Old flames are hard to extinguish -- especially after getting played by Scott Disick -- which might explain why Bella Thorne's glued to the hip of her ex, Gregg Sulkin, again.

Bella cheered on her ex-bf Thursday at his soccer match in L.A. The two have been spending a lot of time together since her trip to Cannes with Scott, which didn't end well.

Gregg's the better match ... he's 25, she's 19. Disick's 34.

Bella and Gregg dated for over a year before splitting last summer. Looks like another summer fling is in the cards.

Kathy Griffin is still feeling the aftershocks from her pic with a fake bloody Donald Trump head -- 2 more venues have canceled her shows.

Griffin's Celebrity Run-In Tour gig at St. George Theatre in Staten Island on November 2 has been axed ... and the State Theatre in New Brunswick, NJ pulled the plug on her November 3 show.

Both venues posted their decisions to cancel online and will be issuing full refunds to ticket buyers. St. George Theatre says ... "Ms. Griffin’s recent actions have severely inhibited our ability to fulfill our mission as a non-profit theatre serving the Staten Island community." Jersey's State Theatre also cited safety concerns.

This makes 5 shows officially canceled on Kathy's tour ... Route 66 Casino in Albuquerque nixed her show Wednesday and 2 California venues followed.

Bergen PAC in NJ -- the venue for her November 4 show -- tells TMZ it's been flooded by negative calls ... but has not made a final decision yet on whether her show will go on.

Tyler Shields is not flinching from critics who have condemned his photo shoot with Kathy Griffin.

Shields emerged from hiding for a late-night ice cream run at Gelson's supermarket in L.A., and made it clear he would not apologize. He says artists need balls ... they have to stand by their work even if they face a torrent of criticism.

Tyler made it clear there may be more down the pike ... he will not censor himself in future photo shoots.

Nicole Murphy got a big laugh at Kathy Griffin's pic holding a bloody, beheaded image of President Trump ... and she even thinks he was asking for it.

We got Nicole at LAX Tuesday and she was quick to say Trump "set the bar" for Griffin's photo shoot with Tyler Shields.

As you know, Griffin has since apologized, saying she crossed the line, and Trump has blasted her ... saying 11-year-old Barron was traumatized by the pic.

So far, Tyler has been mum.

8:30 AM PT -- Later in the day, after we saw Nicole, she saw Kathy's video apology. She tells us, "I know she's a comedian and I always like Kathy, but the pic is a little too graphic ... and I apologize for saying it was kind of funny. Because it really isn't."

2:30 PM PT -- Chelsea Clinton's weighed in too, and she's decidedly Team Trump on this one.

Donald Trump Jr. is blasting Kathy Griffin, and all liberals, for her photo op with a bloodied mask of President Trump ... but admits he's not all that shocked.

Don Jr. called the gory Tyler Shields shot of Kathy ... "Disgusting but not surprising. This is the left today. They consider this acceptable."

He also said, "Imagine a conservative did this to Obama as POTUS?"

For her part ... Kathy's not backing down. She borrowed the now infamous Trump quote about Megyn Kelly, saying ... "There was blood coming out of his eyes, blood coming out of his ... wherever."

She added she doesn't condone violence and was merely mocking "the Mocker in Chief."

Kathy Griffin wants Donald Trump's head ... but she wants it bloody and detached from his body.

The comedian posed for the gory shot during a photo session with famed photog Tyler Shields, who's known for edgy, shocking pics. We got the pic before the release.

During the photo shoot, Kathy joked that she and Tyler would need to move to Mexico once the pics got released, for fear they'd be thrown in prison.

Trump's critics have skewered him for inciting violence with his speech. Did Kathy do the same?

Bella Thorne is a 19-year-old girl utterly humiliated in a foreign land ... and she blames Scott Disick.

We've already told you Bella was put off by Scott's partying the first night they were in Cannes ... but it was more than that. We're told she left at some point to attend an event, and she says while she was there, photos surfaced of Scott in their villa with another chick.

Bella says Scott pursued her in L.A. and led her to believe he seriously wanted to date her. Now she believes he used her ... never intended to pursue a relationship but wanted to arrive with a 19-year-old actress ... and all for show.

Bella finally feels what a lot of people have said ... a 34-year-old man took advantage of a 19-year old girl.

"Teen Mom" star Amber Portwood is ready for the next stage of her career -- and it's looking like it could be in porn, because she's met with porn giant Vivid Entertainment.

Sources connected to negotiations tell us Amber and her boyfriend, Matt Baier, met with Vivid honcho Steven Hirsch in L.A. on May 8. We're told Hirsch had reached out to Amber in the past, and since she was already in town for the MTV Movie & TV Awards ... she decided to have the sit-down.

It's unclear if she's signed on the dotted line yet, but ya don't have to be a rocket scientist to know why Hirsch wanted this meeting. Vivid's made a bundle with its Farrah Abraham movies, and since Amber's always been one the most popular "Teen Mom" chicks ... it totally makes sense.

Amber and Matt tell us, "The meeting with Steven and Vivid was very professional and low key." They wouldn't say if a deal is done. Ditto for Hirsch ... who would only confirm he had the meeting.

Something tells us ... we've seen this movie before.

Scott Disick and Bella Thorne didn't wait long to pack on the PDA in Cannes -- after all, they have a lot of catching up to do with Kourtney Kardashian and her new guy.

Bella got soaking wet in the pool, fully clothed, then settled into Scott's lap Wednesday at their resort. They were also snuggling in a day bed.

The Lord's been hangin' with the young actress since last week, and decided to jet off to Cannes together Monday ... AFTER Kourt and Younes were already there.

The "our" is what has haters jumping on Russ, not-so-kindly reminding him he shouldn't claim another man's kid. In Russell's defense, baby Future spends a majority of his time with mom and stepdad ... thanks to the custody settlement.

Eli Roth's got Steve Harvey's back in the aftermath of the comedian's now infamous memo ... but he still would've handled it differently.

The guru of gore flicks was out at Wolfgang's in Bev Hills, and he was well-versed on Harvey's memo to his talk show staff ... where he basically told everyone to stay the hell out of his dressing room. To quote ... "If you open my door, expect to be removed."
