Michael Jackson Doc His Butt Was So Scarred... It Nearly Broke My Needle
Michael Jackson's buttocks were so scarred and infected from long-term drug injections ... the singer's thickened skin nearly broke his doctor's syringe -- this according to the doctor's testimony.
Dr. Stuart Finkelstein -- who cared for MJ back in 1993 during his "Dangerous" tour -- sat for a deposition earlier this year in Katherine Jackson's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, describing the signs of MJ's drug addiction, and the testimony was just shown to the jury this week in court.
We got video of the depo and the details are crazy -- Finkelstein described one incident, saying, "I attempted to give [Michael] a shot of Demerol [a painkiller] but his buttocks were so scarred up and abscessed that the needle almost bent."
Finkelstein said the scarring resulted from "significant, extensive" shots of drugs over time.
He also describes his bizarre interactions with MJ back in the day, including squirt gun fights. You gotta see it.

TLC's 'Waterfalls' We Were Blocked From Using Left Eye on Remake
TLC says their remake of 'Waterfalls' with a Japanese pop-star was NOT a slap in the face to Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes -- in fact, they claim they weren't allowed to use Lisa's rap, because they don't own the rights.
TMZ broke the story, Lisa's family was upset when TLC released the 20th anniversary addition of arguably one of their biggest hits ever -- and axed Lisa from the track ... replacing her with J-Pop queen Namie Amuro.
But remaining members Chili and T-Boz are setting the record straight ... claiming the band doesn't own the master recording rights to Lisa's rap, and all requests to gain the rights have been DENIED.
Chili tells TMZ, "We were forced to use a creative way to honor Lisa's memory and celebrate this milestone with the fans."
TLC also says they reached out to Ron Lopes -- Lisa's brother -- before releasing the track.
TLC adds, "We have and always will protect our sister’s legacy as TLC consists of the three of us collectively ... there will never be a replacement for Lisa or any members in TLC."
Now, here's the remake -- sounds a lot like the original, except for Lisa's rap, of course ...

Michael Jackson & Children Emotional Home Videos Tug Heart Strings in Court
Michael Jackson was a loving father who cared deeply for his 3 children ... and they suffered an immeasurable loss when he passed away -- at least that's what Jackson family lawyers tried to show in court with MJ's own candid home videos.
The videos -- both shot by Michael -- were played for the jury in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG.
The first was shot on Christmas Day in 2006 ... when Prince was 9, Paris was 8, and Blanket was 4.
It's pretty touching -- Michael asks each of his children what they want to be when they grow up, and he really does sound like a caring father.
The other clip was shot years earlier -- when Prince and Paris were both toddlers. It's clear from the footage they both adore their dad, calling themselves "daddy's baby."

Michael Jackson's Nephew He Handed Out $100 Bills to Strangers
Michael Jackson was foolishly generous when he was alive ... handing out $100 bills to complete strangers whenever he felt like it -- this according to his nephew.
TJ Jackson -- the co-guardian of Michael's three kids -- testified today as part of the wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, claiming MJ was "extremely generous" ... citing generosity towards his employees, as well as random handouts of $100 bills to strangers.
It's pretty crazy ... considering MJ died a financial wreck, buried in nearly insurmountable debt.
During his testimony, TJ also said MJ's daughter Paris was hit the hardest by the singer's death, saying, "The loss of my uncle has hit her at a different level ... She was daddy's little girl. My uncle was her world."
TJ said he also supports Halle Berry's efforts to block paparazzi from chasing celebrity kids -- claiming the Jackson children are often faced with rogue photogs. He said, "I think it's awful what they get away with."

Prince Jackson Conrad Murray Told Us 'Sorry Kids. Dad's Dead.'
Prince Jackson just testified ... Dr. Conrad Murray informed them of Michael Jackson's passing by glibly announcing, "Sorry kids. Dad's dead."
Prince has taken the stand in the Jackson family's wrongful death lawsuit against AEG, saying all he and his siblings could do was cry after hearing the news.
Prince said he recalled being in the sitting room of the Holmby Hills mansion when his father went into cardiac arrest on June 25th, 2009. Prince said he heard screams and Murray summoned him upstairs, where Prince saw his father "half hanging out of the bed" while Murray administered CPR.
He said Paris was hit the hardest by her dad's death, screaming that she "wanted her daddy" while Murray was trying to resuscitate him.

Prince Jackson AEG Was Killing Dad
Prince Jackson -- Michael Jackson's eldest son -- told jurors today in the wrongful death case, Michael Jackson had such problems with AEG he would cry and say, "They're gonna kill me ... they're gonna kill me."
Prince testified his dad was amped over the "This Is It" tour but felt he needed more time to rehearse. Apparently, AEG and MJ got into it during phone conversations and the calls made Michael break down in tears.
Prince also testified AEG honcho Randy Phillips came over to the house several times and he saw Phillips aggressively grab Dr. Conrad Murray by the elbow, as if to school him.
Prince got personal and talked about how involved Michael was in his kids' lives -- something that's highly relevant in a wrongful death case in assessing damages. He told the jury about how MJ loved home videos -- one showing Prince on a little car as Paris talked into a mic while "Daddy's Home" (a Jackson 5 song) played in the background.
Prince also said the day MJ went into full cardiac arrest at his home, Paris was screaming that she wanted her daddy. Prince says Dr. Murray announced at the house that MJ was dead from a heart attack.
The point of the testimony -- lawyers for the Jackson family are trying to prove AEG pushed Michael mercilessly and that, combined with Murray's bad medicine, cost MJ his life.
