Siva From "The Wanted" My 'Star Wars' Dream Wedding Is Actually Going Down!

Published | Updated

"The Wanted" singer Siva Kaneswaran convinced his girlfriend to throw a "Star Wars"-themed wedding ... and he didn't even have to use Jedi mind tricks.

Siva's fiancee Nareesha McCaffrey agreed to the gimmicky nuptials -- actually we're told he just wore her down -- but the one outstanding sticking point was the dress.

We're told his fiancee refused to walk down the aisle in a slave Leia costume. She's insisting on a traditional wedding dress.

Their dog/ring bearer was not so lucky ... he'll be wearing a Chewbacca outfit.

Groomsmen will wear "Star Wars" cuff links and boutonniere's emblazoned with the movie's logo -- along with other fun stuff.

May the Force prenup be with you.

Leonardo DiCaprio My Autographed Mandela Pic was Stolen I Want it Back Now!

Published | Updated

Leonardo DiCaprio says he's the victim of a heist involving the likes of Nelson Mandela ... and he's out for blood.

Leo took a pic with Mandela when the actor was shooting "Blood Diamond" in South Africa. Mandela autographed the pic for Leo with the inscription, "To Leo DiCaprio, Best Wishes, Mandela, 4-8-07."

Somehow the autographed pic never got to Leo. Sources connected with the actor tell TMZ ... he believes it was stolen.

The prized photo eventually made its way to a company called Moments in Time, which is now selling it with an asking price of $25,000.

Leo wants the photo back and according to the NY Post he sicked his lawyer on the company. But Moments in Time is telling Leo to pound sand, claiming they rightly own the photo.

In case you care, there's this thing in the law called "bona fide purchaser," meaning if someone buys property not knowing it was ill-gotten, they're generally the rightful owner nonetheless.

Gary Zimet, owner of Moments in Time, tells TMZ ... he purchased the photo within the last month and expects it to sell in a few days. Zimet says he's "not concerned in the least" about Leo's legal threats.

Lindsay Lohan Wins Italian Acting Award. Seriously.

Published | Updated

Lindsay Lohan doesn't hear the words, "and the award goes to ..." very often ... she heard it Tuesday ... when she took home a trophy at a film festival in Italy. We kid you not.

Lindsay was honored with the Biggest Comeback Award at the Ischia Global Film & Music Fest. She even showed up to collect her hardware and make a brief acceptance speech -- 'cuz you never know if that opportunity's ever gonna come around again.

We're not exactly sure what comeback they're talking about ... her recent acting work has been limited to TV ... and her last film was "The Canyons" -- which grossed $56K.

'Straight Outta Compton' Casting Agency Admits Mistake Not All Poor People Are Fat & Dark

Published | Updated

The people behind the "Straight Outta Compton" movie say they're NOT just casting overweight, dark-skinned black girls to play "poor" people in the movie ... telling TMZ the casting ad was an "innocent mistake."

The ad went viral -- with the casting company inviting L.A.-based women to apply for one of several categories of extras that will be featured in the film.

The casting agency used an A, B, C, D scale to group the women. Here's the breakdown:

A) "Hottest of the hottest. Models" (open to women of any race)
B) "Fine ... Beyonce is a protoype here" (light-skinned women)
C) African American girls ... Medium to light skinned with a weave
D) "These are African American girls. Poor, not in good shape. Medium to dark skin tone."

People were upset ... since the "D" group was the only group associated with an economic class -- "poor" -- and it was made up of only dark-skinned, out of shape black women.

But we spoke with a rep for Sande Alessi Casting who tells us ... the ad was an "innocent mistake" -- and when it comes to casting the "poor" people, they're also looking for women of various skin tones and body types.

As for people who claim the A,B,C,D grouping system was racist -- Sande Alessi Casting says it's the usual method they use to look for different types of people for any project and it wasn't meant to offend anyone.

Chris Christie The Rock Body Slams Political Video

Published | Updated

Chris Christie can take down a plate of buffalo wings, but he can't beat The Rock ... at least not when it comes to his political satire video.

Christie posted a YouTube video this week ... a mock trailer that portrayed the New Jersey governor as an action hero fighting for pension reform. But the video -- titled "No Pain, No Gain" -- featured a shot of Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson from one of his films.

Johnson's lawyers complained and the video was taken down. It was re-cut ... sans The Rock ... and re-posted again. Christie's Twitter page read, "Unfortunately The Rock is in high demand & won’t be able to appear in our Summer flick. But #NoPainNoGain lives on."

BTW ... The Rock is a registered Republican.

Seth MacFarlane Sued WE Had 'Ted' First And He Liked Drugs and Hookers Too

Published | Updated

Seth MacFarlane's now-famous teddy bear was lifted from a 2008 screenplay about an eerily similar furry creature who had a penchant for booze and prostitutes ... so claims the company that is suing Seth.

Bengal Mangle Productions claims it created a screenplay called "Acting School Academy" ... about a teddy bear named Charlie who lives in a human world. The screenplay became a web series that was a big hit on YouTube, FunnyorDie and others.

The Production company does NOT claim it had any dealings with MacFarlane, but alleges there's no way he didn't know about it since Charlie was such a hit.

The lawsuit claims Ted's characteristics are strikingly similar to Charlie's -- both hang out on the couch, smoke and drink beer, they have friends who are washed up child stars and they're both active on social media.

The suit also lists similar tweets.

-- Charlie: I don't like cocaine. I just like the smell of it July, 2009
-- Ted: Just acid, and coke, and ex and DMT. That's where I draw the lines June, 2012

-- Charlie: I'm a bear and my nose is at crotch level. What do women expect? March, 2009
-- Ted: I don't mind giving the ladies oral pleasure. I just Febreeze the s**t out of my snout after. April, 2012.

Ted's last line definitely wins.

Sacha Baron Cohen English City Cries For Boycott City Leaders say RELAX

Published | Updated

Sacha Baron Cohen has pissed off people in the English town of Grimsby -- who say his new film depicts them as hooligans and low-lifes -- but town leaders tell TMZ ... angry residents need to chill.

Some Grimbarians are threatening to boycott the release of the flick, if Cohen doesn't re-edit the movie to fairly portray the townspeople. They believe Cohen's movie makes them look like the "Borat" portrayal of Kazakhstan.

But City Council members tell TMZ ... protesters should relax ... the film is a comedy -- not a realistic depiction of Grimsby. They say Cohen isn't even shooting in Grimsby.

The flick -- "Grimsby" -- features an English football hooligan (Cohen) who goes on a mission with his brother ... a British spy. Pics from the set show a trash-littered neighborhood populated with drunks and degenerates.

BTW ... to help understand why people who live in Grimsby are so sensitive ... the town was a thriving fishing port until the '80s ... when the biggest company left town and unemployment skyrocketed. The town never really recovered.

Sandra Bullock Stalker Came Face-to-Face At Bedroom Door

Published | Updated

The intruder arrested inside Sandra Bullock's home came face-to-face with her ... right outside her bedroom ... TMZ has learned.

We've obtained the search warrant allowing cops to search for an arsenal of weapons owned by Joshua Corbett. TMZ broke the story ... cops found 7 guns at Corbett's home -- including assault rifles -- but they believe more are out there.

The search warrant outlines a chilling confrontation between Bullock and Corbett. At 1 AM she hears a loud banging inside the house. Bullock goes to her bedroom door to close and lock it and she sees Corbett right there in the hallway wearing dark clothing.

Bullock slams the door shut, locks it and calls 911. She told cops she had showered before going to bed, so he may have been there the whole time.

When the cops arrived, Corbett began screaming, "Sandy, I'm sorry. Please don't press charges."

Corbett was carrying a notebook with cut-out magazine pics of Bullock and multiple, handwritten notes. One of the notes said, "I will forever be thinking of you and Louie, my son, as you are my wife by law, the law of God and you belong to me and me to you."

Corbett also forgives Bullock for "anything you may have done" and then tries to compliment her, writing Bullock is "hot and intelligent, lissome and taught [sic]."
