Avril Lavigne and Tyga aren't gallivanting around Paris to grab headlines ... they're actually interested in dating and getting to know each other without pressure or expectations.

Sources close to the couple tell TMZ … Avril and Tyga are still in the early stages of figuring one another out, but they're not putting any labels -- ala girlfriend/boyfriend -- on anything just yet.

There's been speculation the two are only hanging out as a publicity stunt in order to generate some buzz around a possible music collab. Our sources say that's not true, and the two don't have any music in the works -- they're just really enjoying hanging out.

It's easy to tell they're more than enjoying each other's company -- packing on the PDA during a recent trip to Paris, including a make out sesh at a fashion week party and strolling hand-in-hand through the streets.

TMZ broke the story, Avril called off her engagement to Mod Sun only a few weeks ago, after our Avril sources told us the whole thing had been unraveling for a few months.

Mod Sun was surprised by the news, but has powered through his concert tour to promote his "God Save The Teen" album ... a project with several songs dedicated to Lavigne herself.

Ariana Madix doesn't seem to have a care in the world amid the cheating scandal that Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss have thrust her in ... just take a look at these pictures!

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was down in Mexico this weekend for a friend's wedding, and based on what we're seeing here ... she couldn't be happier among the guests and locals ... showing nothing but smiles and dance moves that certainly telegraph she's in good spirits.

AM is also dressed to the nines and looking great as well ... seems she's been able to keep her mind off the drama back home with a little vacay south of the border. Good for her!

Of course, things are still pretty restless here in L.A. ... especially for Tom and his orbit of friends -- including his biz partner, Tom Schwartz, who says their restaurant ventures have suffered a bit amid this whole mess. There's a lot of backlash aimed at the Toms right now.

As we reported ... Tom has apologized for the affair a couple different times now, as has Raquel. Despite this, we've been told Ariana isn't accepting his mea culpa -- and that, for now, there's no chance of reconciliation.

Lisa Vanderpump herself has said their sorrys won't cut it, and suggests a proper sitdown interview might be the best way to clear the air. And yes, camps have been forming within the show's walls, with different cast members doing a lot of finger pointing through it all.

Time will tell how this all shakes out once the dust settles ... but at the moment, it sure looks like Ariana is single and ready to mingle. She seems pretty radiant in these shots.

In the meantime ... Tom, Raquel and everyone else will just have to weather the storm here in Tinseltown, figuratively and literally. The weather's been pretty crap lately.

Tom Schwartz hasn't shown too much concern about the outrage over Tom Sandoval's affair with Raquel Leviss -- which makes this performance of Green Day all the more worrisome.

Witnesses tell TMZ ... Schwartz was with pals at The Oaks Tavern in Sherman Oaks for some karaoke -- showin' the crowd his version of Green Day's hit, "Brain Stew."

We're told he picked up his group's tab Wednesday night. It's unclear how long Schwartz and the gang stayed out, but we're told Sandoval definitely wasn't in attendance.

It appears Schwartz isn't all that fazed by what's going on with his best bud right now ... but he should be if ya ask former "Vanderpump Rules" cast member Kristen Doute.

As we reported, Kristen -- who dated Sandoval years ago -- completely dragged Schwartz calling him a "f****** p****" for keeping quiet about his friend's affair. She claims he's expressed concern in texts, but she thinks public actions speak louder.

BTW, Schwartz and Raquel were briefly an item too, having made out during the show's current season ... so, there's a little more drama.

Schwartz has been mum on the cheating affair -- up until Saturday, that is ... when he sat on the fence about who to show his allegiance for ... ultimately tossing up his hands and chalking it up to a major bummer.

Shakira put her breakup with longtime partner Gerard Piqué into a song -- one that's taken over the music industry ... and which just won her a crap ton of world record awards.

The Latin pop star hit 'The Tonight Show' Friday night, where she and DJ Bizarrap -- who collaborated with Shakira on 'Bzrp Music Sessions, Vol. 53,' a song that's been a chart-topper since January -- chopped it up with Jimmy Fallon about all the success and praise.

Shakira didn't shy away from the fact that this track is, by and large, an FU to her ex ... going on to say that much of her personal life, including the nasty split, motivated her to create an anthem for women everywhere.

As she puts it ... her fan base has now become a sisterhood, one she says she recognizes has had to put up with a lot of "crap," just like she's done the past year and change.

Of course, she's referring to the fact that Piqué has moved on with a much younger woman -- 23-year-old Clara Chia Martí ... with whom GP went public last year. According to reports, she's a PR student who works for Pique's production company and who handles his events.

Anyhoo, Shakira gave the people what they wanted on 'Fallon' ... performing the hit song and getting the whole audience on their feet and dancing. It's clear ... they're on her side.

At some point during her appearance, she also posed backstage with all the Guinness World Records she's broken since the song came out -- a whopping 14 of them, in fact, as the single continues to do numbers and cements her in the history books of music/pop culture.

Among the titles she now holds as a result ... most streamed Latin track on Spotify in 24 hours, the most viewed Latin track on YouTube in 24 hours, the fastest Latin track to reach 100 million views on YouTube, and the most streamed Latin track on Spotify in one week.

There are more ... but you get the gist. The song is absolutely killing it, once again putting Shakira on top -- a testament to her staying power and how beloved she is worldwide.

The fallout from her and Pique's uncoupling has been pretty rough, and for good reason -- they were together for 11 years and share two kids ... Sasha and Milan. A lot of people feel the way he ended things with Shakira was unceremonious ... and fairly scandalous too.

Shakira seems to be doing just fine now, though ... and is still looking pretty fine, at that.

Lisa Marie Presley's ex-husband Michael Lockwood has filed legal docs to allow him to represent the interests of their twins in an upcoming critical hearing that involves millions of dollars.

According to the docs, obtained by TMZ, Lockwood is asking a judge to appoint him guardian ad litem -- giving him authority to speak for his 14-year-old girls in a hearing over Lisa Marie's trust.

TMZ broke the story ... that trust became flush with cash when Elvis's only child died January 12. As we reported, Lisa Marie had 2 life insurance policies -- one for $25 million and another for $10 million.

Sources connected to the family tell TMZ ... there's a lot of behind-the-scenes drama over who will administer and control the trust. As we reported, Priscilla Presley was a trustee but Lisa Marie booted her from that position several years before her death, and made her oldest daughter Riley the trustee in Priscilla's place.

Our sources tell us Priscilla is going to challenge the validity of the trust, claiming the change in trustees was not properly made. Riley, we're told, does not want Priscilla to take the reins, and this set up a family battle.

As we reported, the beneficiaries of the trust are Riley and the twins, Harper and Finley.

Ariana Madix isn't in the mood for her ex-bf Tom Sandoval's apologies for his affair with fellow "Vanderpump Rules" castmate Raquel Leviss ... because she's still steaming mad.

Sources with direct knowledge tell TMZ ... Ariana's nowhere close to being able to process Tom's explanations and mea culpas, and she has no interest in speaking about it with him right now.

Instead, we're told Ariana's mood's been more like "screw you" ever since finding out her boyfriend of nine years was cheating on her with Raquel ... who AM used to consider a close friend.

As we reported, it took Tom a week to apologize to Ariana for the affair, fessing up to his mistakes and saying he was too selfish.

So far, it's fallen on deaf ears ... our sources say Ariana's down in Mexico for a friend's wedding, which was planned before the scandal rocked her world. Sounds like divine timing.

BTW, Tom was invited to the wedding too, but had bowed out due to a prior engagement ... again, a decision made before the cheating came to light.

We're told Ariana knows she's going to have to sit down with Tom and hash things out at some point -- they do have a house together -- but that's simply not a priority for her right now.

Kristen Doute, one of Tom Sandoval's exes, is absolutely DRAGGING Tom Schwartz in the midst of her ex-beau's affair with Raquel Leviss ... saying the guy's silence is speaking volumes about who he is as a person.

The former "Vanderpump Rules" star didn't hold back on Friday's episode of Scheana Shay's "Scheananigans" podcast ... calling Schwartz a "f***ing p****" for not speaking out publicly about how he feels regarding the so-called "Scandoval."

She tells Scheana and Lala Kent that Schwartz has been texting her behind the scenes, allegedly claiming he's not cool with what went down ... but adds his lack of actions is what's messed up. For what it's worth, Lala seconds that emotion.

For those unaware, Kristen and Sandoval were quite the item way back in the day, before he moved on to Ariana Madix -- but their relationship went south when they both cheated on each other. Go figure.

Tom shared a kiss with Ariana, while Kristen slept with Tom's BFF, Jax Taylor, twice.

BTW, Kristen's one of many supporting Ariana during this mess, and she made sure everyone knows it by posting about her love for her pal.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Scheana Shay isn't holding back on Raquel Leviss after she accused her of punching and injuring her ... calling Leviss a "liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her."

Scheana's attorney, Neama Rahmani, sent out the blistering statement Thursday, telling us, "This case is a fabrication by a known liar and a cheat who has betrayed everyone close to her. Scheana never punched Rachel [Raquel], period."

TMZ broke the story, Raquel was granted a restraining order against Scheana earlier this week, accusing Scheana of punching her in the head, leading to injuries around her eye.

Rahmani addressed the photos Raquel included in her court filing of the alleged injuries, saying, "The supposed dark markings around her left eye have been there for months."

As for what led to the alleged attack, Raquel says Scheana lashed out after the 'VPR' cast learned Tom Sandoval had cheated on Ariana Madix with Raquel. The judge granted a temporary restraining order until a hearing later this month.

Rahmani continues, "Neither Scheana nor other cast members want anything to do with Rachel going forward. The judge has only heard a one-sided account of what happened, and we look forward to presenting the full and true story at the March 29 hearing."

Lisa Vanderpump has some big decisions to make about Tom Sandoval and her restaurant empire -- in light of his Raquel Leviss affair -- and she says their public apologies aren't enough to make things right.

The "Vanderpump Rules" boss lady shared her thoughts on "Watch What Happens Live" Wednesday night, telling Andy Cohen ... Tom's second public apology to Ariana Madix didn't even seem like something he wanted to do.

She isn't fond of Raquel's mea culpa, either ... and, for LV's money, a situation this messy requires a proper sit-down and discussion -- she says that's the only way things can get back on track.

She also tells Andy about her thoughts on future business ventures, now that the backlash on Tom and Raquel is in full swing -- and you gotta see her take on Scheana Shay allegedly punching Raquel last week.

Lisa's not necessarily advocating violence ... but, she fully understands!

BTW -- we got Lisa as she was heading into 'WWHL' in NYC. She says she's been chatting with Ariana since we broke the news about the cheating scandal ... it doesn't sound like she's doing too well.

"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval has finally issued an apology to Ariana Madix nearly a week after he blew up their 10-year relationship over an affair he had with castmate Raquel Leviss.

Tom took to Instagram Tuesday night and directly addressed Ariana -- something he didn't do the first time he apologized for his romance with Raquel.

He wrote, "I want to first and foremost apologize to everyone I've hurt through this process. Most of all, I want to apologize to Ariana. I made mistakes, I was selfish, and made reckless decisions that hurt somebody I love. No one deserves to feel that pain so traumatically and publicly."

Tom continued, "I can only imagine how devastating this has been for Ariana and everyone around us. I feel really horrible about that. My biggest regret is that I dishonored Ariana."

He also went down memory lane, discussing the love he had for Ariana over the years, particularly behind the cameras of "Vanderpump Rules." He continues, "Some of our best times together were never filmed," adding, "The same goes for some of our biggest struggles."

Tom also said he was "beyond sad" for hurting so many people and acting in a way that doesn't reflect who he really is.  He ended with this, "I will continue to reflect and work on myself. I have work to do. I always have, and I always will."

Hours before issuing his second apology, Tom was spotted heading inside an L.A. building that houses many psychotherapy offices, apparently to talk things out with a shrink. His therapy sesh seemingly worked because he corrected his first apology in which he said sorry to everyone except Ariana.

As you know, Ariana found out about Tom's affair after reading his sexually explicit text messages with Raquel. Ariana then confronted Tom and the situation turned ugly, bringing their longtime relationship to a screeching halt.

Avril Lavigne's looking carefree with her new BF, but her ex-fiancé, Mod Sun, is having a hard time watching her move on so quickly and so publicly.

Sources close to Mod Sun tell TMZ … he's been down in the dumps since his split from Avril, which, as we first reported, was far from a mutual decision. As if being blindsided by the abrupt end to their engagement wasn't bad enough -- we're told he feels absolutely devastated by her budding romance with Tyga.

Avril and Tyga have been together all over Paris for Fashion Week, and they're pouring on the PDA pretty heavily... we just shared shots of them locking lips Monday night at one event.

Those pics are especially triggering for Mod.

Our sources pointed out Avril and her new guy are making out in the same city where Mod got down on bended knee to propose almost a year ago -- so, he views Avril parading around Paris as a huge slap in the face ... or even vengeful toward him.

We're told he feels he did nothing wrong, which is what makes Avril's new relationship a tough pill to swallow.

Sources close to the former pair tell us it was a series of text messages Ariana discovered Wednesday night between Tom and Raquel Leviss that caused her to believe he was cheating. We're told the messages and video were "sexual in nature" ... leading to a confrontation between Ariana and Tom.

Our sources tell us from there, Ariana told friends she found out Tom and Raquel had actually been seeing each other secretly for months -- as far back as the summer.

We're told there was growing suspicion between the former couple's friends that something may have been going on between Sandoval and Raquel ... but it was totally a surprise to Ariana.

As we told you, Ariana was spotted supporting Tom Wednesday night while he performed with his band and debuted a new single. In fact, eyewitnesses at the show say they were kissing and having a good time together -- very much still a couple.

Apparently, Tom has a different version ... a source close to Tom told us things had been unraveling between him and Ariana for quite some time ... but gotta say, that wasn't evidenced Wednesday before she'd discovered the text messages.

Tom and Ariana got together back in 2013 when she joined "Vanderpump Rules" as a full-time cast member ... while they never got married, they were certainly one of the anchor couples on the reality show for years.

Sandoval takes a sip of his drink after finishing up his new hit single, and you can hear some cheers ... but also others chanting, "Cheater, Cheater" or "Ariana!" from the audience.

In a TikTok video, you hear him respond, "We love her," while at another moment he addressed how most are choosing Ariana's side saying, -- "Have you ever been one of the most hated people in America?" according to Us Weekly.

The show comes just hours after TMZ broke the story of Tom and Ariana calling it quits after she discovered texts on his phone Wednesday night between Tom and costar Raquel Leviss. The messages and video were described as "sexual in nature" leading Ariana to confront him about his alleged cheating.

"Vanderpump Rules" producers are wasting no time in documenting the split and fallout between Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix after he cheated on her with a costar ... already getting the two in front of show cameras.

Our 'VPR' sources say both Tom and Ariana got together at their home Friday morning to talk about the end of their relationship. We're told cameras were rolling through the whole thing, and it was, at times, an emotionally charged situation.

The goal, our sources say, is to work the content into season 10 of 'Vanderpump' -- it's already airing episodes weekly -- but producers think they can get segments edited and pushed out before the end of the season.

However, it's been a storyline this season that Raquel has wanted to hook up with the show's other Tom, Tom Schwartz ... the two made out at Scheana Shay's wedding.

Tom and Ariana first got together back in 2013 when she joined the show as a full-time cast member.

Neither Tom or Ariana has addressed the split or what led up to it publicly ... though Ariana deleted her Instagram account.

Mod Sun is breaking his silence for the first time since Avril Lavigne called off the now-former couple's engagement ... saying he's dealing with a broken heart.

The singer took to his Instagram Tuesday to say, "In 1 week my entire life completely changed…I just know there’s a plan for it all. I’ll keep my head up + always listen to my heart, even when it feels broken 💔"

Mod was on tour, promoting his "God Save The Teen" album when TMZ broke the story that his and Avril's relationship was over ... and it appears road life and seeing his fans has worked as therapy.

Mod continues, "Being surrounded by love every night on tour has been an absolute blessing. I have the best friends in the entire world, thanks for always having my back. See you on stage."
