye West allegedly tweeted early Wednesday morning ... proof that comes in the form of incredibly bizarre body piercings.

Porn star Amia Miley has already taken ownership of the pic in question -- a perfectly tanned rear-end snapped inside some fancy hotel room -- but people have been clamoring for proof to back her claim ... so she's decided to deliver.

Amia was out in L.A. yesterday with her "Jersey Shore" star boyfriend The Unit -- where she showed us her unusual (hot) piercings on her wrists and back ... piercings that match up with those in the infamous photo ... and which Kim Kardashian does NOT possess.

For the record, Kanye has publicly denied ever tweeting the pic, saying he doesn't even recognize the girl in the photo.

Now we ask the obvious question ...

Kris Humphries sicked his lawyer on the fancy New York City hotel his ex-girlfriend works at, telling the manager that Myla Sinanaj ran a brothel out of the hotel and had sex with hotel guests ... so claims Myla's lawyer.

Joe Tacopina, who now reps Myla, tells TMZ ... Kris and his lawyer have been on a search and destroy mission against his client, trying to hide the fact that they have been in a relationship for 5 months.

Tacopina says Kris' lawyer called the hotel manager last week and made the claims. Tacopina believes Kris and his lawyer wanted to get Myla fired, to make a point that she had better shut her mouth about her relationship with Kris ... or else.

By the way, sources connected with Kris confirm his lawyer made the call.

We're told hotel management investigated and quickly determined the allegations were baseless.

Tacopina tells us ... a defamation case against Kris now looms large, and he had better apologize quickly for what he says is shameful, vindictive conduct.

A picture of a naked woman scarfing down a meal and looking suspiciously like Kim Kardashian was posted on Twitter last night ... and word circulated Kanye West was the one who originally tweeted it.

We've done our due diligence, and here's what we found. First, the woman in the pic appears to be porn star Amia Miley. Miley tweeted the same photo of herself on her twitter account in 2011, and she tells us it's her. She also says she's never hooked up with Kanye.

Second, although the pic has been sent around with credit to Kanye, we've learned it was never posted on Kanye's account. A source close to Kanye confirms ... he didn't do it.

We're told it's all part of #WanksterWednesday -- a prank day where people try to get bogus rumors started.

Nonetheless ... we likey the pic.

1:24 PM PT: Kanye's rep just emailed us a statement, claiming the pic is NOT Kim K -- saying, "This phantom tweet never occurred on his account. This is obviously the desperate, sad act of someone seeking to gain media exposure by exploiting Kanye’s notoriety."

The rep adds, "Kanye doesn’t even know this person, has never seen this picture, and hasn’t been on his Twitter account for a day.”

Another clue Rihanna may be getting back together with Chris Brown ... the two partied at the same club at the same time last night ... AGAIN.

Chris and Rihanna were spotted at Avenue nightclub in NYC. Sources at the club tell us the two were in the club together for roughly 30 minutes ... and Brown spent some time hanging out at Rihanna's table.

They exited the club separately ... but within minutes of each other ... and both were tight-lipped about what happened inside.

The exes have been linked together several times already this year ... laying down song tracks ... showing up at birthday parties and hanging out at nightclubs in West Hollywood.
