Audrina Patridge was cool, calm and collected while meeting up with estranged husband Corey Bohan for the second time in a day -- despite accusing him of domestic violence.

Paps got Audrina picking up her and Corey's 1-year-old daughter, Kirra, after a 7-hour visitation with him. She had come face-to-face with him at the drop off earlier Sunday ... but this time it looks like she actually exchanges words with Corey in close proximity.

Surprisingly, she keeps it together ... even smiling at him at one point. We're told the two met at a local police station for the exchange.

We broke the stories ... Audrina filed for divorce as well as a temporary restraining order against Corey after she says he shoved her while holding Kirra and called her a "f***ing c**t." She also claims he planted cameras to monitor her. He denies planting the cameras.

Audrina Patridge met face-to-face with her estranged hubby, Corey Bohan, this weekend to drop off their 1-year-old daughter for a dad visit ... this after filing for divorce and claiming domestic abuse.

Paps got Audrina and Corey Sunday morning at a neutral location in the Orange County, which was agreed to through a judge. We're told Corey arrived first, and Audrina showed up with their kid, Kirra, and a friend about 10 minutes later to make the exchange.

You can see them heading back to the parking lot together -- with Audrina slightly keeping her distance from Corey as she walks ahead. Still, it's interesting she's comfortable meeting with him at all considering everything she's alleged.

TMZ broke the story ... Audrina filed for divorce and got a restraining order, claiming Corey shoved her, called her a "c**t" and planted cameras to spy on her. Corey denies installing the cameras, and claims her dad physically threatened him.

Tyga's either A) Over Kylie B) Jealous another dude knocked her up or C) In massive denial.

We got Kylie's ex Friday on Rodeo Drive when our photog fired a slew of questions in his direction, all about the story TMZ broke earlier in the day ... Kylie and Travis are havin' a baby!!!

Tyga's clearly underwhelmed, or at least that's the way he's presenting himself.

Ryan Phillippe's ex-girlfriend's accusations -- that he brutally attacked her and threw her down the stairs -- don't add up ... according to cops.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ ... investigators don't believe Elsie Hewitt's account of what went down between her and Phillippe on July 4 for a couple reasons. First -- they say Ryan was shocked when cops showed up at his place after Elsie filed a police report ... but was completely cooperative.

We're told he invited them in and answered all their questions without lawyering up -- like he had nothing to hide.

Next, there's Elsie's story about the stairs. Our sources tell us the stairs she accuses Ryan of throwing her down twice are sharp and wooden, and would have left her with much nastier injuries -- even broken bones -- than what she laid out in her suit.

As we reported ... the L.A. City Attorney refused to prosecute Phillippe after investigating, but Hewitt still sued him. Ryan, in response, has hired a lawyer and plans to go after Elsie for defamation.

Phillippe himself is making it clear he has nothing to hide, saying, "At the time these allegations were initially made, I fully cooperated with law enforcement and a thorough investigation was conducted."

He adds, "Domestic violence is a very real and tragic issue faced by many women the world over and should never be used to vengefully slander or as a ploy for monetary gain."

"Everyone of my accuser's allegations are false."

Ryan Phillippe's former fiancee went to the LAPD last March to file a harassment report against the actor ... TMZ has learned.

We've learned Paulina Slagter went to the Hollywood division of LAPD on March 26 and filed an "Annoying or Harassing Electronics Communications Harassment Report." She claimed Ryan sent a slew of texts to her after their breakup -- many laced with vulgarities -- accusing her of infidelity and attacking her personally. We're told there were no physical threats but it was "aggressive."

We're told in at least one of the texts he called her a "whore."

The texts were "extremely angry."

Law enforcement sources tell us, Paulina dropped the case shortly after filing it because she didn't want the publicity. The case is closed.

She did, however, just tweet -- presumably in response to Ryan's latest ex-girlfriend's physical abuse allegations -- "......when there's smoke...."

David Hasselhoff must continue paying alimony to his ex-wife, because she's earned it after 16 long years of working for him behind the scenes ... according to her, anyway.

A rep for Hasselhoff's ex, Pamela Bach, tells TMZ ... she worked hard on David's behalf during their marriage, which is more than enough reason to continue supporting her now.

We're told Pam contributed a number of services toward his career -- everything from consulting, accounting and handling administrative duties to keeping up with the house and kids ... whom she still considers under her parental care, even at 25 and 27.

We broke the story ... David's asked a judge to end his $10k/month alimony payments because he says it's time Pamela started paying her own way.

Pamela thinks David still owes her, and believes the judge will agree. And BTW, sources say she isn't sitting on her ass -- she's trying to get back into acting.

Blac Chyna may be settling her custody war with Rob Kardashian ... but she's not done with him in court.

Sources close to BC tell TMZ ... Chyna did NOT settle her beef with Rob over his revenge porn meltdown .... when he plastered nude pics of her all over social media.

Chyna is determined to get her pound of flesh from Rob, in the form of 7 figures. She's still fuming over losing a couple of weight-loss endorsements, she says because the pics made it apparent she's had plastic surgery and the companies want au naturel.

Our Chyna sources say she has a meeting with Rob's team -- presumably with her lawyer Lisa Bloom -- and a big fat check needs to be passed across the table or she'll see him in court.

TMZ broke the story, Chyna will get $20k a month from Rob in child support.

Rosie O'Donnell's ex-wife, Michelle Rounds, was found dead in her home Monday of an apparent suicide ... sources tell TMZ.

Rosie tells TMZ ... "I am saddened to hear about this terrible tragedy. Mental illness is a very serious issue affecting many families. My thoughts and prayers go out to Michelle's family, her wife and their child."

Rosie and Michelle started dating in 2011 and got married in a private ceremony in June 2012. They broke up in November 2014 and Rosie filed for divorce in February 2015.

Rosie cited irretrievably broken relationship as the reason for the divorce, which became final in March 2016. Seven months after they married, Rosie and Michelle adopted their daughter, Dakota, who is now 4 years old.

Michelle's mom posted a statement, "... If anyone would like to give to the National Suicide Prevention it would also be greatly appreciated. There are so many out there in this world that have demons that they think suicide is the only way out ..."

Michelle was 46.

Rob Kardashian and Blac Chyna have settled their custody war, TMZ has learned, and Rob paid a heavy price to get her to drop her domestic violence allegations.

Sources familiar with the situation tell us, Rob and Chyna have agreed to joint custody of 10-month-old Dream. We're told under the deal, Rob gets a skosh more than 50% custody.

Now the money. We're told Rob drew the line during negotiations at $10k a month for child support, but she wanted north of $50k. There was some horse-trading, we're told, and Rob agreed to double his offer and pay Chyna $20k a month, and she agreed in return to drop her domestic violence allegations.

You'll recall, Chyna got a restraining order against Rob after claiming he allegedly beat her up and threatened to kill himself.

As for the $20k a month, we're told a chunk of that will go directly to nannies. We're told Rob is concerned about Chyna's parenting. Sources say she left Dream at home this weekend while she left to party, and he wants to make sure there are enough nannies to protect the kid.

And, Rob has agreed to pay Chyna's legal bill, which is not chump change.

Fergie's fully owning the single life down in Brazil ... in a micro-mini outfit and no Josh Duhamel wedding ring.

Ferg touched down in Rio Wednesday, and tried to draw eyes away from her leggy leopard-print outfit and knee-high boots by holding up her left hand. She flaunted 4 rings spelling out F-E-R-G. Mind you, this was the day before she and Josh announced their separation.

As we reported, they split earlier this year, and say they took time to adjust before announcing it.

Fergie's down there to perform in the Rock in Rio music festival. Josh is back home with their son, Axl, and was seen Wednesday ... still wearing his wedding band.

Mel B is playing the sex tape card in her effort to convince a judge to seal her divorce and restraining order case from the public.

According to new docs filed by Mel, and obtained by TMZ, Stephen Belafonte intends to enter 54 videos as exhibits in their legal battle. Mel says Belafonte's made it clear he intends to disclose sensitive info and videos in court -- and she admits at least one of the videos "includes sexually explicit" images of her and Stephen.

Mel believes the court has a duty to shield her kids from being exposed to the sex tapes and any other explicit material he intends to air in court.

You'd think there was a Jennifer Lopez convention going on -- Marc Anthony, Casper Smart and Alex Rodriguez were all chilling in Hollywood and WeHo Wednesday night.

J Lo's exes -- Marc and Casper -- were actually at the same restaurant, Viva Hollywood, checking out some "f**king dope" music ... as Marc put it. Meanwhile, A-Rod did dinner at Craig's just a few miles away.

The L.A. County Dept. of Children and Family Services is concerned about the well-being of Blac Chyna and Rob Kardashian's baby ... so much so they've gone to court to make sure she's protected.

TMZ has learned the Dept. has gone to L.A. County Dependency Court so a judge can determine if Dream is safe.

Sources familiar with the case tell TMZ, DCFS opened an investigation involving Chyna's alleged drug use, and this was before Rob and Chyna split up.

As we reported, Chyna has obtained a restraining order against Rob after claiming he beat her.

Anna Faris and Chris Pratt have clearly made their son a priority in their separation.

Anna spent Saturday with 5-year-old Jack. She took him to an L.A. carnival.

Sunday was Chris' turn. The two were spotted grabbing some ice cream.

The couple announced their split last month after 8 years of marriage. Neither has officially filed for divorce and there's always a chance they could get back together ... but they've both been out without their wedding rings, which is not a hopeful sign of reconciliation.

'Bachelor' contestants looking to kick the tires on Arie Luyendyk Jr. need look no further ... his ex-gf is spilling the beans, and she makes him out to be quite the racy gentleman.

We spoke to Sonia Rockwell, an actress on "Being Mary Jane," and although she's happily in a new relationship, she gives Arie a ringing endorsement for his 'Bachelor' suitors.

Sonia and Arie broke up about a decade ago but during the 5 years she dated him, Sonia got to know him like the back of her hand -- like if he's sentimental (yup!) and spontaneous (hell yeah).

Leonardo DiCaprio's still holding on to old flames ... until he notices he's been spotted by the paps.

Leo was seen leaving 1 Oak in NYC early Saturday morning -- around 5 AM -- tightly holding hands with ex-gf and Victoria's Secret model Toni Garrn. We're told he arrived at the club earlier with a couple other gal pals, but left with Toni ... and a bodyguard.

We're told the 2 quickly separated once they saw their pic being taken ... but got back together later.

Leo and Toni starting dating back in 2013, but broke it off after about a year ... then she started dating NBA star Chandler Parsons. Garrn and Parsons split in November.

Nice rebound for Toni.
