David Foster I'll Take Care of Yolanda ... For Now

Published | Updated

David Foster has settled up with Yolanda in their divorce, TMZ has learned, and she will be well taken care of, but not for life.

We've learned the couple has struck a property settlement agreement, based on a prenup they signed before they married in 2011.

Our sources say David was generous, but as one source put it, "Yolanda isn't getting enough to retire."

David filed legal docs asking the judge to reject any bid for spousal support, but she won't be asking because the prenup provides a payout to her in lieu of support.

The judge has not signed off on the divorce ... but that should happen soon.

Zika Virus Entrepreneurs Gunning for Zillions

For every epidemic, you'll find someone trying to make a quick buck, and now some hucksters are capitalizing on the Zika scare by flooding the market with "lifesaving" swag.

At least 6 people filed legal docs to lock down merchandising rights for Zika prevention kits. The products are all about mosquito repellents, including:

- Zika Shield: mosquito nets; particularly nets adapted to be mounted onto an umbrella

- Zika Screen: insect screens for use in building construction

- Zika Trap: insect traps

- Bye Bye Zika: mosquito repellent coils

- Anti Zika: cedar wood for use as an insect repellent; insect repellent tags for pets; mosquito repellent incense

- Zika Band: insect repellent wristband

Judge all you want ... there's a good chance these quick thinkers will rake in the dough.

Celine Dion I Can Sing and Execute Wills

Published | Updated

Celine Dion is not only a singer ... she's an official administrator of a vast estate.

We've obtained legal docs that make Celine the official administrator of her late husband Rene Angelil's estate, along with 2 others.

The docs reveal Rene left a will, and he was generous to his children, including kids from a prior marriage.

Rene left homes to 2 of his kids from his first marriage ... it looks like both homes are in Canada.

Celine and Rene have 2 vast estates, both of which are up for sale ... a $45 million Florida estate and a $25 million Quebec castle. The will says once the properties are sold, $9 million will go to a trust ... presumably for their 3 children. BTW ... there are other properties as well, which Celine retains.

Celine also gets all the furniture, cars, clothing, jewelry and personal effects. Most of his money goes into a trust ... which typically would provide for the surviving spouse and children.

And one amusing thing ... probate was opened in Nevada. Celine, who's one of the nicest people in show biz, had to declare she's not a felon.

Floyd Mayweather Backs Break Dancing Family ... Here's $10k, Bust a Move!

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather just came up HUGE for a crazy talented family of break dancers in desperate need of cash -- shelling out $10,000 to help them make it big, TMZ Sports has learned.

The dance group is called "The Finest Family" -- comprised of 6 adorable siblings from Chicago ... led by their dad, Henry.

They're incredible dancers -- but they've struggled financially for years. Henry says the family spent 6 months living out of their van in Chicago.

That was before Floyd came into the picture roughly 4 years ago ... saw them dance, became an instant fan and vowed to be a mentor for life. They've since been featured on shows like "Steve Harvey."

But earlier this month, with the family in serious need of cash (they wash cars to make ends meet), Mayweather contacted the crew and flew them out to Vegas to check in.

Get this ... during the trip, Mayweather pulled out $10,000 IN CASH and gave it to the family ... telling them, "Whatever you need, let me know."

"He's been a blessing," Henry said of Floyd ... "He's amazing."

The better news ... we're told "The Finest Family" recently got an audition with "America's Got Talent" and Henry says it's going well.

'Fast N' Loud' Host I Finally Got My O-O-O O'Reilly Auto Parts Money

Published | Updated

Fast N’ Loud” host Richard Rawlings just nailed the company that markets O'Reilly Auto Parts for underhanded business practices.

Rawlings claimed in a lawsuit that he was hired to promote the auto parts giant for $100k. He says he made personal appearances and sang the virtues of O'Reilly on social media. In return, he says he got screwed out of $40k.

A judge just awarded Rawlings a whopping $166,000 ... most of which are punitive damages for intentional wrongdoing. The marketing company didn't even bother responding to the lawsuit, so the judge entered a default judgment.

Rawlings is pleased, telling us, "There's a lot of bad guys in this business. This one got caught."

George Zimmerman Kills One Deal ... Strikes Bigger One for Trayvon Gun

Published | Updated

George Zimmerman will now make $100,000 more than anticipated for the sale of the gun he used to kill Trayvon Martin -- because he got a much bigger offer for the 9 mm weapon.

Zimmerman had reached a deal with a Florida bar owner to sell it Friday for $150k -- but at the last minute Zimmerman pulled the plug when he found out someone else was offering $250k.

Sources connected to Zimmerman tell us a female bidder contacted his attorney Thursday to make a deposit. Zimmerman initially didn't take the offer seriously, but we're told her funds were verified before the auction ended.

We're told it's now a done deal at the $250k price tag. Still unclear if the purchaser will remain anonymous.

Kim Kardashian Peed on Pregnancy Stick For Free!

Published | Updated

Kim Kardashian doesn't usually endorse things for free so Clearblue scored a HUGE free promotion when Kim endorsed their pregnancy test on social media.

Reps for the brand tell us Kim's no brand ambassador and wasn't paid a single penny to rep their digital pregnancy test when she shared her baby #3 scare with the world. Kim's usual starting rate for repping a brand is reportedly a cool $1 million, so that should put things in perspective.

Kim bought 2 other brands, but Clearblue's digital test was the lucky one to make the final cut in her Snapchat ... and apparently it was on the house.

Floyd Mayweather $50 Mil Offer to McGregor ... But No Deal Yet

Published | Updated

Floyd Mayweather has a $50 MILLION offer out to Conor McGregor, sources tell TMZ Sports ... but it's going to take a lot more to seal the deal.

We're told Floyd is proposing a New Year's Eve fight in Vegas and Conor is game. We're told Floyd's $50 million offer is far less than half the amount the fight would rake in ... and therein lies the rub.

Floyd has been talking to the wrong guy, because Conor can't ink the deal. It's all about convincing Dana White, and there's just no way White would accept such a lopsided deal. Fact is ... in 3 critical Pay-Per-View markets -- Europe, Australia and Canada -- Conor is a bigger star than Floyd.

Floyd's last fight produced disappointing PPV numbers, and Conor's star has never been brighter. Even his loss to Nate Diaz was epic ... the fight was great and it did not disappoint fans.

Sources connected with Floyd tell us ... the champ has not approached Dana, at least not yet.

Open your wallet Mayweather ... it could happen.

IT'S THE LUCK OF THE DRAW

Michelle Rodriguez did not mince words about the disparity between men and women when paycheck Friday comes along ... it's just a man's world.

Michelle was leaving LAX Thursday when our photog asked her about Seth Rogen's rant over the wage gap. Michelle was quick to say she gets paid way less than her male movie counterparts, and then equated being born a woman to being born a slave.

She's awesome as always, and super interesting.

David Hasselhoff I'm Broke

Published | Updated

David Hasselhoff -- who made hundreds of millions of dollars from "Baywatch", "Knight Rider" and various other TV shows, movies and other entertainment ventures -- says he can't afford to support his ex-wife anymore because he's got less than $4k in cash to his name.

David and ex-wife Pamela Bach are locked in a spousal support war -- she's currently getting $252k a year, but he wants that amount significantly lowered, saying he's a shadow of his former financial self.

Hasselhoff says his European tour got cut short because of poor ticket sales, and he's not sure if his new reality show, "Hoff the Record," will make him flush again.

David says he's trying to stay "relevant," but it's hard. He admits to grossing $112k a month, but spends $66k. When you add what Pam gets plus taxes and living expenses, he says he saves next to nothing.

As for other assets, he states in court docs, obtained by TMZ, he has a total of $1.79 mil in real estate, retirement savings, cars, jewelry, art and other odds and ends, but cash is running perilously short.

Pamela has a wildly different story, claiming Hoff's worth more than $120 million and he continues to work. She says he has property all over the world.

There's a court hearing at the end of the month.

Sia Ultimate 'Survivor' Fangirl Throws $100k To Show Finalist

Published | Updated

Sia and her famous bangs handed out major bucks ... $100k to one of the 'Survivor' finalists, who was 100% surprised by her generous gift.

During Wednesday night's finale a voice was heard interrupting Jeff Probst ... and then Sia shocked everyone by jumping onstage and dishing out the dough to fan favorite Tai Trang. Sia's reason for the big donation -- she's a huge fan of the show and was moved by Trang's positive messages throughout the season.

$50k is going directly to Trang, and the rest to his favorite charities. Trang tells us he's still unsure how he'll spend his cut -- but is vowing to spread the other half around several charities in San Francisco, where he lives.

The tribe has spoken ... and Sia's pretty loaded.

Phil Mickelson Sued By SEC $930k Profit From Insider Info

Published | Updated

Phil Mickelson made nearly $1 MILLION in the stock market off information stemming from insider trading ... this according to the Securities and Exchange Commission which just sued the golfer.

According to a lawsuit filed by the SEC, Mickelson got a tip about Dean Foods company in 2012 from famed sports gambler Billy Walters.

The SEC believes Walters got his information from a longtime friend who was a director at the company.

But since Phil allegedly took Billy's info -- and made roughly $931k in profits from subsequent trades -- the SEC believes Phil's money was ill-gotten and he should have to forfeit the money to the SEC.

The SEC believes Phil owed Walters money at the time of the trade -- the assumption is that he urged Phil to make the financial moves to make some money to pay him back.

Shocking allegations, considering Phil has made more than $79 MILLION in career earnings, according to the PGA.

Charlie Sheen $40 Million Missing I'm Getting Screwed by 'Anger'

Published | Updated

Charlie Sheen signed a sweet and lucrative deal to make millions upon millions off "Anger Management" ... but he's getting ZILCH out of it, and believes he's getting the runaround.

Sources close to Sheen tell us he hasn't gotten a single payment yet from his syndication deal for the FX sitcom ... even though he owns about 30 percent of the show. Charlie made 100 episodes of 'Anger' before production shut down, but the reruns are now being sold in syndication. We're told Sheen feels like he sees it airing "day and night" all over TV, so he's pissed he's not getting paid.

Charlie's saying execs have given him all kinds of excuses -- like the show ran over budget, "unforeseen costs" ... and haven't turned a profit yet.

Sheen's not buying it and feels he should've already raked in between $30-$40 million. TV insiders think the total deal could ultimately earn him up to $200 mil.

He's gathering his lawyers for a meeting next week, and we're told Sheen is seriously considering legal action.

Prince Bro's Spawn Enter Money War And Here's Their 'Proof'

Published | Updated

Prince's alleged niece and grandniece are officially in the game ... filing documents they believe prove they ARE blood relation to his royal purpleness.

Turns out Prince's deceased half brother ... Duane Nelson Sr. had a daughter, Brianna ... and a granddaughter, Victoria. Both filed documents in Prince's probate claiming they are rightful heirs.

For evidence, they included Duane Sr.'s 1958 birth certificate ... which lists John Nelson as Duane's father -- same as Prince.

As we first reported ... an attorney alerted the court of Victoria's existence. Brianna, on the other hand, came outta left field.

Family sources tell us Tyka Nelson and the other established siblings have questioned whether Duane was actually blood. The new docs are a good start -- showing Duane's direct link to Prince -- but Victoria and Brianna will most likely have to submit to DNA testing as well ... to get a cut of the inheritance.

George Zimmerman Trayvon Gun Sold for Over $120K

Published | Updated

George Zimmerman's auction for the gun he used to kill Trayvon Martin has closed ... and the winning bid topped $120,000.

We're told roughly 7 verified users participated in the bidding war. Zimmerman has to verify the winner and his or her funds before the sale is finalized. The top bidder is anonymous at this point, due to the auction site's rules.

TMZ previously reported United Gun Group decided to pull the listing due to fake bids driving up the price. The site added a private email verification to sift out the fake bids.

There are reports the gun sold for $138k, but we're told that number is one of those fake bids.
