JLo, Casper WE'VE SPLIT But It has Nothing to Do with Transsexual Texts

Published | Updated

Jennifer Lopez and Casper Smart have called it quits after nearly 2 1/2 years ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected with the former couple tell us ... they actually split nearly 2 months ago, but kept it on the down low. We're told the breakup was civil. They're still friendly but simply grew apart.

We're told the breakup had nothing to do with recent stories of Casper's sexual escapades. One source put it this way: "Casper has been a single guy and can text or see whoever he wants, but the idea that he was knowingly texting a transsexual is laughable." The source added, "He's not that guy, but like a lot of single guys online he obviously likes to look at a 'lil T and A."

Casper is in the process of moving out right now. We're told there was no rush because JLo's been on the road promoting her 10th album, AKA.

We're told Casper will be pursuing acting, which is why he took show directing and choreography off his Instagram.

Former Disney Exec Effectively Cleared In Questionable Sex Abuse Suit

Published | Updated

Former Disney Exec David Neuman has been quietly dropped from a sexual molestation case filed by a man who raked him over the coals at a very public news conference.

Michael Egan -- now 31 -- filed the suit against Neuman in April, claiming Neuman was part of a Hollywood sex ring repeatedly preying on Egan at pool parties, who was 15 at the time. Egan's lawyer, Jeff Herman, held a news conference where he and Egan attacked Neuman and others.

But Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, filed legal docs blowing Egan's claim out of the water, producing a sworn declaration from Egan back in 2003 in which Egan said he "never had any kind of physical contact" with Neuman that was sexual and that Neuman "never acted inappropriately."

Egan and Herman did not hold a news conference to announce the dismissal of the lawsuit. We spoke with Herman but he had no comment.

Neuman's lawyer, Patty Glaser, told the Hollywood Reporter, "We will hold accountable those who wrongly created the hurt and damage by making outrageous, unfounded assertions that cannot be undone."

Egan has not dropped his cases against 2 other Hollywood big wigs, but this isn't going to help his credibility.

Jonah Hill I'm an Idiot, Kids Don't Do What I Did

Published | Updated

Jonah Hill got seriously choked up while making his second public apology for blurting out a homophobic slur at a photographer -- and called himself a role model ... for what NOT to do.

Hill was on "The Tonight Show" when he brought up the video we posted Tuesday -- Jonah yelling to the photog, "Suck my d***, you f*****."

Hill was emotional about using a word he calls "grotesque."

He also addressed the LGBTQ community directly, and begged young people to ignore the example he'd set -- "Don't respond with hatred or anger because you're just adding more ugliness to the world."

Jonah Hill Accepts Responsibility for Homophobic Slur ... 'I Shouldn't Have Said That'

Published | Updated

Jonah Hill took on the controversy behind his homophobic slur head on this morning on Howard Stern ... fully admitting he made the hurtful comment and accepting full responsibility.

Hill lashed out at a paparazzo over the weekend, telling him, "Suck my d***, you f*****!"

Hill had the opportunity to deny using the word -- Stern said he couldn't really hear it in the clip -- but the "22 Jump Street Star" wouldn't let himself off the hook, saying, "What I said in that moment was disgusting ... I shouldn't have said that."

Hill -- who has been active in supporting gay rights -- took the blame for his remark ... though he did say the pap had been following him around all day and saying hurtful things about his family.

Hill's apology was near perfect -- he did play the "gay friends card" at one point ... telling Stern he just happened to be spending the rest of the day with a gay friend who is getting married soon.

A rep for the Human Rights Campaign, which has worked with Hill in the past, tells TMZ, "All around the world, LGBT young people go to bed at night and stare at the ceiling, sleeplessly wondering what awaits them the next day at school or at church or even in their own home. Hateful words like the one Jonah used are more harmful than he can ever know, especially to kids who hear nothing but negativity about being LGBT. We're glad to see that Jonah is willing to turn this into a teachable moment and we hope others will learn from his mistake."

Jonah Hill Throws Homophobic Slur at Photographer ... "Suck My D***, F*****"

Published | Updated

Jonah Hill got fed up with a photographer's comments about his outfit, and lashed out by hurling a gay slur at him, yelling ... "Suck my d***, you f*****!"

Hill was out in the Larchmont area of L.A. over the weekend when a couple paparazzi started asking questions. Hill kept silent ... even when one of the guys (not from TMZ) mocked his floral print board shorts, saying ... "I like the shorts though, bro. They are pretty sexy."

The photog followed Hill for another 40 seconds or so before wishing him a good day -- and that's when an obviously angry and frustrated Hill uncorked the homophobic slur.

Jonah's been a very vocal supporter of gay rights, and famously blasted Russia's anti-gay laws leading up to the Winter Olympics.

We called his rep for comment, but so far … haven't heard back.

Antoine Dodson If My Son's Gay I'll Help Make Him Straight

Published | Updated

Antoine Dodson says if his newborn son turns out to be gay he'd still love him ... but he'd do his best to change him and make him straight.

Dodson -- who became famous in 2010 when he fended off a rape and told a reporter, "Hide ya kids, hide ya wife, hide ya husbands ... cause they rapin' everybody out here" -- said last year he was disavowing his homosexuality and becoming a straight family man.

Dodson tells TMZ ... he believes living a gay lifestyle is wrong and anti-religious, but he would love his son regardless. He says, "I wouldn't be shocked because I lived that life before," adding, "I would try and get him help."

Dodson continued, "Even if he couldn't be fixed it doesn't matter because I still support him no matter what."

Benevolent of him.

Phil Robertson Yeah, I Meant What I Said About Gays

Published | Updated

Phil Robertson is stronger than ever that homosexuality is an evil that deserves disdain and eternal damnation.

The "Duck Dynasty" star gave a fire-and-brimstone sermon on Easter Sunday ... way stronger than his comments to GQ last December that triggered a brief suspension from the show.

Robertson told his congregation last month, "Neither the sexually immoral, nor the idolators, nor adulterers nor male prostitutes, nor homosexual offenders, nor thieves, nor greedy, nor drunkards, nor slanderers, nor swindlers will inherit the kingdom of God."

Robertson also scoffed at the media for criticizing them ... scoffing that reporters were ignorant when it comes to the bible.

Brandon Jennings GF ENDING DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP ... With Other Woman

Published | Updated

NBA star Brandon Jennings is one step closer to marrying girlfriend Lashontae Heckard -- because the ex-video vixen has filed papers to END her domestic partnership with another woman ... TMZ Sports has learned.

There are rumblings that Jennings and Heckard are engaged -- but fact is, Heckard can't legally tie the knot until she terminates her relationship with a woman named Monique Blanton ... who she domestically partnered up with back in 2008.

According to court docs filed in L.A. County Superior Court, Lashontae took Monique's last name -- so, their relationship appears to have been more than just a way to save on taxes.

Either way, Tae notes in legal docs that she and Monique separated in 2011 ... citing irreconcilable differences.

In the docs, Tae checked the box to legally restore her last name to Heckard -- clearing the way to become a Jennings ... if, in fact, she and Brandon trade "I dos."

Johnny Weir's Husband Goes to Cops After Alleged Scratch-Fest

Published | Updated

The truce between Johnny Weir and his husband was short lived -- TMZ has learned the two had another blowout fight last night in NJ ... and Victor Voronov reported the brawl to police today.

Sources connected to the couple say ... Victor told police Johnny found text messages badmouthing him on Victor's phone. Victor says the texts sent the Olympic ice skater into a tailspin ... and claims Weir unleashed a scratch attack all over him.

TMZ has obtained photos of Victor's injuries -- several minor cuts and bruises to his knee, hand, and wrist.

Victor chose NOT to get an emergency restraining order ... according to the complaint. As for the text messages -- we're told Victor is claiming they're old, and were written during their nasty separation.

Just 12 days ago Johnny announced he and Victor were sticking a fork in their divorce battle and happily reuniting.

We've reached out to Johnny and Victor -- nothing back yet.

Bryan Singer Accuser Former Disney Prez Never Molested Me

Published | Updated

Former Disney Prez David Neuman and "X-Men" director Bryan Singer did not sexually molest accuser Michael Egan -- so claimed Egan himself in sworn legal docs.

Egan signed a sworn declaration in 2003 after suing 3 other men (not Neuman or Singer) ... who allegedly molested him as a teenager back in the '90s at various parties.

Egan's 2003 declaration states, "I have never had any kind of physical contact with David Neuman other than what is normal and appropriate between non-sexual acquaintances."

The declaration goes on, "Up until this last month [December 2003], I have only had incidental social contact with David Neuman, which involved primarily the exchange of polite greetings and small talk. … [Neuman] never acted improperly around me or toward me, on a personal or professional level."

And get this ... during Egan's sworn deposition in the earlier case, he said no one other than the 3 defendants were "partaking in all this stuff." Egan now claims Singer was partaking, but his sworn words a decade ago flatly contradict that.

Neuman is asking the judge to throw out the case against him.

Michael Sam is getting the Lindsay Lohan treatment ... as in, the openly gay football player is getting his own reality show on Oprah's TV network ... reps at OWN confirm.

The show -- produced by the same people who did Lindsay's show -- will chronicle Sam's journey into the NFL ... and we're told Sam has already been taping the show for weeks.

In fact, we're told Oprah's crew was in the room when Sam learned he had been drafted by the St. Louis Rams ... and clearly knew his big celebratory kiss with his BF would make for great reality television.

Oprah issued a statement saying, "We are honored that Michael is trusting us with his private journey in this moment that has not only made history but will shape it forever."

Unclear when the series is set to debut -- or how the Rams feel about the situation.

Latest MJ Accuser He Kept Me Out of School ... So He Could Molest Me

Published | Updated

The lawyer for the latest Michael Jackson sexual molestation accuser is coming out swinging ... telling TMZ the pop star routinely made the young boy skip school so he could be "available" to MJ.

James Safechuck's lawyer, Maryann Marzano, tells TMZ ... MJ publicly flaunted his relationship with the boy, making it appear they were best friends and Safechuck was Michael's protege. The lawyer says in reality MJ was privately molesting the kid.

As TMZ previously reported, James Safechuck (who appeared alongside MJ in a 1987 Pepsi commercial) is accusing Jackson of years of sexual abuse. MJ estate attorney Howard Weitzman has called the allegations "false and scurrilous."

Marzano says a "narcissistic" MJ would prevent Safechuck from going to school as a 10 and 11-year-old so the boy could be available to him when he was on tour.

Marzano tells TMZ, "If there is still any question about the predatory nature of Michael Jackson’s so-called ‘friendships’ with young boys, it should be laid to rest by the indisputable facts of what Michael did to James Safechuck."

The specific accusations are sealed, but Marzano says the case against Michael is airtight.

Miley Cyrus Cracks Date Rape Joke During Club Appearance

Published | Updated

Miley Cyrus advocation for sex, drugs and everything else crossed a line the other day ... when she cracked a date rape joke while going on about how "everyone is a little bit gay."

Cyrus was performing at the legendary G-A-Y nightclub in London, when she brought a friend out on stage to wish him a happy birthday.

In discussing her friend's sexuality, Cyrus remarked, "You know, everyone’s a little bit gay … It’s the truth. Everyone’s gay, all it takes is one cocktail. And if that doesn’t work, sprinkle something in their drink. That’s what I always do."

This off-color comment follows her bizarre rant earlier in the week where she told her audience to quit smoking cigarettes and start smoking weed because it helps you get laid.

'Flip It Forward' Crew 'Blindsided' HGTV Treated Us Like Dirt

Published | Updated

The crew for "Flip It Forward" isn't turning the other cheek with HGTV ... telling TMZ they were completely "blindsided" by the network's decision to cancel the show, and send about 20 people to the unemployment line.

As we reported ... HGTV yanked the show -- 4 weeks into production -- after a blog reported hosts, twin brothers David and Jason Benham ... had led prayers at anti-gay protests back in 2012.

Crew members tell us they're pissed at the network -- not the Benham bros -- for laying them off with 5 weeks left to go. We're told many are pissed because they passed up other jobs ... thinking they'd have steady work for a while.

Sources on set say the Benhams were "extremely genuine, nice guys" who never pushed their religious beliefs on anyone ... and even took co-workers to basketball games, bars and dinners.

The crew's attitude is if anyone's a Judas in this mess ... it's the HGTV honchos who pulled the plug even though they were fully aware of the Benhams' views on gay marriage.

HGTV Show Cancelled Christian Hosts Defend Beliefs We Don't Hate Gays

Published | Updated

Twin conservative Christian brothers -- whose HGTV show just got yanked -- say they're being unfairly crucified for their religious beliefs about gays ... but if their faith costs them a TV show then "so be it."

David and Jason Benham got word yesterday HGTV had pulled the plug on their remodeling show, "Flip It Forward" which was set to debut in October. The network didn't give a reason.

The news came after a website reported the brothers were anti-gay activists who had led prayer rallies against homosexuality. Their father is also a prominent anti-abortion crusader.

The Benham brothers tell TMZ ... as Christians, they've never discriminated against people who don't share their views, saying "Anyone who suggests that we hate homosexuals or people of other faiths is either misinformed or lying."

They add ... "With all of the grotesque things that can be seen and heard on television today you would think there would be room for two twin brothers who are faithful to our families, committed to biblical principles, and dedicated professionals."

The Benhams say they've been remodeling the homes of 6 families in Charlotte for the show -- and they plan to finish with or without TV cameras.

Bryan Singer Lawyer Vows to Sue Accuser's Lawyer You're a Fame Whore!

Published | Updated

The lawyer repping the 2 clients who have accused "X-Men" director Bryan Singer of sexual molestation is a disgraced, shameless fame whore who is concocting phony lawsuits so he can get in the movies ... so claims Singer's lawyer.

Legal pit bull Marty Singer has sent attorney Jeff Herman a scathing letter -- obtained by TMZ -- warning him he is going to be sued for maliciously attempting to destroy Singer's reputation and life.

Singer says both cases are baseless -- claiming the allegation by Michael Egan that the director molested him in Hawaii is absurd, because Singer wasn't even in the state during the time in question. And Singer says the allegation involving another boy -- that Singer molested him in England when he was 16 is not only false, but the age of consent in that country is 16.

Singer says Herman didn't want the facts to get in the way of his lawsuits because it would deprive him of his "moment in the spotlight."

Singers writes ... Herman was suspended by the Florida bar for "dishonesty and deceit" and these lawsuits are an attempt "to revive your career after being so publicly and embarrassingly suspended."

And Singer says ... Herman is preening for the media both to make money and "to obtain an entree into a documentary film that we understand you are seeking to promote and in which you want to be featured."

Singer is demanding that Herman immediately drop the lawsuits ... or else.
