Published | Updated

"Million Dollar Listing" star Josh Flagg kept alive the tradition -- of rich kids getting richer -- by unloading his posh Hollywood home to another famous kid.

Flagg tells TMZ ... his now former house, just off the Sunset Strip, has had quite a run of celebrity owners -- and he just sold the quaint 2-bed, 2-bath 1700 sq. ft. home for $2 million.

Checkout the pedigree on the crib: Flagg, grandson of fashion mogul Edith Flagg ... bought it from David Katzenberg -- son of DreamWorks honcho Jeffrey Katzenberg -- for $1.6 mil back in 2013.

And now Josh is handing the keys to Nicolas Pakzad -- son of legendary designer Bijan Pakzad.

Rich kids ... struggling the same way none of us do.

Honey Boo Boo Family Calls BS on TLC Ultimatum You Breached Our Deal!

Published | Updated

Honey Boo Boo and the brood are laughing off TLC's legal threats ... because they say their contract was breached by the network -- and they have no obligation to fulfill their old deal.

Sources close to Mama June and co. tell us the family claims their health insurance hasn't been paid since November -- which was part of their contract -- so they no longer believe they should answer to TLC.

But our network sources claim the deal only required TLC to pay through 2014 -- which it says was covered in full. For extra generosity, the network claims it agreed to pay for the family's insurance this year too, up until May -- and we're told THAT is June's beef.

We're told TLC intends to make the payment ... it just hasn't yet.

As we previously reported ... TLC sent the family an ultimatum saying they can't work for another entertainment company until their contract runs its course at the end of May.

The Honey Boo Boo clan says because they haven't gotten the money, they believe they're free to play let's make a deal all over Hollywood.

Lou Ferrigno Exercises His Right to Threaten Bro ... With a Lawsuit

Published | Updated

Lou Ferrigno is angry at his brother (and you won't like him when he's angry) but instead of turning green ... he's skipping right to threatening a lawsuit over his bro's exercise equipment business.

Lou and his brother Andrew had a legal skirmish a few years back and eventually reached a settlement ... which Lou says limits Andrew to using the phrase "Andrew Ferrigno equipment." He also has to make it clear his biz has no affiliation with Lou's companies and websites.

Lou claims Andrew has violated the order because he's using the word "exercise" in the name of his store ... and insists the disclaimer is nowhere to be found on Andrew's website or social media.

Lou's lawyers sent a letter threatening to sue ... and Andrew tells us since then he's met all of his brother's demands. Well, except for removing the word "exercise" from his store's name.

Andrew tells TMZ, "My brother has money, so why does he need to suck me dry? I am so bewildered by the fact that an actor of his stature would stoop so low as to sue his own brother twice."

DJ Khaled All He Does Is Stiff ... Sued By Jeweler

Published | Updated

DJ Khaled was slapped with a lawsuit by a NY jeweler who says the rapper ordered a ton of bling, but refused to pay for a thing -- and is now more than $100,000 in the red.

According to legal docs obtained by TMZ ... Khaled got 2 Rolex watches, a custom made diamond chain, a pair of diamond earrings, and a 4 carat diamond ring from Rafaello & Company in 2012.

R&C says it had a written agreement with Khaled that gave him 15 days to check out any jewelry the company sent him. The deal was ... if he liked the goods, he would pay -- and if not, send 'em back.

But in the lawsuit, R&C says Khaled did neither -- keeping the watches, chain, earrings and ring ... and never paid a dime for them when he was billed.

We reached out to Khaled's rep, and so far no word back -- but as his biggest hit says ... "Got money on my mind, I can't never get enough."

Disney Star Sues Dad for Unger Games He Blew My Cash On His GF

Published | Updated

The star of Disney's "Lab Rats" ... Billy Unger got fleeced by his own dad/manager, who used the cash to impress a chick ... according to a lawsuit filed by Billy.

In the docs ... Billy says his popager William Unger mishandled nearly $400K of his earnings last year. He also says his dad was gouging him for a 33.3% commission ... when the industry standard is between 10% and 20%.

Billy says his dad even siphoned away $120K to whisk away his GF on lavish vacations, and bankroll her living expenses. And it gets worse -- in the suit, Billy says his dad "despicably" took out a $1 million life insurance policy on him and made himself the sole beneficiary.

Billy's asking a judge to order his dad to repay the missing money, plus damages.

For his part ... William Unger claims his son's accusations are "false and frivolous" -- and he blames the lawsuit on a "manipulative negative force in [Billy's] life whose sole focus is to administer pain." He added, "I love Billy with all my heart" ... and he wants to rebuild their relationship.

Lena Dunham Too Bad, So Sad ... I Got a New House :(

Published | Updated

Lena Dunham better buy a lot of Kleenex ... she threw down nearly $2.7 million for a new pad in L.A. -- you know, the same city that makes her super depressed.

Dunham told Vogue last year that L.A. just wasn't her bag -- but she's clearly had a change of heart. She bought a 2,500 sq. ft. 3-bed, 3-bath house just off the Sunset Strip.

Her first big ticket West Coast crib includes a swank guest house and pool. The "Girls" creator normally comes to L.A. once a year to edit the show, but looks like she's prepping to suffer on a more regular basis.

Home is where the tears are.

Ex 'SoA' Star's Dad My Dead Son's Company Is Ripping Me Off

Published | Updated

Former "Sons of Anarchy" star Johnny Lewis -- who's been dead for more than 2 years -- just got sued by his own father for a huge chunk of cash the actor failed to pay back before his death.

If you recall, Johnny fell to his death off the roof of his Los Angeles landlady's home in September 2012 ... after he killed her and dismembered her cat.

According to the legal docs obtained by TMZ … 2 weeks before Johnny died, Michael Lewis loaned more than $60,000 to his son's company to cover legal costs, Screen Actors Guild dues, insurance, and moving expenses.

Michael says so far, he's only gotten back $23K from his son's estate -- so he's suing Johnny's estate to get back the unpaid cash.

A debt is a debt.

Lupita Nyong'o Thief Threw Oscar Dress Off the Balcony

Published | Updated

Cops are flustered as to how the Lupita Nyong'o Oscar dress escaped detection when it was taken from her hotel room, but now we know ... it was thrown off her balcony.

TMZ broke the story ... the surveillance video was unhelpful. The cameras weren't trained on Lupita's door and none of the cameras on the floor showed anything suspicious.

The guy who stole the dress -- who called TMZ Friday with a road map to recovery in The London West Hollywood bathroom -- told us he knew where the cameras were placed in the hallway so he was never seen. As for the dress ... he said he threw it over the balcony and someone on the ground picked it up.

As we reported ... the thief says he took 2 of the pearls off of the dress and went down to the Garment District for appraisal, but found they were worthless fakes. That's when the thief took the dress back to the hotel.

The thief told us he knew Lupita was in the room where they took the dress and waited for the opportunity to enter ... which they did when they found the door was ajar.

By the way ... the thief also says he saw Lupita's Oscar gift bag -- valued at $125,000 which he didn't take. Looks like he chose wrong.

NBA Star Eric Bledsoe Drops $2,500 On Gold, Diamond Grillz

Published | Updated

NBA superstar Eric Bledsoe gave himself a "Treat Yo'self" moment after signing his $70 million contract with the PHX Suns ... dropping thousands of dollars on gold and diamond grillz!

TMZ Sports has learned the 25-year-old point guard recently hit up Thizzelles Grillz -- a high-end grill maker in NYC -- and dropped $5,000 on two sick pieces ... one for himself, one for his brother.

The grillz -- which cover six bottom teeth -- are made of 18 karat gold ... and are encrusted with 6 high-quality diamonds.

The process is complicated ... take an impression, make a wax mold, fill it with gold or platinum, drill holes, screw in diamonds. Grill done.

Bledsoe isn't the only baller joining the grill movement ... Thizzelles owner Scott Spira says he's hooked up several athletes including Broncos cornerback Omar Bolden and Browns guard Shawn Lauvao.

And these things ain't cheap ... "Depending on the metal and diamonds the grillz can run up to 100K."

Say chee$e.

Kevin Federline I'm Makin' Bank Now As a DJ!!!

Published | Updated

Kevin Federline has gone from living in a $10 million house to DJing in the OC for a grand.

KFed will be spinning at Heat Nightclub March 7th. He's not making Britney money -- $475K a show in Vegas -- but he's getting a thousand bucks and that's a start.

The good news ... he's still getting child support, although the $20K a month went down significantly after Britney stabilized and took more custody back.

Here's the thing. Kevin is a happy guy who knows music and has even had a hit -- yes, "Popo Zao" counts. And we hear the club is pretty awesome and the crowd will go crazy if he plays it.

Kevin Federline. He comes tight with every rhyme. And he built a kingdom down the street from Pepperdine.

NBA's Earl Watson My Wife's Acting Career Tanked After 'My Wife And Kids'

Published | Updated

Ex-NBA player Earl Watson claims he shouldn't have to pay up just because his estranged wife's acting career FELL OFF A CLIFF after her days of starring on a hit TV show ... and wants a judge to protect his wallet in their nasty child support war.

Watson has gone to battle with Jennifer Freeman -- who starred as Claire Kyle on "My Wife and Kids" back in the early 2000s. They have a 5-year-old daughter together.

The two are warring over cash -- she claims she deserves way more than the court-ordered $2,500-per-month in child support since he's rich. He claims he's not as ballin' as he used to be ... because he's retired from the NBA and only making $30k per year as a coach in the NBA's D-league.

But in new court docs filed in L.A County Superior Court, Watson also included a few digs at Freeman's acting career ... saying, "She has not been employed on a full-time basis since appearing in the early 2000s on the television show 'My Wife and Kids.'"

"She has secured sporadic acting roles for which she has received nominal remuneration. Her last paying job was in Nov. 2014 when she appeared on the Real Husbands of Hollywood."

Ouch.

We may understand where the hostility comes from ... back in 2010, Watson claimed Freeman attacked him with an iron!! Though the two reconciled after that incident.

As for Freeman, she claims she has a holding deal with BET which prevents her from getting other jobs. She also says she's the primary caretaker for their kid and needs more cash to pay for things like private school, extracurricular activities and other child-related expenses.

Freeman says Watson owns a ton of real estate worth millions ... and can afford to pony up more dough.

A judge has yet to rule.

Calvin Klein We Never Said Lupita's Oscar Dress was Real

Published | Updated

It's turning into the greatest Oscar story in years. Lupita Nyong'o's stolen Oscar dress -- which was reportedly worth between $150,000 and $10 MILLION -- appears to be all smoke and mirrors.

TMZ broke the story ... the thief called us Friday afternoon and said he took 2 of the pearls down to the Garment District in L.A. and learned they were fake. That's when he returned the dress to the hotel.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... Calvin Klein's people never told them if the pearls were real or fake. We're told the only person who represented the pearls as real and valued the dress at $150K was Lupita's stylist.

A source directly connected with the Women's Creative Director of Calvin Klein, Francisco Costa, put it this way to TMZ, "Did anyone ever say they were real from Calvin Klein? I always assumed everyone knew they were fake, but I guess not."

The source awesomely adds, "Do they really make dresses out of real jewels since Cleopatra died?"

Kardashians E! Isn't Paying $100 Mil, But It's Close

Published | Updated

Reports the Kardashians have scored $100 million from E! for 4 more seasons are NOT true ... they're only getting a measly $80 mil ... TMZ has learned.

NBCUniversal called the $100 mil story "grossly inaccurate." But our sources connected with the network say the word "grossly" may be grossly inaccurate, because we're told best case scenario they could earn in the $80 million range (with ratings bonuses) for 3 seasons with an option for a 4th.

We're also told the deal is all-encompassing and includes all of the work the family and individuals do for the network.

And get this ... Y chromosomes are personae non gratea for the new deal. We're told Scott Disick has his own deal outside the Kardashians and Rob will only get paid per episode if he ends up on the show at all. As for Bruce -- he'll only look like a double X -- but we're told his X and Y chromosomes are not part of the deal either.

As for why NBCUniversal put out such an unusual statement ... our sources say they don't want it out there that the cash register drawer opened in a big way, although we're told the original report definitely had over-inflated numbers.

'American Idol' Josh Gracin Nothing to Lose in Divorce ... But Half His Music

Published | Updated

It's a good thing "American Idol" Season 2 finalist Josh Gracin is a country singer -- he just got a ton of inspiration by losing half his music rights in his divorce ... which was just finalized.

According to divorce docs ... the exes divvied up their assets, and Ann Gracin is walking with a 50% stake in 24 songs Josh recorded during their 17-year marriage.

Josh will also shell out $1590/month in alimony, and $1436/month for child support. They have four kids -- and will share custody, but there's a complication. Each has a restraining order against the other, requiring them to stay at least 25 feet away.

Interestingly, Ann was ordered to return Josh's Glock. As we reported ... Josh was placed on a 5150 psychiatric hold after posting an apparent suicide threat on Facebook last August. Ann filed divorce papers the next month.

Josh's next album should be interesting.

I WANNA PIECE OF THE DOLPHINS

Rick Ross says he still wants to be Tha Boss of the Miami Dolphins ... telling TMZ Sports he "can't wait" for team officials to invite him to become a minority owner.

As we previously reported, Ross met with the Dolphins last year -- and said he was willing and able to buy a piece of the team ... just like Serena Williams, Gloria Estefan and others.

But the hold up is the Dolphins ... who ultimately decide which rich people they'll "invite" into the ownership group and when to invite them.

So, when we saw Ross out in NYC Wednesday night, we had to ask if he was still into the idea ... or if all of the waiting had turned him off.

Check out the clip ... it's clear Ross is willing to be patient to get what he wants.

BONUS -- Ross also screws with our photog ... and it's pretty funny.
