Nikki Reed's marital status has gone from married to divorced to married again in the blink of an eye ... after getting hitched this weekend to "Vampire Diaries" star Ian Somerhalder.

Reed and Somerhalder exchanged vows Sunday in Malibu, where guests included "Glee" star Lea Michele and her boyfriend Matthew Paetz.

Reed split from "American Idol" star Paul McDonald in March 2014 and began dating Somerhalder in July. They even did a short engagement ... she got the ring in January, now they're hitched in April.

June was calling the shots after Anna's first baby, Kaitlyn, was born, but this time June will be allowed to visit when Anna's around, but that's it.

Anna says she doesn't trust her mom's judgment anymore, because when she was younger, June would leave her with various people for long periods of time. One of them was child molester Mark McDaniel.

Anna says the only men who she'll trust with the new baby will be her husband and Uncle Poodle.

But Anna knows the value of a buck ... she says that there's one thing Mama June will come in handy for ... diaper coupons.

The woman loves a good bargain.

Mark Wahlberg always has time to help a brother out -- whether it's Tom Brady, or the homeless guy who gets caught in a swarm of photogs -- and his generosity was on full display in Bev Hills.

L.A. County Sheriff's deputies paid a visit to Bruce Jenner's Malibu house Tuesday ... then went on the hunt for the paparazzi who have been perched on a nearby hillside and taking aim with telephoto lenses.

It's illegal for photogs to use telephoto lenses to invade the private spaces of the people they're shooting.

The photographers took pics of Jenner earlier in the day that were being peddled around town. They've also taken pics over the last week from the same perch and Bruce has confronted them. He said he would call the cops if they came back. Tuesday Bruce made good on his promise.

Wladimir Klitschko may be the heavyweight champion of the world, but he's about to get his ass kicked by his 5' fiancee.

Wlad took baby Kaya out into the Miami beach surf, while Hayden Panettiere was doing 'GMA' in NYC.

It looks like fun and games, but we're guessing Hayden will have issues:

-- the baby doesn't have a life jacket

-- Wlad is clowning off balance in the surf, with Kaya in a precarious position

-- she's not wearing a hat in the Miami sun

That said, dad is no ordinary father at 6'6" and 246 lbs. Kaya's in good hands. Of course, Hayden might not see it that way.

A pensive Bobby Brown met with doctors Monday to discuss Bobbi Kristina's condition.

Bobby was outside the DeKalb Medical Center in Decatur, Georgia, days after he announced during a concert that Bobbi Kristina was off life support and somewhat responsive. Bobby Brown's rep tells TMZ Bobbi Kristina's condition has improved and doctors say she'll have "a long life," although the quality of life will not be known for years to come.

As we reported, the Houston family says it's not true ... they say she's still on life support and her condition has not changed at all.

Our Selena sources say not true. They're recording an album at the home of Joe Francis, Casa Aramara, in Punta Mita.

Turns out Kanye and Kim went to Joe's house last year and he build a sick recording studio on the compound. Hit-Boy -- who's produced hits for Kanye, Jay Z, Chris Brown, Snoop, Bieber and many others -- heard the studio was gold and that's why he chose it for Selena.

There are extra perks ... an awesome beach, and even a sea lion that swims in Joe's pool.

Selena Gomez ditched her ill-fitting pink bikini for a smoking hot black number as she partied again Thursday in the water while on vacation in Mexico.

Gomez took some flak for the previous day's photos -- haters said she looked like she put on a few pounds -- but swimsuit experts (in our newsroom) say this black one just fits her new body type WAY better than the pink one.

Selena responded to the criticism on Instagram -- borrowing a page from the Cindy Crawford "post a hot pic after a bad one comes out" playbook -- saying she's happy with her body.

Based on the pics she's posting ... she's also very happy chillin' at Casa Aramara -- Joe Francis' estate outside Puerto Vallarta.

The team has trusty magic markers ready to black out anything deemed offensive. If the pics really cross the line, the offensive images are ripped out entirely.

We're told the team actually roams the kiosks for new material. Passengers say they can smell the fresh ink.

A passenger at Qatar's Hamad International Airport landed Tuesday and saw another pic blacked out ... this one showing Bethany Hamilton, a professional surfer.

Also interesting ... the cleavage portion of the photos are untouched.

Qatar is one of the more progressive countries in the Middle East. Many others ban such pictures altogether.
