"Vanderpump Rules" star Tom Sandoval has a lot on his plate while deep in a cheating scandal with his costar, Raquel Leviss ... and it appears he's talkin' it all out with a shrink.

Tom was spotted heading into a building in L.A. Tuesday -- one that's home to many therapy and psychotherapy offices, we're told.

A source with direct knowledge tells us he was with a therapist for about 2 hours, although this isn't a new thing ... he was in therapy long before this scandal.

As you're well aware, Tom was caught cheating on his longtime GF Ariana Madix with Raquel ... our sources told us Tom and Ariana have no plans to get back together, and 'VR' is diving deep into the messy breakup as part of the latest season.

Raquel Leviss says the intimate FaceTime session she had with Tom Sandoval that ultimately led to Tom's split with Ariana Madix was recorded without her permission, and she's gotten her lawyers involved to warn everyone about sharing it.

Leviss' lawyers fired off a letter Monday to several "Vanderpump Rules" cast members and friends ... warning that the recording "was done illegally without Raquel's knowledge or consent."

Her attorneys cited a revenge porn law in the California penal code outlawing "nonconsensual pornography" ... making it a crime to invade someone's privacy and disseminate such material.

What's more ... the letter warns any distribution of the recording -- whether posted on social media or forwarded to another person -- would be a violation.

The letter doesn't specifically accuse Tom of illegally recording the conversation, but sources who have seen the video tell us it's only the two of them on the call.

The lawyers order anyone in possession of the recording to promptly delete it from their phones, the cloud or "any other manner or method in which the recording may exist."

The letter ended with stern words of caution ... "This matter should be taken very seriously."

Of course, the legal letter was just the latest drama in the lives of Raquel and Tom. TMZ broke the story ... the two carried on an affair that blew up Tom's relationship with his longtime girlfriend Ariana, who also stars on "Vanderpump Rules."

We're told Ariana found out about the affair after she read sexually explicit text messages and saw the video between Tom and Raquel.

This led to a nasty confrontation between Tom and Ariana, which closed the final chapter on their 10-year relationship. Our sources say Tom and Ariana have no plans to reconcile.

Tom Sandoval and Ariana Madix aren't working toward any sort of reconciliation ... we're told the damage done is just too much to overcome.

Sources close to the estranged couple tell us ... both Tom and Ariana understand their futures will not include the other, at least romantically, and they've made it known to their friends there's no hope of getting back together.

Of course, Tom is the one who derailed things, but sources close to him say he felt the relationship was on shaky ground in the months leading up to Ariana's discovery he was cheating on her with their costar, Raquel Leviss.

As for Ariana -- she was blindsided by the whole thing -- and we're told it's too great a hurdle to jump.

Tom issued an apology over the weekend, and weirdly left Ariana out of it -- telling his family, friends and business partners how sorry he was for the way he handled things.

Our sources say Ariana's been spending most of her time at the estranged couple's $2 million L.A. home. Tom's been in and out of the house ... notably when the two shot a scene for "Vanderpump Rules" this past Friday ... but we're told he hasn't been spending nights there.

Tom was spotted arriving at Raquel's L.A. apartment Saturday night, keeping a low profile in all black as he entered.

A source close to production tells TMZ Tom and Raquel were filming scenes together for the Bravo series earlier in the day, so they'd been together -- but the visit at Raquel's wasn't for cameras.

Of course, the visit comes just one day after his split from Ariana, who called it off after learning he cheated on her with Raquel. Our sources said Ariana discovered inappropriate texts on Tom's phone, as well as at least one video.

We're told Tom and Ariana filmed the day news broke about the cheating scandal in an emotionally-charged scene at their home.

You'll recall, Tom posted an apology over the weekend but didn't mention Ariana directly -- just saying sorry to coworkers, friends, and family.

After finding out about the split, we're told producers sprung into action, getting cameras together to document the fallout.

Tom issued an apology over the weekend, where he apologized to his friends, family and coworkers but never once mentioned Ariana ... bringing himself even more criticism.

The band's manager and drummer, Jason Bader, tells us while the group hasn't yet seen the offer, they'd never accept it.

CamSoda is making an offer they hope Tom and his band can't refuse ... $540,000 to stream 12 concerts live on their site, instead of taking his show on the road and playing in front of an audience.

Tom's Enemy No. 1 in the Bravo realm now that he's destroyed a nearly 10-year relationship with longtime girlfriend and castmate Ariana Madix by cheating on her with fellow 'VR' cast member Raquel Leviss ... and CamSoda thinks Tom's going to catch tons of flak if his band plays before a live crowd, so they're offering him a way out.

Tom's band, the aptly named Tom Sandoval & The Most Extras, is scheduled to play 12 shows across the country from April through June, and CamSoda is trying to convince him to scrap the shows and live steam instead, warning him it may not be safe to play in front of a live audience.

CamSoda's vice president, Daryn Parker, fired off an offer letter to Tom, pitching the $540k live stream deal as a way to save the band from potential "Justice for Ariana" chants and tomato throwing.

In the letter, obtained by TMZ, CamSoda tells Tom, "livestreaming your tour from a safe place would make the most sense" ... and they're offering the band $45k per show to pull the plug on the tour and go virtual.

Of course, CamSoda is still CamSoda, and the adult live streaming porn site adds ... "You can dress in your outfits, show some skin, and even tell your side of the story if you'd like."

Tom Sandoval and Raquel Leviss may have been sending clues all along about their secret romance -- and the proof may have been in the pudding ... or rather, the jewelry.

Social media sleuths were hard at work this weekend, and dug up an interesting coincidence ... the "Vanderpump Rules" stars were seen wearing undeniably similar-looking necklaces at various points last year ... with almost the exact same pendant, a lightning bolt cutout.

There's a handful of photos of TS and RL that surfaced online, which shows them wearing the unique pieces -- and now, in light of Tom's cheating scandal, folks are thinking something was going on well before anyone knew about it ... and it was right under our noses!

Now ... this isn't a smoking gun per se, but it is interesting. In light of how everything's unfolded between Tom and his longtime partner, Ariana Madix, some say this is a bad look.

Frankly, they may be right ... these lightning bolt necklace pics date back to October of 2022.

As we told you ... Ariana and Tom split after she discovered text messages that showed he'd been with their fellow ‘VR’ costar. Ariana told friends she found out Tom and Raquel had actually been seeing each other secretly for months -- as far back as the summer. If that's proven to be true ... it's certainly possible they were flashing their romance in plain sight.

Tom has since come out to apologize to his friends and family for his cheating scandal ... but somehow managed to leave off Ariana herself from the apology.

Tom and Ariana got together back in 2013 ... and while they never got married, they were certainly a principal pair on the reality show for years. Of course, fans are devastated.

"The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills" star Crystal Kung Minkoff is gettin' sued ... along with her filmmaker husband and her brother over a car accident they allegedly caused.

According to legal docs, obtained by TMZ, Candice Shahandeh-Rad claims she was stopped on the off-ramp of an L.A. freeway last November in her Audi when she was "suddenly and violently" rear-ended, causing her to hit the car in front of her.

The docs say Crystal's brother, Jeffrey Kung, was behind the wheel at the time of the crash.  Candice claims Jeffrey got out of the Mercedes-Benz and "admitted he was distracted" ... although the lawsuit doesn't go into further detail about why or how.

We're told neither Crystal or her hubby Rob Minkoff -- a director of several hit films for Disney -- were in the Benz, but the plaintiff believes they own the car and/or employ her brother as a driver.

Candice says she suffered injuries from the crash, not to mention damage to her car, too. We got pictures of what we're told is the aftermath of the accident, and it shows the smashed front end of the Mercedes.

Drew Sidora will be serving hot tea on her divorce for the upcoming season of "The Real Housewives of Atlanta" ... we've learned producers brought cameras out again to capture the fallout from her explosive allegations.

Production sources tell TMZ … 'RHOA' fans will get all the scoop on Drew's contentious divorce from Ralph Pittman, despite the fact group shoots for the upcoming 15th season wrapped back in January.

We're told producers started rolling on new confessional interviews this week, with Drew talking all about what went down leading up to the split.

Our sources say production is also filming new confessionals with the other housewives ... so you gotta imagine they all have strong feelings and reactions to Drew's split.

As of now, fans won't be hearing from Ralph. We're told he hasn't filmed anything -- with Drew or solo -- talking about the split. Interestingly, we're told Drew and Ralph are still living under the same roof ... possibly for the sake of their two children.

TMZ broke the story ... Drew refiled divorce docs in which she accuses Ralph of cheating with multiple women, emotional abuse and screwing with her finances.

You'll recall, the two raced to file for divorce on February 27 ... with Drew beating him to the courthouse by just one hour. Her original filing made no mention of his alleged infidelity or abuse. She amended her divorce petition after learning Ralph had, surprisingly, filed docs of his own.

Apparently, Tom has a different version ... a source close to Tom told us things had been unraveling between him and Ariana for quite some time ... but gotta say, that wasn't evidenced Wednesday before she'd discovered the text messages.

In a TikTok video, you hear him respond, "We love her," while at another moment he addressed how most are choosing Ariana's side saying, -- "Have you ever been one of the most hated people in America?" according to Us Weekly.

The show comes just hours after TMZ broke the story of Tom and Ariana calling it quits after she discovered texts on his phone Wednesday night between Tom and costar Raquel Leviss. The messages and video were described as "sexual in nature" leading Ariana to confront him about his alleged cheating.

The "Vanderpump Rules" star was spotted loading multiple suitcases into a vehicle Friday, as news of his breakup, first reported by TMZ, hit the web. Tom certainly wasn't smiling as he left the place he and Ariana have called home for years.

Tom, joined by a friend, also made a pitstop at a gas station after leaving the home ... grabbing a couple drinks and a snack before hitting the road again.

It's unclear if he's leaving the home for good, or where he's headed, but we should mention his band has a show Friday night in Anaheim, so it's possible he was leaving for that.

In the promo for season 10 of 'VPR' it was suggested Tom and Ariana were in an open relationship, but Ariana later shut that down, tweeting, "We dont have an open relationship. i'm really not that cool. thought that was obvious. bisexual ≠ polyamorous."

However, it's been a storyline this season that Raquel has wanted to hook up with the show's other Tom, Tom Schwartz ... the two made out at Scheana Shay's wedding.

Tom and Ariana first got together back in 2013 when she joined the show as a full-time cast member.

Neither Tom or Ariana has addressed the split or what led up to it publicly ... though Ariana deleted her Instagram account.

Kim Kardashian is teaming up with James Corden for some classic 'Carpool Karaoke' as the talk show host approaches the finish line of his 'Late Late Show' run.

Kim was laughing up a storm with James in Malibu Thursday -- swinging by a gas station to fuel up before another one of his popular singing-in-the-car segments.

While pumping gas, the duo went inside the station's shop ... trying on some cheap shades and sun hats. Doesn't look like those $2 finds are up Kim's alley though.

She seemed to be havin' the time of her life with James, who pretended to be one of her bodyguards while inside.

For those unaware, Kim's been on "The Late Late Show" a few times now ... and the content is always a hit with his audience -- stuff like a Kardashian-themed "House of the Dragon" parody or his popular "Spill Your Guts" segment.

BTW -- before James was in hot water for his interactions at an NYC restaurant, his show featured some backlash for "Spill Your Guts" ... with people saying some of the foods presented as "gross" are actually common in Asian cultures.

Oscar Pistorius could be released from prison at the end of this month ... the ex-Olympic sprinter is now up for parole in South Africa -- 10 years after he killed his girlfriend.

A hearing will go down on March 31, according to Pistorius' attorney, Julian Knight ... who added that if parole is granted during the proceedings, the convicted killer could be out from behind bars that same day.

Pistorius has completed more than half of the 13-year, 5-month sentence that he was given for shooting and killing 29-year-old Reeva Steenkamp on Valentine's Day in Feb. 2013.

You'll recall, Pistorius, a double-amputee nicknamed "Blade Runner," admitted to shooting her in his South African home -- though he claimed it wasn't on purpose ... saying he thought she was an intruder. He was eventually convicted of manslaughter, which was later upgraded to murder.

According to The Independent, Steenkamp's family is against Pistorius' early release ... though South African law will allow Pistorius to seek it nonetheless, as offenders in the country can apply for parole once they've served at least half of their sentences.
