We're told Bombshell and Bree befriended each other hours before their on-stage makeout session for Pauly Shore's comedy show at The Palms on Sunday.

After the kiss, we're told Bree invited Bombshell to come back to Charlie Sheen's penthouse later that night ... and lo and behold, she did.

Around 2 AM, we're told Bombshell and a friend rolled over to Charlie's room -- only to discover a "trainwreck inside" ... consisting of Charlie, booze, and a whole lotta women.

Sucks for Cage ... because dude lost a boatload of dough on the 14,000+ sq foot mansion -- which he bought in 2006 for $8.5 -- because he was forced to get rid of it to pay off his mounting debt.

But more importantly, he looks JUST LIKE HIS DAD!!!

TMZ broke the story ... Charlie was on a bender over the weekend, holed up with three porn stars, including Bree Olson.

Charlie's people, as well as suits from the studio ... are deeply concerned for him. We're told Charlie's people have been trying to get him in rehab but he doesn't think he has a problem.

Charlie hasn't communicated with the people from "Two and a Half Men" yesterday or today.

The girl-on-girl action went down at The Palms Hotel on Sunday ... where the next day, Sheen was spotted taking a shot of Grey Goose at a hotel bar.

We're told the vodka session was the tail end of an epic "bender" -- and Bree, along with two mystery porn stars, was with Charlie for some of the action.

But, as TMZ previously reported, Sheen's people are very concerned about the actor's health -- and members of his inner circle have been urging him to check into a rehab program. We're told Charlie doesn't think he has a problem.

Sheen -- who was with a female companion -- bought himself the Grey Goose vodka shot ... and we're told there were other shots before that.

Charlie -- who has been in Vegas since the weekend -- was complaining to people at the bar that the suits behind "Two and a Half Men" had been urging him to go to rehab.

That's not far off. We're told Warner Bros. has been in touch with Charlie's team, trying to figure out a way of getting Charlie healthy. Sources say members of Charlie's team have urged him to go to rehab, but Charlie doesn't think he has a problem. Apparently, he's the only one who doesn't.

Sheen is due back on the set of the show tomorrow morning.

The "High School Musical" star will party at Pure Nightclub in Las Vegas this Saturday.

Ronnie endured a six-hour session at Mario Barth's King Ink in Las Vegas earlier this week to complete his heaven and hell themed tattoo. Ronnie's on and off girlfriend, Sammi Sweatheart, was there as well.

Sources close to the reality star tell TMZ, as soon as Ronnie sits down at his VIP table at Jet nightclub in Vegas on Saturday ... he'll get 2 magnum bottles of GG ($950 each) and 5 magnum bottles of Dom Rose ($1,875 each).

That's a grand total of $11,275 -- but good news for Ronnie, it ain't gonna cost him a dollar ... we're told the nightclub is comping everything.

Ronnie will be joined by his on-again, off-again GF Sammi Sweetheart and his manager Matt Cohen, plus six of his best buds from NYC.

Johnson took his black eye out for a round at Vanity nightclub at the Hard Rock Hotel on Saturday night with fellow UFC badass Quinton "Rampage" Jackson.
