Meek Mill Signs 'Free Meek' Jersey ... Updates Status
Meek Mill is well beyond prison walls now, and any merch signaling otherwise oughta be corrected to reflect his current sitch -- according to Meek himself, who did just that for a fan.
Philly fan Zack Rothenberg spotted Meek sitting in his SUV Saturday after the 76ers game against Boston, and approached the car by foot (in the middle of traffic, mind you) for an autograph on his custom Eagles jersey ... which reads "Free Meek" on the back.
Waiting for your permission to load the Instagram Media.
Meek happily obliged, but rather than his usual John Hancock, he signed the jersey with "Meek Free!" We're told the rapper liked it so much, he took a photo of the jersey himself. He doesn't appear to have posted it yet, however.
As we've reported ... Meek's been the toast of the town in Philly since being released from prison a couple weeks ago. He was choppered to the Wells Fargo Center to catch Game 5 of the Heat series, and was allowed to ring the ceremonial bell before tip-off.
Despite Meek saying he doesn't truly feel free even on the outside, he's apparently free enough to put it down in Sharpie ... for now, anyway.

Kevin Hart's Private Jet Tire Exploded During Landing ... 'We're Okay'
Kevin Hart had a very serious scare while landing in Boston for the 76ers game -- when the tire on his private jet blew out as the plane touched down on the runway.
Miraculously, the pilot was able to safely land the plane despite the tire drama -- and emergency personnel rushed to the jet to help out upon landing.
"My first airplane scare on the runway," Hart said ... "We caught a flat as we touched down."
You can see the tire is almost all the way blown off. It's a miracle no one was hurt.
"Ya boy got angels on his back," Hart said ... "I got real-life angels on my back."
Hart and his friends still went to the 76ers vs. Celtics playoff game at the TD Garden -- but their luck ran out ... the Celtics won the game.

Meek Mill Free to Travel for Work
Meek Mill is now free to start doing shows outside of Philadelphia ... thanks to his archnemesis, Judge Genece Brinkley.
Judge Brinkley amended the order regarding his bail conditions, and he now has approval to travel outside of Pennsylvania's Montgomery County for scheduled business activities. He just has to submit his travel plans to the probation dept. 72 hours in advance.
The amended order also gives Meek approval to live in Montgomery Co. The original bail conditions required him to live in neighboring Philadelphia County. Meek still has to submit to at least one urine test per month.
The judge signed the new order on Friday, and Meek took advantage almost immediately. We got him out in NYC that night with 76ers owner Michael Rubin ... after they had a biz dinner with Meek's Roc Nation management team.

Meek Mill Grubs on 1st Meal Post-Prison ... Guess What it Was?!
Meek Mill enjoyed his first post-prison meal after the Philadelphia 76ers' big Game 5 win over the Miami Heat this week -- and it was a full VIP experience.
Sources tell TMZ that Meek celebrated with a group of 76ers -- including co-owner Michael Rubin and star player Joel Embiid -- and chowed down at Philly's high-end restaurant, Buddakan, where we're told Meek ordered the fish.
Interesting choice ... especially since sources present tell us there were lots of options -- from aged beef to peking duck and, of course, lo mein. Sounds like Meek just wanted some tuna, cod or bass ... we're not sure which dish he got ... but the fishy entrees all run from $29 to $37.
As we've reported ... Meek probably hasn't eaten this well since at least November, when his institution served him and the other inmates a proper Thanksgiving meal, including turkey, mashed potatoes and the like.
Either way, it's gotta feel good to have some real food back in his belly. Bring Meek the fish!

Did you know ... the Villanova basketball team was SUPPOSED to ring the bell at the 76ers game Tuesday night until they got bumped for Meek Mill?
It's true ... but they seemed VERY cool with the change of plans and kicked it with the freed rapper in the moments before tip off.
The Nova players -- who won the NCAA National Championship this year -- were stoked to see Meek ... and huddled together for a photo right before Meek went out and rang the bell.
Everything worked out for everyone ... the 76ers won the game -- so we're guessing Villanova will be rescheduled.

We spoke with officials from St. Kevin Parish in Springfield, Pennsylvania who tell us Embiid arrived around 5:30 PM for the evening mass and stayed about an hour after the service for some personal prayer time.
But the churchgoers were STOKED to see their hero in the building and several people went up to Joel and asked if it would be cool to take some pics.
We're told Embiid was VERY cool about it -- chatting up and posing for everyone who came up to him.
One church rep tells us, "He was super nice."
Embiid and the 76ers get back on the court to face the Miami Heat on Tuesday. We'll see if Joel's prayers get answered.

Kev clapped back at D-Wade on his flight home -- and it's hilarious.

Dr. J Hey NBA, Sixers Can Win Title ... This Year!
Dr. J doesn't think the baby Philadelphia 76ers have to wait to get to the top of the NBA mountaintop ... telling TMZ Sports he thinks the team can win it all THIS SEASON.
Philly is playing OUT OF THEIR MINDS RIGHT NOW, having won 16 games in a row. Despite that dominance, most experts still think the team is too young to take the whole enchilada THIS SEASON.
"Based on how they're playing now, they can go all the way."
BTW, Dr. J is part of the last team to hoist the O'Brien in Philly, so it's a huge vote of confidence for the young guys.
You hear that Ben Simmons? You listening, Joel Embiid? Don't fail.

Meek Mill Philly Mayor Makes Prison Visit
Meek Mill's prison visitors' list keeps growing, and another high-profile name's been added to it this week -- Philadelphia Mayor Jim Kenney.
Sources at the prison tell us Kenney was spotted leaving the facility Wednesday morning with 76ers owner Michael Rubin, who's visited several times before... including Tuesday when he brought Patriots owner Robert Kraft to visit the incarcerated rapper.
According to the Mayor's spokeswoman ... Rubin invited Mayor Kenney, and the visit with Meek lasted about an hour. We're told Hizzoner believes the rapper could better serve the community outside prison.
We're told the Mayor believes Meek's case "makes clear and urgent the desperate need to continue working with our partners to reform our criminal justice system."
As we've reported ... Meek is serving 2 to 4 years for a probation violation -- the controversial sentence handed down by Judge Genece Brinkley.
Rubin also brought 76ers players Markelle Fultz and Ben Simmons to visit Meek last week.

Meek Mill Prison Visit from Robert Kraft & 76ers Owner
Huge day for Meek Mill ... the rapper got a special visit from TWO insanely rich and powerful guys -- Patriots owner Robert Kraft and 76ers owner Michael Rubin.
The two titans arrived together at Chester State Correctional Institution in Pennsylvania to spend some time with Meek who's serving 2 to 4 years for a probation violation.
Meek had been on probation stemming from a 2008 drug and weapons case -- but a Pennsylvania judge ruled his two arrests (an airport fight and a reckless driving incident) constituted a violation.
We know Rubin is a huge supporter of Meek -- he's visited several times before. He's also close with Robert Kraft, so we're guessing he was the driving force in getting Kraft to visit Meek on Tuesday.
Sources tell us Kraft has also met Meek through business dealings in the past.
Rubin has previously organized for several of his players to visit Meek -- including Markelle Fultz and Ben Simmons who stopped by last week.

Kevin Hart I Tried To Recruit LeBron To Philly He Told Me To Kiss His Ass
Kevin Hart is about to break the hearts of a lot of fans in Philly ... because according to the pint-sized funnyman, LeBron James has no plans to come to the cheesesteak land, and Kevin knows, cause Kevin tried.
We got Hart leaving UCLA and asked if he's tried to recruit his buddy, James, to bolt Cleveland and join the young core of Ben Simmons and Joel Embiid in the city of brotherly love.
Kevin says he definitely put on for his hometown, trying to get LeBron to make a move ... but that LeBron's response was not very promising.
"He said kiss his ass."
Hart said he only sweetened the deal with $40 bucks (c'mon Kev), but when we asked seriously he says no city has a real shot at LeBron, because Hart believes he'll stay put.
"I don't see him leaving, other people think he will ... I don't see him going nowhere."
