'Duck Dynasty' Phil Robertson Suspension is Over ... Says A&E
The "Duck Dynasty" war with A&E is over -- the network just announced Phil Robertson is no longer suspended ... and filming will resume in a few months.
The network says their strong sense of integrity caused them to react quickly to Phil's GQ interview ... and after consulting with numerous advocacy groups they made a decision to bring him back.
The network adds, "As a global media content company, A+E Networks’ core values are centered around creativity, inclusion and mutual respect. We believe it is a privilege for our brands to be invited into people’s home and we operate with a strong sense of integrity and deep commitment to these principles."
The network says they plan to roll out a new PSA campaign on their network in the wake of what happened ... promoting unity, tolerance and acceptance.
A&E adds, "Duck Dynasty is not a show about one man's views. It resonates with a large audience because it is a show about family… a family that America has come to love."

'Duck Dynasty' Other Networks Circle Like Sharks If A&E Passes, We're In!
"Duck Dynasty" will NOT go homeless if A&E decides to pull the plug ... TMZ has learned, at least two other networks are salivating at the chance to pick up the popular reality show.
The owner of the popular Christian-affiliated Hunt Channel -- a guy named Merrill Sport -- tells TMZ, he'd pick up DD in a heart beat ... and would beam the show straight to its most loyal viewers: sportsmen and Christians.
He says, "We believe in the 2nd amendment and freedom of speech ... A&E needs to put on their big boy pants, and if they don't like the programming, they need to either let [DD] go or shut up and pay them."
Sports adds, "A&E is too scripted. [Hunt Channel] would let the personalities flow."
Rusty Faulk, CEO of the outdoorsy Pursuit Channel agrees, telling us Pursuit is 100% interested in grabbing DD if A&E takes a pass. Rusty adds, "We don't censor our personalities."
Even if DD comes to an end on A&E, we're told its contract with the family provides they couldn't do another show for a certain period of time.

Shaunie O'Neal Shaq Secretly Negotiated To Put Our Kids On TV
Shaunie O'Neal claims Shaq is full of BS when he says he was always opposed to doing a reality show with their kids ... and says she has it in black and white ... he's lying.
Shaunie filed unsigned contracts and correspondence with the court -- obtained by TMZ -- in which it's clear ... Shaq was negotiating to become a part of the reality show. Shaq was negotiating not only his participation in the show, but his 4 kids as well.
Shaunie submitted a sworn declaration from the head producer, who claims Shaq gave him the green light to do the show, only to withdraw permission after saying the show is "not a good look for me."
But Shaq tells a very different story. Sources connected with him tell TMZ ... he initially was open to doing the show until he learned one of his kids had a serious learning problem in school. He also wanted creative control to protect his kids and that was denied. Shaunie claims Shaq was offered creative control.

'Duck Dynasty' Family Says ... We Won't Do the Show Without Phil
The Robertson family just drew a line in the sand with A&E -- NO PHIL, NO SHOW ... and says they are already talking to the cable channel about possibly pulling the plug on "Duck Dynasty."
The family issued a statement saying, "As a family, we cannot imagine the show going forward without our patriarch at the helm. We are in discussions with A&E to see what that means for the future of 'Duck Dynasty.'"
They also say they're "disappointed" that Phil Robertson was suspended by A&E just for expressing his religious beliefs ... which, they point out, is his "constitutionally protected right."
Fun fact: "Duck Dynasty" is the highest rated cable reality TV show ever.
Way to go A&E.
'Duck Dynasty' Wife That's NOT My Naked Body For Sale!
A photo allegedly showing "Duck Dynasty" star Korie Robertson duck naked is being shopped around to media outlets ... but TMZ has learned it's a TOTAL FAKE!
The photo on the left (below) shows a woman who looks like Korie standing in front of a hotel room door in her birthday suit -- her hotness is up for debate, but one thing is not open for debate ... the fact that the pic has been Photoshopped.
Here's what we've determined.
-- Korie's face was superimposed on someone else's body.
-- We found the original photo, which depicts another woman who has similar body features but a very different face (for privacy reasons, we've blurred her punim).
-- One interesting thing ... both women have a similar and peculiar V-shaped collarbone.
Bottom line ... it's pretty clear someone's so pissed at Phil over his anti-gay comments ... they want to drag his son's wife through the mud.

Shaunie O'Neal Shaq's Holding My Reality Show Hostage for $1 Million
Shaq's blocking Shaunie O'Neal's reality show out of spite ... because of his own failed reality show attempts -- and demanded a ransom of $1 million to give her the go ahead -- so Shaunie claims in new legal docs, but Shaq is calling BS.
Shaunie tried to get a judge to effectively green light her attempt to put her kids in a new reality show with her ... something Shaq is strongly against.
But in her legal docs -- obtained by TMZ -- Shaunie says it's all sour grapes, claiming Shaq tried and failed 3 times to do a reality show with his kids. But sources close to Shaq tell us ... it's simply not true, and if a network wanted a reality show ... he's way more marketable than her.
Shaunie also claims in the docs that Shaq was ok with her show ...as long as she gave him $1 million, which she refused to do. Our Shaq sources say, ridiculous ... the last thing he needs is $$$.
Shaunie grouses that she needs to do the show to pay the bills, because she gets no alimony. But we've learned Shaq pays her $100,000 A MONTH in child support for their 4 kids.
Shaunie says Shaq barely gives two craps about the kids and only sees them 8-10 days a YEAR. Shaq sources tell us Shaunie's lying ... he sees the kids "plenty" and is very involved in their school.
A hearing on Shaunie's bid to do the show will be held late next month ... which is weird, because she told the judge the show would die if she didn't get the order because filming was scheduled for the first week in January.

Shaunie O'Neal Shut Down in Court Score one for Shaq
Shaunie O'Neal was unconvincing this morning in court ... a judge just rejected her bid for an order allowing her to put her kids on a new reality show ... something ex-hubby Shaquille O'Neal is vehemently against.
Shaunie wanted the judge to rule in her favor without a hearing, but Shaq's lawyer, disso-queen Laura Wasser convinced the judge there was no rush and a hearing was only fair ... but that takes time.
TMZ broke the story ... Shaq -- who has joint custody -- has been warring with Shaunie over the reality show, insisting ubiquitous cameras at home would be a terrible distraction for their 4 kids ... some of whom are already struggling in school. He's also worried the show will portray Shaunie and the kids in a negative light.
Shaunie has insisted the show will be wholesome family fun, but with scandal-hungry producers breathing down Shaunie's neck and her own cat-fighting track record on "Basketball Wives" ... Shaq isn't convinced.
Filming for the reality show is scheduled to begin in January ... so Shaunie's really under the gun.

Shaunie O'Neal Races to Court Over Reality Show Shaq Says No Way!
Shaunie O'Neal is rushing to court this morning for an emergency order allowing her to put her kids on her new reality show ... but ex-hubby, Shaquille O'Neal, is saying, "Over my dead body."
Shaunie has a deal for a new reality show for VH1 -- "The Shaunie Project." It's about life with her and her kids. But we've learned Shaq has put his big foot down, saying there's no way he'll allow their 4 kids to appear.
Sources familiar with the situation tell TMZ ... Shaunie has tried convincing Shaq that her show is just like "The Cosby Show" -- good, wholesome, family fun. She told him one of the episodes will focus on Shaunie's aversion to working out. The kids will convince her that working out is good and they'll all run a 5K together. Forgive our cynicism, but it sounds like this show may be scripted.
Shaq is not buying it and feels there are too many pressures imposed by producers -- to be able to keep the show wholesome. He's convinced the show will end up showcasing a dysfunctional family that will hurt his kids, some of whom are already struggling in school. Shaq believes no good can come from cameras in the home.
We're told Shaunie will tell the judge she needs an emergency order so she can meet her deadlines -- filming is scheduled to start the first week of January.
Shaq is also leery of Shaunie ... who once proclaimed she would no longer tolerate violence on her show, "Basketball Wives," because it damages the image of Black women ... yet she quickly changed her mind and the cat fights continued.
We'll be in court, so stay tuned.

Toya Wright says her stint in jail was one of the worst experiences of her entire life ... claiming she's emotionally scarred ... even though she spent less than 24 hours behind bars.
As we previously reported, Wright -- Lil Wayne's ex-wfe/baby mama -- was locked up in Georgia yesterday after cops discovered a warrant out for her arrest during a routine traffic stop.
Toya tells us the whole thing stemmed from a speeding ticket that "slipped through the cracks."
But Toya, who appeared on the reality show "Tiny and Toya" -- is adamant she will never go back to jail because she's so traumatized by the things she saw on the inside.
Toya wouldn't get into specifics ... but says her fellow inmates were treated "inhumanely."
"I wouldn't wish jail time for my worst enemy," Toya says ... adding, "What I witnessed was so bad that I don't even want to leave the house right now."

We're told ... the warrant was issued after Wright failed to appear at a recent court date -- though it's unclear why she was supposed to be in court to begin with.
Toya was hauled to a nearby station, where she was booked and posed for an "Are you frickin' serious?" mug shot.

Porsha Williams Kordell TRIED To Muzzle Me ... I Told Him to Stick It
Kordell Stewart tried to legally block Porsha Williams from blabbing about his personal life on "Real Housewives of ATL" back in April ... but she blew him off and trashed him anyway, TMZ has learned.
TMZ obtained legal docs showing the former NFL star approached Porsha back in April (right after he filed for divorce) and asked her to sign a confidentiality agreement ... in which they would both agree to keep their marriage problems private.
But Porsha -- probably knowing if she didn't talk about Kordell, she would lose screen time (and possibly her role on the show) -- refused to sign the document ... and turned up the Kordell-bashing to an all-time high. During the show, she even implied he was secretly gay.
The marriage officially ended last week -- and just a few days after the divorce was finalized, Porsha seemed extremely pleased with her new single status.

Law enforcement tells us ... someone called police around 10:48 PM ... but by the time cops arrived, the fight was over.

The nasty divorce between "Real Housewives of Atlanta" star Porsha Williams and Kordell Stewart is officially over ... and Kordell says he couldn't be more thrilled to get such a horrible person out of his life.
TMZ spoke with Kordell's lawyer, Shiel Edlin, who tells us the divorce has been finalized ... ending the 2-and-a-half year marriage between the former NFL player and the Bravo reality star.
Kordell's lawyer says Stewart is "very disappointed" the marriage fell apart, because he expected to be married for life."
But the former Pittsburgh Steelers star is clearly still FUMING after Porsha began reigniting rumors that Kordell is gay. Kordell adamantly denied the allegations.
"For reasons we cannot understand, [Porsha] displayed a reckless abandonment of anything close to the truth over the last eight months," Kordell's lawyer tells us.
"We are also hopeful that Porsha will stop villifying Kordell at every opportunity."
