2018 Halloween Celebs Catch the Freaky Spirit!!!

Published | Updated

Hollywood knows how to do Halloween ... it's like they've got a sixth sense for this based on the outlandish 2018 costumes.

Celebs were in the mood to throw on their best getups for tons of Halloween parties this year ... like Christina Milian getting decked out in pink Hello Kitty gear for the Galore Magazine party. Ciara repped Wakanda well with an elaborate "Black Panther" costume at a Bacardi bash in NYC.

Meanwhile, Bella Thorne nailed Chucky's bride Tuesday night in Los Angeles.

If the horror's too much to swallow ... check out the gallery for Elsa Pataky and her kids trick-or-treating or Cristiano Ronaldo getting his fam in the spirit. 'Memba when Halloween was for kids?

And, of course, ya gotta see Kylie Jenner's ... it's required.

Damien Wayans H'Ween Whiteface, Blackface Okay ... But At Your Own Risk

Published | Updated

If you've got love for Marlon and Shawn Wayans going full whiteface, then feel free to do the same on Halloween ... according to their nephew, who is hysterically tiptoeing around the subject of race and costumes.

We got Damien Dante Wayans outside L.A.'s Sunset Plaza and asked him about 2 specific costume ideas -- "White Chicks" and "Black Panther." DW told us he appreciates people paying homage to his uncles' cult classic flick, but you gotta see his reaction when we brought up "Black Panther."

As our photog put it ... the Marvel movie was huge this year, and lots of people -- black, white and otherwise -- are feeling inspired. Well, Damien seems to be giving Panther costumes a thumbs-up too ... verrrry nervously, though.

Just watch. The takeaway -- put whatever on your face today, but do it respectfully.

And, don't blame Damien when you catch s**t!

Post Malone Haunted Curse Box To Be Opened on Halloween, If ...

Published | Updated

The haunted box that seemed to curse Post Malone is about to see the light of day on Halloween, 'cause its new owner wants to take a peek inside ... but on one condition.

"Ghost Adventures" star Zak Bagans tells TMZ he plans on opening the dybbuk box in his Haunted Museum Wednesday night, and he'll be doing it live on his show. As crazy as that sounds, it's even worse when you hear what Zak's been going through lately.

He tells us he's been getting ominous signs left and right leading up to the event that would make even Damien Thorn shake. It's pretty freaky sh*t -- stuff like dreams about people and animals being killed, calls from an unknown number telling him people will die ... and illness plaguing him for the past few weeks.

Remember ... this is the same box that supposedly put Post Malone's life in danger these past few months after he was in the same room with Zak, who ended up touching the thing. Post didn't touch it himself, but he did touch Zak's shoulder ... and Zak says that's enough to trigger a curse.

There is an upside, though, that hopefully keeps Zak from prying this devil box open. He tells us he'll only do it if he does NOT feel the same supernatural sensation he and Post felt in the room this summer.

Considering this box has made people pass out on sight -- like this poor woman here -- we're guessing he'll feel something. BTW ... we're told this lady collapsed after coming into the same room with the box just a week after Post visited. She had to be taken to the ER.

Here's hoping that thing stays closed. But, if not ... good luck, Zak!!!

Kate Hudson 'Wild Wild Country' Costume Gets Love From Cult's Ex-Lawyer

Published | Updated

Kate Hudson's catching some flak for dressing up as a follower of Bhagwan Rajneesh -- the cult leader in the Netflix docuseries, "Wild Wild Country" -- but one of his former disciples LOVES it.

We talked to Philip Toelkes -- who used to go by Swami Prem Niren when he served as the top attorney for the controversial Rajneeshpuram in the '80s -- and he tells us Kate and her friends were well within their rights to celebrate the group.

Kate faced backlash online after posting the pic, apparently at a Halloween party, because some people felt she was glorifying the "cult."

Let's face it ... Rajneeshees will be a hit Halloween costume this year -- with the popularity of the Netflix series -- and Phil says he's totally on board with that. He also thinks Bhagwan -- aka Osho -- would be too, as long as it's respectful.

LOOKIN' GOOD

Phil also took aim at the haters, who say the Rajneeshees almost ruined a way of life for many Oregonians, saying they never understood their movement.

On the other hand, the mayor of Antelope, OR -- which had been overrun by the Rajneeshees -- tells us, "They plotted to assassinate someone. How friendly would others be if [someone] dressed up as a terrorist for Halloween?"

As for the fake gun one of Kate's pals flashed, Phil says it's not far off from the truth. He says the Rajneeshees were well-armed and ready to protect themselves in those days.

Pete Davidson Halloween Makes Me Happy!!! Cute Puppies Too

Published | Updated

Pete Davidson finally looks like he's feeling better after his split with Ariana Grande ... 'cause the comedian was grinning like a jack-o-lantern at a Halloween event with his buddy.

Pete walked through a holiday event for kids Sunday on his home turf of Staten Island, and judging by these pics ... the 'SNL' star was happier than a trick-or-treater with a pillowcase full of candy.

Pete was passing through the neighborhood shindig when he stopped to pet a furry pooch and snap a selfie with his fans. We're told he was super friendly to everyone and seemed to be in a very good mood.

It took a few weeks, but Pete is looking way happier than he was the last time we saw him. He really looked like a man down on his luck a few days after we broke the story he and Ariana called off their engagement.

Hey, there's nothing like a pumpkin patch and a cute pup to lift your spirits.

Shaun White Apologizes to Special Olympics For 'Insensitive' Costume

Published | Updated

3:58 PM PT -- Shaun White has pulled the photo of his "Simple Jack" costume off of his social and has issued an apology.

"I owe everyone in the Special Olympics community an apology for my poor choice of Halloween costume the other night."

"It was a last minute decision. It was the wrong one." White says.

"The Special Olympics were right to call me out on it. They do great work supporting so many tremendous athletes and I am sorry for being insensitive. Lesson learned."

Shaun White is under fire from special needs parents AND the Special Olympics over his Halloween costume -- Simple Jack from "Tropic Thunder."

Remember, when the movie came out back in 2008, several disabilities groups blasted Ben Stiller and the flick for the character -- an intellectually disabled man who is repeatedly referred to as the r-word.

Now, 10 years later ... White thought it would be a good idea to trot out the costume for a Halloween party and people are pissed.

In fact, a rep for the Special Olympics tells TMZ Sports ...

"We are truly disappointed that Shaun White, an acclaimed Olympian, would choose this costume which is so offensive and causes so much pain."

"Disability is not a joke nor should it be a punchline. We hope that Shaun White and others learn that this just continues stigma, stereotypes and discrimination."

Others have sounded off on Shaun's IG page -- where he posted the pic.

"I'm not sure if it’s worse that this is an actual movie or that you’d think it’s okay to mock individuals who have disabilities. It’s 2018, man. #spreadthewordtoendtheword #rwordhurts," one person wrote.

Another wrote, "You’re a real POS! Really? At the expense of those who can’t defend themselves?? Hope you’re working on your lame apology speech...I know this will be deleted!! Grow up you douche! #spreadthewordtoendtheword #specialolympics."

We reached out to White's agent for comment -- so far, no word back.

Gabrielle Union Lil' Kim Makes Surprise Visit To '90s-Themed Bday Party

Published | Updated

Gabrielle Union's 46th birthday party went from legit to LIT ... and it's all because Lil' Kim showed up to perform ... and shared an interesting origin story to their friendship.

Gabrielle was celebrating with D-Wade and friends Saturday night after the Miami Heat game, during a '90s-themed party ahead of her 46th birthday, when all of a sudden LK's song "The Jump Off" came on ... and then, she herself came out to surprise the bday girl.

Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.

You can tell Gabrielle wasn't expecting the visit, 'cause she completely freaked. Kim rapped a few more verses from a number of her songs, but, at one point ... she also dished on the story of how she and Gabby met and became good pals.

It's pretty hilarious ... Kim says she thought Gabrielle was gonna be bougie at first, but when she realized GU was about that late-night studio life ... all bets were off.

One other thing ... how sick are Gabby and Dwyane's costumes as Gwen Stefani and the Fresh Prince?! 'Tis the season, we suppose.

Kylie Jenner & Travis Scott Stormi's Pumped for 1st Halloween

Published | Updated

Kylie Jenner and Travis Scott couldn't resist what every new mama and papa like to do this time of year ... take their kiddo to a pumpkin patch and start snapping away!!

Kylie, her boo beau and their daughter, Stormi, hit up the Underwood Family Farms Wednesday in the San Fernando Valley for a little fam bam action. We're told they made their way around the corn maze, picked out pumpkins and scoped out some of the animals there too.

Travis is just a few weeks away from kicking off his Astroworld Tour ... so a little family time is much needed.

Lots to do there at the farm -- it's their 21st annual farm festival -- not a bad way to spend the day a week before Halloween.

Caitlyn Jenner Olympic 'Bruce' Costume Maker ... Refuses to Yank It Despite Backlash

Published | Updated

9:26 AM PT -- A rep for Costume Agent, which originally created and distributed the controversial Caitlyn costume, tells TMZ they're not yanking it from their own site, and certainly not discontinuing it ... backlash be damned.

We're told the 'stume is one of their best sellers -- it's the #6 overall bestseller. Although they have received multiple threats over it this past week, they're standing by their product. The rep says, "It's a costume. It's funny."

A Caitlyn Jenner costume -- which harkens back to her Olympic glory days as Bruce Jenner -- is getting destroyed by critics who say it's insensitive to transgender people ... and it's already being yanked from at least one outlet.

The getup is called "I Am Cait" ... and features a decathlete's jersey with Bruce's number 935, a gold medal and those teeny tiny shorts -- all of that vintage Bruce from his 1976 decathlon victory. However, it also comes with a long-haired wig that's all Caitlyn.

eBay was flooded with criticism for selling the $44.95 costume -- several transgender charities are calling it out as mocking, instead of being an homage.

The caption for one online promo says, "Show your love for Caitlyn Jenner with this awesome adult costume."

The backlash has been enough for eBay to remove the costume, but as of now ... it's still available on Amazon.

Denver Broncos Cocaine on the Brain! For Team Halloween Party

The Denver Broncos had a Halloween party ... and man, did it blow.

Von Miller hosted his annual All Hallows' Eve bash for his teammates on Monday ... and the unofficial theme seemed to be people who famously dabbled in the booger sugar, nose candy, devil's candy ... you know, COCAINE!

Check out linebacker Brandon Marshall who transformed into Bobby Brown, complete with a gold chain and king-sized bag of yayo.

Wide receiver Emmanuel Sanders rubbed white powder all over his face to become the legendary "Chappelle's Show" crackhead Tyrone Biggums.

And, not to beat a dead (white) horse ... O.T. Genasis was there performing his drug-inspired anthem, "Coco."

Oh yeah, and Pacman Jones was Boba Fett. Good stuff.

Say no to drugs, kids.

NFL Won't Let Stupid Fans Buy Rae Carruth Jerseys

Published | Updated

Wanna be Rae Carruth for Halloween? You're sick. But, the NFL wants no part of your tasteless attempt at dark humor.

The NFL has blocked fans from ordering customized Carruth jerseys on NFLShop.com -- continuing the policy of banning controversial names on licensed merch.

Other names on the NFL's jersey blacklist -- Aaron Hernandez and O.J. Simpson. Harambe the gorilla was on the list, but that name is now allowable.

Carruth was a pretty good football player before he orchestrated a plot to kill his pregnant girlfriend and their unborn child. He was a 1st-round draft pick for the Carolina Panthers back in 1997.

Carruth was ultimately convicted of conspiracy to commit murder, attempting to destroy an unborn child and discharging a firearm into occupied property and was sentenced to 18 to 24 years in prison.

He was released on Monday and some people believe he deserves a fresh start -- clearly, the NFL Team Shop ain't on that list.

Bebe Rexha My Friend Can Wear a 'Mexican' Costume And You Can Too, IF ...

Published | Updated

Bebe Rexha thinks folks who are pissed her pal rocked a "Mexican" Halloween costume ... need to chill, because she knows something that they don't.

We got the pop singer Wednesday at LAX and asked about the photo she posted that got a bit of blowback for the outfit one of her friends wore -- a sombrero and poncho. Some people claimed racism or cultural appropriation.

Well, turns out looks can be deceiving -- Bebe told us the hombre is actually her assistant, Jesús ... and, as you might have guessed by now ... he has every right to wear that gear.

Bebe told us everyone who assumed Jesús is white, just got it wrong. That said, she does believe there are rules about who can wear this costume. As she put it, you better be Mexican or very ... well, we'll let Bebe explain.

Slash's Ex-Wife Throws Massive Divorce Bash ... With Tasty Parting Shot

Published | Updated

Slash's divorce from his longtime wife Perla got so nasty, she threw a DIVORCE PARTY to celebrate the death of their marriage ... complete with an anti-Slash cake!!

It all went down at Perla's L.A. home on Saturday night -- where everyone was encouraged to dress up as their favorite divorcee ... and the guests came through strong!

Perla dressed up like Zsa Zsa Gabor. One guest dressed like Gwen Stefani. Perla and Slash's son, London, went as Tommy Lee, complete with the stomach tattoo.

London and his band Classless Act even performed at the rager -- with Perla making a cameo on drums.

But, the diss-de-resistance was the cake -- which showed Perla standing on top of a smashed out Slash with the message, "Happy New Beginnings Perla."

The two were married back in 2001 and split in 2014 -- but the divorce just became finalized last month.

Despite the uncoupling, the bad blood is still very real -- in fact, Slash has told Perla she's persona non grata at the Hollywood Palladium Tuesday night, where London and his band are opening up for Slash.

Perla has said she plans to attend the show anyway -- which means Slash has a real decision to make.

Choose wisely ...
