Ahmed Ahmed -- the comic who stars in the TBS sitcom "Sullivan & Son" -- was arrested for domestic violence in L.A. last night ... TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops responded to a caller who claimed people were fighting inside of a home.

When cops arrived to the scene, they discovered Ahmed and a female (believed to be his girlfriend) ... and we're told the woman had "visible marks."

Ahmed was immediately arrested for felony domestic violence and hauled to a nearby jail where he was booked. He was later released on $50k bail.

As for the woman, we're told she did not require medical treatment for her injuries.

Trace Adkins beat a hasty retreat from rehab -- just 14 days after he entered the Florida facility for alcoholism ... TMZ has learned.

Sources connected to Trace tell TMZ ... the country star's father is seriously ill and he felt he needed to be at his bedside ... immediately.

We're told when the illness resolves itself ... Trace will then decide if he goes back to an inpatient program or does outpatient therapy.

As for his immediate sobriety, we're told Trace asked his therapists in Florida to put him in contact with counselors near his dad.

Ex-Detroit Lions RB Jahvid Best says the NFL should NEVER have allowed him to enter the 2010 Draft ... because he had a well-documented history of concussions in college that made it UNSAFE for him to compete as a pro.

Best -- who was forced to end his NFL career in 2012 after suffering multiple concussions -- is suing the league ... and in the docs, he says the NFL should have saved him from himself.

In the docs, Best points out that during his college career at UC Berkeley ... he suffered at least 2 concussions, one of which made national news.

In fact, Best says the famous hit he took against Oregon State in 2009 became a viral video sensation because the play was so ferocious, many people thought he was killed on impact.

Best went on to declare for the NFL Draft and was cleared by the league. He was selected by the Lions in the 1st Round ... and during his brief pro career, suffered at least 2 more concussions that eventually ended his career in 2013.

In his lawsuit, Best pins the blame for his compromised health on the league ... saying, "The [NFL] allowed Best to be drafted and play despite his history of brain injury.”

Best says because of the NFL's actions ... he suffered "permanent and severe injuries to his brain."

He's suing the NFL and others for unspecified damages -- but it's clear he wants a fortune.

Former WWE champion Matt Hardy was arrested at a motel in Virginia earlier this month ... after allegedly getting into a fight with his wrestler wife ... TMZ Sports has learned.

Just look at the mug shots of Hardy and 27-year-old Reby Sky -- both appear bloody and scratched up.

Hardy has multiple scratch marks all over his face and Sky -- real name Rebecca Hardy -- appears to be sporting a fat lip, black eye and several small cuts on her face.

Law enforcement tells TMZ Sports ... cops raced to the Hampton Inn in Emporia, VA on January 1st around 5:45 AM after someone at the hotel call 911.

During the 911 call, obtained by TMZ Sports, the hotel staffer told the operator ... "A guest just came down here and said somebody's beating the hell out of his wife a girl or something."

When cops arrived to the scene, both Matt and Sky were arrested for assault and battery. They were released on $3,500 bail.

Our sources tell us both Matt and Sky got restraining orders against each other.

Since the incident, both Matt and Reby have posted photos of each other -- and it appears they are still together and going strong.

Sources tell us Kit -- who suffered a massive stroke in Oregon Tuesday -- told family members he wanted to repair his relationship with Mac ... which soured back in the 90s during a nasty custody battle with Macaulay's mom.

We're told Kit was trying to get Macaulay's number --telling family members to pass the word on to his son -- but they never connected.

Macaulay Culkin's estranged dad Kit Culkin suffered a massive stroke Tuesday ... and he's in very bad shape ... family sources tell TMZ.

EMTs responded to an emergency call from Kit's home in Grants Pass, Oregon just after 1 PM. A family source tells us ... Kit was taken to the hospital where he remains in intensive care.

We're told Kit -- who is 69 -- has lost almost all of his motor functions and the prognosis is not good.

Sources tell us ... family members have been summoned to the hospital.

Say it ain't so ... there's no Muskrat Love left for Captain & Tennille ... they're getting divorced ... and the Captain tells TMZ he didn't see it coming.

Toni (Tennille) filed legal docs in Arizona, claiming the marriage was "irretrievably broken." They've been married for 39 years.

If you don't know ... you should. They had a string of hits in the 70s, including "Love Will Keep Us Together," "Muskrat Love" and "Do that to Me One More Time."

They were discovered by Neil Sedaka at The SmokeHouse restaurant in Burbank, near NBC.

Daryl Dragon (The Captain) is 71. Yeah, it's Dragon.

Daryl tells TMZ ... "I don't know why she filed. I gotta figure it out for myself first." He also said they're still living together in the same house.

According to the divorce docs, obtained by TMZ, there's special mention about health insurance coverage, and that seems relevant, because in 2009 Toni blogged that Daryl had been diagnosed with Parkinson's. In 2011 Toni updated the message, saying Daryl's tremors were so bad he was embarrassed to go out in public ... to restaurants, the movies, etc.

Here's what's unclear -- whether it's possible Toni really filed for health insurance reasons ... whether his coverage might be better if they were divorced.

The blog has an update on Jan 16, 2014, saying "The Captain & Tennille appeared to the public as them being the ideal model for a 'rock-solid' married pair. But almost all people naturally evolve over time, & sometimes hidden feelings start to be uncovered ..."

Ke$ha's gonna have to find a new art project in rehab ... one that doesn't involve asking her fans to send in their teeth ... because her treatment center tells TMZ they have a strict no-tooth policy.

While Ke$ha is still being treated for an eating disorder, the singer recently had a friend post a message on Twitter asking her fans to send in their chompers so she could "make art" to pass the time.

As weird as it sounds, K's been dabbling in tooth art for a while ... using real teeth in bras, bandanas and various pieces of jewelry.

But a rep for the rehab center tells TMZ ... there will be no canine crafting during her stint in treatment because "We can't accept human remains."

The rep explains, "There is always a risk that it could be of bio-hazardous material so we are not able to bring in anything that's real."

However, the center WILL accept fake teeth ... if her fans wanna round up a bunch of falsies.

42-year-old mother of four and cancer survivor Brooke Burke-Charvet knows how to live life to the fullest ... and tightest ... flaunting her ridiculously toned body at a gas station in Malibu today.

Just to recap: this "Dancing with the Stars" badass is 42, she has 4 kids (3 daughters and 1 son) and recently beat thyroid cancer following a scary diagnosis in 2012. And she can still look this good.

FYI, Brooke is currently married to former "Baywatch" star David Charvet.

Deongelo Holmes -- one half of the rap duo Ying Yang Twins -- was busted in Georgia ... after Holmes' wife accused him of punching her in the head.

Prosecutors say Holmes socked his wife Porsche Holmes in the head back in November ... and the rapper hit her so hard she got a big bump over her left eye.

Authorities charged Holmes with "family violence" and two counts of simple battery. Deongelo was released on bond after agreeing to stay away from his wife -- among other restrictions.

One of the hosts of "The Doctors" has filed a lawsuit with a very clear message ... wrestling isn't always fake ... because he says he was thrown into a match on the show that left him badly hurt.

Dr. Drew Ordon claims in his suit ... he was filming the show on the Paramount lot in 2012. The premise of the stunt was pretty thin -- they mention wearing a sumo suit is like a sauna and you can lose weight and also get a good workout.

Ordon claims the company that provided the suits didn't properly train him before squaring off with another host -- the one wearing the red belt.

Ordon claims the company was careless and reckless ... failing to give him instructions on preventing injuries.

Several stage hands were rushed to the hospital Thursday night after Luke Bryan's Ohio State concert ... after the singer's stage collapsed, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... a forklift crashed into a portion of the stage during take down, and it crumpled.

We're told 4 people -- including guys from Luke's crew as well as arena staff -- were taken to a nearby hospital with injuries. Their current medical status is unclear.

Luke's next concert -- scheduled for tonight in Lexington, KY -- has been pushed to February because of obvious stage problems.

Luke called into a Lexington radio station -- the Officer Don & DeAnn show -- to talk about the accident and the postponed concert.

"Orange Is the New Black" star Michelle Hurst -- who plays Miss Claudette on the show -- has just awakened from a medically-induced coma ... after suffering serious injuries in a recent car accident.

According to Hurst's family, the accident occurred just before the holidays and Hurst was placed in the 16-day coma so doctors could perform surgeries close to her spine.

Hurst is currently recovering in the ICU at UNC Chapel Hill Hospital in North Carolina.
