Romeo Miller should be a dead man after getting into a horrific car accident Friday ... telling us he feels lucky to be alive.

Romeo was in Calabasas Sunday -- fresh from the hospital and toasting life with a juice -- when he explained the near-death experience to our camera guy ... "I could have been gone. I got into a collision, 70 mph, on my side of the car."

Romeo was a passenger in the accident, and posted pics on Instagram of the wreckage inside ... where both airbags deployed.

As for injuries ... Romeo -- formerly Lil -- says he only got a few bumps and bruises. He even got Biblical on us, adding ... "I walked out like Moses." (We don't get it either)

And why so lucky? Perhaps ... an Oprah connection?? Check out the video.

Lamar Odom was seen for the first time since his DUI arrest (barely) ... getting around the only way he can now ... IN A TAXI.

TMZ broke the story ... Lamar was popped for a DUI in L.A. early Friday morning after cops believed he was driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol. Lamar refused all chemical tests and as a result his driver's license was suspended for year.

As for where he was headed ... the agency who took the photos claims they were snapped outside the gated community where Khloe and Lamar's house is. But frankly, it's hard to tell.

1:00 PM PST -- Khloe was just photographed driving into the gated community moments after Lamar.

Lots happened this week ... most notably Lamar Odom slipping deeper into trouble over his addiction. So we gotta ask ...

Lindsay Lohan should have learned 2 things over the last couple of years ... drugs are dangerous, and she's a dangerous driver .... maybe she learned only one of them.

Lindsay got behind the wheel of a Porsche Panamera Friday in New York City ... apparently heading for the Hamptons for the Labor Day weekend.

You may recall ... Lindsay has crashed various whips over the years -- slamming into semis, allegedly striking unsuspecting pedestrians, and taking the wheel in various altered states.

Lamar Odom allegedly pulled a Kylie Jenner just 6 days before his DUI arrest -- rear-ending another car and causing a chain-reaction collision on an L.A. freeway.

The 3-car accident occurred at around 6 PM on the 101 Freeway -- the same freeway on which Lamar was popped for DUI on Friday morning.

So how did the media find out about the story? Turns out ... the person Lamar hit is a reporter for the L.A. Times. It's unclear why the Times waited so long to publish the story.

According to the reporter, Lamar's white Mercedes slammed into the back of his ride near the Gower Street exit.

After the collision, the reporter says he tried to swap insurance info with Odom ... but the NBA star was resistant ... and insisted the damage "doesn't even look that bad."

Eventually, the reporter says he obtained Odom's insurance info ... but when he tried to give the insurance card back to Lamar, he bizarrely resisted at first ... before realizing he needed to have his insurance card to drive.

The reporter says the accident was not reported to the cops.

It's only been 2 days since 16-year-old Kylie Jenner smashed her black Mercedes SUV into another car -- resulting in a 3-car chain collision -- but the little princess is already back on the road ... in a fresh new ride.

Whereas most girls her age would have to ride their bikes after totaling the only car they have, Kylie had a backup Benz ready to roll in L.A. today ... except this one is white. (Understandable. Gotta mix things up a little.)

The "69" t-shirt and super edgy weed socks were a nice touch.

She's only been on the road for 18 days, but Kylie Jenner already has a 3-car chain reaction collision under her belt ... TMZ has learned.

16-year-old Kylie -- driving her brand new $125k Mercedes SUV -- was driving in Calabasas yesterday around 5pm when she slammed into the back of a Toyota, which slammed into the back of a Subaru SUV.

The Toyota suffered major damage to the back-end of the car (you can see the back bumper stuck in Kylie's front grille). The Subaru also suffered bumper damage.

We spoke to a witness who says Kylie immediately got out of her car -- apologized -- and asked if everyone was OK. She eventually exchanged info with the other drivers and left.

Cops arrived to the scene a short time later, but Kylie was already gone.

We're told it didn't appear anyone suffered any serious injuries ... and everyone involved in the crash acted very cordial toward each other.

Kylie turned 16 on August 10 ... and was first spotted behind the wheel of the SUV at her Sweet 16 party on August 17.

Hopefully, the Jenner family has good insurance ...

Justin Bieber learned a couple of valuable (and expensive) lessons while cruising through Calabasas -- like what those big red signs with "STOP" on them really mean.

And also ... GET A DAMN LICENSE, Biebs!

Sean Kingston now says he WASN'T drunk when he got behind the wheel of his Lamborghini and roared down Sunset Blvd. Tuesday night, claiming he doesn't drink when he hits the clubs.

Kingston just went off on Twitter ... reacting to the TMZ video we posted this morning, which shows Kingston hopping into his Lambo, confessing he had "too much drinks" to answer our questions.

Kingston wrote, "For the record @TMZ I’m not 1 of these artist who u may think is living youngwild and free in Hollywood i care about my reputation and brand."

Must be a brand new policy ... considering he was so drunk at Playhouse just a couple months ago he got out of the driver's seat because he didn't want to get a DUI.

Justin Bieber was pulled over in Calabasas this morning for driving like an a-hole -- and during the stop, cops discovered the pop star shouldn't have been on the road in the first place ... 'cause he's NOT licensed to drive in California, TMZ has learned.

Law enforcement sources tell us ... cops noticed Justin's white Ferrari blowing through a stop sign near his Calabasas home around 4:30 AM Wednesday morning.

We're told Justin was cooperative during the stop -- but cops noticed that JB did not have a valid California driver's license, something new residents of the state are required to have within 10 days of moving to CA.

FYI -- Justin bought his Calabasas home at the end of June.

Sources say Justin was cited for running the stop sign and for driving without a valid California License. JB was ordered to get out of the driver's seat -- and his passenger was allowed to drive the car home.

If Justin wants to get back behind the wheel -- he'll be required to hit up the DMV first and obtain the proper CA driver's license ... and if he wants to make that happen by the end of the day, he should probably get in line now.

Calls to Bieber's reps have not been returned.

Sean Kingston could've killed somebody last night ... 'cause he got behind the wheel of his Lamborghini after BOOZING, pulled out his cell phone to text and then tore down the Sunset Strip at breakneck speeds.

The 23-year-old hip hop star was leaving Bootsy Bellows nightclub ... when we asked him an easy question about his favorite lyric on the new 2 Chainz album.

Sean's response: "I can't remember man ... too much drinks."

Kingston then got into the driver's seat and pulled out his cell phone -- began playing on it -- and then slammed on the gas, rocketing down the street.

It's unclear if Kingston was joking about the drinking -- but it wouldn't be the first time he's tried to drive on alcohol. Back in June, Sean got out of the driver's seat of his Bentley when he realized he was too drunk to drive.

This time, however, there was no such moment of clarity ... and if he continues to get behind the wheel after boozing, it'll only be a matter of time before someone pays the price for Sean's stupidity.

Wes Scantlin's Hummer was found abandoned after apparently slamming into a parked car in the Hollywood Hills this week ... but even though cops classified the accident as a hit-and-run, Wes is NOT considered a suspect.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, since it's just a misdemeanor hit-and-run with relatively minor damage -- and nobody witnessed the crash -- the Puddle of Mudd singer can't be considered a suspect ... at least not yet.

We're told cops received a call about the hit-and-run soon after it happened Monday, and when they arrived on scene they discovered Wes' black Hummer damaged and missing its front wheel ... as well as the parked car it had apparently sideswiped.

It's unclear if Wes was behind the wheel at the time of the accident, but whoever was driving the Hummer took off. Cops only discovered the vehicle was registered to the singer after running the license plate.

Cops followed up at Wes' residence -- on the same street as the accident -- to inquire about what happened, but the singer wasn't home. The Hummer has since been impounded ... and the singer will have some serious explaining to do whenever he decides to pick it up.

Scantlin's attorney tells TMZ ... "For as long as I've known Wes, his normal routine has been taking public transportation, taxi cabs or getting a ride from someone. He never drives. I would be very surprised if he was involved."

Lamar Odom is wearing the stress of his marriage -- and possibly his NBA career -- falling apart as he battles addiction to hardcore drugs ... and TMZ has the first photos of him in several days.

Lamar's face looked gaunt when he was spotted Monday afternoon driving his SUV around the San Fernando Valley ... not far from his home with Khloe Kardashian.

As TMZ first reported ...Khloe kicked Odom out of the house last Wednesday when he rejected her attempt to stage an intervention -- hoping to convince him to get treatment for his addiction to crack cocaine.

But 2 interesting signs from Lamar's outing Monday -- he was still wearing his wedding ring ... and he was spotted driving into the gated community where he and Khloe live.

Dick Van Dyke tells TMZ ... outside of "being a little crispy around the edges," he's perfectly fine after last week's exploding car incident. In fact, he's already back behind the wheel of a new whip.

DVD was in Calabasas yesterday -- in a brand spankin' new Jaguar (a loaner) -- and the 87-year-old was still joking about the frightening moments when a Good Samaritan pulled him from his burning car on the side of the 101 Freeway.

"Well, I needed a little PR anyway," Van Dyke said.

Dick tells us he learned one big lesson from the incident -- a lesson that will probably restore your faith in humanity.

Before you accuse us of sensationalizing the situation, consider this fact -- back in 2009, Brady had to be RESCUED from the Charles River after falling out of his Kayak while goofing around with some friends.

After the rescue, Brady thanked the woman who fished him out of the water ... telling her, "You saved my life."

Despite the risks -- and with NFL opening day less than 2 weeks away -- Brady got back into the Charles River with his wife Gisele and son Ben on Saturday.

Fortunately, everyone emerged from the water healthy and happy.

Meanwhile, it's the Jets who seem to be drowning these days ...

David Cassidy was just arrested by Tom Jones ... for drunk driving.

Law enforcement sources tell TMZ, Cassidy was in upstate New York early this AM -- outside Albany -- when he was pulled over by OFFICER Jones for driving with his high beams when he wasn't supposed to.

We're told Jones smelled alcohol on Cassidy's breath and administered a field sobriety test, during which Cassidy performed poorly. The singer/actor blew a .1 and was cuffed and taken to jail.

He now faces felony drunk driving because he had a prior DUI in Florida.

Cassidy has been released on $2,500 bail.

His stepmom, Shirley Jones, has said recently David is a troubled man who has demons he's been struggling to conquer.

12:50 PM PT -- According to the police report, Cassidy left his high beams on as he approached the checkpoint (always a tip-off to cops) -- and in addition to the breathalyzer ... he also "failed all" the field sobriety tests Officer Jones put him through.
