Since Tila tweets her every moment, she provided her own play-by-play of the accident. Tila first said she fell off her chair and "slammed my head into the wall and heard the back of my skull crack. theres a dent in it now!"

Shortly thereafter, Tila recalled the tragic events of Natasha Richardson (but not her name) when she tweeted: "I should call the ambulance just in case? like that one actress that died cuz she hit her head &thought she was ok but died later..pray 4 me."

Tila's next entry: "Ambulance on the way to my house. I could have a brain concussion and die ina few hours."

Tila's agent provided the final tweet of the night, saying Tila suffered a concussion and wouldn't be able to tweet any further updates. Tila was released from the hospital and returned home last night.

A pickup truck crashed into one of Trace Adkins' tour buses this morning, killing two people in the pickup truck ... this according to Caddo Parish Sheriff's Office in Louisiana.

Adkins was not on board the bus at the time.

None of Adkins' band members were thought to have suffered serious injuries, but Caddo Sheriff Steve Prator told KTBS he believed both men in the pickup were killed on impact. The pickup truck crossed the center line and crashed into the tour bus, Prator told the station.

Sgt. Michael Gray tells us they believe the pickup was coming from a casino.

Anderson Cooper often puts himself in harm's way to get a story -- but a NYC woman claims she was the one put at risk and it was all his fault.

Cooper is being sued by a woman who claims she fell through a hole at a firehouse in Greenwich Village that he's converting into a new home.

According to the NY Post, the incident happened last September when the woman fell 17 feet through a hole that once contained fire pole -- the pole had been removed, but the hole remained.

Bill was released early this morning and plans on returning soon to McDonald's his work on Haiti relief.

President Bill Clinton was admitted to a hospital in NY today after experiencing chest pain.

A rep for 63-year-old Clinton just released the following statement:

"Today President Bill Clinton was admitted to the Columbia Campus of NY Presbyterian hospital after feeling discomfort in his chest.

Following a visit to his cardiologist, he underwent a procedure to place 2 stents in one of his coronary arteries.

President Clinton is in good spirits and will continue to focus on the work of his Foundation and Haiti's relief and long-term recovery efforts."

The statement continues, "In 2004, President Clinton underwent a successful quadruple bypass operation to free four blocked arteries."

FYI -- a "stent" is a device that opens up a blocked artery.

UPDATE: Hilary Clinton has announced that she's on her way from Washington to be with Bill.

Former NFL star Warren Sapp was arrested by Miami Beach police this afternoon and charged with misdemeanor domestic battery stemming from an allegedly violent confrontation with his girlfriend.

According to the Miami Beach Police Department, Sapp is accused of attacking his girlfriend of two years at around 5:00 AM Saturday at the Shore Club Hotel.

According to the arrest report, the alleged victim had "a swollen right knee and bruises on the back of her neck."

She claims Sapp allowed her to sleep in his hotel room -- then came into the room early in the morning and pulled her out of bed. The alleged victim says they began arguing about guys she was hanging out with earlier Friday night.

Sapp's girlfriend told cops that during the argument Sapp "grabbed her and began to choke her." He eventually threw her out of the room, she claims.

According to KHBS News, Joshua and John Duggar pulled the girl out of her car after a crash in front of Josh's car dealership left her unconscious -- then started administering CPR and called 911.

When the fire department arrived, Josh held the IV bag as firefighters took over -- and John shot the whole thing on his cell phone.

No word on if the vid will show up on a very special episode of "19 and Counting."

Phil Harris -- the captain of the F/V Cornelia Marie on "Deadliest Catch" -- underwent a 12-hour emergency surgery last night ... and was put in a medically induced coma.

Harris suffered a stroke on Friday and was rushed to the hospital. According to a source close to the family, doctors put Harris in a coma to reduce brain swelling after the surgery.

We're told his sons Jake and Josh -- who are both deckhands on the F/V Cornelia Marie -- plan to speak with doctors today. The F/V Cornelia Marie is currently back out at sea -- minus Harris and his two sons.

Harris was off-loading his boat when the stroke hit and he was immediately airlifted to an Anchorage hospital -- where a Discovery rep says Harris "is resting comfortably and is in the care of excellent doctors and nurses."

This weekend at LAX, the freak accident coverboy says the burns he suffered to his private parts were the worst injuries he's ever had, "by far."

Phil Harris -- captain of the Cornelia Marie on "Deadliest Catch" -- suffered a stroke and is currently hospitalized, a Discovery rep tells us.

A spokesman for the show tells TMZ, "Phil Harris suffered a stroke while in port off-loading from the F/V Cornelia Marie. He has been transported to a medical facility and is receiving the best care possible. Our thoughts and prayers are with his family and we will make more information available as we know it."

For some reason Renee was visiting Bradley Cooper's new house sometime before 9 AM. Bradley hasn't even moved in yet and he was nowhere in sight.

Renee parked her Prius on the street and got out. When she eventually returned to the car at 9, she opened the driver's door to get in, when an elderly woman in a BMW almost took Renee and the door out.

Renee was unscathed but her door got nailed.

Fifteen minutes later Bradley showed up and Renee hitched a ride.

Flo, who got into a ridiculous, ankle busting fight with housemate Amber on last week's episode, showed off her battle wounds Thursday night outside Wonderland.

She was out with show alums Amber M. and Sarah from Season 3 -- bad girls gotta stick together!

TMZ has learned Rampage was driving a new black Audi R8 -- valued at more than $100k -- home from the Audi dealership in Orange County, California on Tuesday when he was hit by a woman driving a very not expensive black car.

We're told Rampage was not injured in the wreck, but the back end of his badass ride suffered some pretty extensive -- and expensive -- damage.

Rampage tells TMZ police arrived on scene and cleared him of all wrongdoing. The UFC fighter added, "I am thankful and happy no one was hurt. I tried to make sure the elderly woman that hit my car was OK ... she didn't speak much English, but I could see she wasn't hurt in any way."

As for his own condition, Rampage said, "I am fine, the little old lady is fine, but my car got hurt, and for that I'm sad."

Cops were called to the scene to investigate.

We're told Flav suffered no major injuries.

No word on the other driver.

Flav's car (right) was towed away from the scene -- and the rapper rode shotgun in the tow-truck.

The limping Weezer front man hopped a plane at LAX that was bound for Florida yesterday -- where he'll play his first concert with the band since the bus accident that left him with the busted lung and a wounded spleen.

According to the band's website, Rivers has been "given a cautionary clean bill of health - so long as he takes it easy and is careful." Translation: No crowd surfing.
