Party All The Time

Denver Broncos WR Emmanuel Sanders turned 30 with a bang ... turning all the way up with Rick Ross and boxing superstar Danny Garcia at one of the hottest nightclubs in Miami.

Both guys were up in VIP (Garcia was celebrating his 29th bday) at LIV nightclub ... while Ross, Wale and Meek Mill performed for Rick's album release party.

5:15 PM PT -- Elliott's attorney tells TMZ Sports the Coast Guard boarded the yacht to make sure there were enough life jackets onboard. He says no citations were issued, and the party continued.

Ezekiel Elliott had his good time temporarily ruined again this week ... only now it was by the U.S. Coast Guard during a rager yacht party in Miami.

Ezekiel was partying with friends and a gaggle of chicks Saturday on a yacht called No Rules II, when a Coast Guard cruiser pulled up. We're told the yacht had docked minutes before.

Eyewitnesses tell us 2 guards boarded the yacht and conducted a 20-minute search on-board. We're told once the search was complete, the guards went back to their vessel and took off.

Unclear what they were looking for, or why they approached Ezekiel and co. A rep for the Coast Guard tells us they're checking ... but he believes it was probably a safety check to make sure the boat and the guests were in compliance with maritime safety protocol.

Also important to note ... the yacht did not belong to Ezekiel. Sources tell us it belongs to a guy who rents 'em out to celebs and other rich folks. Ezekiel was just there for the ride.

Either way, it's been a bad week for the star NFL player. You'll recall ... he caught a lot of heat for forcefully exposing a woman's breast during a St. Paddy's parade. Now this.

We've seen it before ... Smith got it poppin' with Migos a couple months ago at the Super Bowl, but this time there was more sun, more swag, and the go-to party anthem "Turn Down For What."

The guy's having a great time ... not quite as good as he was having when cameras caught him mid-Kanye & Jeezy some years back ... but still pretty good.

Just days after his boob-exposing incident, Ezekiel Elliott jetted out of Dallas and over to Miami ... where he partied in the clubs with Meek Mill ... who appeared bandaged up after his alleged airport fight.

Zeke joined the rapper onstage at STORY Nightclub in Miami -- where he turned up next to Meek for several songs.

Both guys are in the middle of some serious life drama at the moment ... Meek was cited for misdemeanor assault earlier this week for allegedly fighting 2 guys at the St. Louis airport.

Meek's right hand looked like it was in a heavy cast during his performance ... which makes us wonder if he suffered a hand injury during the altercation.

As for Zeke, he's still in hot water for pulling a woman's shirt down and exposing her breast at a St. Paddy's parade in Dallas last weekend ... but didn't look like he had a care in the world Thursday night.

One interesting note, no women onstage with Zeke last night. Baby steps.

Iron Maiden wasn't just a hard rocking band, they were also partying way harder than any other legendary band ... according to their drummer, Nicko McBrain.

Nicko was outside NBC in NYC when he got all nostalgic about Maiden's more than 40 years of touring and, no doubt, destroying a hotel room or two. When we asked him if anyone came close to keeping pace in the partying department ... he gave props to some L.A. based rockers.

Now we know Prince William's dance floor secret -- booze fuels those moves!

We got some new video of William cutting it up in a Verbier, Switzerland nightclub, and he clearly knows he's being recorded. Busting a move we'll call "The Prince Wills" ... he repeatedly pointed at the camera with one hand, while clutching his drink with the other.

And that's all while booty shaking ... or as close as he can get to it. At least the drink explains those other moves we saw from this night.

Consider William's altitude ... fully adjusted.

Another big night out for Scottie Pippen ... but this time, no Larsa in sight.

Instead, the ex-NBA star left Bootsy Bellows nightclub on the Sunset Strip with a couple hot chicks in tight dresses.

Of course, it's possible they're all just friends ... we're looking into it.

Wills raised the roof like he was straight outta Buckingham, or just the '90s, during a ski trip to Verbier, Switzerland with some buddies. Kate can rest easy, her Prince was thot-free while starting a personal dance revolution ... around 10:30 PM.

He saved his best moves for "I Got 5 On It" ... but stayed on the floor for some EDM too.

He's still not quite in Prince Harry's class when it comes to partying, but well played, Wills.

Johnny Manziel is LOVIN' the engaged life -- making out with his new fiancee, Bre Tiesi, on the streets of Paris ... followed by getting the couples VIP treatment at the Drake concert.

Manziel popped the question (with a massive ring) on Friday and then played tourist in the City of Light -- hitting up various sites including the Notre Dame Cathedral.

The Drake concert was Sunday night and he even hooked up with Von Miller to keep the party rollin'.

Manziel will eventually return to the U.S. where he says he's serious about his pro football comeback.

Justin Bieber ripped a page out of Jay Z's playbook during a yacht party Down Under.

The Biebs spent part of his weekend hanging with at least 6 models (hard to keep count) -- including Roze Cook and Nyssa Large -- aboard a luxury vessel. Seemed like a very awesome after-party for his tour dates in Melbourne.

After a not so pleasant run-in, nice to see Justin still carving out time for his fans.

Jay would be proud -- "Got 6 model chicks, 6 bottles of Crist."

George Clooney and Rande Gerber just raised the bar for office parties by throwing a tequila-soaked bash -- with the most awesome movie car thrown in for good measure.

The famous buddies looked like extremely hot moonshiners Thursday in L.A. ... as they loaded up the Trans Am from "Smokey and the Bandit" with 20 cases of their Casamigos tequila.

We're told they were wrapping a commercial shoot, and wanted to treat the cast and crew of about 100 to a little fiesta. The Trans Am, reportedly worth $550k, wasn't just for the surprise ... we're told it was part of the commercial.

Yup ... we wanna be them, and so do you.

The Chicago Bulls were so pumped after beating the Golden State Warriors Thursday night, some of 'em hit the club with Chance the Rapper to celebrate ... including the old guy on the squad!
